If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
A
little
bit
we'll
be
back
with
you
in
a
few
moments,
communications
I
am
in
receipt
of
two
liquor
permit
transfers
one
is
from
dbj
Holdings
Limited,
basically
going
to
one-stop
enterprise,
both
of
the
same
dres
address
of
22
Stimson
Avenue.
The
other
is
look
super
x5i,
5e,
State
Street,
which
I
would
guess,
is
going
to
be
the
new
CBS
pharmacy.
D
C
A
E
Like
to
just
talk
for
a
minute
about
Saturday's
events
for
the
for
the
past
several
years,
City
Council
hasn't
worked
with
the
office
of
off-campus
living
to
support
a
series
of
welcome
back
community
cookouts
in
the
student
neighborhoods
to
welcome
students
to
our
city.
These
are
hosted
generally
by
neighborhood
associations.
This
Saturday,
the
ninth
from
11:00
to
1:00,
there's
a
cookout
hosted
by
the
Westside
neighborhood
association
at
the
Arts
West
facility
from
2:00
to
4:00.
E
There's
the
cookout
hosted
by
the
Northside
neighborhood
association
at
the
Phi
Kappa
theta
fraternity
house,
92,
North,
Congress
right
beside
Mount,
Zion,
Church,
five
to
seven
pm,
there's
an
event
at
the
Mill
Street
area
behind
me
from
the
Krakken
Hall,
hosted
by
a
Finn
City
Council.
Since
there
is
no
Neighborhood
Association
that
really
covers
that
neighborhood
we've
we've
taken
that
area
to
host
there
will
be
free
food
at
all
these
events
free
to
the
visitors.
We
there
is
a
charge
that
is
being
covered.
The
Athens,
independent
Restaurant
Association
will
provide
that
food
they'll
be
games.
E
Wth
xtq
will
be
there
at
all
three
events
with
a
live
remote.
There
will
be
some
prizes,
etc.
Jim
hints
of
the
off-campus
living
office
has
talked
to
Steve
Pearson.
The
code
office
he's
talked
to
Ray
hayslett,
encouraging
some
representatives
of
various
departments
in
the
city
to
attend
so
that
students
could
get
some
questions
answered.
I
know
last
year,
Steve
Pearson
talked
to
quite
a
number
of
students
about
concerns
they
had
so
I
think
this
is
a
good
thing
for
that
area.
E
Members
of
council
have
received
copy
this
print
out,
we're
hoping
that
all
of
you
can
be
there
for
at
least
part
of
the
time.
Five
to
seven
everything
is
covered.
We
don't
have
need
to
bring
anything.
We
don't
need
to
set
up
anything
this
year,
notice
that
it
says
the
Center
for
student,
legal
services
and
athlete
City
Council
is
providing
the
funding
to
make
these
events
possible.
Our
our
support
to
that
is
$1,000.
E
A
You
member
sands,
at
their
comments.
We
are
also
in
receipt
of
a
transfer
of
ownership,
application,
hearing
notice
for
bronies
and
I
know.
This
has
had
some
interest.
The
hearing
is
going
to
be
held
on
September
11th
at
10:00
a.m.
at
the
City
Hall
in
this
building
in
this
room.
So
again
the
bronies
transfer
of
ownership
of
liquor
permit
is
going
to
be
in
this
room.
I
think
September
11th
is
Monday
at
10
a.m.
C
Received
several
communications,
both
verbally
and
via
email
or
concerning
speeding
in
neighborhoods,
and
we
can't
put
a
cop
on
every
stop
sign
and
every
street
but
or
speed
bumps
either
so,
but
the
same
time.
I
just
want
to
make
people
aware
that
there's
concerned
about
it
and
everybody
check
your
speedometers
when
you're
driving
to
the
neighborhood.
It's
it's
all
25
for
the
most
part,
just
be
considerate
because
you
may
be
walking
instead
of
driving
next
time.
I
guess.
A
G
A
H
C
J
D
E
J
K
Think
it's
been
about
six
weeks
or
so,
since
we
met
just
want
to
go
through
a
quick
update
on
some
of
the
projects
and
activities
that
we've
been
doing,
we'll
get
into
probably
more
detail
on
those.
We
need
further
action
on
council
ones.
Committee
meetings
start
next
week
with
the
union
680
256
intersection
is
underway.
We
do
urge
people
to
avoid
that,
if
possible,
especially
in
the
early
morning
in
the
drive
time
in
the
evening,
because
there
are
flaggers
out
and
it
is
delay-
City
I
guess
is
the
way
I
happens
describe
to
me.
K
K
Pomeroy
road
is
paved
primarily.
We
have
guardrail
work
to
do
and
some
replacement
of
some
old
curb
that
didn't
go
in
properly.
That
should
be
done
in
about
two
weeks,
then
we'll
go
through
the
punch
list
items
and
everything
on
that
we've
completed
the
sunset
slips
and
the
highlight
and
Lancaster
around
the
middle
school
project.
The
Commerce
Road
water
line
has
been
bid.
We
do
have
a
bid
that
is
below
estimates,
I
think
we
had
about
five
bids
on
that
the
Columbus
Road
sewer
line.
We
have
one
to
the
two
bids
that
was
below
estimate.
K
The
engineers
are
reviewing,
as
we
hope,
to
reward
those
in
the
next
two
weeks
in
the
recreation
department.
We
ran
into
some
problems
of
flooding
in
the
Pump
Room,
and
so
we
closed
the
pool
four
days
early
this
year.
We're
going
to
have
some
expense,
because
we're
gonna
probably
have
to
replace
that
pump
and
do
look
back
at
also
the
assessment
we
had
done
about
a
year
ago.
The
same
lot
leak
group
continued
on
fields
this
summer
completed
the
ability
of
two
additional
ones,
so
it
has
been
approved.
K
We've
been
meeting
with
them
to
try
to
work
on
a
new
lease
arrangement.
On
that
we
also
started
the
soccer
fields.
The
fields
are
graded,
some
seedings
been
done
and
we're
trying
to
get
that
in
and
started.
Well,
this
fall,
so
we
could
play
soccer
there
and
not
have
a
conflict
over
at
West.
Between
which
days
do
we
have
soccer
versus
baseball
in
the
fields
as
a
result,
get
get
overused
at
arts.
K
The
backstage
bathroom
work
is
begun
as
you'll,
listen
to
me
more
next
week
when
they
dug
the
sewer
line
they
hit
the
gas
line
and
that's
an
add
on
to
the
project.
So
I'll
be
back
to
you
a
little
more
money
at
the
Armory
we've
had
completed
the
asbestos
of
lead
based
paint
assessments.
We
received
those
were
dealing
with
our
plans
to
get
back
to
you
for
remedial
action
on
those
two
items
in
the
code
office
and
landlord
tenant
forms
have
been
mailed
we're
beginning
to
receive
some
replies
to
that.
K
I
think
it
probably
needs
a
little
bit
of
revision
because
it
says
reynold
well
he's
permitted
for
fewer
than
ten
occupants
or
a
rooming
house
as
well.
There
aren't
any
Reynold
Wellings
of
less
than
ten
occupants
because
it's
a
rooming
house,
so
therefore
we
had
to
send
it
to
carriage
Hill
and
everywhere
else
or
to
meet
the
letter
of
the
law
that
was
there
in
the
source.
So
we're
getting
phone
calls
from
HUD
apartments
built
complexes
and
those
are
saying
why
do
we
have
to
fill
this
thing
out?
K
So
you
may
want
to
take
a
look
at
later
on
and
in
the
Planning.
Commission
is
busy
with
two
or
three
proposed
PU
DS
that
are
before
us
right
now.
So
as
Louise
wind
through
the
Planning
Commission,
you
will
be
getting
that
they
did
a
play,
approve
the
comprehensive
plan.
There's
a
appendix
section
is
still
being
compiled
into
it's
just
taking
no
changes
in
that
area.
It's
just
getting
it
all
together
on
the
discs
and
everything.
K
So
we
anticipate
that
will
be
done
relatively
soon,
but
we
had
to
with
this
formula,
CDBG
grant
do
and
the
bus
system
grant
and
the
RFP
for
the
bus
system
all
had
to
go
out
before
not
last
Friday,
so
we're
a
little
behind
and
some
of
those
work
there,
but
it
will.
It
will
get
to
you
before
third
reading.
K
G
H
K
K
So
that's
that's.
It's
just
a
sorting
problem
in
getting
that,
but
there's
also
a
concrete
trench.
That's
through
there
that
has
the
Verizon
conduits
in
there
for
DSL
and
computerized
stuff.
It's
fairly
close
to
the
surface,
so
there's
not
a
whole
lot
of
sand
over
top
of
that
and
compacting
area.
So
you
really
have
to
be
about
to
be
a
little
more
cautious
of
getting
those
out.
K
K
There,
because
we've
got
those
bricks
from
all
over
different
projects
done
at
different
times
and,
yes,
they're
all
been
cleaned,
but
they
probably
the
extra
time
should
have
been
taken
to
sort
by
size.
And
we
did
that
in
the
second
way
and
pretty
well,
but
not
in
the
first
one
that
they
did.
They
learned
the.
I
C
A
I
C
First
of
all,
thanks
for
doing
the
middle
street
school
area,
I've
got
a
lot
of
compliments
for
that
for
my
board.
They
like
it.
They
like
what
it
looks
like
okay,
so
that's
one
thing
right
there
on
the
Union
Street,
the
curb
winding
is
only
going
to
be
on
the
north
side
by
the
cemetery.
Is
that
the
case
right.
C
K
K
K
C
K
We
pay
for
the
curve
and
then
the
property
owner
is
supposed
to
pay
for
the
other
now
well,
we've
worked
out
with
the
fairgrounds
and
again
I'll,
be
back
to
you,
probably
through
a
me
on
that,
but
I'm
we've
negotiated
an
agreement
for
continued
parking
and
leasing
of
that
and
part
of
that
revenue
then
goes
to
pay
that
Sidewalk
over
a
period
of,
however
many
years
it
takes
as
that
percentage,
so
they're
considering
that
this
week.
So
if
they
approve
it,
then,
albeit
council,
to
get
get
your
meanwhile
we're
renting
spaces.
If
anybody
wants
one.
C
A
H
Oh
89
Oh
six-second
been
a
long
time
since
we
talked
about
this.
This
is
just
establishing
the
water
rates
and
the
only
increase
we
have
is,
after
fees
have
been
late.
There's
a
non-sufficient
funds
charge
of
$33
we're
raising
that
from
25,
and
we
are
increasing
the
surcharge
for
customers
that
are
outside
the
city
limits
from
10
percent
to
20
percent
above
the
regular
rates.
H
A
Comments
all
those
in
favor
of
adoption
of
ordinance,
89,
no
sense
I,
has
been
adopted,
ordinances
for
second
reading.
Oh
92
was
six
and
ordinance
adopting
a
comprehensive
plan
for
the
city
of
Athens
and
we
fill
in
all
ordinances
and
consistent
therewith
and
establish
in
Athens
city
code,
title
41.
This
has
been
introduced
by
all
members
of
council
member
Phyllis.
Mr.
H
President
I
moved
to
table
o
92067.
The
reason
for
tabling
the
ordinance
is
that
we
are
required
to
have
a
public
hearing
which
we
need
to
get
scheduled
and
advertised,
so
we're
going
to
need
to
give
it
a
little
bit
more
time.
I'm
also
aware
that
members
of
the
neighbourhood
associations
and
some
other
citizens
have
been
reviewing
the
comprehensive
plan,
as
it
was
presented
to
the
Planning
Commission
by
the
steering
committee
and
as
it
was
presented
to
us
by
the
Planning
Commission
and
have
found
some
things
that
they
have
questions
about.
J
C
In
your
mailbox
should
have
found
a
breakdown
of
what
the
dollar
increase
would
generate.
It
was
given
to
me
by
Ray
via
email
earlier
today,
essentially
the
using
the
billing
system
with
approximately
7,200
living
in
commercial
units
which
nollies
pay
the
recycling
and
support
bees.
Dollar
increase
would
generate
about
seven
thousand
two
hundred
month
or
eighty
six
thousand
a
year.
C
So
that's
where
we
are
I
asked
him
about
the
numbers
generated
by
the
fifty
cents
increase
with
the
multi
can
use.
That's
the
first
paragraph
that
you'll
see
up
there.
That's
the
forty
nine
account
4900
accounts,
and
that
would
be
about
eighteen
thousand
nineteen
thousand
per
year,
which
would
of
course,
which
was
why
wouldn't
cover
for
ahead
Nick
control
officer
and
that's
where
it
is
right
now.
Other.
A
Thank
you,
ordinance.
99
is
6
an
ordinance
amending
athens
city
code,
titles,
513
and
29
big
number
ordinance,
106,
an
ordinance
repealing
ordinance,
o
4504
to
provide
for
the
stain
and
neutering
of
dogs
and
cats
within
the
city
of
Athens
Ohio,
now
ordinances
for
first
waiting.
Oh
one,
oh
one:
oh
six,
an
ordinance
authorizing
the
adoption
of
a
three
year
agreement
with
the
American
Federation
of
State
County
and
Municipal
Employees,
local
2403
and
Ohio
Council,
eight
afl-cio
concerning
wages
and
working
conditions
and
declaring
an
emergency
number
sands.
H
H
A
H
Employees
would
voluntarily
submit
these
cards
and
they
could
revoke
that
authorization
at
any
time.
The
ring
the
rest
of
the
negotiated
agreement
remains
completely.
In
effect,
this
is
just
in
addition
to
that.
It's
something
that
we
discussed
in
our
executive
session
and
for
all
the
reasons
that
we
discussed.
They
are
new
that
we
add
this.
We.
A
G
I
A
Comments
remember
sans
yeah.
E
I
In
favor
or
it's
kind
of
a
question.
I
K
I
H
Remember
I
view
it
as
a
fairly
simple
addition
that
doesn't
entail
any
cost
to
the
city.
The
auditor's
office
already
does
payroll
deductions
for
the
United
appeal.
We
know
that
it's
an
easy
thing
to
do,
and
it's
something
that
at
least
some
of
us
on
council
we're
not
aware
was
even
being
requested
at
the
time
of
the
negotiation
and
for
which
I'm
fully
in
support
of
it
doesn't
cost
us
anything.
And
it's
something
that
the
bargaining
unit
wanted.
E
G
J
I
I
A
I
D
As
far
as
the
bargaining
unit
I
mean,
did
they
not
want
this
in
the
game?
They
don't
want
this
at
all.
We're
sort
of
just
plugging
this
in
there
I
mean
I'm,
simply
checkable.
No,
yes
or
no
to
this
and
again
can
be
revoked
at
any
time.
I
guess,
I,
don't
understand
the
negative
repercussions
from
I.
Just
don't
understand,
I
guess
you're.
K
Having
to
have
credibility
as
a
negotiating
team,
if
Council
cuts
that
credibility
off
on
a
contract
already
negotiated,
then
go
get
a
new
negotiations
team
because
you're
in
essence,
tearing
apart
the
credibility,
a
negotiating
team
asset,
the
thing
you
set
the
guidelines
for
it.
We
have
negotiated
through
those
guidelines
which
are
primarily
and
I
nature.
K
We
had
this
discussion
I
think
you
know,
I,
think
that
you're
very
certain
that
the
chief
negotiator
was
very
adamantly
against
it
when
you
discussed
it
and
ago
in
executive
session
and
I'm,
just
as
fervently
against
it,
I
think
it
kills
that
relationship
and
Trust
there.
That's
between
the
negotiating
team.
I
K
K
J
A
Memorandum
of
Understanding
is
not
literally
one
of
the
items
before
they're
used
many
times
at
the
end
of
a
contract,
to
clarify
something
or
if
things
did
not
work,
the
way
that
both
management
and
the
Union
thought
that
they
would
work.
These
things
have
been
entered
into
many
times
during
the
term
of
a
contract.
A
A
So
I
mean
memorandums
of
understanding
can
be
added
to
a
contract
anytime,
along
the
way
of
both
sides
agreed
to
it.
It's
done
for
clarification
purposes.
It's
done
in
the
middle
of
a
contract.
I
found
out
that
the
waitress
I
was
paying
would
not
get
what
I
needed
to
end
in
the
community,
and
we
went
to
the
Union
and
said
we
want
to
reopen
this
and
was
given
ability
to
raise
wages.
So
I
mean
you
know
that
can
happen
now.

A
E
E
E
A
E
D
G
E
New
reappropriation
zuv
funds
are
to
pay
for
our
end
of
the
year.
Workers,
compensation
fees
and
this
is
divided
out
by
fund
by
the
number
of
employees,
would
be
affected
by
it,
etc,
etc.
Some
areas
in
the
city
have
appropriated
funds
in
a
right
line
due
to
other
reasons.
So
not
every
not
every
level
in
the
city
is
represented
here,
but
these
are
the
ones
that
would
need
money
reappropriation
to
pay
that
portion
section
2
has
several
individual
items.
First,
one
is.
The
issue
to
grant
fund
is
decreased
by
$33,000.
E
This
is
some
issue
to
money
that
we've
had
sitting
in
this
fund
for
several
years.
It's
not
issue
to
from
from
the
current
project
that
was
just
completed,
in
fact,
I'm,
not
sure
mayor
when,
when
what
remember
what
project
this
was
left
from
Ellis
Hill
Road
that
several
years
ago,
so
we
will
see
that
this
is
this
fund
is
decreased
by
this
amount.
E
The
general
fund
is
decreased
by
$30,000,
the
underage
drinking
fund.
By
5,000.
You
turn
the
page.
We
see
where
that
money
went.
The
$33,000
from
the
issue
to
there
was
to
the
street.
We
have
fund
to
be
utilized
in
current
projects.
The
$30,000
goes
to
a
general
fund
transaction
class,
two
to
three
hundred
which
allows
the
auditor's
office
to
expend.
G
E
H
A
A
A
J
Mr.
president,
this
is
an
ordinance
to
enter
into
a
grant
request
for
one
of
the
key
pieces
of
land
in
the
the
land
acquisition
that
we've
been
working
on.
Mr.
house
is
here
to
talk
about
it.
A
little
bit.
I
will
just
add
at
this
point
that
this
that
our
match
would
be
twenty
two
thousand
for
this
particular
project
and
I
apologized
to
Council
for
not
having
time
to
have
a
committee.
J
This,
but
where
we
were
not
here
and
it
sort
of
came
as
manna
from
heaven
and
we
had
to
move
very
quickly
on
it
and
actually
Debbie
tried
to
reach
me
to
get
a
committee
meeting
for
tonight
and
somehow
our
schedules
just
didn't
mesh.
So
this
is
without
a
committee
meeting
but
I'd
like
mr.
Niles,
to
talk
to
us
a
little
about
this.
If
you
please
well,.
F
G
G
F
Three:
two:
a
sex,
that's
gross,
yes,
I've
been
trying
to
set
essentially
house
for
months.
This
is
the
last
round
of
the
clean
Ohio
fund.
It's
possible.
The
fun
will
be
reauthorized,
but
that's
pretty
much
pie
in
the
sky
at
this
point,
and
we
really
want
to
take
as
much
advantage
of
this
as
possible
as
I
say,
I've
been
trying
for
months
to
set
something
up
and
was
despairing
of
anything
happening,
and
then
this
just
fell
together
right
at
the
last
moment,
purely
by
surprise
is
something
I
never
expected.
This
is
a
tract.
F
A
F
We're
looking
at
master
section,
17
acres,
the
darker
blue
there,
okay,
as
you
can
see
it,
would
connect
the
County
home
tract
and
salsa
park
and
would
enable
substantial
extension
of
the
Athens
trail
I'm
gradually
getting
this
trail.
The
ultimate
goal
for
this
trails
to
have
a
circle,
the
city
I'm
gradually
getting
you
know
being
able
to
push
it
on
a
little
more
at
a
time
and
of
course,
this
also
removes
a
point
of
conflict
in
cells
part
the
Rockhouse
in
cells,
part
that
has
been
popular
with
many
peoples
actually
on
this
masters
property.
F
F
So
this
this
is
one
of
our
three
highest
priority
tracks.
Right
now,
in
the
whole
preserve
project,
the
other
two
being
ones
that
just
you
know,
we
still
have
no
no
opportunity
for,
and
so
we're
going
to
really
want
go
ahead.
Well,
just
saying
I
did
want
to
mention.
I
did
the
actual
final
budget
tonight
and
it
could.
The
match
could
be
as
high
as
24,000
but
I
think
it'll
be
closer
to
22.
C
A
F
A
Yes,
Jim
and
Kathleen
masters
are
friends
of
mine
and
I'm
really
pleased
that
they
have
decided
to
let
go
of
this
land.
I
know
that
they
treasure
it,
so
it
means
a
lot
of
them
and
just
on
a
side
note,
thank
you
for
providing
internships
for
Ohio
University
students
to
help
cut
trails
with
you,
and
the
mine
has
done
that.
So
I
appreciate
that.
Oh,
it
was.
A
L
Agree
with
everything
John
said,
one
other
additional
point
is
that
it
will
enable
us
to
construct
a
loop
trail
right
now
that
the
lookout
point
drill
sells.
Park
data
ends
at
the
lookout.
It
will
be
possible
now
to
make
to
connect
that,
through
the
that
portion,
that
we
would
be
purchasing
if
we
got
the
grant
with
the
ridge
trail
so
to
be
an
additional
loop
there,
as
well
as
extending
the
Athens
trail
and
also
accessing
some
very
nice
woods
on
the
county
homeland.
L
A
L
I
G
A
A
E
This
actually
came
to
our
notice
today,
so
we
haven't
had
time
to
look
at
it
as
I
understand
it.
This
is
the
as
it
says
the
county
auditor
and
the
county
budget.
Commission's
is
telling
us
that
this
is
the
taxable
rate
that
we
will
receive
from
Athens
Township
and
Canaan
Township.
It
looks
to
be
about
six
hundred
eighty-five
thousand
dollars
for
the
next
for
the
calendar
year,
2007
and
the
reason
I'm
gonna
do
a
better
job
building.
So
I'm
gonna
ask
the
mayor
to
to
say
anything
that
did
I
indicate.
It
is
incorrect.
E
K
It's
a
issue:
we
we
have
to
pass
a
resolution
by
council
each
year
to
keep
millage
on
the
ballot
or
on
the
in
them
in
the
side
millage.
It
doesn't
go
on
the
ballot.
If
you
give
it
up,
it's
lost
forever,
probably
because
somebody
else
is
going
to
say
well
well,
they
gave
there
is
up
I
I
needed
your
cost
yourself
$685,000.
So
you
need
to
pass
this.
E
H
I
was
also
just
noticing,
there's
a
page
in
here
about
the
losses
because
of
the
changes
the
General
Assembly
made
to
personal,
tangible
property
taxes,
which
are
taxes
on
equipment
and
inventory
of
businesses
and
utilities.
So
it
lays
out
for
us
actually
how
much
money
we're
gonna
lose
in
the
next
several
years.
Because
of
that
change
that
the
General
Assembly
made
in
the
last
biennial
budget
that
passed.
A
C
C
H
H
K
This
was
the
oh
I
think
I
can't
remember
how
long
ago
you
created
a
second
alternate
for
the
Zoning
Board.
This
is
you
zoning
board
meetings
and
said
we
need
somebody
I've
done
at
the
press,
conferences
and
finally,
mr.
Flores
came
forward
and
said
he
was
willing
to
do
it
and
one
watt
so
I'm
forwarding
it
on
to
you.
K
Yeah
well
sort
of
depends
upon
how
you
determine
the
near
East,
Side,
I,
guess
from
the
standpoint
of
Sunnyside
and
through
that
area.
Buddy
hollow
and
such
has
been
in
that
for
a
very
long
time
now
a
Far
East
End,
yes,
would
then
have
to
Hector
and
Greg
LaValle,
but
all
of
those
others
are
full
board
members,
don't
recall
where
the
other
alternatives
from
sounds.
A
H
H
We
have
the
Kimpton
in
annexation,
coming
back
to
us,
a
utility
easement
for
Valley
Bank,
Ward
designation
for
university
estates,
which
is
a
new
annexation,
a
minor
subdivision
with
variances
that's
been
recommended
and
a
discussion
of
the
intent
of
the
landscape
of
ordinance
amendment
they
stream
through
recently
the
Environmental
Committee
that
came
out
of
the
Comprehensive
Plan
steering
committee
process,
has
written
some
up
to
explain
the
intent
behind
that
and
see.
If
we
need
to
do
anything
with
that-
and
there
probably
are
some
miscellaneous
items
to
thank.
C
D
C
E
A
J
And
recreation
for
the
most
part,
it
will
be
just
kind
of
updating
and
reporting
on
on
things
that
have
occurred,
but,
along
with
that,
there
will
be
some
discussion
of
Halloween
and
students
invited
to
come
to
begin
that
discussion.
The
clean
and
safe
Halloween
committee
is
meeting
and
they
want
more
student
involvement,
and
so
that's
part
of
the
purpose
of
that.
So
folks
out
there
in
TV
land
that
are
tuned
in
there
will
be
a
bit
of
a
discussion
of
the
direction
that
Halloween
is
going
at
next
Monday's
meeting.
