A
Welcome
and
happy
Tuesday,
it's
Tuesday
November
15th.
It's
it's
rather
pleasant
outside
it's
sunny
and
about
60
degrees,
feeling
like
59
degrees
and
know
when
you're
in
the
shade
it
feels
even
lower
than
that.
But
it
is
what
it
is
I'm
going
to
start
with.
Just
things
going
on
around
the
city,
the
city
of
Athens.
Are
the
administration
offices
will
be
closed,
thursday
november
24th
and
friday
november
25th
for
the
thanksgiving
holiday
emergency
response,
agencies
and
treatment
plants
will
obviously
remain
in
operation.
A
There
will
be
a
one-day
recycling
and
refuge
pick
up
on
tuesday
november
24th
2016
thursdays
route
will
be
picked
up
on
Friday
and
Fridays
route
will
be
picked
up
on
saturday,
so
kind
of
shuffling
things
around
there.
So
keep
that
in
mind.
Epw

a
couple
items

to
allow

work
and
to
