Description
Sells Park RIbbon Cutting Dedication
A
In
the
early
afternoon
on
September
22nd
2016,
there
was
a
ribbon
cutting
at
cells
Park
celebrating
the
new
wheelchair,
accessible
path
that
leads
into
the
park
and
up
to
the
beautiful
scenery,
overlooking
the
park
spawned
with
the
recent
install
of
a
lift
in
the
mayor's
office
to
make
the
office
wheelchair
accessible.
This
is
just
another
step.
B
Kept
looking
around
the
city
and
identifying
a
lot
of
places
that
you
know
we're
barriers,
there
were
major
barriers
to
individuals.
Cells
Park
has
always
been
kind
of
a
fun
place
for
me
to
go
to
for
a
number
of
reasons
up
on
the
top
there's
a
the
birth
circle
bench,
it's
a
memorial
bench
for
people
who
lost
their
infants
early
in
life
and
I.
B
Remember
looking
around
and
at
the
time
there
was
these
steps
that
ran
up
the
slope
over
here,
which
were
railroad,
tie,
steps
and
I
was
watching
an
individual,
helping,
an
older
individual
up
those
steps
with
a
lot
of
trouble
with
that
I
kept
looking
around
going.
You
know,
there's
a
beautiful
pond
up
here
with
this
beautiful
bench,
but
there's
no
way
for
someone
like
my
friend,
Noah
or
Dale,
to
be
able
to
get
up
and
enjoy
this.
This
is
destroying
taking
down
one
more
barrier,
a
barrier
at
a
time
in
the
city
bhavan.
B
It's
something
I'm
going
to
continue
to
pursue
in
making
sure
that
we
can
make
the
city
truly
accessible,
not
just
for
those
of
us
who
are
temporarily
able-bodied
for
people
for
people
who
you
know,
need
special
assistance,
and
now
we've
got
a
path
like
this.
That
goes
up
to
again,
a
very
tranquil
beautiful
place
for
individuals,
like
I,
said
my
friend,
Noah
and
others
to
be
able
to
finally
get
up
there
and
enjoy
right,
along
with
everyone
else.
I
put.
C
In
a
ad,
a
access
trail
from
the
parking
lot
up
to
the
dam
and
the
staff
of
Arts
Parks
and
Rec
in
particular,
Kevin
scurlock
and
John
Wallace
did
a
lot
of
improvements
along
the
way
to
enhance
it
beyond
just
having
a
trail
to
the
top,
but
to
have
a
place
for
people
disabilities
to
eat
with
a
bench
and
really
made
the
place.
Look
a
lot
better.
We
would
love
for
you
to
come
check
out.
Our
facilities
come
up
to
cells.
Park,
look
at
the
new
trail.
