A
Hello,
my
name
is:
adopts
balsa
and
I'm
the
public
affairs
specialist
for
the
city
of
Bugsy
I'm
here
to
deliver
today's
be
prepared
report.
This
is
being
recorded
on
Friday
May,
the
29th
2020
at
2:45.
In
the
afternoon
today,
the
Mississippi
State
Department
of
Health
reports
that
in
the
past
24
hours,
418
new
cases
of
the
corona
virus
were
identified
throughout
the
state.
This
is
now
the
largest
number
of
cases
reported
by
the
department
since
totaling
began
on
March
the
11th.
A
The
department
also
reports
17
new
deaths
with
four
of
those
occurring
between
May
11th
and
May
15th.
This
chart
shows
you
that
over
a
total
since
the
crisis
began,
this
chart
shows
the
daily
comparison
of
new
cases
reported
in
the
state.
Over
the
past
14
days
in
Harrison
County,
four
new
cases
were
reported
in
the
past
24
hours
and
no
new
deaths.
This
chart
shows
the
14
day
trend
in
Harrison
County
in
Jackson,
County
and
adjustment
was
made
in
the
number
of
cases
reported
from
yesterday.
A
Reported
and
no
new
cases
or
deaths
were
reported
in
Hancock
County.
We
are
continuously
seeing
businesses,
recreational
facilities
and
others.
Ouka
Mecca
and
even
events
are
taking
place
with
guidelines.
Of
course,
today,
in
the
Saturday,
the
king
master
fishing
tournament
is
taking
place
at
the
point.
Cadet
marina,
even
organizers,
have
safety
precautions
in
place
to
assist
with
crowd
control.
These
include
barricades,
no
bleachers
for
groups
to
sit
and
hang
out
on
and
security.
A
C
D
D
C
D
Right,
you
know
our
biggest
goal
is
the
safety
of
the
patrons
and
as
well
as
our
staff.
So
you
know
we
are
going
to
monitor
the
social
distancing,
gotta
stay.
Everything
needs
to
be
at
least
6
feet
apart,
and
so
what
we
are
going
to
implement
is
only
one
swimmer
per
Lane,
which
they
will
enter
in
through
the
Southwest
double
doors.
If
anybody
who's
been
there
before,
when
we
had
the
work
going
on
in
the
office
area,
that
was
the
same
way
they
would
enter.
C
D
Right,
there's
there's
just
no
possible
way
that
we
can,
you
know,
keep
up
with
the
social
distancing
in
the
shower
and
locker
room
area.
So
you
know
it's
just
one
of
the
one
of
the
things
we've
got
to
deal
with
right
now.
Please
come
to
the
pool,
prepare
the
swim
with
your
suit
on.
There
will
be
no
changing
areas
when
you
get
there
or
when
you
leave,
bring
bring
an
extra
towel,
bring
up
a
garbage
bag
or
something
you
can
sit
on
your
call
or
any
different
things
like
that.
C
D
Limited
right
now
and
people
just
have
to
bear
with
us,
you
know
we're
going
to
do
our
best
throughout
all
this.
You
know
no
equipment
will
be
available.
Separate
entry
exit
points,
no
dressing
rooms,
one
person
per
lane
alternating
size,
and
if,
if
it
gets
to
the
point
where
we're
getting
full
capacity,
we
will
them
in
an
hour
Tom
long
based
upon
the
time
you
got
there
so
that
you
know
you
need
to
be
prepared
for
that
as
well.
Okay
and.
D
You
need
to
make
sure
that
you
have
you
know
if
you
can
have
exact
change,
if
you
don't
have
a
pass,
which
is
three
dollars
that
would
be,
you
know,
hopeful
toward
us
that
way.
We're
not
you
know
you
can
just
give
us
your
money.
We're
not
exchanging
money
yet
like
showing
your
pass.
The
patrons
will
not
actually
be
responsible
for
signing
in
all
of
our
staff
is
going
to
take
care
of
that
in
the
sign-in
book
time
name
so
on
and
so
forth.
What.
C
Do
you
say
to
someone
I
know
that
we've
had
we
have
a
lot
of
people
that
have
messaged
us
in
the
city
they're
anxious
to
get
back
to
the
pool
that
banks
just
just
wimp?
What
do
you
say
for
those
that
want
to
do
it,
but
maybe
you're
a
little
scared?
What
about
the
safety
precautions
and
chemicals
in
the
water
and
how
safe
is
it
just
one?
You.
D
D
What
happens
when
you're
out
of
the
water?
That's
one
of
the
reasons
why
we're
doing
this
one
person
per
Lane
right
now,
alternating
sides
put
in
a
spot
that
you
can
designate
it
areas
that
you
can
put
your
things
when
you're
there,
then
we're
going
to
disinfect
and
sanitize
those
as
soon
as
you
leave
it's
just
it's
just
part
of
the
process.
Right
now
and-
and
you
know,
I.
D
Everything
is
going
to
work
out.
I
really
think
you
know
from
what
we've
been
hearing
people
calling
like
you
said
it's
a
little
inconvenience
for
patrons
because
they
they're
not
able
to
change.
You
know
when
they
get
there
or
show,
or
you
know,
change
before
they
leave
and
then,
like
I
said,
that's
just
something:
we're
gonna
have
to
deal
with
and
overcome
right
now
and
then,
hopefully
you
know
in
the
future.
We
can
maybe
start.
D
C
D
D
Yeah,
that's
no
that's
kind
of
what
we're
we're
anticipating.
You
know.
We
just
need
to
see
what's
gonna
happen,
just
like
with
anything
else.
I
think
you
know
the
next
couple
weeks,
that'll
be
that'll,
be
a
telltale
sign.
You
know
what's
going
on,
hopefully,
hopefully
you
know
we're
moving
in
the
right
direction,
but
as
of
right
now,
no
groups,
no
swim
teams,
no
recreational
swim.
It's
just
you
know
we
just
we
just
can't
do
that
right
now,.
C
D
D
You
know
people
to
come
in
and
walk
and
do
their
exercises,
but
they're
gonna
have
to
follow
the
same
guidelines
as
the
lobsters
everybody
in
the
facility
needs
to
be
aware
of.
What's
going
on,
you
know
the
social
distancing
guidelines
and
we're
gonna.
Have
you
know
our
staff
will
be
there
and
helping
people
out
throughout
this
one
of
the
things
that
you
know
we
need
to
watch
out
for
as
well.
As
you
know
what
happens
to
them
when
the
pool
is
full?
D
You
know
we're
not
taking
any
type
of
reservations
over
the
phone
at
this
time
once
you
get
there
if
the
pools
full,
we
will
have
a
list
there
to
put
your
name
on
if
you
are
physically
there,
however,
we're
not
allowing
any
spectators
or
anybody
waiting
in
the
facility,
while
that,
so
you
know
you'll
need
to
do
you
don't
need
to
make
plans
and
doing
something
else,
whether
that's
in
your
car,
you
know
you
can't
be
hanging
out
in
the
parking
lot.
You
know
different
things.
D
C
D
You
know
just
just
the
same
thing:
isn't
everywhere
if
you're
feeling
ill,
if
you
have
any
of
the
symptoms,
please
don't
come
out.
Wait!
Wait
until
you
know
you're
cleared
of
all
that
because
we
don't
want
to
put
any
of
our
other
patrons
and
danger
nor
ourselves.
So
you
know
just
take
Tom.
Hopefully
we
can
remain
open
and
you
know
start
listening
and
restrictions
as
we
go
forward.
But
you
know
right
now,
we'll
just
stay
home
and
don't
put
us
or
yourself
in
danger.
It's.
C
D
D
You
know
two
to
eight
four,
three:
five,
six,
two
zero
five,
some
will
be
there
like
I,
said,
beginning
Monday
from
5
p.m.
or
5
a.m.
to
8
p.m.
right.
Now
you
know
we're
we're
in
preparation,
getting
the
facility
ready,
we're
hoping
to
have
that
done,
midday
today
and
then
and
then
be
back
first
thing
Monday
morning,
ready
to
go
sounds.
C
A
Remember,
while
things
continue
to
open
up
and
you
enjoy
the
beautiful
Mississippi
coast-
continue
to
follow
CDC
guidelines
of
social
distancing,
wash
your
hands
often
and
avoid
touching
surfaces
in
your
face,
while
in
public
also
wear
a
face
mask
when
needed.
That's
the
message
for
today
remember:
there
will
be
no
be
prepared
videos
over
the
weekend,
so
we
will
see
you
again
on
Monday.
We
leave
you
today
with
scenes
of
the
small
craft
heart
the
video
was
created
for
the
city
in
2018.
