Mississippi
State
Department
of
Health,
has
announced
its
new
numbers
regarding
coronavirus,
testing
statewide.
A
There
were
183
new
cases
in
the
past
24
hours
and
two
additional
deaths.
This
chart
shows
the
trend
in
the
new
cases
statewide.
There
have
now
been
six
thousand
and
ninety
four
cases
of
the
corona
virus
statewide.
Since
this
all
began,
there
have
also
been
a
total
of
229
deaths
attributed
to
the
corona
virus
locally.
We
continue
to
see
a
downward
path
in
the
past
24
hours.
There
has
been
one
new
case
confirmed
in
Harrison
County
in
Jackson
County.
There
were
two
new
cases
reported
in
the
past
24
hours
in
one
in
Hancock
County.

Another
figure
mayor
Gillett
is
watching
is
hospitalizations
right
now
there
are
two
dozen
patients
being
treated
for
the
corona
virus
Coast
wide.
The
mayor
is
meeting
with
representatives
of
various
sectors
of
our
business
community,
Hair,
Salons,
restaurant
tours
and
retailers.
The
plan
has
been
fine-tuned
to
make
sure
that
we
have
a
responsible
opening
for
when
the
time
is
right
and
the
time
will
be
right
within
the
next
week
or
so.
Please

hold
firm.
We
have
now
seen
the
14
day
downward
path
in
Harrison
County.

the
president's
opening
up
America.
Again
we
have
seen
the
governor's
plan.
The
Biloxi
business
owners
and
operators
are
being
made
aware
of
the
operating
standards
we
are
setting.
