A
A
The
17th
2022
we'll
take
you
to
our
ribbon,
cutting
at
a
waterfront
amenity,
we'll
have
your
weekend
preview
and
weather
forecast
and
take
a
refreshing
look
at
a
city
landmark,
but
first
we
begin
today
with
an
update
from
the
biloxi
fire
department,
who
also
has
some
advice
on
how
to
stay
cool
during
the
excessive
heat
warnings
we
have
been
experiencing
joining
me
today
is
biloxi
fire
assistant
chief
jason
davis,
thanks
for
joining
the
show.
Today,
it's
good
to.
A
B
C
A
B
So
they're
drinking
a
lot
of
water
trying
to
stay
hydrated-
it's
really
hot
outside
now,
during
this
time
of
year,
but
they're
having
fun
so
and
we're
having
fun
at
biloxi
fire
department
and
we're
running
a
lot
of
calls.
Now,
during
this
time
of
year.
Oh.
B
We
do
we
do
a
high
percentage
of
our
calls
now
have
changed
from
fire
costs
to
medical
calls.
So
we
run
many
many
medical
calls
now
I
would
say
we're
up
there
close
to
80
or
more
of
our
calls
on
medical
versus
fire,
but
we're
very
equipped.
We
have
paramedics
and
emts
even
to
come
onto
the
blocks
fire
department.
Now,
after
your
first
year,
you
have
to
be
a
nationally
registered
emt.
So
medical
is
very
important
to
us,
because
that's
the
majority
of
our
calls
now.
A
B
Yeah
so
many
calls
now
because
of
heat
exhaustion.
You
know
we
have
in
our
community.
We
have
people
that
love
to
exercise
love
to
walk
for
a
lot
of
exercise,
but
also
so
many
people
work
outside
and
with
the
temperatures
up
in
the
three
digits
it
make
heat
exhaustion
so
easy
to
get
to
you
know,
so
it's
very
important
that
we
take
the
precautions
when
we're
outside
in
this
heat,
and
sometimes
when
you
don't
have
air
conditioning
this,
we
need
to
take
precautions
when
we're
inside.
That's.
B
You
know
it's
always
very
important
to
drink
plenty
of
water
stay
hydrated,
while
you're
staying
hydrated
be
very
quick
to
take
breaks.
Don't
wait
on
the
breaks?
Don't
try
to
you
know
overdo
it
when
you're
working
outside
take
plenty
of
breaks,
drink
plenty
of
water
and
one
of
the
things
that's
really
big
that
sometimes
we
forget
to
do.
Make
sure
that
you
protect
your
skin
so
use
that
sunscreen.
It's
very.
A
B
You
know
it's
so
important.
You
know
we
have
to
get
that
call
when
children
are
locked
into
vehicles.
Sometimes
so
remember
your
pets.
Remember
your
children.
Remember
the
elderly.
It's
very
important
that
we
keep
check
on
them
because
they'll
be
trying
to
just
tough
it
out.
Sometimes,
but
they're
we
got
to
be
a.
It
takes
a
village
sometime
to
make
sure
everybody's
safe,
and
we
want
to
make
sure
everybody
practice
that
heat
safety.
That's.
B
A
D
Sum
it
up,
it's
a
great
deadpool
back
bay
and
back
bay
and
biloxi,
and
so
this
is
what
it's
all
about.
The
experience
that
we
once
had
is
back
again
and
even
in
a
better
mood,
so
we're
real
really
excited
about
everybody
here
and
appreciation.
I
just
heard
a
little
bit
about
some
of
the
things
what
we
can
do,
like
weddings
and
other
things
under
this
pavilion,
so.
C
D
You
know:
we've
got
55
miles
of
opportunity
to
do
something
like
that.
You
know
we're
finishing
up
the
the
nuts
and
bolts
of
the
main
boardwalk
on
between
oak
street
and
small
craft
homes.
So
that's
that's
on
the
radar.
You
know
everything's
possible.
A
Also
this
week
the
community
market
festival

of
market
vendors,
live,
entertainment,
giveaways
and
more.

at
the

of

and
hopkins
