The
state

day
trend
and
daily
average
for
Harrison
County
wow.
A
What
a
weekend
in
Biloxi
the
three
day,
Memorial
Day
weekend,
even
with
guidelines
in
place,
saw
a
packed
beach
lots
of
traffic
on
highway,
90
and
generally
big
business
across
the
city.
Mayor
Gillis
told
the
City
Council
today
that
he's
glad
the
weekend
is
behind
us
and
he
looks
forward
to
moving
forward
this
summer
in
a
responsible
manner.
In
fact,
you
can
see
the
mayor's
comments
to
the
Council
on
the
city's
YouTube
page
now
or
tonight,
at
9:00
on
Bee
TV.
A
Today,
most
non-emergency
city
offices
reopened
to
the
public
after
being
closed
to
walk-in
traffic
for
several
weeks
now
open
our
City
Hall,
Community,
Development
and
a
number
of
other
city
departments.
The
notable
exceptions
are
the
water
department
on
Main
Street,
which
remains
a
drive-through
only
and
the
natatorium,
which
opens
on
June
1
and
the
Snyder
Center,
which
opens
at
the
end
of
June.
Even
with
these
offices
open
you're,
nonetheless
encouraged
to
do
business
with
the
city
by
phone,
email
or
online
through
the
city's
website.
A
Incidentally,
on
the
city's
website,
you
can
now
find
the
city's
updated
plan
for
reopening
the
plan
was
originally
mailed
to
everyone
in
Biloxi.
At
the
outset
of
May,
the
updated
online
version
includes
safety
protocols
for
such
venues
as
museums,
dance
studios,
fraternal
organizations
and
for
those
wishing
to
have
summer
camps
or
day
camps.
These
guidelines
are
written
for
operators
and
customers
alike,
so
that
everyone
will
know
what
is
expected.
A
Finally,
we've
said
it
before
and
we'll
say
it
again
today,
because
it's
important
please
respond
to
the
US
Census.
As
of
today
in
Biloxi
only
56
point,
seven
percent
of
those
mailed
forms
have
responded.
This
means
the
city
you
and
your
neighbors
may
lose
funding
for
public
roads
and
bridges,
schools,
an
array
of
federal
programs,
libraries,
public
transit
and,
frankly,
whether
you
realize
it
or
not.
The
census
can
impact
everything
in
your
daily
life.
A
It's
important
that
we
get
a
complete
count
if
you
have
not
received
anything
from
the
Census
Bureau
or
if
you
have
misplaced
it
or
thrown
it
away.
Please
complete
the
information
online
for
the
first
time
ever,
you
can
complete
the
form
online
at
my
2020
census,
gov,
that's
my
2020
census
gov.
It
only
takes
a
few
minutes
to
do
and
it's
a
tradition
that
dates
back
to
the
founding
of
this
country,
make
it
a
family
affair.
