Gras
is
just
around
the
corner,
and
this
week
the
city
officially
ushered
in
the
Carnival
season.
We'll
show
you
the
festivities,
even
though
the
weather
outside
is
quite
often
cold.
These
days,
some
Market
vendors
are
weathering.
The
temperatures
we'll
tell
you
where
and
when
you
can
find
them.

This

includes

the
proposed
tullus
Gardens,
an
upscale
200
room
hotel
with
Scenic
Gardens
and
a
full-size
replica
of
the
historic
Manor,
the
tallest
manner.
All
is
proposed
to
be
built
in
East
Biloxi
on
the
city
property,
where
the
Telus
Manor
once
did.
Some
of
the
inspiration
for
the
new
development
came
from
historic
hotels
that
once
stood
in
Biloxi.

fact,

as
early
as
6
a.m.
In
the
morning,
and
as
late
as
4
pm
weather
permitting,
the
Biloxi
city
council
held
his
first
meeting
of
the
year
on
Tuesday
at
Biloxi
City
Hall.

evening
lows
are
forecasted
to
hover
around
50
degrees
with
daytime
highs
in
the
mid
60s.
There
are
plenty
of
events
this
weekend
from
live,
music
to
a
5K
run
and
even
a
world
wrestling
event.
The
beautiful
weather
will
provide
a
perfect
day
for
the
frosty
Croc
run.
The
run
will
take
place
on
Saturday
morning
and
there
will
be
races
for
all
levels
and
all
ages
come
enjoy
the
beautiful
race
over
the
Biloxi
Bay
Bridge
for

Entertainment
comes
to
the
Mississippi
Coast
Coliseum
Saturday
night,
plenty
of
the
world's
most
exciting
wrestlers
will
be
battling
it
out
in
this
special
event.
