this
week
the
mayor
briefed
the
chamber
audience
on
the
current
and
future
projects
of
the
city
of
Biloxi.
We'll
have
a
recap:
work
continues
on
the
Main.
Street
crossing
will
have
a
status
report
and
a
completion
date
and
we'll
have
the
weekend
preview
and
weather
forecast
where
we
begin
with
the
breakfast.

Mayor
gillish
also
recognized
the
work
that
has
been
done
by
a
city
Crews
along
U.S
90
meetings,
cleaning
the
way
and
the
completion
of
the
Bayview
and
Oak
Street
small
craft
Harbor
walkways
Main,
Street
railroad
crossing
work
is
wrapping
up.
Contractors
have
upgraded
drainage
at
the
Main
Street
railroad
crossing
as
well
as
added
a
retaining
wall.
Initial
road
work
has
been
complete
and
sidewalks
and
asphalt
are
next
at
work
is
expected
to
be
complete
within
the
next
couple
of
weeks.

overall
project
deadline
is
now
set
at
the
end
of
August,
weather
and
staff
issues
cause
has
caused
the
work
delays,
Biloxi
city
council
met
Tuesday
at
Biloxi,
City
Hall.

The
weekend
forecast
calls
for
more
daytime
highs
in
the
90s
with
evening
lows
in
the
mid
to
Upper
70s,
the
Summer
Rain
pattern
of
afternoon
and
evening
showers
continues
throughout
the
weekend
hard
to
believe,
but
it's
back
to
school
time
again
and
perfect
timing
for
the
Rotary
Club
of
Edgewater
children's
health.
Fair.
This
free
event
takes
place
at
Edgewater,
Mall,
beginning
at
8
A.M,
and
provides
eye
vision,
screening,
Dental
screening,
health
and
weight
check
and
immunizations.

The
first
300
registered
school-aged
children
will
receive
a
tote
bag
filled
with
school
supplies.
After
completing
the
screenings,
the
2023
back
to
school
backpack
giveaway
takes
place
Saturday
beginning
at
10
A.M
at
John
Henry
Beck
Park,
located
at
671
Division
Street.
Your
child
must
be
present
to
receive
a
backpack
and
while
you're
there
you
can
enjoy
a
free
lunch
provided
by
the
sponsors.

like
big
trucks,
then
you're
going
to
want
to
check
out
the
Gulf
Coast
big
rig
truck,
show
tonight
and
Saturday
at
the
Mississippi
Coast
Coliseum
big
rigs
of
all
shapes
and
sizes,
end
up
with
a
convoy
down.

with
amazing
colors
and,
