mississippi
state
department
of
health
reports
that
in
the
past
24
hours,
853
new
cases
of
the
coronavirus
were
identified
and
since
monday
2045
new
cases
were
reported.
This
brings
the
statewide
total
to
89
175
cases
of
the
coronavirus.

In
harrison
county,
the
state
department
of
health
reports
we've
seen
23
positive
tests,
the
coronavirus
in
the
past
24
hours
and
since
monday,
72
new
cases
were
reported.
This
brings
the
county-wide
total
since
mid-march
to
over
3
500..
The
state
department
also
reports
a
total
of
68
deaths
attributed
to
the
coronavirus
in
harrison
county.

can
see,
we
still
continue
to
see
cases
of
the
virus
every
day.
Hospitals
are
still
seeing
patients
with
the
coronavirus
and
sadly,
we
are
still
seeing
deaths.

protocols

distance
limit
travel
stay
home
if

feel
sick
and
remember
to
mask

earlier
this
week
the
city
broke
ground
for
a
new
park
to
be
built
in
the
eagle
point:
wool
market
area.

park
is
expected
to
have
amenities
such
as
a
walking
track,
basketball
and
pickleball
courts,
a
playground,
a
pavilion,
a
sports
field
and
restrooms.
The
park
is
expected
to
be
open
after
the
first
of
the
year.
Also
this
week
the
donald
snyder
community
center,
we
opened
its
doors
to
the
public.
The
large
center
on
pass
road
is
now
open
weekdays
from
6am
to
7pm
the
fitness
center
walking
track
and
basketball,
pickleball
and
racquetball
courts
are
now
open
with
some
limitations
and
safety
protocols
in
place.

The
swimming
pools
at
the
facility
are
expected
to
reopen
later
this
month
after
repairs
are
complete,
but
remember
the
biloxi
natatorium
located
off
father
ryan
avenue
is
open.
