A
Welcome

The
Insider's
Guide
to
what's
happening
in
Biloxi.
This
is
being
recorded
for
Friday
September,
the
30th
2022.,
there's
a
lot
happening
throughout
the
city
and
even
more
as
we
move
on
to
the
holiday
season.
Saturday
is
October
the
1st,
which
means
a
new
budget
year
for
the
city
and
it's
when
the
October
issue
of
B
news
monthly
will
be
in
homes
and
businesses
across
the
city.
But
first
we
begin
with
this.
B
C
B
What
we
do
right
so,
where
would
someone
go
to
get
more
information
about
the
details
of
the
program
application
that
type
of
thing.
C
They
can
contact
us
at
community
relations
either
by
phone
or
by
email.
The
flyer
also
has
some
information
on
it,
but
we
can
give
them
more
information
when
we
talk
to
them
once
they
get
an
application
and
turn
it
in.
Of
course,
we
have
to
do
a
background
check
before
we
have
anybody
come
and
do
the
class,
and
it's
one
night
a
week
on
Wednesdays
for
two
hours,
6
30
to
8,
30.
and
each
night
will
be
a
different
section
of
the
police
department.
What
we
do.
C
B
C
B
It
as
it
moves
on
great
good
to
hear
so
the
public
safety
building
there
on
Porter
Avenue
at
170,
Porter
Avenue.
They
can
pick
up
an
application.
There
is
that
anytime,
right,
anytime,
24.
C
7.
just
go
in
and
ask
for
application,
you
can
drop
them
off
there.
If
you
want
to
go
online,
you
can
go
online
to
the
city
website.
That
was
provided
good
and
you
know
check
out
our
Facebook
or
the
city's
Facebook
either
one
the
information's
there
and
again
any
detailed
questions
that
you
have.
You
can
email
us
and
we
will
gladly
answer
them
or
call
and
we'll
create
and.
C
B
A
That's
one
way
to
begin
the
fall.
Another
way
is
by
reading

The
issue
includes
information
about
the
police,

Academy
as
well
as

city
parks,
the
new
city
budget
by
the
numbers
and
a
sneak
peek
into
the
16th
Annual
Old
Biloxi
Cemetery
tour.
A
There
was
also
a
tribute
to
Victor
Marvel
there's
a
look
at
Delaney
street
from
the
front
porch
in
the
early
1900s.
There's
a
community
calendar,
a
list
of
Halloween
