Biloxi,
police
and
fire
have
stood
down
their
water
rescue
teams
today,
as
marco
seems
to
have
fizzled
out,
but
emergency
manager
nick
geyser
says
the
rains
will
come
this
afternoon.
Skies
were
clear
today
with
breezy
conditions
and
a
northeast
wind
15
to
20
miles
per
hour.
However,
forecasters
expect
rain
a
90
percent
chance.
They
say
later
today
up
to
three
quarters
of
an
inch
shy
of
the
two
inches
forecast
from
marco's
previous
track.
A
The
tropical
storm
and
storm
surge
warnings
issued
for
marco
have
been
discontinued,
but
a
flash
flood
watch
remains
in
effect
until
tuesday
morning
expect
rain
tonight
heavy
at
times
and
into
tuesday
morning,
and
now,
let's
talk
about
laura,
it's
a
cat
too
right
now,
but
reports
are
that
it
could
intensify
to
a
cat.

should
expect
to
see
some
impacts
on

on
into
thursday,
but
the
key
thing
right
now
is
when
the
storm
will
make
it
turn
to
the
north.
