the

council
held
a
regular
scheduled
meeting
at
6
pm
at
biloxi
city
hall,
and
the
room
was
once
again
standing
room
only
filled
with
citizens
who
wanted
to
voice
their
thoughts
on
current
issues
in
their
neighborhood
biloxi
police
chief
john
miller
also
spoke
in
response
to
citizens.
Comments
regarding
a
recent
incident
at
rachel
drive
in
terrace
court
chief
miller
spoke
on
the
prompt
response
and
services.
His
officers
provided
during
the
incident
to
see
the
full
recording
of
this
week's
city
council
meeting,
as
well
as
an
archive
of
past
meetings.

of
thursday
may
the
5th
the
health
department
reports
nearly
200
new
cases
of
the
virus
statewide
in
a
24-hour
period,
one
death
was
also
imported.
As
for
the
weekly
harrison
county
numbers,
the
health
department
reports
that,
as
of
may,
the
first
58
new
cases
of
the
virus
were
reported
over
a
seven
day
period.

shuckers
are
on
the
road
this
weekend,
but
they
will
return
to
mgm
park
on
tuesday
to
face
the
birmingham
barons

see
the
shucker's
game
schedule
find

promotions
and

dot

tonight
is
the
monthly
first
friday
event
in
downtown
from
five
to
nine.
The
district
green
will
be

vendors,
food
trucks

live
entertainment.

event
is
free
to
attend
happening

saturday
at
the
biloxi
visitor
center
is
the
gulf
coast,
historical
and
cultural
exposition.

free

on
saturday,
the
5th
annual
biloxi
lighthouse
arts

fair

at
the
bluxley
visitor
center
from

a.m,
to
4
p.m,
free
lighthouse
tours
arts
and
crafts
and
more
will
be
part
of
the
event.

fair
is

to
attend.

natatorium,
the
aquatics
division
will
hold
registration
for
its
summer
swimming
lessons
and
biloxi

tide
swim.
Team
registration
is

on

for

residents,
late
registration
and
non-biloxi
resident
registration
for
lessons
will
begin
monday
from
7
am
to
7
pm
at
the
natatorium
and
will
continue
weekdays
until
all
classes
are
full
red
tide.
