The
locomotive
and
rail
cars
have
been
making
test
runs
throughout
the
coast,
making
brief
stops
at
Amtrak
platforms.
These
test
runs
are
familiarization
trips
for
Amtrak
Crews
to
learn
the
physical
characteristics
of
future
routes.
Amtrak
says
these
trips
may
be
occurring
for
several
months.

Mardi
Gras,
but
is
scheduled
to
meet
on
Tuesday
February,
the

at

Biloxi,

Hall,
to

the
meeting
