I'm
chef
jeremy
pryor,
the
executive
chef
at
chorus
at
the
white
house,
hotel
on
beautiful
biloxi
beach
in
biloxi,
mississippi
today
we're
going
to
be
making
our
signature
chow
chow
recipe
that
we
feature
on
our
blackened
tuna.
So
we
start
by
chopping
all
of
our
vegetables.
It's
going
to
be
bell:
peppers,
cabbage,
yellow
onion,
jalapeno
and
green
tomato.

That
spice
mixture
is
kosher.
Salt,
mustard
seeds,
celery
seed,
crushed
red
pepper,
ground
mustard,
ground,
ginger
and
turmeric
all
right,
then
all
you're
going
to
have
to
do
stir
that
together,
it's
going
to
heat
for
about
30
minutes
until
everything's
soft,
and
it
really
really
starts
to
smell
amazing.

started
cooking
professionally

through

career
change
and
decided
to
go
to
culinary
school,
where
I
just
happened
to
meet
the
love
of
my
life
and
we've
been
happily
married
for
five
years
now.
Cooking
brought
us
together.
It
was
the
basis
of
our
relationship
from
the
very
beginning
when
she
invited
me
to
taste
at
her
final.

favorite
particular
dish
is
homemade
ramen,
one
of
the
great
things
about
being
married
to
somebody
in
the
industry
is
she
understands
the
requirements
that
my
job
puts
forward
and
she
understands
the
hours
and
the
responsibility
that
I'm
under
and
is
very
supportive
of
that
and
very
supportive
of
me
in
general
and
as
difficult
as
the
job
can
be.
I
absolutely
love
it.
I
love
cooking
every
day
and
if
you
want
to
try
our
chow
chow
or
anything
else
on
our
southern
inspired
menu
come
down
to
coors
at
the
white
house.
