If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
Got
a
motion
to
move
the
agenda
as
amended
by
Mr
Lawrence.
Second,
second,
by
Mr
glavin,
any
questions
all
in
favor,
okay,
6-0
motion
carry
I
wanted
to
take
a
moment
before
we
get
cranked
up
to
recognize
Dr
Cedric
Bradley
from
the
Mississippi
Gulf
Coast
Junior
College.
Could
you
wave
your
hand
there?
Thank
you
for
coming
all
right.
We're
gonna
kick
off
with
our
presentation
agenda
mayor's
report,
yeah.
D
Thank
you,
Mr
President
I
have
one
presentation
of
Frank
Bardot,
we'll
we'll
handle
but
very
short
report
Frank.
Would
you
come
and
give
us
some
good
news
as
far
as
insurance
Maybe.
E
We
are
now
starting
to
look
at
lowering
the
loss
limit,
as
we've
discussed
in
the
budget
meetings
and
the
last
time
I
was
here
that
will
give
me
the
opportunity
to
start
negotiating
that
down
as
we
sit
today.
If
we
had
Apples
to
Apples
renewal
from
last
year,
we're
at
about
a
75
percent
increase
for
all
carriers.
We
dropped
that
down
to
50
million
dollar
loss
limit,
we're
about
45
percent
to
get
flat.
E
We
would
have
to
buy
25
million
dollars
in
Wind,
that's
well
below
what
the
probable
maximum
loss
is
by
the
modeling,
but
our
hope,
as
we
continue
to
work
through
this.
That
number
is
going
to
continue
to
shrink,
but
it
is,
as
I've
told
you
all
several
times,
it's
going
to
be
a
very
last
minute
renewal,
but
I
wanted
to.
Let
you
all
know
where
we
are
today.
Where
we
stand,
we
have
full
capacity.
If
we,
whatever
limit
we
want
to
buy,
we
can
still
purchase.
E
E
Quite
frankly,
the
primary
carrier
is
very
competitive
on
on
their
rate,
if
we
were
to
replace
them,
I'm,
not
sure
that
we
could
fill
out
the
full
limit,
but
I
also
don't
believe
that
we
could
get
anything
anywhere
near
comparable
on
the
primary
limit
and
so
they're
they're
going
to
have
some
exclusionary
language
and
we'll
bring
all
that
to
you
all.
As
that
comes
up.
So
I
just
want
to
kind
of
give
you
all
that
that
update.
As
far
as
the
casualty
program,
we're
still
looking
good
from
a
casualty
and
comp
standpoint,
another.
E
The
the
moment
that
we
hit
the
moment
I
can
replace
Fidelis
out
of
y'all's
program.
I
will
set
up
a
meeting
right
now,
it'd
be
a
waste
of
y'all's
time,
quite
frankly,
until
I
get
them
replaced
and
thrown
out
of
there.
So
thank
you.
D
E
Think
a
35
is
my.
My
goal
is
to
get
it
between
30
and
35
percent
and
I
know.
As
you
talk
to
some
of
the
Mayors
across
the
coast,
I
talked
to
a
mayor.
The
other
day
you
know
they
had
179
increase.
Biloxi
is
not
going
to
see
179
increase,
that's
not
we're
already
well
below
that,
and
I
do
believe.
We
have
the
capacity
and
the
relationships
in
the
marketplace.
Luxie's
always
been
a
participant
in
London.
That
relationship
in
London
is
going
to
be
very
helpful
in
this
renewal.
E
A
D
C
C
C
I
appreciate
that,
looking
for
that
too
a
couple
things
last
week
last
week
we
actually
about
the
ovulated
on
the
short-term
rentals,
and
you
said,
you're
gonna,
look
at
that.
You
want
to
look
at
a
different
couple
of
towns.
C
I
just
think
that's
something
we
ought
to
put
in
a
hole
until
you
find
out
the
information
you
need,
because,
like
the
the
box
that
turned
in
I
know
it's
not
official
but
the
one
that
Golden
Nugget
owned,
they
tried
that
block
in
the
short-term
room.
It
was
all
RS5,
so
I,
don't
know
what
you
accomplished
during
the
short-term
or
overlay
District.
It
kind
of
reminded
me
of
what
we
do
with
the
rm20s
and
rm30s
created
more
problems
that
it
solved.
C
So
that's
why
you
just
need
to
look
at
instead
of
taking
blocks
and
just
turning
an
empty
lots
into
short-term
Wells
I.
Just
don't
see
the
purpose
of
that.
It's
not
something
I
need
for
you
to
look
at
and
let
us
know
that
we
ought
to
go
forward
in
an
appetite.
I
just
think.
It's
not
a
good
thing
for
the
people
that
actually
on
the
property.
F
C
G
What's
the
question,
what
exactly
are
you
referring
to
councilman?
Are
you
talking
about
the
the
fishing
pier
that
fell
over
and
two
years
ago?
Are
you
talking
about
the
one
that
fell
over
during
the
hurricane
Zeta.
C
G
We
have
a
Titleist
request
pending
at
the
legislature
to
demolish
and
haul
away
the
parts
of
the
pier
that
are
damaged
and
the
other,
the
other
one,
which
is
the
small,
efficient
Pier.
G
That's
on
the
west
side
of
the
causeway
Park
is
out
to
bid.
C
Okay,
that's
something
that
we
can
make
next
time.
We
talked
to
him,
we'll
tell
him.
If
we'll
do
some
more
of
these
Senior
Games
I
know
you
couldn't
make
it
Friday
night,
but
the
same
day
I
had
700
some
people
involved
in
the
senior
games
and
200
played
pickleball
one
of
these
days.
You're
gonna
get
that
in
your
head
and
take
care
of
the
pickleball
and
people.
That's
a
big
thing
going
on
right
now.
So
that's
that's
a
good
thing.
C
H
I,
really
don't
have
much
do
we
have
we've
said
the
for
the
causeway
is
out
to
bid.
Do
we
have
a
deadline
for
that
witness
to
come
in
when
we're
going
to
review
them?
This
is
something
we've
worked
on
this
for
quite
a
while,
so
I
I,
don't
know
where
he
was
at
when
we
talked
about
this
numerous
times.
Numerous
meetings,
but
I
would
like
to
get
an
update
on
when
we
expect
to
get
those
bids
in
and
and
get
work
going
on.
G
I
Yeah,
so
we
we
hope
to
receive
the
bids
end
of
April
or
beginning
of
May
for
that
project,
and
hopefully,
of
course,
it'll
have
to
be
approved
by
reviewed
by
FEMA
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff.
The
bids
will
be,
but
hopefully
we'll
get
that
going
soon.
Thank.
J
Thank
you,
Mr
President,
the
Marquee
sign
at
the
corner
of
kivet
and
Highway
90.
I.
Don't
I,
don't
know
that
it's
sometimes
it's
lit.
Sometimes
it's
not,
but
are
we
taking
advantage
of
advertising
for
events
at
the
park
or
City
events?
I
mean
we
can
do
that
right?
J
G
Let
me
take
that
one
mayor,
so,
as
you
know,
councilman
Marquis
LLC
is
basically
overtime.
Sports
right,
Tim
Bennett
has
a
contract
with
the
city
to
operate
that
board
until
a
month
or
two
ago
he
was
he
was
still
selling
advertising
on
it,
but
there's
only
been
just
the
one
ad
there
all
this
time
and
then
the
board
went
black
and,
and
he
was
supposed
to
be
repairing
it.
He
pays
us
almost
700
a
month,
okay
to
to
to
have
the
board
there,
but
I
think
and
I.
G
D
G
We've
suggested
to
have
OverWatch
that
they
might
want
to
be
interested
in
purchasing
it
and
advertising,
because
they
they
could
it's,
they
could
advertise
the
same
thing.
They're
advertising
across
the
street
just
could
go
in
the
other
direction,
but
they
didn't
they're
not
interested
at
this
point
apparently
well.
J
Well,
I
remember:
m.wise,
I
think
is
when
we
were
talking
about
the
ballpark
and
everything.
That's
one
of
the
things
that
the
Beau
Rivage
was
bringing
to
the
table
was
their
marketing
power
and
everything.
So.
K
J
J
I
had
a
couple
of
complaints
from
folks
who
watched
the
video
or
either
streaming
or
go
back
and
look
at
the
videos
later
and
the
sound
system
is
Hit
or
Miss,
depending
on
which
mic
you
have
so
this
has
been
going
on
for
a
year
or
anything
and
we're
any
close
closer
to
solving
the
issue
or
resolving
the
issue
yeah.
J
J
Make
it
we
can
buy
hammers,
okay,
the
Historic
Oak
I,
don't
know
if
Miss
Bell
is
here,
but
we
had
I,
think
Lynn
Moran
electric
was
relighting
that
Historic
Oak
I
think
we
spent
25
2800
to
do
that
and
it's
at
Edgewater
Drive
Edgewater
Park,
just
off
Edgewater
huge
historic,
Oaks,
beautiful.
It
was
lit
up
for
about
two
weeks
and
there
was
one
light
that
wasn't
lit
up
and
then
everything
went
dark
and
that's
been
a
number
of
months
ago.
J
J
Okay,
thank
you.
I
have
award
meeting
scheduled
for
Wednesday
March
29th,
that's
Wednesday
of
next
week.
That's
at
5
30
at
the
Snyder
center.
It's
open
to
the
public,
for
whoever
wants
to
attend.
I
do
want
to
thank
Dr
Bradley
from
Mississippi
Gulf
Coast
Community
College.
He
did
have
a
meeting
for
the
residents
in
in
related
to
the
new
access
road
and
the
signalization
at
that
intersection
and
I
want
to
thank
him
again
for
taking
the
time
to
do
that.
He
and
his
staff.
That
concludes
my
comments.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
L
Thank
you,
Mr
President
got
a
few
things.
I
want
to
kick
it
off
by
just
saying
how
great
it
was
to
see
Mississippi
State
come
in
for
a
couple
games
and
take
care
of
business
and
entertain
all
the
State
fans
and
Baseball
fans
and
fill
that
Stadium
up
to
a
sold
out
audience.
They
also
immediately
after
the
game.
I
understand
Inked
next
year,
so
they'll
be
back
same
time
same
time
frame
next
year.
L
That
leads
me
to
Biloxi
youth
baseball,
which
had
scheduled
their
Opening
Ceremonies,
councilman,
Lawrence
and
and
I
have
been
attending
those
for
as
long
as
I
can
remember,
but
they
they
kind
of
had
a
little
rain
the
day
before
and
they
had
to
cancel
the
Opening
Ceremonies
because
of
the
muddy
conditions
and
poor
conditions
at
the
field
they
rescheduled
pictures
opening
day.
We
usually
take
pictures
with
all
the
different
age
groups.
L
They
did
reschedule
that
councilman
Barrett
attended
the
the
pitcher
taking
ceremonies,
and
so
we
were
at
least
able
to
salvage
it,
but
more
of
the
reason
that
we
made
a
decision
to
invest
in
Sportsplex
and
hopefully
in
the
future.
Despite
the
rain,
we
can
like
our
sister
cities,
the
Iberville
Ocean
Springs
Pascagoula
Gulfport-
that
Opening
Ceremonies
can
still
continue
on,
despite
if
we
have
a
little
rain.
So
I
look
forward
to
that
like
to
thank
Connie
Rocco
for
her
support
on
the
agenda.
L
Today
is
a
revision
of
the
Hickman
Road
Paving
project.
We
already
cleaned
out
some
of
the
ditches
and
improved
the
drainage
and-
and
it
did
drain
a
lot
better
during
this
recent
rain
event.
But
I'm
excited
to
get
this
on
the
agenda.
So
this
is
actually
the
last
day
that
we
can
get
this
on
the
agenda,
so
it'll
be
on
the
supervisor's
agenda
to
get
this
done
in
their
fiscal
year.
L
So
it's
much
needed
on
Hickman
and
the
surrounding
area
appreciate
Mike,
helping
resolve
a
problem
with
the
replacement
of
a
telephone
pole
at
Kimbrough
kind
of
resolved.
What
was
going
on
there?
We
have
an
issue
of
malpas
Landing.
There
was
some
development
I
believe
I
reported
that
Mike
that
there
was
a
ditch
that
was
covered
up
in
it.
We
may
need
to
clean
out
a
ditch
there,
because
it's
not
it's
impeding
the
drainage
out
by
in
the
office
landing
area.
The.
G
Engineering
try
to
go
to
see
him
yesterday.
They
he
wasn't
home.
They
made
an
appointment
today
and
have
have
been
there.
We
don't
have
the
report.
Yet.
G
We've
got
an
issue
there,
there's
a
ditch
and
there's
an
easement,
a
drainage
easement,
as
well
as
an
overhead
electrical
easement
and
the
property
that
he
backs
up
to
supposedly
has
has
leveled
out
the
ditch.
So
the
water
is
not
running
away,
we'll
we're
gonna.
It's
gonna
be
interesting
because
we've
got
fences
and
so
forth
to
deal
with.
So
by
your
by
the
next
meeting.
We'll
have
a
report.
Engineering
they'll
tell
us
how
to
fix
it.
L
I
just
want
to
note
The
Prompt
response
of
the
city
and
and
and
the
Departments
for
responding
to
that
I
I
really
appreciate
the
promptness,
there's
also
an
inquiry.
A
new
resonance
is
moving
in
in
the
wells
Ferry
area
on
Rue
Sanchez.
They
had
a
question
about
Water
and
Sewer
Service.
There
I
told
them
I
didn't
know
that
somebody
at
the
water
department
gave
them
my
number
and
I
just
told
them.
Hey
I,
try
to
run
that
up
the
poll
and
see
if
we
can.
L
M
He's
been
through
this
water
and
sewer,
but
that's
through
hcua
there.
It's
not.
It
was
a
deal
with
the
Iberville
and
it's
hcua
and
it's
pumped
over
to
the
east
on
whatever
that
road
is
that
cuts
on
the
west
side
of
like
by
Zaxby's
and
goes
north
there's
a
pump
station.
It's
all
pumped
that
way:
they're,
not
I,
don't
I'm
almost
positive
they're,
not
on
septic
tanks.
There,
no.
G
L
D
L
I
I
For
me,
there
is
a
water
line,
a
16
inch
water
main,
that's
utility
authorities.
They
may
or
may
not
let
them
tie
in,
but
that
would
be
up
to
them.
The.
L
I
L
Right,
thank
you
director
and
the
last
thing
I
have
I
haven't
brought
this
up
in
a
while,
but
I
think
on
pops,
Ferry
Road,
the
lighting
just
past
the
First
Baptist
Church,
and
it
it
kind
of
is
near
the
subdivision.
That's
over
there
as
well
pops
Ferry
Landing.
L
It's
really
really
really
dark
and
with
the
new
D'iberville
Road
being
cut
in
and
increased
traffic
I
got
to
believe
the
traffic
counts
are
going
up.
Can
we
just
take
a
look
at
that
area?
It's
just
one
little
stretch,
that's
quite
dark.
I
think
it
would
improve
the
safety
we
put
put
a
you
know
some
kind
of
lighting
on
that
little
stretch
just
just
by
the
First
Baptist
Church
and
sorry.
It
took
this
long,
but
thank
you
Mr
President.
That
concludes
my
my
report.
M
Just
a
couple
things:
last
Saturday:
we
had
a
lot
of
events
going
on
last
downtown
and
one
of
the
things
we
had
our
the
Back
Bay
Mission
had
a
Oscar
night
fundraiser
at
Ground
Zero
and
our
mayor
impersonated
Paul,
not
Paul,
McCartney,
yeah,
Paul,
McCartney
and.
M
Rocked
the
house
there's
a
great
event
if
y'all
haven't
attended
that
club.
Yet
we've
got
a.
K
M
Great
venue,
but
on
Thursday
we're
having
a
ribbon
cutting
at
3
30
at
Eagle,
Point
Park.
That
Park
is
almost
complete.
We
have
a
few
things
left
to
do
to
to
wrap
that
project
up
and
that's
a
great
turnaround
from
what
it
was
when
we
started
and
then
I
have
a
question.
I
went
to
a
Planning
Commission
meeting
last
Thursday
and
there
was
an
agenda
item
for
Ward
7
and
it
was
for
a
a
rezoning
request
and
one
of
the
the
complaints
that
multiple
residents
in
the
area
had
was.
M
Whenever
we
mail
people
within
a
certain
distance
of
a
piece
of
property,
that's
asking
for
a
rezoning
or
or
something
on
the
property.
We
only
mail
people
within
250
feet
and
and
and
that's
that's
fine
if
you're
in
a
neighborhood
but
out
there.
That
might
be
one
mean
one
person
and
so
I
was
going
to
see
what
we
would
have
to
do
to
rewrite
that
ordinance,
especially
for
Ward
7
or
certain
areas
of
Ward
7,
to
where
the
people
that
live
in
the
immediate
area
would
be
notified.
M
And
we
can
look
at
that.
Look
at
that.
But
if
we
can
see
what
we've
got
to
do
to
rewrite
that,
but
you
know
in
this
case
I
think
they
said
like
two
people
got,
the
notification
is
all,
and
most
people
don't
pay
attention
to
those
little
18
by
24
inch
signs
when
they're
doing
35
45
miles
an
hour
down
the
road.
M
So
if
there's
a
way
that
we
could
rewrite
that
to
include
you
know
a
certain
Street
or
whatever,
especially
in
that
area,
look
at
it
and
see
what
we
need
to
do
to
do
that.
That's
all
I
have
thank
you.
Thank.
A
You
Miss
mayor
and
I
have
a
few
items.
I
wanted
to
ask
Administration
about
the
Civic
Center.
We
have
a
little
digital
board
out
there.
Is
there
a
timetable
on
getting
that
straightened
out
the
digital
board
out
there?
Or
could
you
just
get
back
with
me
on
it.
A
Yeah
I
just
kind
of
notice,
they're
passing
back
the
digital
board
outside
the
Civic
Center.
We
had
a
little
small
town,
yeah
on
Howard,
Avenue,
I'm,
sorry,
yeah,
the
low
digital,
but
just
get
back
with
me
on
the
status
of
it
because
I'm
I
know
we
have
events
there
and
sometimes
it's
hard
to
kind
of
find
out.
So
if
the
Marquee
is
dead,
it
makes
it
a
lot
easier.
G
Councilman,
just
if
I
haven't
shared
the
picture
with
you,
stop
by
the
Civic
Center
sometime
to
see
the
new
dance
floor.
Oh.
A
All
right,
the
other
thing
is
like
otherwise
George
Dr
Tisdale.
We
all
went
out
to
meet
all
our
seniors
that
came
in
to
play
those
games
and
we
had
a
great
time
great
food
and
great
fish
I'd
like
to
thank
all
the
directors
who
came
out
to
support
me
in
the
War
II.
The
ward
2
meeting
and
I
also
like
to
thank
Tanner
for
taking
all
the
notes
and
taking
care
of
all
the
citizens
who
had
things
that
they
needed
to
get
done
and.
A
Coming
out
to
support
me
on
that,
what
what
we
have
on
the
agenda
today
so
I'm
gonna
ask
all
my
council
members
to
support
ee,
the
the
community
center,
the
engineering
part
of
the
community
center
with
that
being
said.
That
concludes
my
report.
C
One
question:
okay,
right
before
I
came
to
the
meeting,
I
had
a
phone
call.
Man
on
Bayview
want
to
know
what
he
needs
to
do
about
the
homeless
when
they
called
who's
supposed
to
direct
them
to
in
his
area.
He
said
he
got
a
lot
of
homeless,
so
I
just
thought:
I'd
bring
it
up
and
find
out.
I
haven't
contact
you,
the
police,.
D
Department,
what
do
you
mean
about
the
homeless?
There's
a
number
of
organizations,
Mr
Biloxi,
Chris
I,
think
we
went
working
out
some
solutions
that
will
you
know
we'll
have
to
give
him.
You
know,
but
anyway,
basically
we're
all
trying
to
do
something
about
the
homeless,
just
to
assess
it
and
give
it
not
just
so
if
a
homeless
is
bothering
you
or
doing
some
things,
that's
not
right,
lot's,
a
big
a
lot
to
that
question,
but
we
aren't
having
correct.
A
You
that's
it:
okay,
okay!
That
concludes
the
council
reports.
We're
going
to
move
on
to
number
three
our
public
agenda.
We
have
a
total
amount
of
time
of
45
minutes
three
minutes
per
person
which
be
which
will
be
strictly
in
force.
Is
there
anyone
on
my
left
that
would
like
to
come
up
and
make
a
few
comments.
Anyone
on
my
left,
yes,
sir,
come
on
up.
Please
sign
in
give
your
name
and
your
address
please,
sir.
N
Hello,
my
name
is
Lauren
Faith.
We
live
on
Westview,
Drive
and
Dr.
Tisdale
was
kind
enough
to
put
together
a
meeting
with
the
MGCCC
folks
regarding
on
the
road
that's
proposed
and.
N
The
the
first
part
of
that
meeting
was
basically
a
filibuster,
but
we
did
get
past
that
and
in
the
meantime,
I've
had
the
opportunity
to
drive
up
to
Perkinston
and
see
their
entrance,
which
is
also
a
new
entrance
with
a
big
sign
and
that
one
was
done
very
nicely.
It's
on
Highway
49,
it's
near
a
bridge.
N
N
Such
an
entrance
in
Biloxi
would
be
much
more
favorable
than
what's
been
proposed.
With
a
stop
light.
That's
unnecessary.
N
This
proposed
light
is
going
to
do
the
same
thing
for
East,
View
and
West
View,
and
we
already
have
trouble
getting
out
on
the
Pass
Road
I'm
surprised
somebody
hasn't
been
killed
there.
Yet
the
traffic
comes
from
the
East
around
the
corner.
If
the
light
is
green
at
Eisenhower,
by
the
time
they
get
to
our
entrance,
it's
they're
they're
flying
I
mean
you,
you
can
look
and
there's
nobody
there
and
you
start
to
pull
out
and
they're
almost
almost
on
you.
N
One
of
the
other
things
that
came
up
at
that
meeting
with
the
college
is
that
the
traffic
study
was
done,
but
it's
outdated.
It
does
not
reflect
the
new
businesses
going
into
the
Edgewater
Square
that
Mr
creel
has
told
us
about.
N
A
F
F
Foreign,
my
comments
have
to
deal
with
the
Keesler
project.
That's
going
into
the
east
of
our
three
entrances
and
there's
going
to
be
up
to
1400
additional
people
that
will
be
using
that
that
new
development
that
they
have
for
Keesler
and
and
it's
it's
very
positive
for
Keesler
and
and
its
Improvement
and
we've
had
assurances
about
traffic
and
how
that's
going
to
work
out.
F
But
if
you
put
up
to
1400
people
exiting
from
the
east
of
our
community
and
then
you
put
a
new
Road
in
and
and
I
think,
the
presentation
of
the
Junior
College
president
was
superb
and
I
think
the
fact
that
that
they
are
a
quality
college
and
they
have
offerings
and
and
National
recognition
which
is
superior.
But
what
that's
going
to
do
is
is
attract
more
students.
F
And
so
what
is
the
workload
and
traffic
patterns
at
the
end
of
the
day?
And
and
as
was
already
stated
in
our
Fair
View
and
Lakeview
entrances?
It's
already
difficult.
F
So
to
the
to
the
right
of
us,
I'm,
sorry
to
the
left
of
us.
We
have
Keesler
Expansion
Project
to
the
right
of
us.
We're
we're
looking
at
at
this
exit
from
the
college.
These
are
all
very
worthy
and
justifiable
projects
for
for
businesses,
but
it
it
is
going
to
present
a
traffic
problem
for
our
community
and
the
City.
O
Hi,
my
name
is
Robert
Wolfe
and
I
was
coming
up
to
discuss
the
a
talk
in
favor
of
the
second
reading
ordinances
under
the
section
of
land
development,
ordinance
related
to
a
property
at
1885-87,
Pass
Road
that
I'm
a
developer
and
owner
of
with
some
Partners.
It
is
for
a
medicinal
processing
facility
for
medicinal
cannabis
we
currently
are
under
permit
to
construct
a
dispensary
night
right
next
door.
O
We
have
two
pharmacists
involved
with
us,
a
Consulting
doctor
out
of
Oklahoma
who
is
doing
processing
now
most
of
the
processing
is
table
top
type
equipment
or
cart
equipment,
and
it's
our
hope
with
where
we
are
located
not
far
from
the
VA
facility,
is
to
do
some
trials
to
work
with
some
of
the
veterans
with
PTSD,
because
it's
shown
some
favorable
results
there
and
also
some
promise
in
helping
people
avoid
opioids
for
pain
management.
We
have
two
pharmacists
involved
a
doctor.
O
My
wife
is
a
dialysis
nurse
with
a
national
dialysis
company
DaVita
and
just
asking
for
support,
and
you
know
coming
to
speak
in
favor
of
it.
L
Mr
President
I'd
like
to
table
this
until
April
4th
there's
a
conflict
for
the
developer
to
be
here
and
I.
Think
director
Creel.
J
B
P
What
this
is
is
a
recommendation
recommendation
for
a
tax
change
that
would
allow
a
medical
cannabis
processing
facility
to
be
allowed
in
NB
zoning
as
a
conditional
use
when,
when
we
were
putting
together
the
original
language
for
medical
cannabis
operations,
the
understanding
was
is
it
processing
facilities
can
be
very
large,
but
since
then,
we've
been
educated
a
little
bit
more
about
it
and
find
out.
P
Most
of
these
are
about
the
size
of
a
kitchen
in
a
house
where
they
cook
the
gummies
and
put
together
the
the
products
that
that
they're
trying
to
sell
the
Mr
Mr
Wolf
spoke
he's
the
one
that
brought
this
to
our
attention
and
they
are
in
the
process
right
now
of
putting
in
a
dispensary
on
Pass
Road
next
to
the
Roses
Florist
in
that
little
strip
center,
a
dispensary,
a
processing
facility
and
a
dispensary
cannot
be
connected.
They
can
be
in
the
same
building,
but
they
have
to
be
totally
separated
from
one
another.
P
What
this
Tech
Exchange
would
do
if
it's
approved,
is
allow
someone
to
operate
a
processing
facility
in
NB
zoning.
If
we
do
happen
to
get
a
larger
facility.
The
fact
that
in
in
the
application
for
wood,
the
fact
that
it's
a
larger
facility-
and
it
might
seem
out
of
character,
the
plating
commission,
the
city
council-
would
be
able
to
approve
or
turn
those
Down
based
on
their
feeling
about
it.
P
State
the
state
allows
us
to
take
care
of
the
zoning.
In
other
words,
that's
the
that's
really.
The
only
delegated
authority
for
the
state
law
to
the
city
is
the
zoning
and
where
we're
going
to
allow
these
establishments
to
be
and
where
we're
not
going
to
allow
it
to
be
so.
It
was
our
decision
with
this
Vision
that
these
processing
facilities
were
large
facilities
that
maybe
they
might
not
be
appropriate
in
NB
zoning.
P
But
we
since
come
to
learn
that
most
of
them
are
very
small,
and
so,
if
they're
a
small
operation
in
NB
zoning,
then
it
should
be
allowed
as
a
conditional
use,
because,
whatever
the
application
States
about
it,
it's
still
going
to
have
to
go
to
Planning,
Commission
and
Council
to
get
get
approval.
So
that
was
a
reason
that
we're
recommended
the
change
to
the
text.
A
M
M
J
L
Mr
director,
so
right
now
conditional
use
just
just
clarify
this.
So
if
we
vote
for
the
text
change,
somebody
makes
an
application
for
conditional
use.
What
is
the
test
to
turn
down
con
conditional
use?
Is
there
a
test
on
the
conditions?
Well,.
P
Because
it's
because
it's
NB
zoning,
the
council
can
actually
look
at
the
Merit
of
the
application.
That's
coming
forward.
If
there's
a
piece
of
property
in
NB
zoning,
where
they're
going
to
put
in
a
giant
facility,
then
the
council
may
not
think
that
that's
appropriate
for
that
particular
location
to
have
one
that
large.
But
if
it's
a
small
one
which
is
kind
of
in
line
with
neighborhood
business,
you
know
maybe
no
bigger
than
the
size
of
a
pharmacist.
Then
you
could
consider
approval.
But.
L
My
point
is
this
say
it
is
small
and
they're
applying
for
conditional
use.
Do
we
have
a
test
that
we
have
to
use
such
recently?
The
the
application
and
I
know
it's
different,
but
the
application
for
a
dispensary
by
MGM
Park.
We
turned
it
down
for
compatibility.
That
was
the
reason
do
we
have
do.
We
have
to
give
a
reason
for
this
type
of
application
in
order
to
kind
of
cross
our
T's
daughter
eyes
for
us
to
turn
her
down.
L
P
Can
you
can
always
use
the
other
uses
that
are
allowed
as
conditional
use
in
NB
to
support
your
opinion
or
your
your
vote
about
it?
You
know:
is
this
consistent
with
other
uses
that
are
conditional
use
in
NB
zoning?
Also
because
they're
going
to
be
cooking
in
there,
they
still
have
to
meet
fire
department
requirements
and
everything
else.
L
I
have
no
problem
with
that.
I'm.
Sorry,
sorry
to
cut
you
off,
but
my
my
issue
is
who
defines
whether
it's
small
or
large,
who
defines
that
I
mean
there's
if
it
isn't
defined,
then
it's
my
word
against
you.
This
is
a
medium
size,
it's
not
large
or
or
would
have
you.
Therefore,
there
is
no
test
for
that.
Is
there
there.
H
Special
cannabis
law
there's
a
distinction
between
tier
one
and
tier
two
processing
licenses,
I
believe
and
I'm
Googling
it
right
now.
But
when
I
was
reading
the
law
one
was
like
they
processed
2
000
pounds
of
dry
mass.
Is
it
or
less
is
a
tier
one
or
tier
two
and
the
other
is
two
thousand
pounds
or
more
and
it's
a
the
other
tier.
So
we
could
easily
make
this
if
it's
in
a
neighborhood
business,
the
tier,
that's
two
thousand
pounds
of
dry
mass
or
less.
L
Define
it
as
such,
thank
you
councilman,
so
this
councilman,
if
you
allow
me
to
maybe
direct
this
to
you
as
well,
so
it
doesn't
matter
how
big
the
facility
is.
If
we
use
that
test,
if
they're
only
producing
200
pounds
versus
2
000
pounds,
they
can
build
it
almost
as
big
as
they
want
to
build
it
to
meet
that
test.
That
you're
describing.
L
P
Anytime,
we
might,
and
anytime
staff
makes
a
recommendation
to
the
Planning
Commission
we
will
put
in
there
the
considerations
for
the
Planning
Commission
to
consider
when
they're
reviewing
an
application,
and
those
kind
of
things
would
be
added
in
that.
We
think
this
is
appropriate
or
not
appropriate,
and
here
are
the
reasons
why
so
it
would
be
in
the
court
reporters
documents
for
the
council
to
consider.
L
H
Jerry
can
I
get
it
check
to
be
a
true
understanding
of
how
you
process
this
is.
Is
you
have,
and
in
this
case,
if
you're,
one
of
the
tiers,
it's
two
thousand
pounds
or
less,
you
have
1999
pounds
of
marijuana
brought
in,
and
you
have
to
convert
that
that
marijuana
to
accrued
and
once
it's
converted
to
some
crude,
which
is
a
pretty
messy
process
after
convert
a
crude,
then
you
have
to
process
to
extract
the
THC
out
of
it.
H
You
you're
left
with
a
biomass,
the
terpenes
and
and
the
final
product
of
the
THC,
and
that
takes
that
does
take
some
extensive
equipment
more
than
just
a
kitchen
it
takes.
It
takes
a
white
film
system
or
short
path
systems.
It
does
take
a
basically
a
lab
to
do
that
and
to
process
up
to
two
thousand
pounds
would
be
a
considerable
feat
for
a
small
little
location.
H
Now,
once
you
have
that
leader
or
gallon,
or
whatever
jug
of
the
of
the
disc
lid
through
the
processing
process,
then
you
take
it,
you
can
cook
it
into
gummies
or
bread
or
or
make
carts
or
do
whatever
you
want
to
do
with
it.
But
that's
the
that's.
The
the
ending
phase
after
the
true
processing
is
done.
H
The
processing
is
really
the
really
the
function
of
turning
a
dry
Mass,
the
weed
into
an
oil
that
you
can
then
make
gummies
or
something
with
so
that
phase
is
a
little
more
intense
than
just
a
kitchen
for
2
000
pounds
at
least.
P
L
O
But
to
your
point
about
the
processing,
some
of
the
processes
just
buy
the
distillate,
so
we
wouldn't
have
the
heavier
equipment
in
those
cases
that
we
can
buy,
distill
it
from
one
processing
and
then
do
more
of
like
cooking
and
and
so
Mr
kriel's
correct.
In
that
a
lot
of
what
we're
doing
is
similar
to
a
restaurant.
O
In
some
ways
you
know
if
we,
if
we
are
going
to
the
full,
bore
with
what
you're
saying
the
equipment
where
we're
taking
the
biomass
but
some
processing
facilities
by
the
distillate,
which
is
the
liquid
form,
and
then
they
process
from
that
point
forward,
and
that's
what
we're
talking
about
with
what
we're
looking
at
for
that
location
right
now,.
L
O
It
it
could
be,
depending
upon
the.
A
H
L
O
Sure
I
understand
but
I
I
don't
know
what
it
would
generate.
But
I
could
you
know
maybe
come
up
with
a
samaj.
You
know
if
you
sold
a
million
dollars.
If
you
you
know
a
a
process.
End
result
Goods
what
that
would
be,
but
well.
O
O
Here
stage
right
now,
so
a
lot
of
the
projections
would
be
based
off
of.
P
P
H
When
we
judge
it
on
a
case-by-case
basis,
we're
left
with
the
we're
left
with
the
restrictions
of
arbitrary
and
capricious
right.
So
how
do
we?
How
do
we
really
judge
it
on
a
case-by-case
basis
without
violating
it
or
creating
some
arbitrary
or
Capri
standard?
If
we
don't
have
a
standard
set
in
place
and
I
think
that's?
What
Mr
glavin
is
saying
is
that
we
need
to
if
we're
going,
to
change
this
ordinance
in
order
to
actually
be
able
to
effectuate
the
outcomes
that
we
think
are
proper.
C
G
Watching
and-
and
let
me
take
a
mayor,
let
me
start,
let
me
start,
and
you
can
finish
so.
In
2008
we
submitted
a
grant
request
to
refurbish
City
Hall.
You
may
not
have
noticed,
but
the
place
has
fallen
apart.
There
are
blocks
of
material
falling
off
falling
off
the
building.
The
old
the
soft
marble
exterior
has
got
a
lot
of
problems,
so
in
2008
we
asked
for
700
000
from
the
Department
of
archives
and
history.
G
We
did
not
receive
that
Grant
again
in
2019,
I
updated
that
package
and
sent
it
off
to
the
legislature
asking
for
help
on
now.
Looking
at
about
a
million
dollars,
we
did
not
receive
that
money.
This
is
the
round
three
now
and
and
before
we
submit
a
request
to
either
the
Gulf
Coast
registration
fund
or
the
restore
act
or
what
our
archives
in
history
of
three
three
different
options.
G
We
need
to
update
that
project,
so
that
means
establishing
a
capital
project
and
engaging
a
an
architect,
the
same
one
that
did
the
2008
study
to
update
his
numbers
and
the
condition
assessment.
C
D
D
But
you
can't
you
know,
that's
a
it's
against
their
law,
so
it's
archives
in
history
and
they're,
very
strict
on
what
you
can
put
on
it,
how
you
can
treat
it
as
well
as
the
you
know,
the
the
Martyr
and
it's
a
repointing
of
that
and
and
just
the
facade
itself,
but
along
with
couple
also,
some
restrictions
could
be
behaved
but
actually
making
reconfiguring
the
first
floor
with
security
in
mind.
So
we've
got
two
bullets
that
we
can
go
after.
D
As
far
as
just
maintaining
this
1908
building
and
and
and
again
I'll
talk
with
our
lobbyist
and
and
he's
banging
on
archives
in
history
right
now
we
may
not
be
able
to
get
it
through
the
legislative
process
this
year,
but
we
definitely
can
get
on
the
radar
are
of
archives
and
history
and
a
lot
of
had
we
been
able
to
do
some
of
the
things
we
you
know
you
would
do
to
your
house.
You
can't
do
here,
so
it's
going
to
take
like
a
guild.
Hardy
I
think
is
the
architect.
D
They
did
the
first
plan,
so
we're
asking
I'm
sure
1.7
1.5
to
redo
what
security
we
need
on
the
first
floor
and
do
the
upgrade
you
know
configured
in
the
80s
when
we
used
to
build
our
own
property
tax
and
collect
water
and
garbage
there,
and
so
some
of
those
things
we're
going
to
ask
you
know
to
revisit
and
maybe
do
some
reconfigure
on
that
first
floor,
as
well
as
putting
the
security
that's
needed
on
the
first
floor.
D
C
G
This
is
just
an
amendment
to
our
temporary
staffing.
Our
agreement.
We're
gonna,
go
down
the
road
of
seeing
if
we
can
use
a
staffing
agency
to
hire
some
of
the
vacancies
that
we
have
in
public
works
on
Parks
and
Rec.
G
C
D
Doing
now
we
I
think
y'all
were
able
to
transfer
a
number
of
the
vacancies
we
couldn't
fill
into
Contract
Services
so
but
even
getting
Contract
Services.
You
know
with
the
place
I
think
golf
raising
some
of
these
other
folks.
It's
still
a
challenge.
They
have
the
same
issues.
We
have
you
know
for
the
price
and
for
the
you
know,
I
guess
the
immediate
job.
It's
a
tough
ball
game
right
now.
D
You
know
we
did
our
parking
as
far
as
getting
you
know
a
Dollar
Plus
an
hour
for
you
know
some
of
them
Folks
at
you
know
in
in
the
labor
in
entry-level
stuff-
and
you
know
it's
it's
a
tough
ball
game
still
trying
to
couple
the
13.65
an
hour
plus
everything
that
goes
along
with
it.
We
need
to
grasp
they
need
to
understand.
You
know
you
heard
about
insurance.
You
heard
about
price.
D
G
We've
had
good
luck
in
the
fire
department
and
increasingly
better
better
luck
in
the
police
department
or
filling
vacancies.
The
problem
seems
to
be
centered
on
public
works,
Parks
and
Rec.
The
the
low
end,
entry
level
positions.
D
D
D
Yeah
we're
looking,
we
look
at
it
right
now.
This
is
our
sixth
month.
Hopefully
it
is
we're
going
to
be
banging.
You
know.
We
talked
about
some
things
from
insurance
a
little
bit
today.
A
lot
of
things
need
to
be
done
right
here,
we're
halfway
through
the
year
and
we
don't
want
to
have
a
surprise
in
July
and
we
don't
have
a
surprise
again
in
October.
D
C
D
G
Q
C
G
Nominated
to
Holly
foreclosure,
it
makes
it
our
third
closure
now
so
it
will
be
approved
for
the
Papa.
Sorry
extension,
the
closure
agreement
was
signed,
Council
approved
vet,
Council
approved
the
construction
agreement,
and
now
the
only
thing
left
is.
G
We
schedule
them
to
they're
going
to
see
they've
just
emailed
us
this
morning,
the
schedule
the
first
week
of
April
to
do
the
closure
and
because
we
don't
have
the
very
expensive
railroad
insurance
we
we
have
to
engage
somebody
else
that
has
that
insurance,
it's
cheaper
to
pay
somebody
to
do
the
work
that
has
the
insurance,
then
for
us
to
get
the
insurance
and
that's
what
this
agenda
item
is.
It's
approving
a
a
small
contract
with
Gulf
Breeze
who's
also
going
to
be
working
on
on
the
Main
Street
crossing.
C
Well,
yeah
I
wanted
to
ask
on
s:
you
got
it
authorized
and
a
an
engagement
letter
with
the
audit
company.
Where
does
what
is
the
engagement?
What
does
that.
C
K
C
C
J
Couple
of
things
on
item
r:
this
is
the
recognize
Grant
funds
for
the
pops.
Ferry
extension
I
just
want
to
be
clear
on
this:
we're
getting
a
four
roughly
a
4.2
million
dollar
Grant
from
MDOT,
and
then
we're
getting
two
million
dollars
from
the
county,
and
that
leaves
a
balance
of
roughly
7.6
million.
J
D
In
the
legislature
and
grpc-
and
some
of
these
other
ones
got
over
seven
million
that
we
pushed
up
on
the
table,
we'll
come
back
to
us
once
we
get
these
reimbursements.
Is
it
coming
so
as
well
that'll
free
back
into
the
pool
for
the
for
the
glb
22
from
Bond,
so
we're
not
spending
seven
million,
we're
putting
it
up,
so
we
can
go
forward.
Hopefully.
D
To
a
situation
where
approval
is
being
made
so
then
60
days
later,
we'll
be
in
a
bid
situation.
J
Okay,
no
longer
perplexed.
There
you
go
on
item
X,
I
just
caught
something
in
there.
This
is
1.7
million
for
the
three
pumper
trucks,
the
seven
years
at
four
percent
280
thousand
roughly
a
year,
and
it
mentions
in
there.
The
city
anticipates
to
issue
not
more
than
10
million
dollars
of
tax-exempt
obligations
during
this
calendar
year.
So
is
there
a
bond
issue,
bond
proposal
going
to
come
before
us.
G
J
J
Thank
you,
the
other,
the
other
thing
on
items,
a
b
c
and
d
I'm,
just
not
convinced
at
this
time
of
the
need
for
an
access.
Road
I,
certainly
support
the
college
and
their
mission,
but
I
would
know
just
in
looking
through
the
traffic
study.
The
student
enrollment
is
down
quite
a
bit
in
the
past
10
years
with
the
studies
several
years
old
I
could
understand
why
they
would
want
to
do
it.
I
just
can't
see
I
can't
support
this
need
for
the
moment.
So
that's
items
a
b,
c
and
d.
L
Thank
you,
Mr
President,
just
looking
through
this
I
just
want
to
clarify
item
BB.
L
This
has
to
do
at
the
Cedar
Lake
bridge,
Paving
repairs
and
we're
asking
to
remove
the
tampons
because
they
no
longer
qualify.
Is
that
accurate
or
what
what's
the
deal
with
that
it.
G
Was
an
80
20
Grant
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
back
here
in
engineering,
an
80
20
Grant
to
to
design
the
mechanical
and
electrical
repairs
needed
for
the
bridge,
that
work
is
nearly
complete
and
we're
about
to
have
a
design
for
mechanical
electrical
repairs
that
can
go
on
the
Shelf,
but
MDOT
has
put
their
foot
down
and
said
unless
you
have
a
project
that
creates
a
bridge
that
is
no
longer
hosted
by
posted.
G
So
as
you,
as
you
know,
we
we
basically
get
gave
those
money
gave
those
monies
back
in
the
budget,
but
at
the
same
time
we've
got
an
eight
hundred
thousand
dollar
Grant
from
FEMA
to
study
and
design
the
begin,
the
design
of
a
new
bridge,
and
will
that
study
we'll
be
looking
at
repair?
Replace
move
do
away
with
all
the
different
options
we
have
for
that
Cedar
Lake
bridge.
L
Yeah
I
think
it's
important
that
you
know
all
those
considerations
are
on
the
table,
including
relocation,
removal
and
relocation
other
bridge
and
strictly
because
it's
an
old
bridge
it
can't
handle
or
it
doesn't
get
certified
for
certain
loads.
You
know
when
you
travel
over
it
and
that
presents
a
problem
with
emergency
response,
vehicle
and
and
several
other
things
so
I.
Thank
you
for
clarifying
that
and
then,
let's
see,
the
other
thing
is
I'll.
Certainly
support.
L
Ee
I
think
that's
great
for
the
community
and
great
for
our
youth
in
that
area
and
adults.
Young
adults
to
be
able
to
use
a
facility
like
that.
A
Thank
you,
Mr
glavin
you're
welcome
Mr
Bennett
yeah.
It's
only
like
three
left
yeah.
M
The
only
thing
I
have
is
I
agree
with
Mr
glavin
I.
Think
ee
is
great
one
of
the
things
that
we
definitely
have.
A
short
shortage
of
in
the
city
of
Biloxi
is
indoor
recreational
facilities.
So
I
think
this
is
great
and
then
once
this
is
complete,
I
think
that
we
should
build
another
one
or
two
throughout
the
city
and
then
on
X,
that's
1.725
million
total,
or
is
that
per
truck
total.
A
A
Thank
you,
Miss
glavin
and
I
have
nothing
else.
I'm
gonna
call
for
the
question
and
I'll
take
any
exceptions.
All.
A
Okay:
seven
zero
Mr
Lawrence
any
none,
Miss
Newman,
that's
the
Deming
Dr.
P
Item
8
on
the
agenda,
Robin
M
bind
12686
Lorraine
Road.
This
property
is
still
in
violation,
I
talked
with
the
owner
and
her
sister
yesterday
and
they
asked
for
30
days
their
some
trailers
on
this
property.
Some
mobile
homes
they've
removed
one
they're
in
the
process
of
selling
three,
and
they
know
that
one
has
to
be
torn
down.
This
is
the
old
mobile
home
park
next
to
Coalville
grocery.
So
I
would
ask
the
council
for
30
days
I.
P
With
me,
no
the
the
vehicles
are
inoperable
and
the
grass
is
the
lot's
overgrown.
It's
a
vacant
lot.
P
Okay,
ET
Properties,
LLC,
1891
pops,
Ferry
Road
I,
spoke
with
the
owner
this
morning
and
they
have
cleaned
up
a
great
deal
of
the
property.
We
did
verify
that
there
are
still
three
lots:
there
are
two
vacant
lots
and
one
with
a
mobile
home
on
it
and
they've
agreed
that
if
we
give
them
30
days,
they'll
clean
those
two
lots
up
and
demolish
the
mobile
home.
That's
in
such
bad
shape.
K
Q
Q
Q
I
remove
the
the
dock
was
built
by
my
roommate
at
the
water's
edge,
moved
it
and
burned
all
the
wood
off
of
it.
I
won't
get
built
back,
but
as
far
as
permits
for
the
shed
I
I'd
request,
another
30
days
work
with
the
food
enforcement
office
find
out
why
the
permit
was
denied
what
I
have
to
do
to
correct
it.
L
P
No
sir,
the
original
the
original
citation
that
was
written
dealt
with
if
you'll
look
in
your
packet,
it
shows
that
one
of
the
things
was
working
without
a
permit.
What
happened
is
Mr
trink
House
collects
scrap
wood,
small
pieces
of
wood
and
he
built
two
sheds
on
the
property
without
a
permit,
I
sent
my
inspectors
out
there
to
review
it
to
see
if
it
even
remotely
met
the
code.
Neither
one
meet
the
building
code.
P
The
spans
are
too
far
and
the
ordinance
says
that
any
structure
built
in
the
city
has
to
be
built
to
withstand
Winds
of
150
miles
an
hour.
Essentially,
what's
happened
is
that,
as
you
saw
from
the
pictures,
he's
putting
stuff
up
in
a
pile
and
covered
it
up
with
some
other
things,
but
no
there's
not
been
significant
Improvement
to
the
property.
Q
Show
I
built
a
shed
to
be
strong,
not
an
engineer,
but
I've
been
doing
construction
for
nearly
30
years
and
I
went
through
the
code
department
and
asked
them
what
the
requirements
were
and
they
needed
to
make
sure
that
it
was
secured
to
the
ground.
So
it
won't
float
away
that
it
had
vents
in
it,
so
it
doesn't
become
buoyant
and
hurricane
strapping
on
some
of
the
rafters,
which
I've
done
all
that
and
I
initially
intended
on
having
electrical
in
there.
Q
But
they
told
me
that
I'd
have
to
get
an
elevation
certificate
which
is
kind
of
expensive,
so
I
opted
just
to
pull
all
the
electrical
back
out
of
it
I'm
attempting
to
meet
code.
Nobody
got
back
in
touch
with
me
when
I
went
down
there
six
times,
Mr.
L
Trinkelst
we're
trying
to
help
you,
but
you
know
we
gave
you
30
days
to
do
some
cleaning
up
and
the
director
is
telling
us
it.
Basically,
you
took
a
tarp
and
covered
some
stuff
up
and
I
I'm
sure
we'd
we'd
like
to
help
you
but
I'm,
trying
to
find
a
way
out
here.
If
we
extended
it,
how
does
that
get
us
to
point
A
to
point
B
that
we're
making
progress
here?
L
You
know
there's
an
issue
with
the
shed
as
the
Director
is
saying
they
don't
meet
code
and
so
you're
not
going
to
be
able
to
get
the
permit
for
the
shed
unless
something
changes
there
got
to
clean
up
and
remove
some
of
the
stuff.
That's
there.
If
we're
going
to
try
to
move
the
needle
here,
all
right
so
I
mean
I'm
all
for
I'll.
Give
you
another
shot
at
this
thing,
but
we
can't
come
back
to
this
Council
and
be
still
stuck
at
Square
One.
Q
Okay,
all
I
need
to
know
is
what
what's
lacking
as
far
as
meeting
code
as
far
as
the
the
shed
itself
and
the
rest
of
stuff
I'll.

Good
afternoon
Council,
currently
meme
of
contact.
N
R
I
contacted
them
and
they
came
back.
They
we
have
1.69
million,
they
said
it's
being
processed,
we
should
see
it
and
the
system
starting
tomorrow
or
Thursday,
and
once
that
occurs
as
I've
told
y'all
before
it
usually
takes
about
10
to
12
calendar
days.
So
hopefully,
at
our
next
council
meeting
I'll
be
able
to
tell
you
it's
in
the
system
and
it's
been
there
and
about
to
come
to
us.
Thank.
