We
talked
about
it.
I
would
like
to
offer
a
on
item
in
before
we
move
into
each
person.
I
want
to
move
that
we
are
men
in
from
Division
Street
to
Bayview,
move
it
from
Division
Street
move
it
a
couple
of
bots
over
to
Bayview
south
right
now
is
Division
Street
south,
so
I
want
to.
Oh.
Thank
you.
Thank
thank
you.
A
B
D
G
I
think
from
discussing
with
mr.
Gannon's
that
just
to
make
more
business
opportunities
within
the
old
historic
area
of
Biloxi,
all
the
way
to
the
bay
to
the
edge
he's
talking
about
I
mean
right
now,
you're
on
the
north
edge
of
division.
So
if
you
went
all
the
way
down,
Cabot
there
may
be
more
rain
are
the
same
etcetera.
So
it's
just
more
opportunities
same
same
concept.
The
developer
owner
would
have
to.
D
B
B
I
am
but
I
went
there
finish
before
we
did
this
last
one
while
we
just
moved
to
Porter.
Well,
we
just
cover
all
the
businesses
wine
that
moves
is
seen
further
and
give
all
the
people
on
how
to
have
you
an
opportunity.
I
saw
ministers.
Dumping
on
you
know,
that's
fine
with
me,
I
mean
I,
don't
know
why
we
live
it
in
anything.
B
B
D
B
A
A
A
G
B
F
Right
the
way
the
the
B
news
newsletter
is
running
right
now
is
the
it's
operating
in
in
the
black
about
forty
thousand
in
the
black,
because
it's
taken
all
of
the
taking
all
the
existing
monies
that
were
being
sent
out
by
mail
consolidated
into
that
being
supported
by
some
ad
revenue,
but
we
needed
a
special
account.
First
of
all,
so
we
can
account
and
track
the
money's
coming
in
and
out.
So
that's
one
component
of
it.
The
other
component
of
it
is
as
part
of
these
cable
franchise
contracts.
F
I
G
F
At
least
mainly
so
we
can
account
for
it
and
track
it
right
now.
It's
just
being
you
know
we
sold
an
ad,
and
here
it's
kind
of
been
a
little
bit
of
a
bookkeeping
nightmare
we'd
like
to
be
able
to
track
it
and
Mike
Leonard
has
been
very
kind
of
skeptical
we're
losing
money
on
this,
we're
losing
money.
F
What
we
actually
charted,
everything
and
toted
it
all
up
and
we're
there
thirty
forty
thousand
ahead,
and
so,
if
you
know,
if
there's
an
excess
on
that,
that
can
go
back
into
that,
can
go
back
into
other
things,
but
at
least
would
allow
that
to
be
tracked,
where
we
could
have
a
accounting
procedure
of
what
is
it
doing
each
year.
So.
F
F
D
I
do
have
one
question:
I
was
concerned
about
this
at
budget
time,
because
I
worry
about
the
the
sound
system
we
have
in
here
and
particularly
for
whatever
software
are
associated
with
the
sound
system.
In
order
to
you
know,
get
accurate
information
for
the
minutes
and
everything
and
I
know
I,
think
I,
think
I,
say
I,
know,
I,
think
you
used
this
system
when
you're
recording
for
YouTube
and
everything
I
mean
we
talk
with
the
clerks.
They
still
have
concerns
about
the
sound
system.
What's
your
experience.
I
D
D
B
B
I
B
I
Not
part
of
this
money,
there's
some
already
counting
money
to
do
that
and
to
do
it
on
the
city's
parcel
and
then
and
well
I
think
we
talked
a
little
bit
about
some
of
the
things
we
could
do
in
addition
to
that
with
the
existing
property.
So
that's
still
in
the
mill
it's
not
designed,
yet
it
actually
just
got
placed
or
where
it's
going
to
be.
You
know
from
a
rodent
burg,
to
veterans
and
to
back
to
with
to
originally
plan.
So
that's
in
the
mill
it's
a
two.
I
B
I
G
That's
adding
to
some
of
what
you've
already
budgeted
this
tide
lands
grant
was
specifically
for
that.
You
still
need
a
little
more
to
actually
do
it,
so
you've
got
a
request
in
this
year,
but
it's
basically
if
you
took
it
from
the
harbormaster's
house,
I
wrap
it
around
over
to
Margaritaville.
Then,
in
that
boardwalk
interface,
there.
G
B
G
That's
in
front
of
the
legislature
or
will
be
soon
representative
Madison
is
supposed
to
introduce
that,
and
you
know
the
mayor
and
his
team
met
last
week.
There
was,
you
know,
pretty
positive
response,
so
if
that
happens,
then
that
that
should
be
enough.
Well
it's
up
to
the
engineers,
but
that
should
be
enough
to
do
the
bulkhead
and
the
boardwalk
a
lot
as
part
of
the
overall
marina
improvements.
G
But
what
we're
basically
saying
is
yep
1.2
million
in
tidelands,
counting
this
one
and
another
one
this
year
for
about
a
million
of
that
a
year
if
they
just
committed,
you
know
for
debt
service,
let
DMR
do
a
bond
with
it
like
they
have
done
other
things
you
can
go.
Do
that
20
million
dollars-
it
wouldn't
be
quite
20
million,
but
you
could
go.
Do
the
upgrade
of
marina!
Now,
that's
what's
before
them,
nothing
else,
just
the
marina
upgrade!
G
It
is
in
that
bill
and
you'd
really
be
asking
for
Less
tidelands
in
there
getting
right
now,
but
just
committed
for
for
a
bond
issue.
Dmr's
done
this
before
and
whenever
you
look
at
the
tidelands
appropriations
every
year.
There's
about
a
million
dollars
for
debt
service.
That's
an
old
bond
issue!
Dmr!
That's
about
to
end!
So
where
ask
him?
Okay,
he
ad
amend,
not
statute
and
add
the
point
cadet
marina
in
there
and
and
dedicate
a
million
a
year
to
debt
service
for
DMR
to
go.
