A
C
You
Mr
President
welcome
everyone
to
our
to
our
meeting
and
that
concludes
my
report.
Oh
wow.
A
A
C
C
For
you,
but
I'm
glad
you
mentioned,
how
do
we
ask
you
to
spread
the
minutes?
The
the
the
to
the
minutes,
the
expenses
from
the
Biloxi
travel
credit
card,
and
that
concludes
my
report.
Thank.
F
Got
a
long
list:
let's
see
here
now
we're
going
to
welcome
the
bill
fish
tournament.
They
be
leaving
the
the
harvest
at
11,
30
Saturday
morning
I
mean
excuse
me
Thursday
morning.
That's
probably
I,
don't
know
several
hundred
million
dollar
worth
of
boats,
eight
10
12
million
great
for
the
city
of
Biloxi
and
electric
fishing
this
the
coast.
They
do
well
for
us
and
we
enjoy
having
them
and
glad
they're
back.
Thank.
A
E
I
was
just
thinking
today,
79
years
ago
today,
D-Day
amazing.
If
you've
not
seen
Private
Ryan,
you
may
Saving
Private
Ryan.
You
may
not
want
to
see
it,
but
if
you
ever
watch
it,
you
wonder
how
people
ever
left
a
foxhole
or
any
kind
of
shelter.
It's
it's
amazing
Mr
President,
as
I
mentioned
earlier,
we
should
probably
go
ahead
and
schedule
a
workshop
on
the
special
events.
Ordinances.
We've
already
had
one.
We
really
didn't
set
a
date
for
another
one
in
perhaps
two
weeks
from
today
after
our
afternoon
meeting.
E
E
A
H
H
Traffic
committee,
Chief
I,
don't
know
if
they
met
and
kind
of
went
over
the
dangerous
curve
on
the
skillet
and,
if
they've
had
any
conversation
with
that,
yet
not
yet.
Okay,
no
problem
those
those
are
the
only
two
things
that
I
had
that.
That
concludes
my
report.
Okay,.
A
Thank
you,
Mr
Deming,.
G
I'm
sorry
Christy,
while
I'm
thinking
about
it
during
my
award
meeting
the
gentleman
from
Cherry
Lane
talked
about
the
Culvert
on
the
other
side
from
the
one
that
we
repaired.
Has
anyone
gone
out
there
and
checked
on
it.
D
A
And
I'll
close
by
this
past
Memorial
Day
Weekend
Mike
Leonard,
he
emceed
the
Memorial
Day
program
at
the
VA,
so
I
just
want
to
acknowledge
that
that
was
a
great
job.
Thank
you.
That
concludes
my
report.
All
right!
We're
going
to
move
on
to
our
public
agenda
citizen
comments.
We
have
a
total
a
lot
of
time
of
45
minutes.
Three
minutes
per
person
strictly
in
force.
A
J
C
E
I
never
doubted
that
you'd
make
it
to
retirement.
Most
of
you
don't
know
this,
but
Tim
is
also
a
high
school
football
official.
So
he's
used
to
people
yelling
at
him
and
throwing
things
at
him.
Sometimes
he's
learned
to
run
fast,
but
he's
he
was.
He
is
and
was
very
good
in
code
enforcement
and
a
number
of
other
things
that
you
do
Jerry
and
an
MP
in
the
military
and
the
thing
is
in
Code
Enforcement.
We
don't
give
you
cups
or
a
billy
club
or
anything
you're,
not
armed.
E
A
K
My
name
is
Nick
Moody
I'm,
with
Biloxi
bombers
baseball.
We
we're
the
group
that
adopted
Todd
Miguel's
field,
so
I'm
here
to
announce
the
little
event
we
have
next
Saturday
the
17th
out
there.
K
It's
called
the
Biloxi
bombers,
All-Star
Invitational,
and
what
we're
planning
to
do
is
have
the
local
all-star
teams
from
all
local
League
six-year-olds
through
the
10
year
olds.
Have
a
series
of
games
out
there,
starting
with
t-ball
we're
going
to
try
to
start
around
10
in
the
morning,
have
the
seven
to
eights
play
after
that,
and
then
the
9
and
10s
play
after
that,
probably
a
total
of
five
games
out
there
we're
trying
to
make
this
a
big
Community
event.
K
We
have
a
few
local
vendors
that
come
out
going
to
come
out
there,
lz's
Hardware
bloxy
bicycle
a
few.
Other
vendors
come
out
there
set
up.
Tents
have
have
things
they
want
to
promote
for
their
own
business
and
then
we're
going
to
have
Burger
burger
out
there
with
their
big
grill
grilling
selling,
hamburgers
chicken
sandwiches,
I
believe
and
we're
gonna
have
a
full
consistency.
K
Going
just
want
to
really
want
to
continue,
make
awareness
of
taught
migas
and
that
it's
open
for
for
people
in
the
city
to
use
and
to
give
a
little
update
on
Tommy
guys.
It's
been
getting
a
lot
of
use
from
our
local
teams.
We
use
it
a
lot
of
the
other.
All-Star
teams
have
been
using
it
out
there,
and
then
you
know
the
the
batting
cage
we've
recently
worked
on
that
that's
going
to
be
complete
by
next
weekend.
We
we
laid
the
new
turn
from
the
bank
cage
on
Sunday.
K
We
have
the
net
in
hand
that
will
be
installed
over
the
weekend,
so
we'll
have
that
to
show
off
as
well
and
for
teams
to
use
in
between
games
to
warm
up
so
I
just
wanted
to
really
get
it
out
there.
It's
been
on
social
media
already
getting
a
big
following
so
hopefully
the
weather's
going
to
cooperate,
we're
going
to
have
a
big
crowd
out
there.
So
just
wanted
to
let
you
guys
know
I,
tell
aware
of.
F
K
A
K
A
H
I'll
move
it
secretary.
A
Been
the
first
reading,
Mr
glavin
yep
most
moved
to
table
it
subject.
H
I
D
L
Yes,
sir
single
family
zoning
they're
proposing
to
build
seven
single
family
lots,
only
six
will
have
houses.
So
it's
a
it's
a
good
design,
nice
large
lights
with
nice
large
houses.
This.
L
B
A
F
On
on
a
substitute
Peter,
what
we
do
with
the
Z.
H
All
right,
Z
I,
think
was
the
companion
resolution
to
why
just
showing
where
the
funding
source
would
be,
that
there
was
167
000
of
unencumbered
money
from
the
housing
Grant
that
will
be
transferred
into
that
line.
Item
set
forth
in
the
resolution
and
that
left
eighty
two
thousand
dollars
sort
of
new
money
coming
out
of
the
economic
development
Security
fund.
H
Well,
we're
basically
committing
a
total
of
250
000
over
a
number
of
years
to
fund
future
litigation
costs
and
to
match
what
the
county
did
two
weeks
ago
in
their
meeting
where
they
committed
250
000..
The
state
put
up
1.4
million
for
experts
and
other
things,
but
refused
to
fund
anything
for
or
litigation,
and
we
still
have
ongoing
litigation
over
the
next
few
years.
And
so
this
is
to
at
least
provide
a
a
commitment
for
those
funds
going
forward
and.
H
That's
right
and
to
be
managed
under
the
county.
The
county
is
managing
the
the
overall
project
and
going
forward
to
collect
money
from
other
cities
to
create
a
reservoir
of
funds
going
forward.
C
Well,
you
know,
let
me
add
too
we're
expecting.
You
know,
support
from
all
these,
the
cities
that
you
know
have
skin
in
the
game
and
they
need
to
put
the
money
up
like
we
do
based
on
you
know
some
some
algorithm,
but
we're
expecting
to
push
hard
because
there's
no
telling
you
know
they've
got
a
David
and
Goliath
thing
we
already
won.
We
already
got
one
Rock
Place
the
right
way.
C
We
need
to
make
sure
that
it
doesn't
get
unhooked
and
you
know
appeal
several
other
options
that
they
would
have,
but
we
just
need
a
voice
that
you
know
at
the
table
a
seat
at
the
table
when
it
comes
to
the
Bonnet
carry
and
when
it
comes
to
Mark
Anza
when
it
comes
to
midwritten
sound
I
mean
if
this
is
a
huge
thing,
even
the
folks
on
East
part
of
east
of
the
Mississippi
River
from
Louisiana
understand.
This
is
a
big
deal
and
a
lot
at
stake
so
I
think
we're.
C
We
know
we
need
to
step
in
and
I
think
this
is
a
that
first
step
or
actually
the
second
step
to
do
that
over
a
number
of
years.
Nobody.
F
Has
a
problem
supporting
it,
but
I
mean
I,
don't
want
to
drag
along
for
years
after
years
after
years.
You
know
because
it
flows
over
the
bad
of
Louisiana
they're,
going
to
open
them
up.
You
can't
stop
that
if
they
people
are
going
to
drown
over
there
they're
going
to
save
the
horses
they're
going
to
definitely
open
it
up.
We
know
that
I
don't
want
to
get
into
one
of
these
deals
where
we
just
paying
lawyers
over
and
over
and
over
we're
not
going
anywhere
with
anything.
F
I
F
Move
to
the
hang
of
the
chain,
Clearwater
killer,
that's
that's
the
way
it
worked
and
I
want
to
get
into
this.
Sometimes
they
always
just
put
this
money
to
the
oysters
themselves.
The
pill
working
out,
but
you
know,
like
you
said
you
need
to
have
something
to
Salt
wood,
fine,
but
I.
Don't
want
this
to
be
one
of
the
day
we
just
drug
off.
They
want
to
spend
millions
of
dollars
a
bunch
of
lawyers
to
drink
coffee
and
have
a
good
time.
You
know
we're
not
creating
a
retirement
fund.
S
are.
E
Yeah
just
to
follow
a
question,
so
the
80
82
000
is:
let's
see
that's
coming
out
of
the
economic
development
Security
fund,
all
right,
the
other
167
thousand
is
coming
out
of
the
was
it
I.
Don't
know,
I
can't
remember
what
we
call
the
downtown
housing
incentive
more
or
less.
These
are
the
tri-party
agreements
that
we've
been
doing
right.
H
That
that
that
ended
in
June
1st,
so
that
money
was
due
to
go
back
into
the
Economic
Security
fund.
E
E
F
This
is
that
High
intense
drug
Force
money-
this
is
a
good
thing
for
us
right
and
being
supportive
with
this.
Yes,.
M
Sir,
yes,
sir,
we've
had
an
agreement
with
DEA
and
Haida
for
many
years
to
help
out
in
different
investigations,
and
that's
what
that's.
What
one
of
these?
As
far
the
other
one
we
use
body,
worn
cameras
in
DEA
and
Haida
do
not,
and
so
we
had
to
have
an
agreement
with
them
to
allow
our
officer
when
he's
working
with
them
to
wear
a
body,
worn
camera.
F
H
Wells
Fargo,
the
Bella
25
000,
Grant
they're,
almost
finished
I
think
the
deadline
to
get
a
CO
was
June
15th
and
we're
extending
that
to
the
end
of
next
month
and.
F
How
many
apartments
or
rooms
to
have
in
there
yeah
13
13
of
them.
F
I'm
glad
to
see
Diablo
needed
to
pickleball
restroom
another
dealer
and
hit
a
complex,
but
it's
a
pickleball,
that's
actually
getting
ready
to
do
and
I
know
this
come
in
a
good
bit
to
build.
That
I
was
just
wondering
any
of
that
money
we
could
put
towards
building
on
12
courts
and
a
court.
Have
you
found
what
it
takes
say
again.
I
C
The
200
I
think,
is
what
we
initiated
and
budget,
and
so
142
was
a
little
bit
142..
Okay,
pushing
it.
You
know
towards
pickleball
heaven
in
the
next
60
000.
F
I
know
that
I
talked
to
Sherry
Belson
there
this
weekend,
everybody
from
Long
Beach
to
shut
this
down.
They
were
repairing
them.
You
know
the
Biloxi
trying
to
play
Pickleball,
that's
good,
that's
pretty
good
I
mean
they.
Just
everybody
comes
to
Hattiesburg
they're
coming
Biloxi
play
Pickleball
yeah!
That's
for
you!
Oh
folks,
you
got
it
pickleball.
A
G
Paul
last
time
we
talked
when
this
Economic
Development
Fund
came
up.
I
thought
you
had
said
all
of
the
grants
were
out,
and
so
there's
a
new
ten
thousand
dollar
Grant
going
out
on
P
is
that
coming
from
The
Economic,
Development,
Fund,
Development,
Fund
and
I
thought
that
in
just
a
moment
ago,
I
thought
you
said
we
closed
that
program
on
June
1st.
H
Well,
the
application
was
in
right
before
I
think
when
we
talked
about
it
last
time,
I
said
we
had
one
that
was
in
before
the
deadline
and.
N
H
The
money
back,
actually
the
the
exhibit
show
May
24th,
is
when
the
approval
of
the
grant
went
out.
H
Was
it
approved?
They
accepted
it
before
the
first,
so
I
would
I
think
it's
within
the
spirit
of
the
resolution
and
the
the
deadline
that
we
honor
this
one.
L
G
E
Mr
Mayor,
since
he
pickleball
bathrooms,
came
well
under
budget
there's
a
little
lanyap
there
that
could
go
to
that
water
fountain
with
a
Pet's,
bigoted,
Pennzoil,
Park
I'm.
Just
saying
in
fact,
you
got
enough
to
do
like
six,
six
or
seven
of
those
Chris.
E
H
Okay,
Mr
glavin,
thank
you.
Mr
President
I
just
have
a
couple
of
comments
on
what
George
was
talking
about
earlier
items,
z
and
y,
the
sound
Coalition
every
single
one
of
us
ought
to
be
involved
with
the
sound
Coalition
I've
been
involved
with
it,
not
only
because
of
seafood
Heritage
and
how
it
affects
the
fishermen
in
Biloxi
and
all
along
the
coast,
but
how
it
affects
tourism,
how
it
affects
our
recreational
resources-
and
this
is
a
real
big
deal.
H
I
applaud,
Biloxi
by
stepping
up
to
the
plate
and
committing
some
funds
for
some
legal
expenses.
The
state
originally
decided
not
to
they
did
they
thought
Goliath
was
too
big,
but
we
hit
Goliath
Square
in
the
forehead
with
a
couple
of
rocks,
but
Goliath
is
still
standing
and
I
know
we
have
Cindy
Hyde
Smith.
We
have
our
Louisiana
friends,
Billy
nungesser,
that's
on
our
side
in
Louisiana
on
this
side
of
Louisiana,
and
this
fight
is
long
long
from
being
over.
H
But
the
scale
of
this
thing,
if
it
tips
the
wrong
way,
could
kill
the
Mississippi
sound
and
it
could
kill
the
Fisheries
in
the
Gulf
of
Mexico
on
the
Mississippi
side.
Not
only
oysters
but
shrimp
fish,
all
the
things
that
we've
I
guess
had
the
privilege
to
enjoy
could
go
away
and
that
that's
not
hype.
H
You
know
go
read
the
statistics
that
are
that
are
being
put
out
there
by
reputable
by
Noah
and
the
marine
fisheries
National
marine
fisheries
and
others.

Well,
a
little
empty-handed,
but
good
news
coming
I
spoke
with
Mima
on
Monday.
They
said
the
1.073
million
should
be
starting
in
the
system
tomorrow.
Wednesday
anything
else
behind
that
night,
not
yet,
but
we
have
our
conference
call
with
Mima
and
FEMA
this
Thursday
so
we'll
be
discussing
it
with
them,
sir.
So.
