C
E
Know
that
there
is
at
least
a
25
foot
isn't
there?
The
documents
also
show
that
there
was
a
25
foot
construction
easement
on
the
other
side
of
that.
Mr.
steiffel
believes
that
that
was
a
temporary
easement
and
that
that's
no
longer
there.
But
we'll
try
to
get
a
straight
answer,
but
it
would
at
least
be
25.
E
C
C
All
right
and
the
two
big
factors
really
a
traffic
load
and
flow
in
the
new
Popp's
Ferry
Bridge.
Those
seem
to
be
the
major
stumbling
blocks
can
is
the
city?
Does
the
city
have
any
money
available
or
will
have
I
mean
to
my
knowledge
there
isn't
to
say
this
would
be
great.
Let's
get
started
on
widening
Atkinson
Road
jeez.
What
would
that
cost
you
to
do
that?
You
got
to
buy
the
property.
F
E
C
Could
this
be
phased
so
that
the
ingress
and
egress,
depending
on
which
phase
was
being
done,
we're
strictly
through
Popp's
Ferry
Road
and
then
maybe
some
of
those
residential
units
be
built
a
little
later,
maybe
after
the
road,
you
know
what
I'm
saying
I
mean
timing
seems
to
be
a
big
issue
in
terms
of
infrastructure
and
that's
probably
another
discussion
for
another
time,
but
I
just
wanted
to
throw
that
out.
There.
G
C
C
C
G
C
Would
it
be
possible
to
do
that
phase
last
or
I
think
this
is
going
to
be
done
in
three
phases
or
even
in
the
second
page
and
like
I,
say
this
different
discussion
for
a
different
time?
This
is
only
the
first
reading.
I
just
had
to
get
this
out
for
I
went
home
and
kick
the
dog
now
I
don't
have
to
kick
the
dog,
so
thank
you.
Thank
You,
Dennis,
Thank,
You,
Jerry.
H
H
I
Tsl
massager
I
would
ask
item
a
the
resolution
regarding
the
wall.
You
know
we're
going
through
some
some
exercises
with
the
architects
and
you
know
for
security
and
some
of
those
other
things
that
you
know
we
could
pass
it
and
do
it
later,
but
I
think
you
know
what
we're
trying
to
do
is.
You
know,
implement
a
plan
where
we
have
some
security
and
those
kinds
of
things
in
it.
I
don't
know
that
we
need
to
do
it.
A
J
Frank
Kinser
and
he's
got
a
task
order
to
to
come
up
with
the
drawing
from
downstairs
to,
oddly
enough
with
the
events
of
Virginia
Beach
this
last
week.
Oddly
enough,
two
weeks
ago,
we
started
to
work
in
him
working
on
the
security
upgrading
the
security
security
downstairs
that
will
involve
moving
that
counter,
which
is
the
old
water
department
counter
where
people
used
to
pay
their
water
bills
downstairs
moving
that
out,
empty
and
opening
in
that
area,
but
back
putting
in
a
security
window
where.
J
To
how
they
have
this
Public
Safety
Center
is,
is
and
putting
in
the
glass
petition
so
that
people
would
have
to
use
their
key
card.
And/Or
be
buzzed
in
to
go
to
come
in
the
elevator
or
go
up
the
stairs
and
obviously
some
other
security
factors
around
around
the
back
of
the
room
and
open
the
area
up
a
little
bit
more.
J
That's
what
he's!
That's,
what
he's
gotten
a
sketch
and
he's
working
on
that
for
us
now,
I
think
we're
we're
way
overdue.
When
I
remember
back,
when
we
were
had
to
flag
the
flag
drama,
I,
remember
looking
up
from
my
desk
and
seeing
a
guy
with
an
ache,
a
locking
down
the
hall
in
this
building
going
heading
for
the
mayor's
office
didn't
realize
he
was
actually
going
to
the
bathroom,
but
I
mean
we're.
We
we
have.
I
I
C
C
It's
almost
like
a
rabbit
warren
down
there,
but
it'd
be
nice
if
they
could
come
in
and
go
to
work
without
all
the
interruptions,
whether
it's
people
going
through
making
a
comment,
whether
it's
what
is
people
hanging
outside
and
in
the
hallway,
to
listen
to
a
conversation
or
whatever?
Those
are
my
concerns
that.
C
I
D
C
We
could
put
a
wall
up
there
with
the
door
and
it
would
resolve
the
issue,
but
we're
here
waiting
a
year
two
years
later,
it's
I
don't
want
to
get
any
farther
into
this.
We
we
can
move
forward.
What
I'd
like
to
do
is
table
this
again
until
we
have
something
to
look
at
so
we
know
exactly
what
we're
talking
about
so.
A
A
F
I
want
to
have
some
y'all.
You
look
at
that.
Yeah
all
the
filing
cabinets
belong
to
us
and
we
need
everything
we
do
with
the
clerk's
inside
of
one
room
and
that
room
you
talking
about
that
big
enough.
When
you
stop
rollin
falling
cabs,
there's
a
lot
of
falling
caps
that
we
have
they
gotta
go
outside
the
door,
go
behind
the
counter
right.
So
when
you
look
at
some
make
sure
you
have
the
right
way.
F
A
C
C
Are
some
alternates
that
aren't
included
in
that
and
and
really
I'm
thinking?
This
is
I,
think
for
the
brickwork
to
fly
and
or
whatever
they
come
fly
away,
whatever
they
call
it
up
there
in
the
roof.
So
that's
going
to
be
2
million
and
and
all
of
this,
this
money
for
the
Sanger
is
coming
out
of
the
last
bond
issue.
We
approve
think
correct.
I
K
J
J
Actually,
that's
exactly
right
and
what
we
promised
to
do
for
you
was
to
be
as
transparent
as
possible
this
year
as
to
where
all
the
money
was
I'm
going
to
hand
you
exactly
as
opposed
to
some
as
I
told
what
I'm
going
to
hand
out
to
you
is
the
is
that
is
the
quarterly
update,
quarterly
update.
That
shows
exactly
where
all
that
money
is
everywhere
every
every
dollar.
J
Now
it
will
be
different
than
in
the
last
quarter,
because
but
bids
have
come
in
high
and
we've
had
to
move
money
from
somewhere
else,
but
the
sanger
is
a
big
one.
We
that
we're
in
order
to
come
up
with
the
two
million
dollars
we
needed
for
this.
This
award.
We
had
to
move
money
and
and
you'll
see
the
summaries
and,
and
that
handout
and.
K
K
J
F
K
K
J
C
Oh
God
so,
and
what
I'm
getting
at
is
that's
just
the
base
bid.
Then
you've
got
if
you're,
if
you're
going
to
put
new
HVAC
units
in
there
the
bids
range
from
two
two
hundred
twelve
thousand
to
two
hundred
and
thirty
one
thousand
alternate:
that's
an
additional
six
hundred
and
thirty-two
850
thousand
for
the
repointing
and
cleaning
of
the
east
north
and
south
elevations.
That's
the
rest
of
the
brick
and
we're
not
even
talking
about
the
interior.
Yet.
C
So
it's,
but
the
point
I'm
getting
at
is
I'm
sure
I
was
sure
it
exceeded,
whatever
we
had
budgeted
and
looking
at
Mike's
spreadsheet
yeah,
we
kind
of
blew
that
budget.
The
question
is:
if
you're
gonna
do
this
and
we
decide
to
move
forward
great
wonderful,
but
we
also
have
to
do
something
with
the
interior
a
little
further
down
the
road
when
the
exterior
is
done.
C
A
L
Bring
it
on
the
BP
project
if
those
if
we
are,
and
those
are
realistic
sources
of
funding,
why
don't
we
hold
off
on
this
and
see
if
we
can
get
that
money?
This
is
a
lot
of
money.
We
have
Lee
Jung's
project
coming
into
there.
We
talked
about
doing
connection
things
that
area
and
we
should
be
able
to
find
some
other
sources
of
funding
like,
like
mr.
tezo,
said.
L
The
reason
why
this
council
agreed
to
to
go
onto
this
new
14
million
dollar
bond
was
to
get
some
of
these
other
projects
done,
and
we
know
that
there
was
a
lot
of
pet
projects
that
was
on
that
the
administration
wanted
to
get
done,
and
in
order
to
make
this
happen,
we
found
some
other
areas.
We
could
spend
money
on
him.
We
need
spending
right
now.
If
we
go
into
this.
This
is
just
the
first
one
of
those
few
pet
projects
that
was
clearly
under
under
shy.
I
I
I
I
Respectfully,
disagree
luxury,
it's
an
asset,
it's
one
of
the
things
that
need
to
be
done.
The
folks
that
are
invested
in
in
downtown
Howard
Avenue
realize
that
that's
an
asset
and
realize
that
it
can
be
turned
around
and
you
know
we
may
have
to
do
some
creative
things
with
that
place.
But
you
know
you
know
we're
gonna
face
folks
like
the
Gulf
Coast
Symphony,
and
some
of
these
other
people
have
been
using
this
as
an
as
a
tool
as
as
a
quite
place
to
do.
You
know
add
that
cultural
aspect
to
it.
I
So
in
my
it's
a
pet
project
in
my
project,
it's
something
that
brought
see
needs
because
it
has
been
here
since
1927.
Now
we
can
have
no
problem
with
you
know:
let's
talk
more
seriously
about
it
and
if
we
don't
have
to
do
it
tonight,
but
I
mean
we
can't
wait
without
it's
gonna
the
whole
project.
If
you
know,
if
you
say,
get
rid
of
it
well,
then
you
might
as
well,
because
if
it
falls
down
it
falls
down,
then
we
have
no
no
value
in
it.
So
you
know
I,
don't
you
feel
well.
D
I
F
I
Which
you
can
get,
let
me
say
this:
we
don't
know
what
we're
gonna
get
right.
Okay,
that
they
gave.
One
part
for
me
now
is
to
the
club's
house.
Okay,
that's
that's
thing
about
this
size
right
here,
so
we
22
million
dollars
they
give
away
every
year.
You
know
how
much
blood
she's
gotten
in
that
area.
I
understand.
F
I
L
I
Rowling
weeks
is
on
the
board
Mike
weeks
is,
it
has
visited
us
a
number
of
times
and
there's
four
people
on
the
board.
I
think
so.
We've
got
50
percent
of
the
folks
that
need
to
make
the
car
there
and
aware
of
this
and
so
we're
trying
to
get
what
we
can.
But
you
know
you
know
the
timeliness
of
it
is
important
because
if
the
longer
we
wait,
the
horses
could
be
well.
J
K
L
A
J
H
A
D
E
A
A
C
We've,
if
I
understand
the
spreadsheet,
my
correctly
for
the
Saenger
theater,
we
with
a
revised
budget
for
1819
we're
looking
at
it,
says
two
million
four
hundred.
Ninety
eight
thousand
two
hundred
and
thirty
three
dollars
right
and
it
says
that's
what
we
budgeted:
that's
in
column,
one
two,
three,
four:
five
from
the
left
or
whatever
it
says.
The
total
project
budget
is
two
million
five
hundred
and
seven
thousand
four
hundred
forty-seven
dollars.
So
that's
that's
the
difference
of
what
about
nine
thousand
dollars.
J
K
C
C
C

C
C
D
C
C
L
C
I
C
J
See
what's
the
period
of
performance
for
this
six
to
nine
months,
when
this
would
be
going
on
I
thought
honestly
sharing
our
inner
thoughts
with
you.
We
we
we
wondered.
Is
somebody
more
likely
to
invest
in
this
building
to
help
us
out
the
way
it
sits
now,
or
would
they
more
likely
invest
in
it?
What
MDA
more
likely
invested
in
it?
If
they
saw,
we
were
putting
our
money
into
it
and
we're
getting
at
least
back
in
the
shape
that
could
be
opened
up
and
and
and
that
we
were
we
were.
F
We
passed
this
bond
to
take
care
of
people
what
the
streets,
no
no
I,
don't
care
what
you're
gonna
do
and
the
same.
You
can't
have
a
win
with
it:
I
don't
keep
with
five
six
million
dollars
in
it.
Nobody's
gonna,
take
it
and
you'll
never
make
a
penny
out
of
it.
It's
just
an
old
bill
upset
now
what
I'm
not
for
tearing
anything
down
but
I,
don't
know
why
you
can't
wait
six
today
to
ever
see
if
MDA
gives
us
any
amount
of
money.
Not
fifty
thousand!
C
What
I'm
getting
that
is
what
we
when
we
talked
about
this
bond
issue,
we
had
a
list
of
projects
and
we
don't
know
exactly
which
ones
we
gonna
do,
but
we're
gonna
do
as
many
as
we
can
some
of
what
you
want
some
of
what
we
want,
what
you
budgeted
for
the
Saenger.
That
time
was
two
point.
Almost
two
and
a
half
million
correct,
correct.
That's
in
one
of
the
columns
here
under
I
think
it's
revised
budget.
We.
J
C
C
J
C
C
Of
paint
breaks
my
heart
to
say
this,
because
you
know
how
passionate
I
animal
I
am
about
the
Churchill,
ditch
right
and
pipe
in
that
sucker.
You
can
use
that
money
as
part
of
the
five
hundred
thousand
dollars
you
need
as
far
as
I'm
concerned,
I
can't
give
up
Pine
Grove
but
I'm
willing
to
give
something
to
get
something
to
get
something
here
would
be
to
weatherproof
the
outside,
so
that
we
could
do
something
in
the
future.
That's
my
position.
Thank
you.
L
D
D
L
Had
to
replace
the
head
gasket
and
the
mechanic
said
you
know
it's
just
going
to
take
you
$300
and
it'll
be
running
again
pay
the
$300
and
the
transmission
went
out
had
to
pay
for
the
transmission
to
be
fixed.
Then
the
the
CV
axles
went
out
and
it
was
one
thing
after
the
other,
and
this
is
what
the
Saenger
reminds
me:
we're
gonna
spend
five
million
dollars
doing
all
this
stuff
and
parts
are
gonna,
continue
to
fall
apart.
L
It's
a
90
something
year
old
building,
that's
been
neglected
for
a
long
time,
there's
no
telling
how
much
more
money.
This
is
gonna
cost
and
we're
talking
about
a
considerable
amount
of
money.
I
know
it's
the
most
unpopular
thing
to
say
tonight,
but
I
would
rather
rebuild
a
state-of-the-art,
fully
functional
facility
for
less
than
that
amount
of
money.
That
could
do
everything
the
sayang
sayang
or
could
do
and
look
exactly
like
the
Saenger
did,
but
cost
us
less
cost
us
less
down
the
road
and
we'd
be
able
to
do
more
with
it.
That's
my
position.
I
A
Mr.
mayor
mr.
Demming
I
would
like
to
look
at
the
flip
side
of
your
Suzuki
Samurai.
You
know
it's
unfortunate.
You
had
that
trouble,
but
but
I
would
like
to
flip
it
and
look
at
it
differently.
Just
like
the
cruise
and
Coast
classics
that
we
have.
We
got
a
classic
here
and
we
have
opportunity
to
restore
it
the
right
way
and
if
we
don't
do
it
the
right
way,
then
yes,
we're
gonna
end
up
with
a
Suzuki
Samurai
I
myself
would
like
to
invest
in
one
of
these
classics
that
we
have
by
cruising
the
coast.
I

H
We
got
I
think
whoever
we
have
going
after
that
money,
if
it's
Keith
or
whoever
they
need
to
be
very
active
in
doing
this
and
not
set
on
their
hands
and
go
after
this
money
and
see
what
we
can
get
also
and
Mike
and
I
enough.
I've
expressed
this
to
y'all
as
well.
I
think
that
you
know
those
people
that
are
interested
in
the
building.
Let
them
put
some
skin
in
the
game
as
well
and
see
if
see.
If
you
know,
there's
people
out
there
that
that
invest.
H
H
H
Or
whatever
that
that
invest
in
this
type
of
type
of
stuff
to
preserve
these
buildings,
and
even
if
it's
a
50,000
here
and
50,000
that
notches
away
what
we
have
to
come
out
of
our
bond.
And
so
let's
give
it
60
days
and
then
be
very
proactive
in
person
with
MDA
and
the
big
you
know
filling
out
for
the
grants
for
the
BP
funds
and
all
that
stuff.
And
you
know
dokey
third,
under
money.

cheering
I'm,

of
Jared

Parkers

I,
would
ask
for
another
30
days
on
this.
He
works
offshore
and
they
had
been
working
on
it.
They've
got
it
torn
down
to
nothing,
but
the
frame
left
and
Powell's
to
be
picked
up,
and
he
assured
me
that
if
we
gave
in
30
days,
he'd
get
the
rest
of
it
out
of
there.
Okay.
A
A
J
Only
to
say
this
I
think
it's
important
that
you
take
a
look
at
the
booklets
that
I
left
at
your
place.
You
are
now
you
as
you're
voting.
You
are
now
the
committee,
the
account
committee
you
and
the
mayor
and
our
intent
going
forward
and
do
it
getting
such
a
sense
of
census.
Awareness
is
that
you
work
your
wards
work
the
community
in
your
awards
in
the
unique
communities
and
then
each
first
Tuesday
of
every
month.
When
we
return
back
here,
the
mayor
will
call
for
a
report
from
the
committee.
J
This
is
something
we
have
to
do
in
public
and
that
would
give
each
of
you
a
chance
as
long
as
well
as
him
to
say
what
what
has
transpired
in
the
last
30
days
and
your
rewards
are
in
his
City
to
raise
awareness
to
the
upcoming
census.
It's
really
one!
It's
just
about
leading
from
the
front
making
the
governing
authority,
the
members
of
the
governing
authority.
The
account
committee
is
a
way
of
us
taken
a
position
up
front
to
make
this
important
and
I
just
want
to
bring
that
to
your
attention.
J
J
A
Like
to
do
is
ask
miss
Krista
to
come
on
up
and
just
kind
of
give
us
that
old
pep
talk.
She
always
give
us
she's
the
driving
force
behind
the
census.
At
my
ward
meeting
you
know
and
I
know.
Mr.
Demming
is
having
a
ward
meeting
late
on
this
thirsty
and
it
would
be
good
to
have
her
to
come
to
the
ward
meeting
she's
coming
to
my
ward
meeting
to
kind
of
give
the
the
the
layout
of
what
we
need
to
do
as
as
the
leaders
of
our
community
in
order
to
get
everyone
engaged
and.
J
M
Afternoon
I,
thank
you
all
for
agreeing
as
a
council
to
be
a
part
of
the
2020
census
and
to
ensure
that
all
of
your
residents
are
counting
and
they
count
themselves.
We
are
encouraging
everyone
to
self-respond,
because
that's
what
will
get
the
most
accurate
information
by
someone
self
responding
once
the
numerators
come
to
the
house
out
after
April
1st,
then
we're
just
kind
of
basically
depending
on
them,
giving
us
every
information
once
they
get
a
knock
at
the
door.
M
I
do
understand
that
sometimes,
when
people
are
not
gonna
have
the
doors
that
want
to
answer
depending
on
who
that
person
is
that's.
Another
reason
why
we
are
also
stressing
that
we
encourage
you
all
to
have
the
people
in
your
war
to
apply
for
jobs,
because
we
want
the
people
who
are
going
to
door
to
door
to
be
a
part
of
that
neighborhood.
M
So
we
do
stress
that
you
make
sure
that
you,
let
the
people
in
your
ward
know
that
there
will
be
jobs
available
as
a
part
of
the
numerator,
and
these
are
part-time
full-time
jobs.
So
they
work
around
your
schedule.
But
as
a
council
in
a
committee,
we're
just
asking
that
you
all
as
elected
officials,
make
sure
that
the
people
in
your
war
for
one
understand
how
important
a
census
is
why
we
do
the
census.
Why
should
you
self
respond
and
by
not
responding
to
the
census?
M
What
we're
losing
the
federal
government
has
allocated
over
six
hundred
seventy
five
billion
dollars
as
I
stated
a
couple
of
months
ago
and
that's
to
flow
throughout
the
United
States
city
states,
towns,
communities
suffer
by
people,
not
responded
to
the
census.
I
feel
that
we
can
get
roughly
you
all
have
about
forty
five
a
little
morning.
Forty
five,
we.
I
I
This
time,
this
ten,
you
know
in
2020
technology
will
be
playing
more
of
a
role
than
you
think
with
online
thing,
but
also
there
a
number
of
databases
like
you
know
that
held
like
the
free
and
reduced
lunch
application
databases
at
our
school
district
that
they
actually
not
only
the
children
with
everybody,
all
the
household
members.
So
you
know
there's
ways
to
bounce,
and
you
know
it's
my
intent
to
get
some.
I
I
M
I
do
encourage
councilmembers
if
there's
anything,
that's
going
on
in
your
award
to
please
contact
a
partnership
specialist
to
invite
them
to
your
ward,
and
if
you
don't
invite
a
partnership
specialist,
you
be
the
voice
for
your
ward
and
making
sure
that
the
people
understand
if
it
in
your
church.
You
know
you
make
it
up
one
Sunday
and
just
give
a
quick
2
min
this
feel
about
hey.
We
need
to
self-respond
this
community.
We
need
to
make
sure
that
we
get
all
of
our
dollars
for
our
communities
and
for
our
city
of
blessing.
M
So
I
do
encourage
you
all
to
give
me
a
call.
I
have
some
more
business
cards.
If
you
all
don't
have
it
from
the
last
meeting
to
give
you
all
just
to
make
sure
you
have
partnership,
specialists
work
in
the
state
of
Mississippi
2010.
We
got
a
count,
but
we
know
we
missed
some
people
I
think
they
had
about
8
or
9
partnership.
Specialists.
20/20
we're
looking
we're
right
at
about
13
partnership
specialists
by
the
end
of
the
summer.
M
They
want
to
have
right
at
40
partnership
specialists,
so
they
want
to
decrease
the
counties
to
make
sure
that
these
partnership
specialists,
we
as
partnership
specialists,
are
able
to
dig
deep
and
work
as
hard
as
we
can
within
the
communities.
So
I
am
here
to
represent
you
all
I'm
here
to
help
and
try
to
make
sure
that
we
spread
the
word,
encourage
self-response
and
make
sure
that
people
understand
why
it's
important
and
how
their
information
is
protected.
