A
E
F
E
E
Had
a
part
in
that,
and
so
we're
very
excited,
I
think
about
80,000
people
and
it
worked
out
very
well
with
the
venue
and
I
know:
they're
forced
and
those
folks
were
were
tremendous
to
work
with,
and
we
you
know
we're
looking
forward
to
the
future.
We
did
have
a
change
in
command,
Deb
Lovett,
who
was
was
there
with
us
when
we
envisioned
this,
you
know
Biloxi
and
on
on
Keesler
Air
Show.
So
it
was
tremendous
that
she,
just
the
change
of
command,
happened
a
week
or
so
ago
and
she's
off
to
the
Space
Command.
E
So
a
couple
of
you
know
noteworthy
things
to
think
of
and
but
also
I
think
last
Friday
a
little
bit
hot,
but
we
had
a
good
time
dancing
in
the
street.
That's
Howard
Avenue,
so
I
think
you
know
all
in
all.
We're
on
the
right
track.
Summer
has
started.
The
numbers
are
good
and
we're
looking
for
you
know
the
next
several
weeks
and
months
into
this
year
and
successful
at
the
end
of
this
fiscal
year
and
get
ready
to
go
start
2019.
So
that
concludes
my
report.
E
G
Had
a
good
time
with
the
reunion
at
the
Union,
because
most
of
y'all
wasn't
born
or
he's
going
to
shoot,
pooling
at
25
cents,
seven
hours
go,
go
not
too
many
people,
remember
those,
and
it
took
us
about
two
weeks
to
get
up.
It's
a
sense
that
we
could
buy
two
bids.
You
know
cuz.
It
was
ten
cents
to
shoot
the
game
and
two
bids
for
the
beer,
a
lot
of
money.
Then
he
went
back
to
the
full
six
in
the
back
in
the
head,
though
we
had
my
supposed
to
book
now.
G
Well,
we
have
one
pack,
ten,
maybe
wasn't
quite
legal.
We
do
a
lot
of
it
and
they
used
to
call
the
races
sure
to
build
them.
So
when
you
call
a
fairground
when
he
went
off,
they
called
the
race
I
mean
it's
pretty,
really
actually
pretty
interesting.
You
think
about
a
noun,
a
he's,
not
hot
high-tech
cooler,
but
they
did
pretty
good
back
then
sort
of
turned
out
to
be
good
and
they
contain
in
them
the
outpatient
band.
They.
G
They
lasted
to
two
hours,
it
was
pretty
hard,
but
they
lasted
the
two
hours
they
take
quite
well.
You
know,
I
was
and
when
we
left
they
were
went
down
the
cpu
museum
they
had
the
captain's
party
for
the
wooden
boat
show
and
they
must
have
had
they
had.
A
lot
of
boats
come
down
a
lot
of
people
Louisiana
and
they
love
coming
down
there
and
the
Boat
Show
was
a
Saturday
Sunday,
a
nice
crowd,
but
those
are
the
good
things
that
gone
on
with
city
of
Luxor
and
people
really
enjoy
that.
G
So
they
got
to
get
on
a
roll
hit.
A
lot
few
weeks
haven't
been
doing
well
and
then
one
of
tubes,
but
they
still
got
a
shot
at
their
number
two
seed,
so
you
need
to
have
them
I'm
the
I'm
kind
of
like
fofo
Haiti.
You
know
you
hold
it,
we
would
fo
for
some
time.
Well,
let
me
tell
you
something:
I've
been
here
18
years
and
fired
them
voted
on
2030,
but
I'll
tell
you
right
now:
that's
not
an
avid,
and
my
time
here
is
over
John.
No,
it's
a
Chief
of
Police.
G
E
E
E
E
G
And
tell
us
a
case
that
came
in
June
of
41
I
born
in
July
of
41
and
when
it
first
came
out
there
it
was
all
tense
and
when
he
got
modern,
the
bottom
part
was
wood
and
the
top
was
a
tent
and
I
always
thought
it
was
upgraded,
pretty
good
there.
Now
they
got
these
beautiful
buildings,
but
I'm
back
then
there's
a
ton
of
people.
G
F
Amen
in
regards
to
John
Miller,
George,
Lawrence
and
also
I
hate
that
I
missed
the
reunion
at
the
Union
missed.
The
big
party
I
saw
the
pictures,
but
I
was
in
Nashville
with
Gulf
Coast
Business
Council
learning
how
Nashville
went
from
a
dying
City
to
now
number
one
in
the
nation.
So
I
look
forward
to
discussing
those
key
points.
I
learned
from
Nashville
with
you
mayor
and
that's
it
Thank.
B
Also
someone
at
First
Baptist
Church
mentioned
captain
Philip
Kincaid
with
the
Gulfport
PD,
and
captain
captain
Teddy
Rose,
with
the
Sheriff's
Department
for
I,
guess
planning
the
parking
and
the
processional
as
it
left.
First
Baptist,
Church
and
I
was
told
that
freed
your
gentlemen
and
ladies
freed
them
up
quite
a
bit.
B
Any
utility
company
for
that
matter
is-
and
this
in
this
instance
required
or
excuse
me
permitted
to
cut
limbs
so
that
it
provides
ten
feet
of
clearance
from
the
lines
and
that
the
City
arborist
is
is
can
be
invited
on-site
for
consults
with
the
contractor.
That's
hired
by
Mississippi
power,
the
city
really
has
no
jurisdiction
over
the
trimming
and
the
trimming
is
done
on
a
four
year
cycle.
B
The
city
receives
about
six
months
notice
prior
to
start,
the
trimming
and
they're
willing
Mississippi
power
company
representatives
of
willing
to
meet
with
constituents
if
any
of
the
councilmen.
Well,
the
mayor
wanted
to
have
a
city
meeting
a
citywide
meeting
or
a
Ward
meeting,
and
the
purpose,
of
course,
is
to
minimize
power,
outages
and
increase
public
safety.
B
B
I
do
I,
do
have
a
question,
and
that
is
a
statement
more
or
less
than
that
is
I
would
like
for
us
to
continue.
I
want
to
keep
pushing
to
proactively
look
for
ways
to
resolve
or
minimize
the
homeless
challenge
that
we
face
and
toward
that
end,
I
would
appreciate
it
if
we
can
have
a
council
report,
maybe
for
the
last
council
meeting
in
June,
which
would
be
June,
18th,
I,
think
dealing
with
the
homeless.
The
number
events
and
I'll
get
you
a
list
of
these
later.
B
The
number
of
incidents
involving
homeless
persons,
the
number
of
arrests
number
of
overnight
stays
in
jail,
number
of
court
appearances,
a
number
in
the
amount
of
fines
levied
and
the
number
and
amount
of
fines
collected
for
the
past
12
months,
broken
down
by
month.
So,
as
I
said,
I'll
get
that
mr.
mayor
I'll
get
that
to
your
staff
so
that
they
know
what
I'm
looking
for
in
that
report.
B
We
looking
to
do
anything
and
next
year's
budget
or
something
just
I'm
afraid
it's
gonna
crap
out
and
then
we're
gonna
be
up
the
creek
in
the
middle
of
something
here.
So
if
somebody
would,
if
nothing
else,
note
that
for
the
budget,
but
if
we
can
move
on
this
faster
that'd,
be
terrific
understand
that
actually
part
of
the
system
has
been
that
was
upgraded
years
ago
and
part
of
it
was
never
updated.
It's
a
there.
Some
issues,
the
air
conditioner
I.
Don't
see
sherry
bill
out
there,
but
I
think
they
have
a
technician
out
there.
B
Working
down
on
the
air
conditioning
unit.
I
got
that
from
the
mayor,
the
Enclave
mr.
Tomlin
and
Berger
over
there.
He
was
see
if
it's
telling
me
but
I
know
that's
been
an
issue
and
we
didn't
know
exactly
when
they
begin
to
repair,
but
today,
hopefully,
is
the
day.
Also
I'll
share
one
union
story
with
you,
my
father
for
those
who
you
don't
know
my
father,
he
was
a
local
physician
and
my
Union
story
is
this.
He
would
tell
me-
and
my
brothers
god
help
you
if
I
ever
catch
you
in
the
Union.
B
I
I
You're
welcome
and
on
that
note,
there's
still
a
couple
of
fundraisers
I'm
sure
they're
going
to
be
a
lot
that
will
be
happening
over
over
a
period
of
time,
but
I
want
to
announce
two
of
them.
The
first
one
is
May
23rd
from
6:30
p.m.
to
9:30
p.m.
food,
drink
entertainment
live
auction
and
it's
going
to
be
at
the
lawn
at
the
White.
House
Hotel
tickets
are
available
for
$100
the
white
house
and
the
owners
there
are
providing
all
of
the
labor
all
of
the
food.
It's
not
proceeds.
I
It's
every
dime
that's
collected
is
going
to
the
family,
so
we're
not
taking
out
expenses.
We're
gonna
support
it
and
every
single
penny
is
going
to
go
to
the
family.
Also
on
May
26th
Donnie
handler
with
the
crew
of
Neptune
approached
us
and
you
wanted
to
put
together
a
ruck
run.
I.
Don't
know
if
anybody
knows
what
a
ruck
is,
but
a
rucksack.
I
You
know
it's
basically
a
40
pound,
sack
military
term
and
you
can
run
with
a
ruck
or
you
can
run
with
a
flag
or
you
can
just
run
or
you
can
walk
or
you
just
show
up,
but
it's
$20,
you
get
a
t-shirt.
I
think
it's
four
dollars
a
$0.19
we're
paying
the
person
for
the
t-shirts,
it's
a
very
nice
shirt
and
then
all
the
proceeds
will
go
to
the
family.
It'll
start
at
9:00
a.m.
I
conclude
somewhere
around
noon
and
it's
from
Margaritaville
to
the
White,
House
and
back
we'll
say
a
prayer
at
the
White
House
and
then
we'll
return
back
to
Margaritaville
chief.
If
you
do
have
any
resources
and
if
we
can
get
a
police
escort
or
something
to
show
our
support
on
what
we're
doing.
It's
just
a
request.
If
you
don't
have
that
resource,
then
don't
worry
about
it.
We'll
take
care
of
the
rest.
I
Also
really
enjoyed
the
reunion
at
the
Union
and
again
there's
a
lot
of
people,
don't
know
what
the
union
bar
is
or
406
or
whatever,
but
and
actually
I've
never
was
in
the
Union
bar.
But
I
heard
my
dad
and
my
uncles
and
everybody
talked
about
all
their
ex
escapades.
Some
things
I
can't
talk
about,
would
happen
there,
but
it
sounds
like
it
was
a
good
social
gathering
place
for
if
you
wanted
to
have
some
fun
or
if
you
wanted
to
be
a
rascal.
I
That
was
a
good
place
to
hang
out
so
mayor
and
to
the
organizers
and
to
the
developers-
and
you
know
put
that
thing
together.
It
was
a
fun
day
was
Chamber
of
Commerce,
weather
and
I
know
the
mayor
renamed
the
checkmates,
the
outpatients,
so
that
they
really
appreciated
that.
But
anyway-
and
that
concludes
my
report.
Thank.
H
I
For
hire
and
I'm
gonna
just
take
the
liberty
to
recognize
him
during
my
report.
Mr.
Matthew
Lenglen,
as
he's
sitting
right
over
here
and
he's
also
been
a
great
friend,
a
great
business
person
and
and
just
somebody
in
the
community
that
you
can
really
depend
on
and
be
proud
of
and
I
hope,
I'm
sure,
you'll
kind
of
go
through
the
flying
colors
today
Matthew
son
of
a
former
councilman
and
he's
actually
the
reigning
king
of
Neptune.
So
there
you
go
another
Neptune
idea,
so
welcome
Thank.
K
K
It
was
amazing
to
see
the
crowd
that
we
had
just
on
a
regular
Saturday
night.
Nothing
really
big
a
special
event
or
anything
in
the
city,
so
was
very
encouraging
an
echo
of
what
everyone
else
said
to
chief
Miller,
all
of
our
first
responders.
You
made
us
proud,
and
it
was
amazing
that
the
pride,
even
though
we
had
this
tragic
situation,
you
know
the
pride
that
that
we
could
have
to
see
our
city
and
our
Coast
responding.
The
way
that
they
did.
It
was
just
it
was.
K
It
was
really
amazing
to
see
the
way
that
everyone
came
together
in
unity.
This
this
past
Sunday
I
had
I,
guess
I
would
call
it
an
honor.
It
was
when
I
started,
but
when
it
was
I
was
finished,
it
didn't
feel
like
it.
I
ran
the
12.6
Mile
memorial
run
from
Jones
bark
to
the
Biloxi
town,
green
and
I
can
tell
you
I
know
what
it
feels
like
to
be
dead.
K
It
never
ran
that
far
before,
but
it
was
over
200
people
that
took
part
in
that
and
honoring
officers,
McKeithen
officer,
McKeithen,
'he's
life
and
sacrifice,
and
I'm
going
to
take
part
as
well
in
this
5-mile
run
this
next
weekend.
So
it
shouldn't
be
quite
as
tough
for
me,
but
for
those
guys
that
run
those
marathons
and
stuff
I,
don't
know
how
they
do
it
and
then
the
last
thing
I
want
to
cover
is
we've
been
approached
and
I
know
that
the
mayor
has
talked
to
some
people
and
I've
talked
to
mr.
K
Leonard
and
a
couple
of
council
members
about
the
possibility
of
naming
something
in
the
wool
market
community
after
officer
McKeithen,
and
there
are
several
ideas
we,
the
news
has
actually
asked
us
about
it
as
well,
because
they
started
a
petition
online,
but
we
have
several
different
facilities
and
and
options
parks,
buildings.
Things
like
that.
That
could
be
a
possibility.
So
if
we
can
just
look
at
that-
and
you
know
I-
don't
know
what
the
process
of
doing
that
he
lived
on
highway
67,
maybe
even
a
portion
of
that
road
named
after
him.
K
A
You
Miss,
Nair,
okay
and
I
will
make
the
final
remark.
So
I
want
to
echo
what
everyone
else
said.
I
really
can't
say
too
much
more
than
what
all
been
said
about
chief
Miller,
not
only
chief
Miller,
but
chief
papania
and
chef
Peterson
I
have
two
words
class
act.
So
thank
you
guys
for
what
you
guys
did
the.
L
A
To
say
thank
you
because
I
look
like
we're
getting
some
roads
paved
and
I
might
have
some
finishing
coats,
and
finally,
so
five
years
and
some
change
we're
slowly
getting
there
on
June
20th
gonna
be
having
a
ward
meeting
June
20th
5:30
concerning
you,
know
the
progress
of
our
roads,
the
south
side
and
also
some
upcoming
attractions
reunion
at
the
Union.
That
was
a
great
act.
I
think
the
mayor's
said
that
we
might
start
doing
it
every
month.
A
I
might
have
to
push
him
to
do
that
every
month
and
someone
say:
they'll
pay
good
money
to
seek
get
him
up
there
and
play
on
the
piano,
yeah
and
and
of
course,
let's
not
forget
our
Blake,
say
hi.
We
got
a
new
crop
of
seniors
coming
out
into
the
world
at
the
graduation
tonight
and
that's
at
6
o'clock
tonight
for
our
graduates,
and
that
concludes
my
report.
G
C
A
Alright
well.
That
concludes
our
presentation
agenda.
We're

the

anyone
on
my

would
like
to
come

and
say
a

words.
Anyone
on

yes,
sir,
come
on
up.

M
And
it
was
a
tough
thing
for
myself
and
everyone
in
the
room
who
is
funding
directed
Mississippi?
He
is
important
raised
to
them.
They
obviously
offered
by

last

So
how
this
face?
Didn't
you
kid
in
public,
recognize
and
thank
all
the
men
and
be
up
and
down
the
claisen
nation
yard
and
office
acuity
and.
M
But
that
been
said
I'm
here
to
discuss
upon
some
answers.
Then
I've
been
reading
city
property
since
1990
five
I
was
29
years
old.
The
Lexus
point
of
the
plaza
Masood
mr.
George
Halas
remembers
not
only
my
face
but
civility
promote
and
he
promoted
offenders
like
the
businesses
invited
to
the
day
out,
so
they
actually
come
and
enjoy
themselves
1995.
It
was
called
a
first
and
an
hour
rock
festival.
We
say
beautiful.
O
That's
right,
I
think
I
learned
a
little
bit
too
much
of
Hugo's
today
I'm
on
the
council's
agenda
to
be
pointed
as
the
City
Board
sees
represented
for
the
motor
motor
vehicle
for
hire.
Association
Authority,
as
some
of
you
may
know,
I
was
the
owner
and
operator
of
the
yellow
cap
in
the
city
of
Biloxi,
from
2003
to
2011.
During
this
time,
I
understood
how
important
it
was
both
for
the
city
and
county
to
have
officiates
efficient
taxi
operations
for
both
their
citizens
and
tourists.
O
C
You're
doing
today,
I'm
Mark
Stewart
I
live
in
Jackson,
County
I'm,
a
third
generation
commercial
fisherman
here
and
I've
been
here
and
talk
to.
You
know
several
times
about
the
ongoing
matters
that
the
Biloxi,
Harbor
and
they're
still
going
on
behind
the
scenes.
We're
not
allowed
to
do
anything.
There's
been
a
boat
parked
in
my
parking
place
for
five
months.
F
C
C
Supposed
to
have
got
rid
of,
but
he
didn't
do
it.
He
was
supposed
to
be
taking
my
money
taking
care
of
this
situation,
but
he
didn't
do
it
so
I
asked
him
why
my
money,
ain't,
adding
up
I,
want
to
I
want
a
record
of
my
bills.
Well,
a
couple
Friday's
ago
two
Fridays
ago,
I've
got
a
record
of
my
bills
for
the
last
two
years
and
I
found
out
why
they
charged
me
for
one
boat
on
another
boat
Swift.
C
While
they
wasn't
accepting
my
money
or
giving
me
any
privileges,
they
charge
me
late
fees.
Every
month,
I
mean
I
felt.
A
will
me
and
just
the
other
day,
I
was
told
why
my
payments
aren't
adding
up
and
I'm
steadily
being
late
on
my
fees
and
my
payments
when
I
know,
I
was
right,
I
paid
in
November,
7th
and
I
was
paid
through
the
end
of
the
year,
but
at
the
end
of
the
year
I
was
told.
I
was
700,
something
boughs
I
said
I'm,
not
paying
I,
don't
know
it
show
me.
C
The
receipts
show
me
the
paperwork
two
Fridays
ago
I
got
the
paperwork.
At
the
same
time,
I
was
told:
I
was
the
victim.
This
isn't
right,
everybody
thinks
it's
right.
My
Twitter
thinks
is
right.
Family
mayor
mr.
abate
over
here
he's
felt
kindly
to
sue
me
and
for
whatever
the
sue.
The
mountaineers
for
the
city
suing
me
he's
obliged
to
charge
me
25%
of
that
reduced
fees
on
top
of
it.
How
is
this
right?
How
can
it
keep
going
on?
C
How
can
people
keep
cussing
me
cussing,
my
son
cussing
anybody
that
works
for
me
or
talks
to
me.
They
attend
to
face
to
face
and
confronted
and
cussed
out,
Harbormaster
flipped,
my
son
off
to
his
face
the
other
day
at
the
Golden
Nugget
Carson,
carrying
on
go
down
mike
tells
me,
go
down
to
the
harbor
talk
to
the
harbormaster's
they're,
not
there
in
the
back
over
there
continually.
Not
there
I
told
him
this
many
many
times
just
ignore
it
like
it's
not
happening
well,.
H
E
C
You
been
none
of
your
effing
business
and
Mike
foam
is
but
I
think
it
is
because
we're
paying
for
guards
to
be
back
there,
full-time
and
they're,
not
there
and
they're
being
left
do
whatever
they
want
to
do,
because
it's
all
Larry's
buddies,
hired
down
there
and
anybody
that
knows
the
Associates
of
me,
their
cussing
us
out
and
this
is
being
allowed.
Then
my
girlfriend
got
attacked
at
the
city
up
there.
Well,
the
city,
through
new
charges
out.
A
H
A
A
A
G
P
First
of
all,
the
project
the
money
is
going
to
be
spent
on
is
the
Kasler
gate
outside
project,
which
is
the
project
to
build
the
boulevard
from
Forest
Avenue
back
to
our
110.
Secondly,
the
funding
for
that
which
was
promised
by
the
governor
a
few
years
back
has
come
to
us
in
three
increments.
The
first
two
increments
were
five
million
twice
or
ten
million
total
of
BP
money
of
historic
money.
P
Then
there
was
a
gap
of
a
year,
and
now
this
year,
rather
than
RESTORE
Act
money,
the
third
increment
that
was
promised
to
us
is
coming
to
us
as
part
of
a
general
obligation
bond
being
issued
by
the
state,
not
not
by
the
city.
This
does
not
affect
our
borrowing
does
not
afford
our
debt,
our
debt,
it's
it's
state
money.
It'll,
come
to
us
in
one
chunk,
probably
around
December.
P
P
Yeah
big
picture
big
picture.
Remember
the
two
projects
that
inside
the
outside
the
inside
gate
project
is
ending
actually
with
a
some
money
left,
so
we've
changed
their
scope
of
work
so
that
they
will
actually
be
building
outside
the
gate.
The
roundabout
that's
going
to
be
there
on
Forest
Avenue,
so
they're
gonna
pick
up
that
part
which
is
going
to
reduce
the
overall
cost
of
the
outside
the
gate
project
so,
but
we're
still
probably
a
little
shy
of
what
it's
going
to
take
to
to
finish.
P
The
job
we've
got
enough
when
set
five
million
comes
we'll,
have
enough
money
to
put
the
job
on
the
street
and
that
so
that
means
probably
about
January
of
2020
is
when
the
bids
will
go
out
or
or
sooner.
If
we
get
the
money
sooner,
but
but
probably
no
later
than
January
2024
the
bids
to
go
out
on
key
store
outside
the
gate
and.
P
H
P
When
they
house
the
house
on
the
North
corner,
the
north
west
corner
of
Forest
Avenue
and
Division
Street
went
up
in
flames.
The
fire
department
in
a
training
exercise
burned
that
house
down.
That's
the
first
first
of
the
demos,
that's
coming
we're
hoping
to
as
quickly
as
possible,
once
we
acquire
property
to
demo
the
property
so
that
we
don't
turn
into
a
place
for
the
homeless.
To
hang
out.
A
D
A
A
G
P
J
G
Know
I
have
a
power
cable
because
we
were
waiting
for
a
year
for
them.
You
got
a
bear
and
come
to
tease
me.
They
don't
come
to
meeting,
don't
bring
it
any
information.
I
know
it's
$28,000
contract,
not
a
lot
of
money
but
I
just
don't
think
the
next.
Fifty
six
thousand
just
waste
of
money,
so
I'll
need
to
find
out
what
we
can
do
to
terminate
this
contract.
So
I
mean
tables
only
shot.
J
I
K
Understand
that
stuff,
like
this
takes
time,
but
it's
like
Kenny,
said
several
months
ago.
We
as
a
council
had
made
a
decision
to
terminate
this
contract
and
then
the
next
week
they
showed
up
with
a
report
saying
basically
what
this
report
says
and
I
looked
over
to
my
email
this
weekend
or
last
night
whenever
it
came
through
I,
don't
remember,
but
it's
a
very
generic
report.
It
says
franchisees,
their
franchises
are
looking
for
franchisees.
K
What
will
that
that's
common
sense?
If
they
don't
have
a
restaurant
or
a
business
in
an
area?
They
want
somebody
to
put
one
there.
That's
every
every
franchisee
in
America.
If
they
don't
have
one
in
this
area
and
the
ones
bought
the
rights
they
want
to
put
one
there
and
that's
basically
all
this
says
and
that
they've
attended
some
conferences,
and
so
we
had.
We
had
moved
to
terminate
this.
K
They
showed
up
the
next
week
with
this
big
report,
saying
that
they
had
all
these
these
things
that
were
interested,
and
that
was
four
or
five
months
ago,
and
it's
it's
funny
that
a
report
shows
up
two
days
before
we're
supposed
to
vote
to
give
them
money
for
the
next
year
and
since
that
four
or
five
months,
we've
heard
not
a
peep
out
of
them
and
so
I'm
with
George.
And
you
know
whatever
we
have
to
do
to
do
it
legally.
But
I.
Don't
think
that
we
should
be
obligated
to
pay
these
guys
another
year.
K
K
I
J
B
J
B
N
You
I,
don't
know
if
you
remember
when
they
came
to
the
council.
You
talked
about
this
and
I
asked
them.
How
many
other
cities
were
they
representing
in
deals
like
this,
and
they
were
going
to
talk
to
Gulfport
in
some
places
in
Florida
and
I
said:
there's
no
way
that
you
guys
can
focus
on
Biloxi.
There's
too
many
conflicts
of
interests.
All
you
can
do
in
that
point
is
send
out
general
information
and
that's
all
we
got
is
that's
all
they
could
do.
N
N
G
A
L
G
P
Paid
a
fee,
as
you
know,
councilman,
this
is
our
third
year.
The
first
year
we
had
great
weather
southern
played
all
the
way
to
the
finals,
and
we
made
some
money
because
we
have
paid
buy
tickets.
Last
year
we
had
a
really
bad
year
had
terrible
weather.
Hardly
anybody
went
to
a
lot
of
the
games
and
we
didn't
make
any
money.
It
was
all
said
done
so
we
said
this
year
since
we
have
this
option
once
you
just
pay
us
a
fixed
fee.
P
P
G
N
P
Are
some
shocking
numbers,
but
you
remember
when
we
started
the
budget
year,
what
we
did
was
because
we
wanted
to
know
what
software
was
costing
us
and
it
was.
It
was
basically
squirreled
away,
I
hate
to
use
that
term
and
support
and
contract
and
contract
support.
It
was.
It
was
squirreled
away
in
everybody's
individual
department
budgets
and
we
pulled
together
all
of
the
IT
budget
items
line
items
that
we
could
and
we
put
him
under
admin
under
the
IT.
P
P
Since
then,
we've
transferred
another
two
hundred
and
seven
thousand
dollars
from
the
department
budget
from
other
line
items
where,
where
software
had
been
paid
in
the
past,
so
we're
sitting
at
six
hundred
and
seventy
seven
thousand
dollars.
We've
spent
six
hundred
and
fifty
four
so
far
so
we're
sitting
here
with
22,000
to
make
the
rest
of
the
year
and
we
have
invoices
or
know
we
have
invoices
coming
for
another
hundred
and
nineteen
thousand.
P
So
you
know
where
we're
at
the
point
now
where,
if
nothing
else
happens,
the
rest
of
the
year
we're
gonna,
we're
gonna
know
now
it
costs
us
about
seven
hundred
and
seventy
thousand
dollars
the
software
to
run
this
city.
Now
very
little
of
that
is
new.
It's
essentially
all
all
the
same
software
we've
always
had,
or
it
could
be
us
the
same
software
with
an
increase
that
in
cost
this
year
very
little
of
its
new.
A
great
deal
of
it
is
our
high-tech
Police
Department.
P
They
they
are.
If
you
spend
some
time
with
them,
they've
got
the
best
of
the
best
and
we
can
find
warm
and
I
mean
they've
got
something
awful
lot
of
that.
Software
is
Police
Department
software,
but
at
least
I
will
go
into
the
new
budget
this
next
year.
Knowing
that
we
need
to
put
seven
hundred
thousand
dollars
in
the
software
before
it
was
scattered
all
through
the
different
department
budgets.
H
P
E
If
you,
if
you
sold
a
million
dollars
worth
of
software
you're,
looking
at
probably
18
percent
of
that
to
keep
it
ongoing
that
all
has
changed
over
the
course
of
time
getting
into
what
you
do
on
premises.
What
you
do
in
in
the
cloud
and
the
actual
size
of
your
operation,
your
budget,
that's
how
its
price
now
all
fee-for-service,
so
the
more
transactions
you
do,
the
more
it's
going
to
cost
you!
So
that's
the
way
the
business
is
going
now.
E
I
agree
with
counsel
in
Deming
that
it
seems
I've
seen
what
we
do,
and
you
know
we're
in
the
middle
of
looking
at
what
we
do
and
that's
extraordinary.
But
we
do
have
an
extraordinary
number
of
pieces
of
technology
and
hopefully
the
integration
will
be
able
to
reduce
a
number
of
things.
We
do
sharing
information
between
the
records
and
courts
and
different
operations,
though,
but
that
you
know
it
aches
me
to
see
that
much.
H
N
P
The
by
barricade
group
sells
us,
America
gives
us
barricades
with
advertising
on
them,
and
we've
been
in
that
arrangement
with
them
for
a
couple
years
now,
I
asked
earlier,
but
I
think
we
have
about
two
dozen
or
three
dozen
barricade
increments,
that
we've
gotten
for
free
and
they
all
have
advertising
on
them.
So
where
these
are
that's
an
opportunity
for
us
to
it's,
not
gonna,
it's
not
gonna,
be
a
big
number,
but
what
they're
free
and
they
have
advertising
I'm.
So
we're
just
asking
to
stay
in
that
business
with
them.
J
K
K
And
my
only
other
question
is
originally:
we
had,
you
know,
I
guess,
whoever
the
the
architect
was
had
given
us
a
price
in
the
range
of
two
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
I
see.
This
is
three
hundred
and
twenty
three
thousand.
So
it's
a
seventy
three
thousand
dollar
difference
and
it's
something
we
need
I
mean:
we've
had
the
building
now
for
a
year
and
a
half
and
other
than
our
community
meetings.
We
haven't
had
anything
in
that
side
of
the
building,
so
we
need
to
go
forward.
But
what
what's?
The
discrepancy
from
250.
P
H
K
Out
and
if
we
gauge
everything
so
250
that
73,000
additional
that
we
didn't
plan
for
and
then
we
go
to
the
next
project
and
then
we
get
to
the
end,
and
some
of
these
projects
might
not
be
able
to
get
completed
because
we
miscalculated
on
how
much
they're
going
to
cost
and
so
I.
Just
you
know,
that's
something
that
we
need
to
look
at.
K
K
P
G
I
do
I
know
a
couple
of
things
here
enough
to
pickleball
Saturday,
we're
not
there
to
add
a
little
ribbon,
cutting
at
the
course
again
and
I
tell
you
what
there
must
have
been
1,900
people
out
there.
A
sport
is
taking
off
so
I,
don't
know
what
we
need
to
do
it.
There's
all
them
feel
alone.
Does
I
talked.

So
they
look
like
they
need,
there's
so
many
I'm
they
needed
restrooms
and
they'd
some
kind
of
pavilion
right,
II,
I,
don't
know
if
we
had
looked
into
adding
anything
to
that
the
road
the
little
huts,
nothing
to
worry
about
a
best
way
away
from
them,
but
they
need
they
portal.
That's
an
idea
able
to
look
what
they
need
them.
Maybe
look
at
putting
some
type
of
small
bathroom
in
a
pavilion
or
something
like
that.
Now
somebody
that's
something
a
lot
of
people
out
there
I
think
they
played
two
or
three
times
a
week.

Do
I've
got
a
couple
question,
it's
just
more
so
about
the
process.
A
member
of
our
community
in
my
ward
was
cited
for
accumulation
of
trash
tires
appliances
all
that
other
stuff
and
then
also
the
lawn
and
I
talked
to
mr.
Lambert,
and
he
explained
to
me
why
they
put
the
trash.
They
applied,
some
things
like
that
and
it
makes
reasonable
sense.
My
question
is
the
reinfection
date.
They
actually
cut
it
on
the
4th.
On
the
1st
of
this
month.
The
citation
was
the
24th,
the
rien
spec
ssin
was
the
9th.
N
N
N
Can
I
can
validate
that
this
one
actually
was
addressed
prior
to
that
citation
date,
and
when
I
talked
to
the
to
the
resident,
will
we
will,
we
feel
would
be
appropriate,
is
if
there's
a
number
or
an
ad
for
some
way
to
communicate
with
the
code
office.
So
the
person
can
contact
the
the
either
the
enforcement
officer
or
your
department
to
verify
that
action
has
been
taken,
regardless
of
whether
there's
that
date
on
there
just
so,
they
can
ensure
that
it's
been
noticed
that
they
did
do
what
they're
supposed
to
do.
Well,.

We
have
to
go
into
executive
session,
so
I'm
gonna
need
a
motion
to
go
into
closed
session
for
the
purpose
of
examining
the
necessity
going
the
executive
session
to
discuss
the
potential
leasing
of
city
property
potential
litigation,

I

That's.
