A
Hi
I'm
Jennifer
Matranga
the
project
manager
for
Oskar
into
contracting
and
I'm
here
to
give
a
progress
report
on
the
infrastructure
project,
currently
we're
installing
the
sewer
and
storm
drain
on
cuarĂ³n's.
We
should
be
finished
up
around
mid-august,
we're
installing
the
storm
drain
on
Magnolia
and
we
should
be
finished
with
that
around
the
end
of
August,
we're
finishing
up
with
the
sewer
on
Hopkins,
then
we'll
be
installing
the
storm
drain
on
Hopkins.
We
will
be
finished
with
that
work
around
mid
to
the
end
of
July.
We
are
finishing
up
installing
the
sewer
on
Bonacci.
A
Then
we
will
be
following
up
with
installing
storm
drain
on
Bonacci
finishing
up
around
the
beginning
of
September,
we're
installing
the
sewer
on
the
Meuse
and
will
be
complete
with
that
work
around
the
end
of
July.
We
are
continuing
to
install
the
final
utility
on
Division
Street
from
Quebec
to
Nixon,
which
is
the
storm
drain,
and
that
work
should
be
complete
in
September.
We
are
working
on
the
east
end
of
the
project
on
some
punch
list
type
items
to
attempt
to
close
that
section
out
and
install
the
top
coat
of
asphalt.
A
Other
areas
of
the
project
that
we
are
working
to
complete
the
storm
drain
structures
or
Magnolia
Hayes
and
Porter
we're
installing
sidewalk
and
driveways
on
Bonacci,
north
of
Division,
fayard
and
Aguada
south
of
division.
Our
landscaping,
crews
in
fencing
crews
will
be
following
the
sidewalk
and
driveway
crews,
installing
landscaping
and
fencing.
A
We
are
installing
curving
on
Columbus,
Balboa
and
Porter
on
the
west
side
of
the
project,
we're
installing
Road
base
on
Bradford
and
Hayes
stag
and
Ethel
LaSalle
DeSoto
Porter
from
Park
North
Park
Circle
to
LaSalle
all
should
be
complete
by
the
end
of
the
month.
We
anticipate
being
able
to
pave
Park,
Circle
Porter
from
Columbus
to
South
Park
Percy,
Crusaders
stag
ethyl
by
the
end
of
July.
I'd,
also
like
to
talk
about
a
sampling
of
the
issues
that
we
continue
to
face
on
this
project.
A
It
is
very
congested
on
Division
Street
from
Chi
vet
to
Nixon
and
the
streets
north
and
south
of
that.
A
large
part
of
that
is
that
we
are
still
feeling
the
effects
of
centrepointe's
delay
in
moving
the
gas
line
off
of
division.
The
landscape
of
the
area
of
this
project
would
be
completely
different.
Right
now,
if
that
line
had
been
moved
months
ago,
there's
also
you'll
notice
on
Rea
north
street,
we
have
not
paved
that
street.
It
appears
to
be
ready
to
be
paved
and
we
were
ready
to
pave
it
on
June
13th.
A
However,
there
are
some
design
issues
on
that
Street,
the
back
of
curve
elevations
that
we
installed
as
per
the
plans,
are
presenting
a
problem
for
the
homeowners.
We
are
waiting
for
the
city
engineers
to
get
with
a
design
engineer
to
provide
us
with
a
solution
so
that
we
can
move
forward.
We
continue
to
deal
with
design
issues
north
of
division
on
Cuevas
and
galata.
They
are
rain
or
Croesus
kyv
at
Strawberry,
Parker
and
Bradford.
The
design
engineers
had
at
50%
more
pipe
and
a
hundred
percent
more
storm
drain
structures
to
those
areas.
