A
I'm

He
on

these
streets
by
the
end
of
next
week
from
Lee

to
Crawford
Street
on
division,
progress
is
currently
on
hold
due
to
a
ATT
fiber
optic
Doug
bank
that
runs
underground
in
the
eastbound
lane.
A
Also,
the
design
engineer
that's
contracted
by
the
city
of
Biloxi
is
currently
reviewing
their
drawings
for
possible
revisions.
We
will
continue
to
work
with
m
dot
as
lane
and
ramp
closures
are
necessary
associated
with
this
work
on
Eric
wall
street,
we
are
working
to
complete
both
the
sewer
and
storm
drain.
The
area
from
Eric
law
is
to
Hopkins
will
be
the
first
area
to
receive
permanent
paving.
We
expect
this
work
to
take
place
in
the
spring
of
2017.
A
At
the
intersection
of
porter
avenue
and
park
circle.
We
are
working
to
complete
the
new
sewer
system
and
we
plan
on
this
work
finishing
up
at
the
end
of
februari
on
Forest
Avenue,
we
have
completed
the
installation
of
the
new
water
main
completing
this
work
has
allowed
us
to
start
activating
the
new
water
main
from
forest
avenue
east
to
banake
north
of
division.
A
Last
week,

accommodate
the
residents
living
in
this
area
to
update
you
as
to
the
timeline
of
the
entire
infrastructure
project.
There
have
been
numerous
change
orders
which,
to
this
point,
have
added
320
days
to
the
original
completion
date.
Oscar
in
the
contracting
was
given
notice
to
proceed
August
the
fourth
2014,
with
an
expectation
of
being
completed
by
August
28
2017
because
of
the
change
orders
and
revisions.
Our
new
completion
date
is
June.
The
24
2018.
A
Construction
projects
of
this
type
naturally
generate
a
lot
of
dust
and
mud.
Addressing
the
public's
concerns.
The
Department
of
Environmental
Quality
has
completed
an
inspection
of
the
job
site
and
found
that
Oh
RC
is
in
compliance
because
we're
replacing
the
existing
drainage
system,
minor
flooding,
could
occur
after
a
major
rain
event.
We
have
crews
and
pumps
on
standby
to
address
these
issues
as
they
occur.
We
at
Oscar
and
the
contracting
appreciate
the
public's
patience
as
we
work
to
complete
this
project.
We
wish
you
and
your
family
a
merry
christmas
and
a
happy
new
year.
