Hi
I'm
Jennifer
Matranga
project
manager
for
Oscar
and
Contracting
I'm
here
to
give
a
status
update
on
the
North
contract
in
each
Biloxi.
We
are
approximately
80
percent,
complete
with
a
hundred
and
twenty
nine
million
dollar
project,
which
includes
71
executed
change,
orders,
which
added
twelve
and
a
half
million
dollars
in
five
hundred
and
sixteen
days
to
the
contract,
with
a
host
of
pending
change
order,
requests
for
additional
monies
and
time
back
in
June
of
2018,
we
were
stopped
from
paving
ray
North
Street
south
of
division
due
to
design
errors.
A
We
are
currently
awaiting
approved
change,
order,
requests
and
direction
from
the
city.
In
order
to
proceed.
We
have
completed
all
of
the
final
course
of
asphalt
in
s
xsn,
which
is
mainly
all
the
streets
east
of
Oak
Street.
We
continue
moving
west
with
prepping
the
streets
and
install
in
the
final
course
of
asphalt.
This
month
we
will
put
the
final
course
of
asphalt
on
fallow
Street,
Brown,
fountain,
all
north
of
division
in
April.
A
We
should
be
placed
in
the
final
course
of
asphalt
on
fountain,
Brown,
Holley,
Dory's
and
Keller
south
of
Division.
We
have
installed
the
base
course
of
asphalt
on
Porter
Roy,
Magnolia
Cruces,
from
division
to
Bradford
and
span
a
lane,
which
is
where
we
are
today
main
streets
out.
The
division
base
quarts
of
asphalt
has
been
installed
from
the
clinic
to
Tyrone's
barber
shop.
We
are
completing
the
sewer
and
storm
drain
on
Main
Street,
following
immediately
behind
with
the
base
course
of
asphalt
in
sidewalks.
A
Once
we
complete
the
work
on
Main
Street,
we
will
be
heading
to
forest
to
begin
installing
the
sewer
and
storm
drainage.
We
are
installing
storm
drainage
on
esters,
Boulevard
right
behind
me.
After
that
work
is
complete.
We
will
begin
immediately
behind
with
the
road
crew
installing
road
base
and
asphalt
once
we
complete
this
work
on
esters,
we're
moving
into
our
most
problematic
area
of
the
project
due
to
all
the
issues
with
design,
and
that
is
G
1
&
2,
which
includes
and
Claddagh.
A
They
are
rain
or
cruces
elder
strawberry,
all
north
the
division
and
also
on
Chi
vet.
We
are
installing
storm
drainage
on
Bonacci,
which
is
some
of
the
deepest
and
most
challenging
on
the
project.
As
that
work
is
completing,
we
will
be
immediately
hind
with
our
road
crew
installing
road
base
and
asphalt.
We
have
completed
the
sidewalks
and
driveways
on
cuarón's,
continuing
to
work
on
Main,
Street
north
of
division
and
will
be
moving
on
to
Porter.
As
always,
we
are
very
appreciative
of
your
continued
patience
and
support.
A
B
You
hi,
my
name
is
Jack
gråvik
I'm,
the
assistant
project
manager
for
Hill
construction
on
the
Biloxi
South
contract
I'm.
Here,
to
give
you
an
update
on
the
progress
of
our
work,
I'm,
currently
standing
on
Porter
Avenue,
where
we
have
just
completed
putting
the
base
asphalt
down,
we've
also
completed
putting
the
base
asphalt
on
the
straw
place
north
and
south
and
east
and
west
young
and
dr
bolt
and
lane
and
Roselle
Street.
We
currently
have
a
crew
installing
the
sewer
on
Binaca.
B
They
still
have
a
couple
more
months
left
on
that
street
and
when
they
are
completed,
we
will
remove
the
temporary
asphalt
from
Howard
Avenue
and
put
permanent
asphalt
on
Howard,
Avenue
and
benattia.
We
have
also
completed
putting
the
road
base
on
father
Ryan
Avenue
from
Kizer
circle
to
st.
Francis.
B
We
have
had
our
curb
crews
working
the
past
couple
weeks,
trying
to
complete
the
curve
so
that,
after
that,
we
will
be
able
to
put
down
base
asphalt,
our
next
round
of
paving,
which
will
be
within
a
month
or
two
will
be
father,
Ryan,
Avenue
from
Kizer
circle,
the
st.
Francis
Avenue,
st.
Paul's,
South,
Hubbard,
Avenue
and
Gill
Avenue.
And
lastly,
we
have
a
crew
on
cobble
avenue
and
slowing
the
water
lawn
and
a
crew
working
on
Lopez
place
installing
the
sewer
line.
