excluding
a
section
between
stron

and
Penny
Avenue
due
to
a
large
diameter
box
culvert,
which
runs
north
and
south.
That
is
yet
to
be
installed.
A
We
are
scheduled
to
complete
the
paving
on
Keller,
Avenue,
south
of
division,
Austin

and
a

We
will

We
are
working
to

the
remaining
utilities
so
that
we
can
have

A
As
many
of
the
residents
of
notice,
we
have
begin
staging
drainage,

of
division
in
between
nickels
and
Main

In
the
next
couple
of
weeks,
we
will
begin
the
installation
of
the
drainage

streets
off
the
division
and
will
move
west
until
we
reach

working
to
complete
the
new

Once
this

With
the

the
intersection
of

we
are

At
the
same
time,

We
currently
have
a

both
the
new
drainage
and
drainage

with
a
goal
of
making
it

the
end
of
the
summer.
Oscar
endo
is
working
to
complete
the
remaining
utility
work
on
division
between
Hopkins
and
Bonacci,
so
that
we
can
pave
this
area
by
early
fall.
We
have
a
crew
working
on
ground,
leveling
you
to
install
the
base
rock,
which
will
allow
us
to
pave
this
street

the
end

A
We
are
now
entering
a
phase
of
the
project

be
installing
both
sidewalks
and
driveway
aprons
in
all
areas
that
we
have
paved.
This
work
will
start
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks,
whatever
permitting
we
had
Oscar
render
or
as
anxious
as
the
residents
to
see
the
project
complete
and
will
continue
to
work
in
partnership
with
a
city
of
Biloxi
to
see
a
