A
Hi,
my
name
is
Jennifer
Matranga
I'm,
the
project
manager
for
Oscar
and
Contracting
and
I'm
here
to
give
an
update
on
the
status
of
the
work
on
the
North
project
before
I
give
the
update
today,
I'd
like
to
take
a
minute
to
request
some
assistance
from
the
residents
in
people
visiting
East
Biloxi.
Every
month
we
install
more
asphalt.
There
are
very
few
roads
now
that
don't
have
asphalt
on
them
and
the
speeds
have
picked
up
tremendously.
I
beg
you
to
please
slow
down,
please
obey
the
road
closures
and
the
flaggers.
A
Please
help
to
keep
all
of
our
workers
safe.
Over
the
last
couple
of
weeks,
we
have
had
some
really
close
calls
with
cars,
speeding
through
our
work
areas
on
division
and
on
Porter
Avenue.
The
speed
limit
within
the
construction
area
is
15
miles
per
hour.
We
are
doing
our
very
best
to
work
as
quickly
and
as
safely
as
possible
to
complete
this
project.
A
We
are
Main
Street
today,
south
of
division,
installing
the
last
of
the
road
base
and
curbing
and
completing
a
couple
of
drainage
structures,
getting
it
ready
for
base
course
of
asphalt
to
go
down
next
week.
We're
finishing
up
driveways
and
sidewalks
on
Porter
this
week
and
that
crew
will
be
moving.
The
Main
Street
south
of
us
on
Main
Street
is
esters
Boulevard.
We
are
completing
storm
drain
structures
and
additional
work
required
within
the
CSX
railroad
right
away.
Next
week
we
will
be
installing
the
base
course
of
asphalt
on
esters
from
Holly
Street
to
Nichols.
A
We
continue
moving
west
with
prepping
the
streets
and
installing
the
final
course
of
asphalt
by
the
end
of
this
month.
We
should
be
placed
in
the
final
course
of
asphalt
on
fountain
Holly
and
Dorrie
Street,
south
the
division
and
Division
Street
from
Oak
Street
to
stron
G
Avenue,
we're
installing
sewer
on
forest.
We
are
completing
the
drainage
work
on
CAI
vet
and
we'll
be
heading
on
esters.
Next.
This
is
one
of
the
areas
where
the
amount
of
drainage,
pipe
and
drainage
structures
was
more
than
doubled
and
will
take
some
time
to
complete
this
work.
A
We
are
completing
the
storm,
drainage
structures
on
Cruces
and
we'll
be
moving
there
without
road
based
crew.
Next,
we
are
installing
fences
throughout
the
project
and
completing
landscaping
on
Porter
then
move
into
Nixon
in
Maine.
We
are
appreciative
of
your
continued
patience
support
and
thank
you
for
your
cooperation.

on
the

We
have
another

working
on
Morrison,

and
slowing
the

and
they
will
then
move
to

and
install
the

that

We
have
a
fourth

at
the
corner
of
White

complete,
they'll
move
to

B
B
We
have
multiple,
concrete
crews,
working
behind
our
pipe
crews,
for
storing
the
sidewalks
storm
drain
boxes
and
curb
as
we
move
along
there
will
be
no
construction
going
on
during
the
weekend
of
the
thunderbirds
in
the
first
weekend
of
May,
we
would
like
to
remind
everyone
to
please
drive
safe
around
our
construction
zones
and
keep
our
employees
safety
in
mind.
While
doing
so.
Thank
you.
