B
First
of
all,
we're
very
fortunate
to
have
the
Blue
Angels
here,
I
think
it's
going
to
be
a
great
time
for
citizens
and
it's
it's
certainly
going
to.
Hopefully
revenue
for
the
city,
but
from
the
public
safety
point
of
view,
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
people
here.
The
roadways
are
going
to
be
packed
so
I'm
just
telling
you
now
to
come
early,
prepare
to
stay
late
and
when
I
say
early
I
don't
mean
a
couple
hours
before
the
show
I'm
talking
about
a
good
four
or
five
six
hours
before
the
show.
The.
A
B
B
The
morning
I
would
try
to
be
in
place.
I
expect
that
much
chatter
maybe
I'm
wrong,
but
I'm
trying
to
err
on
the
side
of
caution.
So
the
roadways
are
going
to
be
full.
It's
gonna
be
hot,
make
sure
you
have
plenty
of
water
with
your
plenty
of
liquids
with
you
try
to
stare
away
from
the
alcohol
as
much
as
you
can
and
the
heat
that's
going
to
cause
problems.
We
expect
a
good
many,
but
the
fire
department
and
myself
would
expect
a
good
many
medical
emergencies.
B
People
who
are
going
to
get
overheated
we're
expecting
that
to
happen.
There's
gonna
be
a
lot
of
boaters
out
there
we're
expecting
some
medical
emergencies
on
the
water
do
not
park
anywhere
where
it's
not
designated
for
you
to
park.
There's
going
to
be
some
private
property,
lots
that
are
open
up.
They
may
be
charging
to
park
on
those.
There
may
be
some
lots
that
aren't
cordoned
off
and
there's
no
parking
signs.
You
can
park
there
unless
the
property
owner
tells
you
different.
B
There's
going
to
be
several
pretty
large
Lots
that
the
city
are
going
to
utilize
and
you'll,
see
the
signage
there
telling
you
that
you
can
park
here,
and
we
recommend
that
when
you,
when
you
come
into
bullets,
if
you're
coming
in
from
from
the
Ocean
Springs
side,
you
come
across
the
bridge,
stay
in
the
end
of
the
Far
Lane
they
the
outside
lane,
because
that's
that's
going
to
get
you
into
the
park
and
a
lot
quicker
you'll
have.
There
will
be
some
folks
there
directing
you
in
hopefully
directing
into
the
parking
spots
when.
A
B
Do
that
or
you
can
come
down,
carve
a
street
either
one,
but
probably
what
you're
going
to
see
is
you're
going
to
see
combat
Street
back
up
early
early
on.
So
if
you
come
off
the
off
the
bridge
or
off
the
I-110,
and
you
see
that
that
Kabat
street
looks
like
it's
backing
up
and
go
on
down,
go
around
and
go
to
Oak
Street
yeah.
B
B
B
When
it,
when
the
time
is
right,
we
will
probably
just
put
all
the
traffic
signals
on
flashing
mode.
So
that's
important
for
people
trying
to
enter
highway.
90
they're
going
to
need
to
pay
a
close
attention
to
the
officers
that
are
there
and
and
then
you
may
be
may
be
held
up
there
for
a
little
while,
but
the
officer
will
eventually
get
you
into
traffic.
Just
remember
it's
going
to
be
an
awful
lot
of
vehicles
here.
It
only
takes
4,000
vehicles,
that's
going
both
directions
and
all
lanes
from
the
Biloxi
Bay
Bridge
to
wide
Avenue.
B
That's
all
the
vehicles
that
can
fit
there
or
4,000,
and
so
we're
anticipating.
You
know
forty
thousand
a
day,
and
so
just
keep
that
in
mind.
So
as
we
can
move
that
four
thousand
out,
you
know
the
4000
s
coming
in
so
it's
gonna,
be
it's
gonna,
be
it's
gonna,
be
a
real
challenge,
challenge
for
us
to
to
make
this
happen
week.
If
we
can
make
it
happen
as
long
as
the
public
works
with
us
are
tolerant
and
give
themselves
plenty
of
time,
patience.
A
B
Having
a
good
time
and
if
you're
thinking
about
bringing
your
pet
with
it,
give
that
it
with
you
give
that
a
lot
of
thought,
because
it's
going
to
be
very
hot
out
there
and
you
know
animals,
don't
do
well
in
short
periods
of
time.
They
would
be
fine,
but
if
you're
stuck
out
there
for
four
eight
eight
hours
or
so
that
animal
may
may
be
in
peril,
so
reconsider
and
leaving
those
animals.
A
B
Is
there
will
be
when
we've
tried
to
set
up
pedestrian
crossings,
but
we
know
from
big
events
in
the
past
that
people
may
not
want
to
walk
down
to
where
the
pedestrian
crossing
is,
and
they
may
just
try
to
cross
anywhere.
Now
we're
we're
gonna
we're
going
to
do
our
best
to
stop
that
from
happening
and
we're
going
to
be
not
it's
not
going
to
be
much
tolerant
for
people
with
tolerance
for
people
who
are
trying
to
cross
an
undesignated
area,
I'm,
not
saying
we'll
make
a
rest,
but
that
is
absolutely
a
possibility.
John.
B
A
B
Had
major
traffic
issues,
major
traffic
issues
and
when
the
traffic
gridlocked
people
just
got
out
of
their
cars
and
set
up
their
their
their
lawn
chairs
the
state,
we
will
not
allow
that
to
happen
here.
So
if
you
get
gridlocked,
don't
put
that
vehicle
in
park
and
get
out
in,
we
absolutely
are
going
to
deal
with
you
in
a
legal
fashion.
If
that
happens,
thank.
