Hi
I'm
Sally
I'm,
the
retired

Department
I'm.
Also,
your
emergency
managers
in
the
city
of
blessings
we're
here
tonight
as
the
Java
shrine
center
to
talk
about
emergency
preparedness,
and
one
of
the
things
that
we
want
to
talk
about
is
one
of
the
best
that
we
have
here.
Whether
leave
is
the
shelter
we
have
various
shelters
throughout
Harrison
County,
but
believe
it
or
not.
There
are
no
shelters
in
Biloxi,
and
so
we
have
to
talk
about
how
you're
going
to
get
to
a
shelter.
B
If
you
need
transportation,
we
have
a
CPA
people
here.
You
can
sign
up
for
GTA
and
actually
get
a
ride
to
one
of
those
shelters.
But
your
plan
B
needs
to
be
the
in
evacuation
and
your
health
emergency,
especially
a
hurricane.
We
don't
have
enough
shelters
and
on
the
program
the
house
and
amount
of
people
that
we
have
in
the
county.
So
we
need
you
to
make
a
plan.
We
need
you
to
think
about
where
you're
going
to
go
and
do
it
before
the
hurricane
crisis.

Biloxi.
One
thing
that
we
would
like
their
systems
of
blood
to
be
aware
of
is
an
evacuation
time,
but
folks
also
have
to
evacuate
and
when
we
evacuate
the
bridges
actually
have
to
respond
to
the
boat
traffic
before
vehicular
program.
So
is
very
important.
If
you're
in
the
pops
berry
area
to
be
aware
of
how
long
you
might
be
stopped
in
traffic
when
the
boat
traffic
is
coming
through.

What
I've
brought
with
me
today
is
a
bunch
of
valuable
information
on
preparing
for
a
very
cane
or
any
type
of
disaster,
like
the
flooding
maniac
going
on
right
now.
A
lot
of
folks
that
live
here
haven't
lived
here
long
and
have
an
experience
to
hurricane
or
the
type
of
flooding
that
we
have
we're
surrounded
by
rivers
and
I
use
it.
D

F
We
have
a
few
different
things.
We
have
our
kids
campaign
that
we're
promoting,
that
is,
for
children,
ages,
kindergarten
to
fourth
grade
that
helps,
teach
the
kids
about
hurricane
preparedness
or
storm
preparedness,
and
we
have
mascots
to
go
out
from
schools
and
read
them
a
story.
So
then
that
way
they
can
bring
it
home
and
helps
promote,
getting
ready
for
storms
and
things
of
that
nature.
With
the
kids.
We
also
have
some
flood
information
and
we
have
your
basic
storm
information
kit
to
prepare
for
the
contract,
information
and
things
of
that
nature.

evacuation
transportation
program.
It's
a
free
service
to
Harrison
County
residents.
We
will
be
able
to
move
you
out
of
harm's
way.
Should
there
be
a
mandated
evacuation
call,
we
will
transport
you
your
family
and
your
pet
to
a
designated
Red
Cross
shelter.
We
do
request
that
you
register
with
us.
So
we
know
ahead
of
time
that
you
need
to
transfer
your
transportation
need.
K
Any
time
that
we're
going
to
be
moving
limbs,
anything
that
can
be
conducted
around
our
house,
we're
going
to
be
careful
in
the
event
that
we
were
to
pick
something
up
and
not
be
observant,
and
that
was
to
come
into
contact
with
one
of
our
line.
It
could
actually
spend
fourteen
thousand
four
hundred
volts
from
your
body.
