From YouTube: Gilich advances ideas on sand, budget and more
Description
Here is the video of Mayor Andrew “FoFo” Gilich’s remarks to the Biloxi Lions Club, delivered during a luncheon at the Biloxi Yacht Club on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017.

A
A
Most
everyone
he's
fofo
and,
of
course,
in
the
Biloxi
Lions
Club
he's
lying
Jays
brother
and
the
late
great
line.
Claire's
nephew
and
lime
Tina's
cousin
I
asked
lion
Jay
to
share
a
little
known
fact
about
our
speaker.
A
lot
of
people
know
that
he
attended
the
University
of
Houston,
but
you
know
why.
B
A
B
A
C
C
Top
I
get
that
a
little
bit
later
on,
but
you
know
Jerry
I
was
the
head
pleasure
of
addressing
a
few
weeks
ago,
so
Jerry
kind
of
said,
watching
cover
talk
to
the
Lions
I
said
yeah.
Of
course
you
know,
except
this
is
family
to
me,
and
so
it
was
a
great
pleasure,
but
at
the
the
Abbeville
business,
because
I
sort
of
thought
that
that
have
been
addressing
the
you
know
in
downtown
the
Apple
Hill.
You
know
the
VPI
for
business
but
Albert
James
fountain.
B
B
B
C
I
did
get
in
trouble
I'm
but
related
a
few
stories
that
getting
someone.
You
might
not
appreciate
that
that
North
Biloxi
accent
but.
C
It
was
a
gaffe
of
North
Biloxi,
his
name
was
Norton
was
last
names
now
Norton
and
he'd
always
come
in
to
canines
or
some
of
the
Horseman's
lounge.
He
says
man,
he
says,
I
got
a
big
problem
and
canine
would
say,
would
is
it
Norton?
He
says,
I,
don't
know
whether
they
cut
the
grass
are
Jack.
The
house.
C
I
did
get
in
trouble
with
you
with
being
recorded
one
time
last
year.
I
think
we
re-enacted
the
landing
of
the
Abbeville
I,
think
it
was
wxx
reading
got
it
mom.
You
know
interviewed
me
afterwards.
What
are
you
doing
over
here?
Coming?
That's
a
man
up
and
coming
coming
div
element,
but
since
I
was
riding
my
bicycle
enough,
maybe
you
know
ten
years
twelve
years
old,
my
first
love
was
over.
You
know
in
the
outdoor
I'd
ride
that
bridge
go
for
a
cruise,
so
I
get
home
after
nights
on
TV
and
my
wife
of
us.
C
C
C
Again,
it's
it's
a
great
pleasure
to
be
here
and
and
leading
our
Paluxy.
You
know
out
a
few
watch
Game
of
Thrones,
you
might
watch
Game
of
Thrones
yeah.
B
B
B
C
We
did
pass
our
budget
last
night,
I'm,
proud
to
say
no
increase.
Ok,
still
at
30,
mils,
still
43
meals
for
this
for
the
schools,
it's
the
best
bang
for
the
buck
around.
We
had
109
mils
than
a
few
Easton
to
USD
cities.
So
we're
real,
proud
to
be
here,
we're
very
fortunate
about.
You
know
some
of
the
income,
the
memory
of
new
streams
that
we're
we
have
a
me.
You
know
the
sales
tax,
the
visitation
we
have
all
contributes
to
with
keeping
that
tax
low.
C
Asking
Bach
citizens,
you
know
in
the
way
of
taxes,
to
contribute
so
we're
at
thirty
point
one
bills
lower
than
a
lot
of
folks.
Again,
we
had
to
step
up
a
little
bit
with
the
water
and
soar.
You've
heard
a
little
bit
about
ongoings
with
utility
authority
and
that's
another,
our
story
yeah,
we
don't
have,
but
you
know
we
have
been
trying
to
you
know
by
law.
You
have
to
make
water
and
sewer
enterprise
fund
pay
for
itself.
So
that's
why
we
stepped
up.
C
C
You
know
a
big
effort
since
June
to
make
sure
that
our
revenues
and
expenses
balance
that's
a
balanced
budget
and
then
again,
we've
listed
a
number
of
projects
that
we're
going
to
go
forward
with
I
brought
some
pictures
and
I'll
get
to
it
in
just
a
little
bit.
Let
me
finish
my
my
budget,
but
you
know.
B
C
Know
these
we've
got
a
number
of
capital
projects
that
we're
going
to
do
that.
A
couple
of
new
fire
stations
going-
and
you
know
in
Ward,
6
and
Ward
7
again
we're
trying
to
do
some.
Revitalization,
two-way
traffic,
on
how
revenue,
again
the
restoration
of
the
sanger
using
a
lot
of
the
money
we
feel
like.
C
We
should
have
off
a
lot
of
its
at
toilets
money
and
we've
been
begging
and
asking
to
do
some
things
to
enhance
our
Beach
and
my
bank
main
concern
we're
coming
up
on
probably
a
big
weekend
in
October,
which
is
cruising
the
coast
and
you
notice,
when
we
have
wind
event
that
sand
on
that
beach
gets
on
the
highway
90
and
that's
the
first
year
in
office.
I
spent
450,000
last
year,
I
spent
five
hundred
thousand
would
probably
spend
a
little
bit
more
doing
not
sylia
Biloxi's
job
but
I'm,
not
in
the
county's
job.
C
Get
that
saying
off
the
beach
because
it's
dangerous.
You
know
you
could
look
right
here
and
then
I'll
get
to
this
event
cause.
This
is
a
project.
We've
met
three
times
with
scientists.
What
we
can
do
you
look
at
that
singing
and
you
look
at
that
picture.
Isn't
high
on
steps
on
that
seawall
all
right!
You
can
see
that
that
sand
is
that
the
second
step
and
we've
tried
they've
tried
with
the
same
Beach
Authority.
You
know
all
kinds
of
who
owns
this
and
who's
responsible
for
that.
Well,
hey
bottom
line
is
it's
Biloxi.
C
It's
got
to
be
safe,
friendly
and
beautiful,
and
that's
my
mission
and
that's
what
we're
gonna
do
and
rest
assured
that
you
know
we're
gonna
win
when
I
could
have
ducked
any
punches
saying
we're,
not
gonna
hold
back
any
punches.
You
know
so
well
we're
going
to
get
a
project
test
project
from
the
Sam
from
the
in
conjunction
with
the
same
Beach
in
the
county
and
the
state.
C
You
know,
and
some
scientists
from
Mississippi
State
and
from
USM
in
Rice
University
on
a
catch,
a
pilot
project
from
the
small
craft,
Arbor
all
the
way
to
Street
to
do
something
different.
You
know
I'll
talk
to
you
about
that
in
just
a
moment,
but
they're
trying
to
use
science
in
order
to
do
some
of
the
things
that
doing
the
same
thing
over
and
over
makes
no
sense,
and
you
know
Vince,
it
will
tell
you
and
I
drive
both
of
the
crazy.
C
You
know
on
how
we
measure
things
and
how
we
use
a
simple
object
to
attack
problems
and
believe
me
there's
no
shortage
of
problems.
You
know
it's
amazing
that
I've
talked
to
my
family
about
how
how
its
required
to
pivot
right
in
the
middle
of
a
conversation,
something
happens.
You
got
a
you
know
in
computer
terms,
you
gotta
load
your
registers
and
do
an
exchange
jump.
You
go
from
from
lawyers
to
you
know
to
garbage
pickup,
and
that
happens
all
the
time.
C
B
C
But
yeah
I'm
a
dice
player
and
I
like
action,
so
I'm
probably
going
to
action
that
this
presents
them.
It's
amazing.
You
know
the
decisions,
whether
it's
a
$100,000
decision
or
100
million
dollar
decision
in
the
debts
that
keeps
my
juices
going
so
I'm
having
a
great
time
so
say
a
prayer
for
me.
But
you
know
because
some
things
I
don't
have
control
of,
but
the
stress
is
something
that
just
keeps
me
plugging
away.
Just
like
my
whole
family.
No,
we
don't.
C
We
don't
shy
away
from
you
know
doing
the
things
that
need
to
be
done
for
our
family
before
our
family
oblak.
Seen
in
the
city,
see
that
we
all
love
so
much
I'll
talk
a
little
bit
up,
and
so
we
got
a
set
balanced
budget.
You
know
we
look
forward.
We
got
some
good
indicators
on
some
of
the
revenue
streams
like
personal
property
and
everweb
taxes.
We've
been
realistic
on
on
what
we
say:
we're
gonna
collect.
C
You
know
we
took
a
hit
with
a
casino
I
think
we
win
when
I
first
came
in
office,
we
budgeted
about
eighteen
point
five
million
dollars
and
we
reduced
that
to
seven.
Seventeen
point
five
due
to
you
know
the
downturn
in
the
economy
and
another
downturn
in
the
gaming.
A
little
bit
in
the
the
solid
pearl
opening
up
said
cut
into
you
know
a
revenue
stream,
but
we
have
eight
I
call
them
the
eight
families.
C
You
know
that
we
deal
with
on
a
monthly
basis,
and
you
know
that's
seventy
three
hundred
root
hotel
rooms
and
every
you
know
that
helps
me
and
you
everybody
every
head
in
bed
every
night
contributes
to
what
we're
able
to
do
is
the
city
and
keep
keep
those
taxes
low,
keeping
those
taxes
low
and
keeping
the
you
know
the
quality
of
life.
You
know,
where
needs
to
be
against
a
friendly,
a
beauty
beautiful
contributes
to
the
out.
You
know
to
the
to
the
Biloxi
image.
C
Around
the
world
they
know
that
so
you'll
have
to
say
Biloxi
anything
Biloxi,
they
know
Biloxi,
especially
in
Cuba
we
did
know.
We
took
a
picture,
a
half
its
visitor
center
of
the
Opera
Bell
and
literally
he
you
know
a
1699.
He
came
from.
Biloxi
went
to
Cuba.
Of
course
he
raided
an
island.
He
got
a
lot
of
our
know
where
he
was
trying
to
sell
it
in
in
Cuba.
Havana
Cuba
got
yellow
fever
and
died
in
1709.
So
he
was
an
entrepreneur.
B
C
C
We
did
come
back
and
it
was
an
amazing
trip,
I'm
not
really
staying
to
my
script,
but
I'm
gonna
tell
you
about
it.
The
now
opportunity
came
about
about
almost
at
the
beginning
of
seventeen.
We
met
with
the
first
secretary
of
Cuban
embassy
in
DC
when
we
was
up
there.
His
name
was
mrs.
Michelle,
Miguel
fragra,
so
he's
the
head
man.
That
was
not
the
ambassador,
but
he
runs
the
operation
of
the
embassy.
C
We
talked
about
in
July
9
through
11
to
have
the
Cuban
national
team
play
an
all-star,
an
amateur
team
here
in
Biloxi
that
didn't
happen
because
we
couldn't
get
the
all-star.
You
know
the
collegiate
folks
who
they
were
going
to
the
Cape
Cod
League
or
getting
drafted
by
the
you
know
and
Major
League
Baseball.
So
if
we
can
pull
it
off,
but
the
trip
was
to
go
there
and
engage
those
folks
there
to
get
the
Cuban
national
team
to
to
play
in
Biloxi.
C
You
know
sometime
in
or
around
you
know
the
end
of
the
or
in
the
spring
or
at
the
end
of
the
college
season,
and
also
there
was
a
matter
of
fact
in
this
room
of
the
Commodore
of
the
Havana
Yacht
Club,
the
only
I
club
in
Cuba.
This
is,
you
know,
blocks
yacht
club,
so
we
you
know
we
visited
with
them
and
the
ability
to
maybe
put
a
race
between
Biloxi
and
a
Havana
Harbor.
C
B
C
Is
newsworthy
right
here
because
today,
at
1:15,
Miguel
fragra
from
the
first
secretary
of
the
Cuban
embassy
in
DC
was
scheduled
to
be
here
in
Biloxi
and
you
know
go
to
a
number
of
spots,
but
unfortunately,
after
that
speech
it
was
canceled
reschedule
he
called
yesterday
and
said
man
I've
never
had
to
reschedule
anything
in
my
life
as
a
as
a
state's.
You
know,
working
for
the
State
Department
or
are
there
the
operation,
but
they
had
to
do
that.
C
B
C
B
C
Average
salaries,
twenty
five
dollars
a
month
for
doctor
$200
and
half
a
lot
of
doctors,
it's
the
things
that
work,
but
a
lot
of
things,
don't
work,
and
but
you
see
that
little
little
taste
of
freedom
into
hell,
it's
gonna
open
up
the
world.
You
cannot
deny
it
and
$25
a
month.
You
get
somebody
to
ten
out
or
tip
down
there.
That's
a
big
deal
or
you
have
go
down
there
with
a
box
of
ballpoint
pens,
that's
just
as
good
it's
dollars.
C
C
C
C
But
anyway,
the
amazing
part
was
there's
so
many
French
Portuguese
Spanish
you're
in
Canadian
tourists
there
all
the
time
I
mean
good
thing.
They
come
six
weeks
at
a
time
and
I
said
what
better
opportunity
you
know
who
wants
to
stay
in
any
one
place.
Six
weeks
come
the
Paluxy
day
trips,
where
you
got
$29
flights
to
Orlando.
Oh,
you
know
Sanford
Airport.
We
never
go
for
a
couple
of
days,
while
you're
here
to
Cuba
six
weeks.
So
an
indirect
kind
of
way
to
make
money
is
not
through
the
Cubans
but
through
the
tourists.
C
B
B
C
C
Ritchie
valens
1962,
so
him
he
was
American
song,
but
the
everybody
in
the
world
knew
la
Bamba.
So
we
cranked
it
up.
In
the
Floridita
that
night,
you
come
back,
I,
never
smoked
anything.
My
wife
died
came
back
with
a
box
of
Cubans,
so
buddy
I'm
talking
buddy
the
other
day,
so
I
got
I,
got
to
deliver
something,
but.
C
C
The
group
deals
with
still:
why
do
you
gotta
answer
all
these
questions,
but
I
want
to
see
so
there's
a
59,
the
soda
convertible,
the
emerald
green,
just
beautiful
beautiful.
So
let
me
see
the
end.
It
was
an
engine
I
wanted
to
see
which
was
was
a
$5,
a
hundred
atmospheres,
five
no
menu,
because
he
had
mercedes-benz
engineer.
A
C
B
C
C
I'm,
not
a
minute
I.
Think
of
two
million
people
in
Havana
people
are
just
great.
You
know
again,
you
start
to
watch
what
you
say.
You
know
the
place
we
love
the
Nationale
was
where
we
stayed
in
it's
it's
owned
by
the
Cuban
government
and
some
of
the
people
concierge
and
some
of
the
people
that
get
your
cab
and
so
forth.
They're.
You
know
Marines
on
their
version
of
CIA,
so
there's
gotta
watch
what
you
say.
The
boys
are,
you
know
Fidel
Raul
and
Che
Guevara
and
treated
call
the
boys
and
the
boys
wanted
this.
C
They
blame
everything
on
embargo
and
all
that
stuff,
but
it
was
interesting.
We
went
there
forts
everywhere,
you
know,
for
the
history
of
a
man
was
unbelievable
and
what
got
me
every
time
they
do
an
excavation
someplace
where
they
gonna
build
something
they
uncovers.
These
cannons
and
cannons
everywhere.
You
know
like
we
hit
yeah
gore,
nothing
well
here,
maybe
what
they
do
with
those
cannons.
If
they
got
a
blocker
straight,
they
dig
a
hole
and
put
one
in
cannons
in
they
want
to
be
treated.
So.
B
C
Know
it
was
good
to
interact.
You
know,
Vince
I'll
tell
you
so
I
like
to
discuss
things,
not
all
go
and
argue
I'd
like
to
discuss
things,
but
we
talked
about
you
know
doing
business
got
a
great
port
right.
You
got
a
great
opportunity
for
tourism.
We
got
a
lot
of
things
and
talk
to
the
competition.
So
to
speak.
Was
you
know
with
Florida,
but
Florida
has
some
philosophical.
You
know
people
generations
have
to
die
out
cuz.
You
know
the
leaders
right
now
or
we
were
born
doing
them
before
revolution
now.
C
Raul
should
be
stepping
aside
in
February
of
2018
and
he
will
be
replaced
by
a
person
who
died
after
the
Revolution.
So
then,
maybe
some
you
know
some
operational
differences,
but
there's
a
big
obstacle.
You
know
with
Trump
and
some
of
the
things
that
prevent
Americans
from
investing
in
Cuba.
You
know
and
I,
don't
know
all
the
reasons,
but
you
know
that
that
is
an
obstacle
and
then
you
know
in
Florida,
Florida
90
miles
away
from
a
van
and
but
they
have
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
folks
in
of
Cuban
descent.
C
You
don't
have
to
go
to
you
know
eight
hours
up
the
channel
to
get
to
New
Orleans,
so
I
mean
we
get
such
some
opportunity,
but
you
can
get
to
you
know
I,
guess
to
be
thoughtful
and
be
careful
on
what
you
do,
but
you
know
well,
I
was
real
confident.
You
know
that
we
could
do
business.
You
know
under
our
rules
you
know,
but
they
were
concerned
about.
You
know
anytime,
that
business
has
been
done
with
Cuba
all
the.
C
B
C
Like
story,
but
anyway,
again
its
opportunity
related
because
we
are
Biloxi,
some
of
the
things
we're
doing
mentioned
a
little
bit
about
the
capital
improvements
with
in
will
market
and
orator
and
those
things,
but
some
of
the
capital
projects
that
that
we're
gonna
make
happen.
C
Of
course,
the
sanger
sang
is
probably
the
most
historical,
the
operational
thing
that
we
have
going.
It
needs
about
1.3
million
dollars
worth
of
just
repair
to
keep
the
water
out
of
the
building.
You
know,
and
we've
asked
you
know:
there's
a
twenty
two
million
dollars
in
the
state
arc
arc,
archaeology,
history
and
archaeology,
and
we've
been
asked
year
after
you've
gotten
zero
out
of
that.
But
we've
got
about
seven
hundred
thousand
dollars.
We
needed
by
another
half
a
million
that
we're
chasing
to
actually
fix
the
roof,
fix
the
walls
and
go
forward
with
that.
C
Also
by
one
point
to
me
to
open
up
how
would
ever
use
the
two-way
traffic
same
footprint,
the
buildings
had
moved.
Actually
we
have
the
ability
to
get
some
recover
some
of
those
bricks.
If
you
look
at
some
of
these
pictures
after
the
me,
the
street
itself
looks
like
a
dance
floor
and
if
you've
ever
been
to
Beale
Street,
you
know
about
the
same
length
and
then
it's
a
it's
just
an
opportunity
to
it's
different
than
the
barber.
C
Street
has
no
comparison,
maybe
Frenchmen
Street
in
New
Orleans,
it's
a
real
place,
but
again
we're
we're
gonna
make
that
happen,
we're
in
the
final
throes
of
the
engineering
and
with
that
will
happen.
You
know
this
year
because
we'll
be
bidding
in
how
the
other
thing
I
mentioned
about
the
sand,
beach,
there's
a
picture
1927
to
1932
that
whole
seawall
was
laid,
and
if
you
look
at
the
reborn,
seven
seawall
is
not
going
anywhere.
You
know,
and
it
amazes
me
what
people
think
that
they,
especially
the
Corps
of
Engineers,
don't
touch
that
seawall.
C
Don't
touch
that
started
out
at
or
not.
You
know,
and
that
makes
sense
to
me.
Let's
see,
what's
nine
steps
long
deep,
and
would
you
say
what's
the
natural
easy
easy
thing
to
do?
Look
at
Sandown
260-foot
is
right
at
the
edge
of
that
pier
that's
how
far
that
sand
should
Bend.
That's
how
that's,
how
much
the
beach
should
be
260
feet
all
along
d,
the
you
know
there
are
our
beachfront
26
miles
of
total
beachfront
Elba's
old.
C
I
think
they're
gonna
do
three
point
something
three
point:
four
million
dollars
worth
of
restoration,
but
not
in
Biloxi
some
of
these
other
places.
So
but
there's
there
are
pieces
of
science
here,
it's
called
the
total
drift
is
that
that
sand
is
eaten
and
moved
from
east
to
west
to
the
sides
and
prevailing
winds
will
carry
that
and
you
can
see
how
it
scours
out
around
once
some
of
those
drain
pipes
and
builds
up
down
till
you
get
forward
and
something
feed
at
the
end
of
the
at
the
east
wall
of
the
small
craft,
Harbor.
C
So
a
project
we
talk
with
again
some
scientists.
What
can
we
do?
We
had
a
guy
from
mr.
V
state
talking
about
a
dune,
okay
and
their
dunes
right
here,
not
high
enough,
and
the
saying
is
too
too
close
to
this
on
the
second
step.
Yet
every
time
it
blows
sand
gets
on
their
hearts
want
to
get
that
game
saying
off
the
highway.
C
You
know
in
saying
that's
another
thing
we
always
identified
our
sand
is
micron
is
a
millionth
of
a
meter
right,
well
ice
and
you
look
at
the
grain
is
a
hundred
microns
in
diameter.
Well,
you
know
they're,
saying
in
Florida
the
sand
up
telling
Big
B
waterway
that
you
were
actually
doing
the
camille
cut
width
is
600,
so
that
means
it's
six
times
the
mass,
so
it
takes
66
times
the
velocity
in
the
direction
of
a
wind
event.
To
get
that
same,
we
just
need
heavier
sand.
Okay,
but
also
now
I'm
gonna
move
over
here.
C
My
thought
is:
we
need
to
get
that
home
walkway,
so
you
can
like
they
do
in
the
bridge.
You
see
lining
something
people
on
that
bridge.
It's
a
10
foot
wide
wide
walkway
a
board
Lord,
it's
not
forward,
but
it's
a
boardwalk.
You
have
people
with
/
cycle
strollers
and
do
those
things
each
one
in
there.
So
you
know
my
thoughts
too.
So
how
do
we
do
this?
And
how
do
we
do
it
fast?
You
know
my
fuse
is
lit.
I
want
to
be
able
office
think
what's
over
with,
but
this
project
this.
C
Our
third
meeting
we
coming
up
here
from
here
from
that
small
picked
over
their
country,
so
we're
gonna,
take
and
make
a
template
walkway,
and
it
will
tie
into
the
fifth
step
so
yeah
we're
not
just
trying
to
see
wall,
we're
just
setting
things
up
in
almost
like
a
big
Lego
where
they
fit
110
foot
sections.
If
we
just
install
100
feet
a
day,
we
can
do
that
and
$300
a
foot
3500
feet
to
do
so.
You'll
see
very
shortly
a
pilot
program,
eyelet
project,
doing
that
lower.
C
B
C
C
C
C
And
that's
a
project
you
can
see
his
math
back.
We
were
digging
to
find
out
where
that
was,
and
let
me
tell
you
but
10
or
15
people
came
up
said.
What
are
you
doing?
They
were
all
excited
about
the
ability
to
continue
that
walkway.
That's
going
to
happen.
The
Sangam
two-way
traffic's
can
happen
again.
Some
of
those
improvements.
We
talked
about
fire
safety.
You
know
we
got
the
best
rating
in
the
state.
I
had
two
more
fire
stations.
All
that's
can
happen
and
again
without
raising
your
taxes.
C
C
C
C
Complex
and
again,
the
events
that
will
tell
you
I
was
working
on
a
schedule.
Five
minutes
before
I
was
here.
You
know
I'm
just
trying
to
say
what
are
you
gonna
do
to
finish
this?
Yes?
Well,
you
know
it's
344
million
dollars
worth
of
contract.
We've
we've
130
million
into
it.
That
means
we
got
a
lot
to
go.
We
haven't
touched
south
of
the
railroad
tracks,
but.
B
C
B
B
C
C
Yet
there's
something
called
Ginga
correct
me:
if
I'm
on
balance
bid,
okay,
unbalance
bid,
you
get
the
most
profit
for
doing
the
easiest
thing,
so
you
preload
the
cubic
yards
or
the
end
of
your
feet
where
the
money
isn't
war,
where
the
profitable
things
that
you
do
first
is
I'm
gonna
get
them.
This
is
to
go
back.
I'm,
not
you
know,
defended
anything,
but
just
how
this
is
it.
You
know
they
got
one
yep
fourteen
million
dollars
in
no
13
million
dollars
in
2014.
Just
to
start
the
job.
B
C
But
anyway,
you
know,
90%
of
the
water
is
done
of
the
whole
project,
the
deepest
part
that
you
know
it
would
seem
that
you
do
the
deepest
most
complex
thing.
First,
which
is
the
sewer
sewer
runs
from
about
10
foot
down
to
34
foot
down
into
places,
started
full
foot
down
in
Biloxi's
deep,
you
know,
and
but
no
they
did
the
most
profitable
thing.
The
most
probable
thing
was
done
and
that's
why
wouldn't
the
milling?
They
call
that
milling
character
streets
get
that
off
the.
