A
Hello,
I'm
foto
village,
mayor
of
Biloxi,
it's
Tuesday,
May
5th
4:00
p.m.
today,
the
State
Department
of
Health
reports,
eight
thousand
two
hundred
and
seven
coab
in
nineteen
positive,
mississippi,
that's
up
three
hundred
thirty
from
yesterday,
and
it
was
uploaded
on
from
the
day
before
that,
there's
been
three
hundred
and
forty
two
deaths
statewide
up
thirty
nine
from
yesterday.
A
Some
of
these
numbers
seem
to
all
run
together.
Hopefully
the
graphic
that
you're
seeing
points
out
that
for
harrison
county
and
coastal
counties
message
that
you
have
taken
are
indeed
working.
Clearly
the
downward
14
day
running
averages
put
us
in
position
to
go
to
the
next
phase
of
the
reopening
its
what
the
president
Trump's
open
up.
America
again
calls
for,
and
what
governor
Reid's
executive
orders
required
to
take.
The
next
steps
to
normal.
You
should
receive
by
Thursday,
be
prepared
Biloxi's
guidelines
to
go
forward.
A
Let
me
thank
the
ninety
nine
percent
of
our
citizens
and
visitors,
helping
us
to
step
on
the
spires
to
the
one
percent
who
don't
get
it
or
will
not
help
out
the
situation.
Governor
Reeves,
the
safer
at
home,
defines
bass
guidelines
and
that
the
local
governments
can
take
additional
measures
when
necessary
to
protect
the
common
good
understand
that
Biloxi
will
do
exactly
that.
If
you
see
a
problem
that
we
need
to
know
about,
send
an
email
to
Kovac
at
Biloxi
9ms,
not
us
somebody
said,
or
somebody
saw,
will
not
be
helpful.
Just
a
couple.
A
Things
left
that
I
must
say
today
may
fit
Begins
National
Teachers
week.
It's
graduation
time
and
the
last
weeks
of
school
closures
presented
all
kinds
of
challenges
for
our
special
citizens,
our
children
and
their
parents.
Think
about
it
to
the
teachers,
administrators,
school
food
service
and
other
employees
of
our
school
systems.
What
they've
accomplished
is
amazing.
We
can't
thank
them
enough.
Today
marks
the
one-year
anniversary
of
the
tragic
loss
of
Police
Officer
Robert
McKeithen
in
the
line
of
duty.
A
It
reminds
us
all
just
how
dangerous
it
is
for
an
officer
to
go
to
work
every
day
as
far
as
koban

I'm
asking
everyone
to
stay
the
course
and
again,
like
the
doctor,
tell
don't
stop
taking
your
medicine,
because
you're
feeling
better
finish
the
prescription
and
it
won't
come
back.
God
bless
you
and
God
bless
Biloxi.
We
leave
you
with
the
tribute
to
fallen
officer.

McKee
had
recorded
on
the
day
of
his
moving
funeral
a
year
ago.
