B
Good
morning,
everyone,
it's
11
11
on
wednesday
july,
14
2021.
This
is
the
weekly
meeting
of
the
board
and
of
estimate
and
apportionment
president,
our
mayor,
rich
david
ron,
lake,
john
paddock,
chuck,
schager,
rogers
and
frank.
Our
first
order
of
business
is
the
approval
of
the
minutes
from
the
june
23rd
2021
meeting.
Do
we
have.
B
We
have
several
items
under
new
business.
The
first
is
a
budget
amendment
and
then
the
2021
department
of
public
works
budget
to
fund
additional
vehicle
parts
and
repairs.
John
paddock,
if
you
want
to
add
no,
I
I
I
can
probably
have
a
couple
books
vote
on.
B
Lane
second,
second
john
paddock
on
favor
all
right:
okay,
the
seconds
order
of
business,
a
budget
amendment
and
then
the
2021
dpw
budget
to
increase
funding
for
the
street
maintainer
supervisor
position.
This
one
danny
merkel
is
leaving.
So
we
needed
to
go
and
increase
funding
so
that
we
can
bring
the
new
supervisors.
A
This
is
a
situation
that
we
had
changes
in
personnel.
B
B
A
B
B
B
Ron
lake,
all
in
favor
all
right
budget
amendment,
I'm
sorry,
budget
transfer,
5600
from
identified
budget
line
to
another
budget
line
to
purchase
for
the
purchase
of
the
following
street
equipment
for
dbw;
a
jumping
jack
backpack,
blower
barrels
with
rings
so
jumping.
B
All
right,
we
have
an
offer
to
purchase
75-77
from
claw
industries
was
the
winner
of
the
2021
bldc,
eap,
business
plan
competition.
They
are
looking
to
locate
their
facility
on
the
east
side.
I
met
these.
These
young
men,
I
think
they're.
Their
concept
is
pretty
neat
and
interesting,
they're,
basically
taking
the
powder
or
remnant
crushed
up
glass
and
basically
making
it
as
an
ingredient
or
an
additive
to
make
stronger
concrete.
B
A
B
B
A
A
A
A
B
A
A
One
of
the
things
that
we're
going
to
add
is
that
I
I
apologize
because
I
don't
remember
if
we
do
this
from
year
to
year,
but
we
are
doing
the
hud
budget
right.
It
is
part
of
our
city
budget,
so
we're
going
to
have
estimated
apportionment
approve
it
as
we
do
with
all
budgets,
but
I
don't
know
that
we've
always
been
consistent,
but
it
doesn't
hurt
to
do
it.
