A
Good
morning
welcome
to
the
March
15
meeting
of
the
board
of
estimate
apportionment
first
order
of
businesses,
approval
of
the
minutes
from
the
March
1st
meeting.
Do
we
have
a
motion
motion?
Second?
Second,
all
those
in
favor
aye
new
business.
We
have
a
budget
transfer,
6
386
dollars
from
budget
line.
It
Hardware
software
maintenance
to
a
personal
services
line
for
2022
year,
end
overages
in
overtime.
B
A
All
right
next
is
relates
to
RL
23-44.
This
is
a
cleanup
for
the
2022
general
fund
to
transfer
funds
for
increased
salt
and
sand
bills
at
year-end.
A
It's
a
hundred
and
fifteen
dollars
increase
the
salt
sand
and
decrease
over
time
by
115
dollars
with
emotion
motion.
Second,
all
those
in
favor
aye
next
is
RL
23-45
to
modify
the
general
fund
and
golf
fund
for
2022
for
Budget
amendments.
A
B
A
Okay,
so
that's
the
correct
amount,
and
this
is
to
cover
of
various
2022
over
budget
items,
including
equipment,
repairs
and
maintenance,
travel
and
training,
gas
and
heat
chemicals,
uniforms,
promotions
and
marketing,
fertilizer
Turf,
Management,
telephone
facts,
internet
Management,
Services,
insurance
and
other
principal
debt.
A
Those
in
favor
aye
an
ordinance
to
amend
the
2023
a
budget.
This
is
to
transfer
unused
salary
funds
to
offset
budgeted
funds
in
the
2023
budget.
It
was
a
negative
value
to
make
up
for
unfilled
positions
in
the
amount
of
a
hundred
thousand
dollars.
So
essentially
everybody
not
every
budget
season,
but
during
the
budget
process,
we're
able
to
budget
a
negative
amount
for
salaries
that
we
know
will
be
unused,
and
this
is
the
first
hundred
thousand
dollars
associated
with
that
motion.
A
Second,
all
those
in
favor
aye
next
is
an
ordinance
amend
the
2023
Parks
budget
to
change
the
full-time
labor
positions,
nine
of
them
to
park,
technician
positions,
there's
no
change
in
salary
or
budget.
This
is
effective.
March,
18th
and
per
the
teamsters
Blue
Collar
contract
was
approved.
Motion
motion.
Second,
all
those
in
favor
aye,
Nexus,
RL
23-55.
This
is
to
amend
the
2023
general
fund
budget,
the
change
one
vacant,
Meo
22
60
an
hour
to
a
tree,
trimmer
twenty
four
dollars
and
sixty
five
cents
an
hour
and
transfer
the
necessary
funds.
A
A
A
These
prices
need
to
be
amended
based
on
current
pricing
or
five
foot
wide
sidewalk.
It's
we're
paying
four
dollars
and
fifty
cents
per
square
foot
or
six
foot
wide
sidewalk
we're
paying
4.75
cents
per
square
foot
and
a
curb
is
17.75
per
linear.
Put
any
questions.

B
A
Apologies
RL
2356
is
to
modify
the
2023

budget
to
change
