John
paddock,
all

aye
any
opposed
okay.
So
we
have
one
additional
matter
before
the
board
of
estimate
enforcement.
That
is
the
offer
to
purchase
sale
of
seven
harrison
street.
Dr
burling.
E
This
this
is
the
first
property,
that's
ready
for
sale
for
our
city's
rise
program,
so
we
have
an
offer
to
purchase
from
roger
house.
E
The
price
agreed
was
53
000,
that
is
the
full
price
of
the
renovations.
We
made
repairs
to
the
house
plus
15,
which
was
part
of
the
city's
rice
program.
So
we
received
about
15
applications
to
purchase
this
property.
E
E
Oh,
it's
supposed
to
go
back
into
the
city
rights
account
it's
supposed
to
be
a
revolving
fund,
so.
