A
B
A
Thank
you,
madam
clerk.
This
time
I
will
ask
a
chief
Gardner
to
join
us
for
RL
23-153.
F
Okay
yeah:
this
is
an
RL
to
continue
and
renew
a
municipal
Corporation
agreement
for
fire
protection
at
the
BOCES
facility
on
Glenwood
Road.
Normally,
it's
a
five-year
contract
and
the
new
director
of
operations.
John
Garcia,
requested
that
he
just
wants
to
extend
it
for
a
year.
There's
a
new
board
too,
and
they
want
to
be
able
to
research
and
absorb.
You
know
what
what
what
it's
needed
for
and
what
it
was
originally
intended.
So
that's
that's
just
about
it.
F
They
they
pay
us
thirty
thousand
dollars
each
school
year,
so
an
income
for
the
city
and
looks
like
very
beneficial
to
BOCES.
As
far
as
insurance
and
things
like
that
to
have
a
career
Department,
that's
staffed,
24,
7.,.
F
A
G
G
F
They,
like
I,
said
they
they
so
quite
a
large
facility.
They
have
a
lot
of
fire
systems
and
you
know
the
volunteer
agencies,
they
aren't
staffed,
24
7
and
they
just
they
just
want
that
coverage
and
quick
response
time.
F
So
it's
it's.
It's
like
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
advantages
to
them
as
far
as
insurance
costs
and
things
like
that.
You
have
a
you
know:
a
professional
fire
department
or
a
career
fire
department
cover
them
and
it's
outside
the
city.
So
it
requires
a
these
Municipal
contract.
A
Right,
thank
you,
councilwoman,
any
other
discussion
seeing
none.
Thank
you.
Chief,
we'll
expedite
this.
Thank
you
appreciate
it
thanks
this
time
like
to
ask
from
the
BPD
Captain
Bidwell
to
join
us
for
rl's,
23-154
and
155.
E
Yeah,
thank
you
so
154
155
do
them
together
separately.
A
You
can
for
discussion
purposes.
Can
we
separate
them
out.
E
F
E
F
G
So
I
have
a
couple
of
questions
for
you.
First
of
all,
what
is
the
current
funding
source.
G
Okay
and
my
other
question
was
it
says,
on
the
Grant
application
worksheet
that
the
anticipated
date
of
project
completion
is
December
31st.
E
E
A
Seeing
none
Captain!
Thank
you
sir.
Thank
you.
Everybody
appreciate
it
this
time,
I'd
like
to
ask
Megan
Hyman
from
the
mayor's
office
to
join
us
regarding
rl's
23,
150,
151
and
152.
A
H
Okay,
great,
thank
you,
so
these
RLS
are
related
RL
23-150.
This
is
authorizing
the
mayor
to
enter
into
an
agreement
with
McFarland
Johnson
for
design
of
the
Henry
Street
reconstruction
project.
This
work
was
identified
as
part
of
the
stadium
District
Master
Plan
and
we'll
reconstruct
Henry
Street
from
Shenango
to
the
Brandywine.
H
It
includes
a
road
diet,
pedestrian
and
bike
upgrades,
streetscaping
improvements
and
upgrades
to
the
underground
infrastructure,
including
storm
water
drainage.
As
you
all
probably
know,
this
area
is
prone
to
flooding
all
the
way
down,
Henry
and
including
the
Brandywine.
Just
last
week
we
had
a
heavy
rain
that
led
to
some
major
flash
flooding
issues
in
that
area,
so,
in
addition
to
the
stadium
and
businesses
and
Residences
that
are
there
now,
we
also
have
that
large,
affordable
housing
project
coming
in
at
the
corner
of
Henry
and
Chapman.
H
H
G
I'm
well,
how
are
you
I'm,
okay,
thanks
so
I'm
wondering
so
so
we're
doing
151
as
well.
Yeah.
A
H
Of
course,
real,
quick,
it's
connected
to
150,
it's
a
transfer,
arpa
dollars
to
pay
for
this
Henry
Street
your
construction
project,
so
the
city
had
allocated
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
for
a
project
at
the
water
plant
that
ended
up
coming
in
well
over
budget
and
won't
be
moving
forward
until
basically,
we
can
secure
additional
funding
for
it.
So,
in
the
meantime,
we
want
to
move
that
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
pay
for
the
Henry
Street.
H
You
can
stock
reconstruction
design
to
upgrade
the
road
and
address
the
underground
infrastructure,
storm
water
issues.
There.
G
Thanks.
Thank
you,
president.
Okay.
So
your
your
explanation
of
this
translation
spawned
a
new
question,
so
I
I,
just
I,
want
to
make
sure
I'm
understanding
this
correctly.
So
there
was
so
previously.
Six
hundred
thousand
dollars
from
arpa
was
allocated
for
a
storm
water
project
that
came
in
over
budget
and
so
therefore
it
being
that
money
is
being
reallocated.
H
Rl
23-151
is
just
how
we'll
be
paying
for
the
we're
proposing
to
pay
for
the
Henry
Street
reconstruction.
H
It
was
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
in
arpa
that
had
been
allocated
to
an
improvement
project
at
the
plant
and
that
project
came
in
over
budget
and
it's
looking
like
we're
going
to
have
to.
We
would
have
to
bond
for
that
project
in
order
for
it
to
move
forward,
so
we
wouldn't
be
using
the
allocated
arpa
dollars
so
we're
proposing
to
reallocate
to
the
Henry
Street
project.
G
So
what
so?
Well
this
the
stadium,
District
Master
Plan,
predates
arpa,
presumably
and
I'm
wondering
what
what
funding
were
we
expecting
to
use
prior
to
arpa
prior
to
us
being
awarded
arpa.
H
So
I
I'm
I,
don't
know
the
answer
to
that.
The
the
stadium
District
Master
Plan
was
completed
at
like
the
very
end
of
2021.,
I'm,
not
sure
when
this
600
000
was
allocated.
Okay.
G
But
my
timeline
is
mixed
up.
I
thought
that
the
I
thought
the
stadium
District
well
covered
with
so
long.
H
It
was
happening,
the
public
engagement
was
was
happening
prior,
but
it
was
completed
at
the
very
end
of
time.
Okay,.
G
G
Point
being
I
I
would
assume
that
right
we
we
would,
you
know
we,
can
we
initiated
this
process
prior
to
receiving
arpa
funding,
so
you
know
the
the
question
remains.
Do
you
know
what
funding
we
were
expecting
to
to
use
for
this.
H
I
think
when
we
went
out
and
had
the
stadium,
District
Master
Plan
put
together,
part
of
it
was
to
get
a
better
understanding
of
what
was
needed
in
that
area.
So
we
can
talk.
So
we
could
talk
about
it
during
the
budget
process.
We'd
go
up
for
Grant
dollars.
The
Henry
Street
reconstruction
is
just
one
piece
of
that
that
broader
Stadium
District
Master
Plan,
as
you
know,
yeah,
so
that
that
kind
of
is
acting
as
a
guiding
document.
H
I
think
that,
with
some
of
the
more
urgent
flash
flooding
issues
that
are
happening
over
there,
that
is
maybe
in
some
ways
expedited
the
or
need
to
act
and
getting
the
underground
infrastructure
updated.
H
B
D
H
D
I
know:
arpa
funds
are
eligible
water,
the
the
water
projects
are
eligible,
Water
and
Sewer,
so
is.
Are
we
saying
that
arpa
is
paying
for
water
and
sewer
aspect
of
the
Henry,
Street
or
or
so.
H
The
the
Henry
Street
project
that
that
this
is
paying
for
is
the
full
design,
so
they'll
be
looking
at
the
underground
infrastructure.
They'll
be
looking
at
the
road
diet
portion
of
it.
The
streetscape
upgrades
right
and
my
understanding
is
that
infrastructure
upgrades
are
are
eligible
and
then
yes,
specifically,
the
the
underground
water
sewer
as
well.
I
How
are
you
good,
good
and
again
I
know
what
councilman
Burns
was
saying
that
actually,
this
six
hundred
dollars
is
not
really
going
to
a
reconstruction
project
but
going
to
the
development
plan
for
the
project
it's
going
to
the
design
right
correct.
So
that's
not
eligible
I
thought.
Opera
funding
was
for
actual
infrastructure
Improvement,
not
planning
and
processing.
H
I
I'm
fairly
certain
that
it,
the
design
aspects
of
infrastructure
upgrades,
are
eligible.
Okay,.
I
And
do
we
know
by
Chance
the
RL
under
which
the
water
plant
Improvement
money
was
originally
voted
on
and
approved,
I
don't,
but
I
can
find
out.
That
would
be
great
that'll
help
us
just
have
like
a
better
historical
context.
So
we
understand,
because
if
we
were
actually
improving
and
I
thought,
we
had
a
very
long
discussion
about
it.
But
I
I
do
understand
that
if
it
exceeds
the
budgeted
amount
and
we
need
to
bond,
then
we're
going
a
different
meth.
We're
approaching
it
from
a
different
method
which
is
I.
I
Now
also
applying
for
a
grant,
so
so
the
the
document,
the
Reconstruction
project,
the
design
of
the
Reconstruction,
that's
being
done
by
McFarland
and
Johnson-
that
we're
paying
the
600
000
for
is
to
then
apply
for
the
w.
I.
H
I
a
group,
no,
that
one
that
one
is
separate:
okay,
so
it's
just
150
and
151
that
are
related
to
Henry
Street,
okay,.
H
H
Does
and
I
can
get
into
152
later,
okay,
I
can
do
it
now
if
it
would
help
for
context,
because
it
is
it's
related
in
the
sense
that
it's
tied
to
that
project
that
we're
moving
arpa
dollars
from
okay,
so
okay
152,
where
we're
looking
to
apply
for
a
WIA
Grant,
which
is
a
water
infrastructure,
Improvement
Grant
from
EFC.
H
This
RL
is
to
authorize
the
city
to
apply
for
and
accept
that
Grant
and
then
a
condition
of
that
Grant
as
I
understand
it
is
that
the
city
would
have
to
bond
for
the
remainder
of
any
project
cost
the
deadline
to
apply
for
that.
Grant
is
the
end
of
this
month.
H
We
are
still
sort
of
figuring
out
if
we
will
be
applying
if
it
makes
sense
to
apply,
but
we
wanted
to
come
to
you
now
and
get
this
get
this
approval
so
that
if
the
basically
the
Water
and
Sewer
Department
says
yes,
it
makes
sense
for
us
to
move
forward
with
this.
We
can
be
ready
for
the
brand
application
at
the
end
of
July.
I
Okay
and
that
helps
because
again,
when
we're
moving
water
when
we're
moving
money
from
one
project
that
has
been
in
existence
and
needs
repair,
and
we
mentioned
that
we
have
a
plan
without
having
a
plan.
This
actually
is
the
plan,
then,
to
supply
the
extra
money
as
necessary
based
upon
the
Grant
and
what
I
guess
was
estimated
by
whomever
yes,
okay,
so
that
helps
us.
I
Okay
now
my
con.
My
next
question
is
this:
is
so
we're
we're
I
know
we
talk
a
lot
about
Bond
right
and
we
know
that
the
rate
of
bonding
the
the
interest
rates
are
better,
as
was
discussed
previous
in
a
previous
session
for
certain
projects.
Do
we
know
our
our
debt
ratio?
Now,
at
this
point,
I
know
you
may
not
have.
H
I
Because
I
know
we
also
paid
back
some
bonds
I
would
I
was.
Can
we
find
out
where
we
are
in
terms
of
our
debt
ratio
and
where
we
would
be
if
we
did
assume
another
Bond?
Now
the
the
thing,
though,
for
those
that
may
be
listening
in
for
myself
is,
we
will
only
take
out
or
continue
with
the
bond
if
this
grant
is
funded.
Otherwise,
we
may
not
proceed
with
bonding
this
project.
H
So
I
think
that
is
part
of
what
we
have
to
work
out
with
the
water
and
sewer
project.
The
Water
and
Sewer
Department
is
this:
is
the
project
so
the
the
project
that
we're
talking
about
with
the
water
plant
is
for
emergency
generators,
and
it's
something
that's
been
talked
about.
My
understanding
is
for
a
few
years
now,
that's
what
came
in
over
a
budget
and
we'll
need
to
think
of
some
we'll
need
to
secure
additional
funding.
H
So
I
think
we
are
still
in
the
process
of
figuring
out
how
we're
going
to
do
that.
This
is
just
to
authorize
us
to
apply
for
the
grant.
It
doesn't
mean
we
have
to.
It
doesn't
mean
we
have
to
bond
for
it,
but
it
just
sets
us
up
to
meet
that
end
of
July
Grant
application
deadline.
Absolutely.
I
And
the
reason
again
I
ask
because
again
we
look
at
Arbor
funding
very
critically
and
for
us
to
prioritize
this
project
as
something
we
supported
as
proper
use
for
Opera
funds.
It
means
we
prioritize
the
project
initially
when
we
received
it
very
high.
Does
that
make
sense
sure
and
to
move
money
from
it
again,
as
I
mentioned
a
few
minutes
ago,
without
a
plan
in
place
to
then
address
the
need
it,
it
causes
a
lot
of
questions,
which
again
is
why
I
asked
for
the
RL.
G
Thank
you,
president
scramji,
so
councilwoman
Riley's
line
of
questioning
also
has
got
my
gears
turning
so
I
again.
I
want
to
make
sure
that
I'm
understanding
this
correctly,
that
if
we
are
to
authorize
the
application
of
this
grant,
does
that
necessarily
mean
that
we're
also
implicitly
kind
of
authorizing
the
a
new
Bond
or
an
increase
in
the
bond?
Yes,.
H
So
it's
my
understanding
that
a
requirement
of
this
grant
by
EFC
is
that
the
municipality
receiving
the
grant
would
have
to
bond
for
the
balance
of
the
Project's
cost.
I.
Think
so
that's
why
there's
I
guess
that's!
Why
there's
two
pieces
to
that
RL
but
again
this
is
just
sort
of
the
set
us
up
to
apply
and
if
we
cancel
passes
that
doesn't
necessarily
mean
it's
going
forward,
but
just
for
the
sake
of
the
deadline
at
the
end
of
the
month,
right.
G
No
I
I
understand
that
because
it
it's
it's
two
separate
things.
You
know
the
application
of
the
grant
sounds
wonderful,
but
you
know
it's
I
know
it's
hard.
It's
in
this
nebulous
stage.
You
know
it's
hard
for
me
to
say:
oh
I,
definitely
would
you
know
approve
a
bond
increase
as
well.
So
that's
why
I
was
asking
so
this.
This
is
only
for
the
application
of
the
Grant
and
then
there
will
be
another.
This
will
come
back
around
to
us
at
the
at
some
point
in
the
future.
So.
H
It
authorizes
the
application
and
acceptance
of
the
grant,
but
it
also
I
believe
the
way
it
is
written
and
the
way
the
grant
requires
it
to
be
written.
Is
it
authorizes
the
bonds
as
well?
H
I
will
say
that
I
am
certain
we
will
have
will
have
a
better
sense
of
whether
we're
we
intend
to
apply
for
this
before
Council
votes
on
on
that
right,
okay,.
A
Keep
in
mind
as
well
that
the
coming
back
to
something
that
councilwoman
O'riley
was
discussing
earlier,
that
that
Bond
debt
capacity
or
that
analysis,
that's
also
an
entire
section
in
the
budget
in
and
of
itself,
would
not
to
mean
we
can't
get
updated
numbers,
which
I
think
is
a
very
good
idea,
but
that
yeah
yeah
no
definitely
yeah,
because
pay-ins
on
one
the
new
incomings,
no
I
get
it,
but
just
for
reference.
That's
also
that's
also
there
as
well.
A
H
Not
certain
that
this
one
152
needs
to
be
expedited.
That
may
have
just
been
an
error
on
on
my
part,
with
the
RL
I
will
check
on
that,
because
I
I
was
thinking.
Council
won't
be
voting
on
this
until
the
July
26th
meeting
I
I
will
check
I,
don't
I,
don't
believe
it
needs
to
be
expedited.
A
H
And
actually
I
just
got
an
answer.
Council
would
have
to
authorize
the
bond
with
a
separate
resolution,
so
it
would
come
back
to
you.
I
C
I
I
H
I'm
I'm
being
told
that
you
would
see
it
again
and
then
it
doesn't
need
to
be
expedited.
Okay,
awesome.
A
G
You
president
scrunchie
I,
just
I,
wanted
to
point
out
that
on
the
Grant
application
worksheet
it's
at
the
bond
is
written
in
the
local
match.
So
it
seems
like
this.
Is
you
know,
part
and
parcel
I?
Also
I,
don't
remember
ever
seeing
a
grant
or
the
local
match
is
a
bond
I
mean
that
could
be
something
that
that
I
just
didn't.
Remember.
H
But
believe
that
we
the
requires
that
the
municipality
to
bond
interesting,
my
understanding,
okay,
that
the
bonding
is
a
requirement
of
receiving
the
grant,
but
I,
will
clarify.
G
Right,
okay
and
also
it
seems
like
the
the
the
Grant
Wood-
is
larger
than
the
bond
amount.
So
that's
you
know
just
something
to
note:
I
think
that
it
would
be
kind
of
we.
We
would
get
some
bang
for
our
buck
on
this.
Maybe
I.
G
A
My
understanding
and
they're
good
questions
that
you're
asking
Maya
so
to
maybe
add
some
context.
My
understanding
in
situations
like
this
is
the
the
vote
by
the
body.
If
it
should
go
that
way
in
the
affirmative,
as
it
relates
to
the
bond,
is
essentially
a
A
View
From.
The
grant
issuer
that
we
view
the
project
and
the
grant
seriously,
which
is
why
they
as
Megan
correctly
pointed
out,
which
is
why
they
require
that
verbiage
in
the
RL
itself.
A
You
anything
from
the
clerk's
office
or
any
questions
from
Council
regarding
pending
legislation.
B
A
Again
for
the
record,
the
employees
committee
did
vote
unanimously
in
the
in
the
affirmative
earlier
this
evening
to
bring
forward
to
the
broader
body
the
salary
proposals
that
were
submitted
for
the
city
clerk's
office.
Obviously
that
comes
back
to
us
in
the
larger
body
as
well
as
during
the
budget
process.
But
just
again
so
everybody
knows
any
questions.
Comments
concerns
councilwoman.
Thank.
I
A
Yes,
yes,
so
so
they
will
be
here
with
us.
24
July
there'll
be
agenda.
Item
number
two
after
president
Hawkins
from
SUNY
Broome,
and
you
know
typical
10,
probably
I'll,
put
15
minutes
I.
Think
on
that
one
Madam
clerk
actually
can
we
can
we
do
that,
one
for
15
minutes,
because
this
is
kind
of
like
round
two,
so
I
want
to
give
that
a
little
more
time.
A
So,
if
you,
if
anyone,
has
any
questions
regarding
anything
in
relation
to
the
contract
or
anything
in
relation
to
any
specific
information
that
you
would
like,
please
submit
that
to
me
and
I'll
submit
that
to
the
purchasing
department
to
pass
on
to
the
Napa
Representatives,
so
they've
already
been
contacted
to
codify
I
guess
approximately
6
10
p.m.
A
On
the
24th
of
July
about
Monday
during
that
work
session,
what
they
know
to
bring
with
them
is
an
update
on
where
they
are
and
what
they've
done
since
one
of
June
since
the
contract
approximately
initiated
as
it
relates
to
the
request
by
Council,
to
provide
any
relevant
information
from
them,
which
I
did
pass
on
I
was
told
to
Circle
that
back
around.
If
there's
anything
that
you
want
to,
please
send
that
request
to
me
and
I'll
make
sure
to
forward
that
and
CC.
A
You
whomever
may
send
that
to
me
right
away,
given
the
fact
that
the
aggregate
understanding
of
the
60-day
factor
in
the
contract
is
not
the
first
60
days,
but
rather
a
60-day
notification
by
either
party
I
felt
that
considering
I
hadn't
received
anything
yet
and
I
know.
A
This
was
an
important
dis
roundabout
on
round
two
discussion
that
we
wanted
to
have
I
thought
this
additional
two
weeks
or
so
might
be
helpful
if
there
was
anything
that
might
be
important
to
you
and
maybe
just
hadn't
crossed
your
mind
yet
or
something
you
might
be
currently
working
on
or
researching
or
in
discussion.
So
if
you
get
that
to
me,
I,
obviously
I
will
make
sure
that
they
get
that
right
away,
which
I
think
will
help
kind
of
expedite,
not
just
the
conversation,
but
any
time
saved.
A
I
A
My
understanding
is,
as
it
relates
to
the
formulation
of
the
contract,
this
kind
of
intermittent
period,
where
Napa
is
kind
of
doing
their
due
diligence
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
Yes,
once
that
intermediate
intermediary
period
passes
going
on
the
assumption
that
the
contract
is
still
held,
then
my
understanding
is
that,
yes,
it
would
still
on
because
there
is
a
purchasing
aspect
to
that.
A
You
know,
obviously
right
off
the
top
of
my
head
when
I
think
of
contracts,
I,
think
of
Corp
Council
questions
can
obviously
go
to
them
as
well
as
it
relates
to
anything
legal,
not
necessarily
at
this
moment,
but
the
two
weeks
from
now
or
you
know,
we
can
send
that
over
to
you
know,
Brian
and
and
methazine
and
Nicole
as
well,
and
obviously
the
mayor's
office,
anything
that
might
come
down
there
and
then
make
sure
that
our
request
for
information
are
provided.
Okay,.
I
Well
again,
I
know
you
guys,
remember
the
questions
we
asked
during
our
analysis
of
this
this
contract
and
we
were
told
that
there
were
processes
we
developed
internally
in
terms
of
an
audit
and
every
year
and
visiting
the
store
house,
and
they
said
that
Bernice
was
responsible
for
such
and
when
I
inquired
she
had
not.
She
was
not
able
to
report
that
she
had
been
an
intro.
You
know
highly
involved
in
that
process,
so
I
I
don't
want
it
to
seem.
I
As
if
we're
asking
someone
that's
in
charge,
that's
held
responsible
for
the
duties
outlined
in
that
contract
because
we
will
go
back
and
pull
it,
and
then
we
say
so
what
have
you
done
about
this?
And
and
then
we
receive
a
response
that
oh
well
I
really
wasn't
the
person
that
was
appointed,
but
no
that's
that
role.
A
Yeah,
no,
that
that's
a
fair
point,
actually
so
I
I
would
say
I
would
say
at
the
expense
of
being
specific
as
it
relates
to,
as
it
relates
to
systems
of
inventory
on
the
city
side
that
need
to
be
implemented
to
me,
it
would
seem
that
operates
on
the
implicit
assumption
that
the
Napa
side
of
getting
a
hold
of
the
inventory
is
actually
completed.
A
My
right
because
you
can't
Implement
a
system
on
something
if
I
need
a
system
to
inventory
my
cup,
my
phone
in
my
laptop
I,
can't
do
that
if
I
don't
know,
I
don't
have
a
cup
of
phone
and
a
laptop
on
hand.
So
when
you
talk
about
the
the
degradation
of
responsibility
and
where
that
falls,
there's
almost
kind
of
a
a
chronological
order
to
that
Napa
may
have
completed
that
I'm,
not
I.
Don't
know
that
and
that's
actually
a
good
question.
A
If
you'd
like
me
to
pass
that
along
how
far
along
is
Napa
in
inventorying
all
items
and
if
they
aren't
completed,
is
there
a
time
delineation
that
we
think
that
might
fall
in?
Is
it
a
week
away?
Is
it
three
months
away?
That's
a
good
question
so.
I
A
A
Yes,
sorry
about
that,
please
thank
you.
My
my
recollection
per
the
contract
is
that
the
the
first
I'll
say
stakeholder
in
the
process
is
Napa
with
respect
to
the
parts
department
and
not
Parks
but
parts,
and
how
many
spark
plugs,
how
many
radiators,
how
many
whatever
it
is?
That's
in
there
and
delineating
that
out,
there
was
also
if
I
remember
correctly.
There
was
also
a
secondary
factor
that
even
comes
into
play
prior
to
a
system
on
the
city
Side
being
put
in
place,
which
is
okay.
A
What
do
they
have
to
supplement
and
then
once
that
kind
of
codified,
then
it
would
seem
to
me
from
that
point
on
the
city
side,
then
Bernice
or
whoever
that
stakeholder
is
could
come
in
at
that
point
and
say
you
know
this
is
how
we're
going
to
handle
the
actual
processes
or
relates
to
that,
because
now
we
know
a
what
we
have
on
hand
be
what
we
need
and
see
how
we're
getting
it.
I
But
those
are
two
different
processes,
because
one
we're
expecting
a
rebate
of
sorts
right,
that's
dependent
upon
what
we
have
on
hand
and
what
we
negotiate
it
right.
The
second
part
about
being
able
to
supply
and
meet
the
needs
of
our
mechanic
team.
That's
on
a
on
demand
basis.
We
we
know
that
from
the
contract.
So
if
we
need
12,
rotors
spark
plugs
as
something
they
won't
charge
us
up
front
until
we
actually
ask
for
that,
get
the
receipt
and
up
insert
it
in
whatever
it
goes
into
sure.
I
So
that's
two
different
processes,
and
so
I
don't
want
to
muddy
the
water.
But
there's
one
piece
that
most
of
my
constituents
were
excited
about
and
I
think
that
it
was
that
was
publicized.
Highly
was
the
rebate
portion
that
the
overhead
that
the
city
was
carrying
we'd
be
able
to
minimize
because
we
were
selling
it
back.
B
I
If
we
still
do
not
have
concrete
evidence
or
any
type
of
information
as
to
where
we
are
in
the
process,
how
much
we
may
receive
back
then
I'm
wondering
what
is
the
holdup,
because
that
was
also
supposed
to
be
done
prior
to
some
of
the
other
parts
of
the
the
processed
implementation.
So
that's
my
concern,
which
is
why
I
asked
and
I
wanted
to
make
sure
I
had
the
right
liaison
to
receive
the
information
from
no.
A
I
appreciate
that
fair
points
all
around
and
if
you,
if
you
can
shoot
me
an
email
at
your
earliest
opportunity
to
give
me
those
I'll,
definitely
make
sure
I
P
want
Priority
One
that
make
sure
I
get
those
that
those
questions.
