If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
B
What
we'll
do
is
we've
got
a
few
folks
for
speaking
if
you'd
like
to
approach
the
microphone
and
speak,
we'll
give
you
a
couple
minutes.
Mr
wall,
yours
is
actually
first
on
the
agenda
here,
so
I
I
don't
at
this
time.
I
I.
A
B
No,
no,
I
don't.
Let
me
see
here,
I'm
just
looking
at
this
thing.
B
It
sounds
like
traffic
division
met
with
the
planning
department
and
you
know
we
don't
have
any
issue
to
approve
those
plans,
so
we
can
go
move
forward
with
it.
I
just
if
you
had
anything
else
to
add,
but
it
looks
like
we're
going
to
move
forward
and
approve
that
so
okay
you're
just
here
to
okay.
B
Okay,
all
right,
so
without
any
other
public
comment,
we
can
move
forward
in
the
agenda.
A
B
About
to
do
it
right
now,
yep
you're,
the
first
on
the
agenda
all
right,
so
this
is
239
robinson
street.
We
received
an
application.
Mr
wallet,
am
I
saying
that
right?
Well,
okay,
for
basically
a
change
in
the
curb
cut
wants
to
move
the
driveway
from
one
side
of
the
street
to
the
other,
and
so
we
will.
There
was
a
memo
from
the
traffic
division.
B
They
met
with
tito
martinez
from
the
plane
department
reviewed
the
schematic
submitted
through
the
traffic
board
proposal
to
make
sure
the
plane
didn't
have
an
issue
with
it,
and
traffic
division
is
recommending
the
code
change,
no
parking
any
time
zone
robinson
street
from
the
north
side
from
gaylord
street
moving
70
feet
east,
and
that
would
address
this
perfect
change
that
right.
B
Okay,
any
other
comments
or
questions
all
right.
Do
we
have
a
motion
to
approve
the
no
park,
any
time
zone
change
on
robinson
street,
mr
donovan?
Do
we
have
a
second
ryan,
all
those
in
favor
aye?
Okay,
that
is
approved
all
right.
So
obviously,
if
I'm
not
sure
if
you
need
a
a
permit
from
the
building
department
or
not
on
this
type
of
thing,
but
always
good
to
communicate
in
advance
and
make
sure
that
they're
aware
of
any
work,
that's
happening.
B
Okay,
thank
you.
Thank
you.
We
had
some
other
folks
that
came
in.
Did
you
have
a
public
comment
or
just
attending
the
meeting?
There's
some
folks
behind
you.
B
Okay,
I
don't
believe
that's
on
the
traffic
board
agenda
for
today,
but
I
know
that
we
talked
on
the
phone,
I
believe
about
kind
of
next
steps
and
everything.
So
we
can
address
that.
You
know
after
the
meeting,
if
you
want
to
stick
around-
and
I
can
talk
to
you
directly
on
that.
B
Okay,
next
on
the
list
is
116
glenwood
ave,
the
15-minute
parking
zone.
Then
it
sounds
like
we
got
some
information
from
the
council
person.
C
Yes,
actually,
we
moved
forward
with
it
quite
a
bit.
Originally,
we
were
getting
feedback
from
114
glenwood
ave
that
they
didn't
want
to
go.
You
know
to
go
ahead
with
the
50-minute
zone
in
front
of
their
house.
However,
the
council
person
was
following
up
with
it
and
contacted
the
landlord
that
location
as
well
as
the
house
next
door,
and
both
the
landlord
at
114,
glenwood
ave
and
the
resident
at
112.
C
Glenwood
air
have
no
objection
to
hosting
15-minute
zone
parking
in
front
of
their
in
front
of
their
locations,
so
we
have
no
no
problems
with
putting
it
in
there.
The
only
thing
we're
trying
to
work
out
right
now
and
the
councilman
was
going
to
try
to
get
hold
of
me
last
night,
but
he
never
got
back
with
me
at
the
time
for
the
50
minute
zone.
But
as
far
as
the
spacing
goes,
we
do
have
an
area
that.
C
Presently,
there's
a
no
parking
in
a
corner
zone,
parking
zone
on
the
east
side
of
glenwood
air
from
prospect
street
south
that
were
no
parking
in
the
corner
for
across
prospect,
200
feet
south
and
we
measured
out
what
a
spacing
that
we
would
need
for
the
two
parking
spaces
that
we're
going
to
allow
for,
and
so
the
traffic
division
recommended
that
we
insert
the
two
50-minute
zones
from
a
distance
of
100
feet.
South
of
prospect.
140
feet
south
of
that
takes
into
the
area
where
they
really
condense.
B
What
I
would
do
is,
I
think
we
can
accept
it
now,
based
on
that
information,
then,
if
there's
further
study
that's
needed
in
terms
of
the
times,
we
need
to
add
additional
restrictions.
That's
fine!
Does
anyone
have
any
questions
on
that?
Okay,
all
right.
Do
we
have
a
motion
to
approve
the
15-minute
zone
on
near
116
glenwood
avenue,
as
presented
by
the
traffic
division.
C
Yeah
at
the
previous
meeting,
we
passed
a
no
parking
zone
on
park,
ave
from
baylor
city
on
the
west
side
of
park,
dev
from
bayless
ave
north
to
144
feet.
However,
we
got
a
call
back
from
one
of
the
residents
parents
at
that
location
and
they
have
a
concern
with
it.
I
thought
they're
going
to
be
present
today,
but
they're
not
here,
but
what
they
were
objecting
to
is
that
there
was
no
notification
in
advance
that
the
phone
was
going
to
be
passed.
C
Nobody
knocked
on
the
door
or
anything
to
make
notice
that
those
their
past
or
that,
if
any
input
from
them-
and
they
were
very
upset
with
that-
and
the
other
thing
is-
is
that
they
don't
believe
that
there's
an
issue
there,
because
there
hasn't
been
any
accidents
there
and
what
we
you
know
said
is
that,
because
of
the
line
of
sight
issue
that
there's
a
potential
for
it
and
based
on
what
bmps
you
know
suggested
and
what
we
observe,
that
would
be
144
feet
and
if
he
had
anything
else
to
you
know
give
us
that
would
show
that
we
shouldn't
be.
B
B
Okay,
so
I
I
think
just
because
it's
a
safety
standpoint,
but
you
know
I
wouldn't
want
any
further
action
by
the
traffic
board.
We
can
kind
of
continue
to
communicate
with
the
complaint
basically
upset
about
parking.
I
think,
is
the
issue.
C
There's
one
sentence
missing
closer
to
the
corner:
we
had
it
there
previous
and
I
think
dbw
when
they
put
the
signs
up,
they
probably
were
just
trying
to
adjust
the
science
accordingly
and
it
was
just
a
you
know-
probably
just
an
oversight
thing,
but
it
was
nothing
major.
The
other
thing
is
that
he
brought
up
and
you
know
we
had
to
put
a
whole.
C
You
know
cuckoo
on
it
for
him
because
we're
not
real
estate
people,
but
he
said
that
they
by
putting
no
parking
zone
in
front
of
his
home,
it's
going
to
devalue
the
property
value
and
not
being
a
real
estate
person
yeah.
We.
B
Certainly
don't
take
issues
of
property
values
into
account,
yeah,
exactly
traffic
according
to
this
issue,
yeah
all
right.
So
we
can,
you
know,
mark
the
item
as
complete,
we'll
continue
to
interface
with
the
resident
way
that
we
can
affect
them
a
little
bit
more
for
property
owner.
Whoever
did
pine
street
no
parking
zone
review.
This
is
get
the
measurements
for
the
development
of
the
parking
anchor.
Excuse
me,
the
fire,
safe.
C
Yeah,
what
we
did
is
after
meeting
with
dan
eggleston
who's-
no
longer
the
chief.
I
guess
he
retired.
C
We
felt
that
we
should
probably
go
ahead
and
you
know
the
terms
were
worked
out
was
important.
No
parking
zone
pass
them
now,
but
don't
put
them
into
effect
until
such
time
that
we're
ready
for
them
to
go
in
what
you're
gonna
get
the
september
of
class
will
be
next
year.
C
That
one
is
they're,
proposing
that
it's
gonna
be,
but.
C
Anyhow,
based
on
what
we
discussed
with
him
and
make
sure
that
we're
up
to
date
and
everything
we're
proposing
that
the
pine
street
on
the
north
side
be
hosted
as
no
parking
from
116
feet,
east
of
chapman
street
to
227
feet
and
on
the
south
side
from
94
feet,
east
of
chapman
222
feet.
C
There
already
existed
no
parking
zone
on
the
south
side
of
chapman
street,
a
correction
on
pine
street
from
chapman
street
to
52,
feet
east,
so
they're
they're
still
parking
on
the
on
the
south
side
of
pine
street.
So
that's
that's
just
added
information
but
okay,
but
the
two
things
that
were
passed
and
I
recommend.
B
Okay
and
then
the
actual
installation
design
would
wait
until
the
completion
of
the
construction.
That's
correct,
okay,
and
also
I'll
note
that,
as
part
of
the
station
district
plan,
our
consultant
is
looking
at
generally
parking
in
this
sort
of
this
area
shouldn't
go
from
the
microphone.
You
know.
Traffic
flows,
including
should
pine
street,
still
continue
to
be
a
one-way
street.
That
type
of
thing
so
they're
going
to
come
up
with
some
recommendations.
B
B
Make
some
motion
move
a
second
keep
brian
seconds,
all
those
in
favor
bmts,
the
north
street,
walking
tour.
I
think
you
got
scheduled
for
this
month
or
supposedly.
A
This
month,
I
just
got
notified
since
we
said
today
we're
talking
about
it
internally,.
A
B
B
John
avenue,
this
is
some
of
the
parking
cutbacks
mark.
You
want
to
assist
us.
D
D
They
would
like
the
no
parking
sign
that
is
on
the
south
side
of
the
red
street,
between
saint
john's,
starting
at
this
corner
of
saint
john
moving
west,
to
be
moved
as
close
to
the
corner
as
possible
to
allow
for
one
extra
spot
and
they
would
like
the
spot
front
of
the
restaurant
called
the
beef
on
the
corner
of
saint
john
and
the
roy
north
side
of
the
street
to
be
designated
as
a
permanent
handicap
space
and
the
other
two
signs
on
the
corners
towards
seminary.
C
B
C
C
Yeah
and
probably
the
hundred
and
the
thirty
feet,
topic's
probably
gonna
be
sufficient
there,
but
again
we're
gonna
go
out
and
measure
it.
Just
okay,
we've
got
the
request.
B
We'll
go
out
and
measure
and
we'll
bring
it
to
the
next
traffic
board.
For
for
those
two
items:
okay,.
B
For
allendale
road,
this
is
the
handicap
discussion.
C
Yeah,
we
met
with
again
with
the
complainant
making
a
request.
Apparently
this
is
more
of
a
neighborhood
dispute
type
thing
than
anything
myself,
cindy
and
nate
were
up
there.
Talking
with
mr.
C
Mr
giblin,
mr
giblin,
just
got
out
of
the
hospital
from
some
surgery.
He's,
has
a
breathing
apparatus
he's
carrying
on
his
body
now
he's
an
elderly
gentleman.
Our
original
request.
C
C
C
That
we
originally
supported
appears
to
be
that
that
we
keep
the
handicap
parking
there.
Now
a
couple
things
have
happened
there
since
then
twice,
I
guess
the
handicap
signs
have
been
stolen
and
removed
from
that
location.
We
did
recover
them
one
time.
He
says
it
happened
two
other
times
we're
only
aware
of
the
two
times
right
now,
it's
one
of
the
times
we
had
a
police
officer
go
up
there
to
take
a
report,
apparently
that
no
report
was
taken
for
whatever
reason.
C
So
it's
something
that
when
we
send
somebody
on
a
report
or
a
call
like
that
that
we
have
paperwork
to
back
up
our.
B
A
He
did
say
the
dmv
issued
that
to
him,
because
he
had
asked
to
try
to
get
two
license
plates
that
had
the
handicap
on
them
and
they
told
him
he
was
only
entitled
to
one
but
that
he
could
was
inside
of
self-placard.
A
B
Yeah,
I
think
that
you
know
we've
always
given
pretty
strict
scrutiny
of
of
when
we
do
requests
for
handicapped
spaces,
because
we
check
is
there
is
a
person
have
an
off
street
parking
opportunity,
you
know,
and
if
it's
a
single
family
home
in
the
driveway,
almost
always,
we've
denied
it
now,
there's
been
other
instances
where
it's
maybe
a
two-family
like
it
is
in
this
case
where
there's
limited
access,
but
the
fact
that
there's
at
least
off-street
parking
for
one
vehicle.
B
You
know
all
the
time
to
me
that
was
new
information
or
there's
off
street
parking
for
two
vehicles.
Excuse
me
all
the
time
to
me:
that's
new
information.
You
know
that
that's
not
necessarily
a
burden,
then,
for
for
this
individual
to
find
parking.
If
he's
storing
two
vehicles
off-site,
whereas
and
typically
as
we
approve
handicap
spaces,
it's
when
there's
really
no
other
option.
B
Sure
so
so
why
don't
we
do
this?
Why
don't
we
follow
up
with
the
mr
draco,
who
came
to
the
traffic
board
meeting
last
month
and
just
kind
of
explained
some
of
these
things
they're
talking
about
the
issue,
and
I
I'd
like
to
like
to
find
a
solution,
but
I
think
that
there's
a
lot
of
new
information
and
I'm
not
sure
that
the
traffic
board
would
have
approved
it
in
the
first
place.
B
We
knew
that
there
were
multiple
cars
involved
because
there's
only
one
space,
so
where's
the
other
car
being
stored,
and
how
is
he
accessing
that?
You
know?
I'm
not
sure
it
appears
to
be
there's
one
extra
space
in
this
calculation
yeah
yeah.
So
we
can.
We
can
revisit
and
kind
of
provide
some
finality
at
the
next
meeting.
B
B
Bottom
yeah,
I
mean
it's
on
the
books
right
now,
so
we
need
to
replace
them
and
the
you
know
that
in
itself
is,
I
think,
concerning
if
someone
is
repeatedly
stealing
them
all
right:
38,
holly
street
dan
cullen,
handicap
ramp
and
parking
van
access,
yeah.
B
A
C
A
C
B
B
Last
thing
we
don't
have
this
today,
but
the
deco
district
they
were
not
prepared
yet,
and
but
I
figured
that
we
could
even
do
a
special
meeting
for
this.
For
the
presentation
of
all
the
changes
on
state
street
for
the
the
traffic
code.
A
B
B
B
B
C
B
Okay,
I
will
I
will
reach
out
to
the
principal
directly
to
to
express
the
city's
position,
how
to
improve
pick
up
and
drop
off
at
st
john's,
which
should
be
done
on
their
property
and
not
in
front
of
on
livingston
street
with
double
parked
fcvs.
So
I
know
it's
a
new
principle
good
time
to
refresh
everyone's
memory
about
that.
B
B
So
what
I
think
on
this
is
I'd,
imagine
that
this
would
probably
have
to
be
on
the
books,
but
there's
just
not
any
signage.
So
I'm
just
wondering
if
we
could
check
if
it's
already
existing
in
the
traffic
code.
There's
no
parking
here
to
corner
signs
if
they
are
existing
in
the
code
that
they'd
be
installed
just
by
dpw.
