A
B
B
C
So
I'm
calling
I
own
65
core
street.
I
talk
to
officers
too,
I
I
don't
know
if
I
pronounce
it
right
or
not,
but
I'm
calling
about
the
parking
for
downtown
core
street
for
there's,
not
enough
parking
spots
and
there's
a
big
issue
for
uber
and
lyft
drivers,
and
you
know
people
like
that
get
ticketed.
C
A
Court,
okay
and
you're,
looking
for
more
on
street
parking,
are
you
looking
for,
like
delivery
drop
off
space.
C
Yes,
spaces
for
delivery,
drop-off,
there's
nothing,
there's
no
stopping
anytime
downtown
anywhere
on
core
street,
so
a
person
can't
even
stop
anywhere,
there's
no
stopping
zone
on
court
street
and
there's
a
shortage
of
parking
spaces
across
the
street.
There's
a
new
development
coming
up
of
visions,
bank
and
that
side,
of
course,
street
and
state
street
has
no
parking
at
all.
So
I
mean
you
know:
development
is
getting
bigger.
Downtown
and
parking
is
getting
smaller.
A
Okay,
I
appreciate
you
calling
in
what
we
can
do
is
have
the
traffic
division
go
out
and
take
a
look
just
at
the
area
around
65
port
street
for
ford
delivery
space,
the
on-street
parking
there
has
been
looked
at
many
many
times,
but
dan,
I'm
not
sure.
If
you're
familiar
with
the
delivery
areas,
there.
D
D
Am
I
on
yeah,
I
think
if
it's
just
the
corner
court
and
state
street
that
you're
at
yes,
okay,
yeah,
that
one
spot
there
there's
a
it's
a
traffic
lane
and
it's
a
no
stopping
zone
and
because
it's
a
traffic
lane
for
a
right
turn,
it's
not
to
be
used
for
stopping
to
load
or
unload,
or
anything
like
that.
It's
because
traffic
uses
that
as
a
traffic
flow-
and
I
think
that
that's
one
of
your
concerns.
I
think
we
had
a.
D
A
call
from
you
previous
regards
to
that,
but
we
can
take
a
look
at
the
surrounding
areas,
but
that
particular
spot
if
you're,
referring
to
that
on
fourth
street.
That
has
to
be
being
open
and
maintained
for
traffic
flow.
C
Okay,
if
you
don't
mind,
I
just
have
a
quick
question
for
so
there's
a
right
lane
turn
for
both
sides.
So
there's
one
on
the
opposite
side,
where
I'm
sitting
right
across
so
there's
muckles
and
those
rios
and
on
this
side,
is
you
know
the
old
key
bank
area.
So
I
was
just
wondering:
why
is
the
right
lane
longer
on
this
side
and
shorter
on
the
other
side.
D
Yeah,
I
think
the
reason
that
is
that
the
shorter
there
is
because
it's
there's
parking
just
just
west,
I'm
sorry,
just
east
of
of
that
lane
of
traffic.
There's
some
diagonal
parking
there
and
because.
D
Parking
if,
if
that
diagonal
parking
was
taken
out,
we
could
make
that
longer,
but
that
would
then
be
defeating
your
purpose.
So
you
know
that's
the
reason
that
it's
shorter.
C
Okay,
so
why
can't
we
put
diagonal
parking
on
this
side?
Also,
you
know
and
make
this
lane
shorter
and
add
a
couple
like
two
parking
spaces.
D
I
don't
know
if
we're
reading
you
correctly
or
not,
but
I
would
think
that
we'd
have
to
go
out
and
survey
what
probably
meet
with
you
at
some
point
to
survey
and
see
what
you're
actually
asking
for,
because
you
know
the
roads
are
only
so
wide
and
there's
only
so
much
distance
and
so
much
latitude
that
we
can
go
to
to
put
parking
on
the
street
and
we
have
to
maintain
traffic
flow.
D
So
I
would
say,
probably
you
know
the
way
I'm
reading
it
is
it's
tight
right
now
for
parking
and
traffic
flow
and
try
to
expand
it
any
more
than
that.
I
don't
think
again.
I
don't
think
that
there's
any
possible.
B
C
D
A
A
Yeah
you're
welcome.
Why
don't
you
come
and
have
a
seat
here
and
because
we're
on
a
zoom
call
so
that
microphone
will
be
fun.
A
We'll
just
need
your
name
and
address
heather
melanda.
I
would.
F
F
And
I
have
been
coming
to
these
meetings
since
2019
begging
for
some
kind
of
somebody
to
come
up
and
reduce
the
speed
I
finally
got
the
sheriff
to
come
up.
F
Sheriff
came
up
left
his
thing
for
a
week
or
I
take
it
back
every
two
weeks
for
two
weeks
the
city
brought
one
up
and
left
it
for
eight
hours,
which
was
really
discouraging
to
see
the
city
would
only
leave
it
for
eight
hours
in
the,
but
whatever
then
the
information
I
got
from
the
sheriff
was
that
we
have
over
50
000
cars
passing
in
front
of
my
house
every
two
weeks.
F
F
Okay,
we
did
request
to
have
it
above
our
homes
and
they
just
I
don't
know
what
they
just
said-
nah,
even
when
the
guys
were
putting
it
in
I
went
down
and
I
talked
to
him
and
I
said:
is
there
any
chance
you
could
move
that
up
and
whoever
was
in
charge
said
no.
F
F
I've
asked
and
asked
and
asked
to
have
some
police
come
up
and,
just
like
you
know,
watch
this
road
from
like
eight
to
five
watch.
The
insanity
that
goes
on
watch
the
motorcycles
last
year.
I
almost
got
hit
at
a
motorcycle
on
my
right
and
on
my
left
I
was
turning
left
and
they
came
on
both
sides
of
me
should
I
have
hit
him
yes,
because
the
city
would
have
done
something.
F
I'm
asking
for
some
control
of
that
road
speed
limit.
We've
got
tractor
trailers.
Last
year
we
had
all
the
dump
trucks
from
that
green
project
that
wouldn't
cover
their
loads.
Stuff
was
going
everywhere.
I
mean
it's,
we
love
our
home,
but
we're
ready
to
sell
it
because
nobody
will
come
up
and
take
and
look
at
it.
Nobody
and
we.
Why
do
we
pay
city
taxes
and
I
have
people
coming
up
that
are
up
there
working
and
they're
like
well
you're,
not
in
the
city?
Okay,
how
stupid
can
you
be?
F
You
want
to
see
my
tax
bill
I'll
show
it
to
you,
you
can
pay
it
there's
four
town
houses
and
we're
all
disgusted,
I'm
the
youngest
I
get
sent
one
of
the
homes
is
owned
by
bill
lane
lane
construction.
I
know
you
all
know
him
he's
been
asking.
He
asked
the
mayor.
The
mayor
just
blew
him
off,
I
mean
what
kind
of
government
does
that
you
don't
blow
off
your
your
taxpayers?
Okay,.
E
A
This
is
my
fifth
month
on
the
board
so,
like
I
said,
we'll
revisit
it,
and
I
appreciate
you
coming
in
for
public
comment.
A
F
A
F
F
A
A
The
first
item
on
our
agenda
is
20
riverside
drive.
This
is
reviewing
our
quest
to
install
driveway
between
the
parcels.
This
is
up
at
the
april
board
meeting.
We
referred
this
to
engineering
and
I
believe,
planning
as
well.
Ron
has
engineering
had
a
chance
to
review
this
one.
Yet.
E
E
A
E
A
Okay,
so
let
me
follow
up
with
the
planning
department
too,
because
I
believe
that
they
were
out
there,
although
I
hadn't
heard
anything.
So
let
me
get
their
assessment
assessment
and
if
we
can
just
table
this
and
keep
it
on
for
the
next.
A
Okay,
so
the
next
one
here
is
livington
livingston
street
near
st
john's
school.
This
also
came
before
the
traffic
board
at
the
last
meeting,
and
I
believe
is
just
on
here
today
for
an
update
so.
D
Yeah,
what
we've
done
is
we
had
put
work
orders
out
to
the
sign
shop
to
for
no
parking
signs
in
advance
of
the
crosswalk,
as
well
as
the
advanced
warning
signs
that
crosswalk
ahead.
I
don't
know
if
they've
been
installed
yet
or
not.
D
They
haven't
been
up
there
to
check,
but
the
other
part
of
it
was
that
the
on
the
west
curb
line
there
was
like
four
or
five
curb
cuts
from
old
driveways,
and
we
were
asking
engineers
if
we
could
maybe
get
a
ada
crosswalk
there
and
maybe
get
rid
of
some
of
those.
D
You're
striped
already
that
the
crosswalk
is
there
yeah
and
again,
like
I
said,
the
work
orders
are
out
for
the
the
sign,
the
signs
and
I'll
check
on
them.
They'll
probably
will
be
during
the
summer,
sometimes
that
I
guess
we're
going
to
be
meeting
with
the
school
and
we
and
we'd
like
to
give
him
some
reinforcement.
I
guess
he's.
D
E
A
The
only
update
I
have
on
that
is
that
I
I
just
recently
reached
out
to
school
with
the
board's
recommendation
for
them
to
get
the
temporary
pedestrian
crossing
phone.
Yes,.
E
A
I
just
let
them
know
that
and
I
don't
think
we
need
any
more
traffic
forward
action
here
right.
Does
anyone
have
any
discussion
or
anything
else
on
this.
A
Okay,
great
thanks,
everyone,
okay!
So
our
next
item
is
crandall
street
and
dorp
street
review
for
review
of
a
request
to
install
an
always
stop
sign
and
speed
bump.
D
Yes,
we
looked
at
this
back
in
june
of
2021
and
we
pulled
the
accident
reports.
D
First
of
all,
what
they're
requesting
they're
complaining
at
their
speed
to
the
area
and
they're
requesting
either
speed,
bumps
or
four-way,
stop
four-way
stops,
are
not
for
speed,
control
and
speed.
Bumps
are
not
for
speed.
Well,
let
me
take
that
back
speed
bumps.
We
really
don't
do
in
the
city
right,
it's
a
routine,
it's
especially
on
a
street
like
that
right,
more
of
a
more
activity,
I
guess,
but
anyhow
so,
based
on
his
request
again
with
the
accidents
that
we
reviewed,
there's
been
no
increasing
accidents.
D
In
fact,
since
the
last
since
a
year
ago,
we
haven't
had
any
more
accidents
at
that
location,
it
just
doesn't
seem
to
be
any
any
input
to
to.
You
know
push
for
a
four-way,
stop
or
speed
bumps
to
the
area.
If
you
try
to
slow
traffic
down
again
because
speed
bumps
and
for
higher
incidence
areas
and
the
four-way
stops
in
that
for
speed,
speed
control
so
we're
we
requested
this
be
denied.
A
A
Those
in
favor
aye,
okay,
next
up
open
gerard
review,
an
upgrade
of
no
parking
zones.
D
Okay,
this
came
through
the
mayor's
office
requesting
that
we,
the
traffic
division,
review
the
intersection
of
gerard
and
grant.
I
mean
in
murray
street.
D
The
complaint
was
is
that
people
are
parking
to
obstruct
the
line
of
sight
at
the
intersection
open.
Gerard
myself
and
sergeant
mujak
went
up
to
the
area
to
review
it.
It's
a
four-way,
stop
intersection
on
the
south
side
of
the
the
street
on
murray
street
and
I'm
sorry
on
giardia.
It's
all
no
parking
from
front
street
to
murray
street.
D
There
are
additional,
no
parking
here,
the
corner
signs
and
all
the
other
corners,
except
for
the
one
on
oak
street,
the
east
side
of
oak
street,
south
of
gerard
and
in
reviewing
that
there's
a
couple
trees
in
that
tree
line
there
and
there's
also
a
driveway
out,
and
what
we're
going
to
recommend
is
that
we
put
a
no
parking
anytime
zone
at
that
location
from
gerard
ave
to
78
feet
south.
D
D
Make
the
intersection
more
in
compliance
with
the
city
regulations,
for
you
know
for
an
intersection,
so
we
recommend
that
we
we
do
go
ahead
and
put
a
no
parking
sign
on
the
east
side
of
gerard
georgia
on
the
east
side
of
oak
street
from
georgia.
That's
a
78
feet!
South
sorry.
I
should
have
brought
about
a
water
with
my
throat
here.
A
Okay,
so,
and
and
dan
you
mentioned,
there's
was
there
missing
signage
that.
D
Oh
yeah,
there
was
an
additional
sign.
In
fact,
I
got
the
the
workload
I
was
going
to
give
to
dan.
E
D
He
left
on
gerard,
have
mid
block,
there's
a
a
missing,
no
parking
anytime,
I'm
signed
with
the
arrows
point
both
directions.
Okay,
so
I
do
have
a
copy.
E
A
Okay,
so
that
work
order
will
just
refer
to
dpw,
and
then
I
guess
what
we'll
do
is
look
for
a
motion
to
insert
that
no
parking
zone
and
update
the
traffic
code
is
just
outlined
by
dan.
A
All
right,
the
last
one
on
our
agenda
here
at
susquehanna
street.
This
is
also
from
the
mayor's
office.
It's
a
review
of
the
creation
of
diagonal
parking
behind
the
arena.
D
Okay,
the
mayor
is
apparent
requesting
that
we
try
to
increase
the
parking
in
the
downtown
area
and
one
of
the
spots
is
down
by
the
arena
on
susquehanna
streets
right
now.
It's
parallel
parking
behind
the
arena
and
he's
requesting
to
be
made
diagonal
parking
in
reviewing
the
street.
I
made
several
diagrams
and
we
can
go
through
them
one
by
one,
but
at
the
present
time,
there's
a
sketch
one.
D
If
we
go
to
a
diagonal
parking
space,
we
can
increase
that
number
to
about
34
diagonal
parking
spaces.
However,
the
problem
is
the
width
of
the
street
and
kind
of
following
up
what
we
did
over
there
and
conklin
they
have
with
the
measurements
and
stuff.
D
We
found
out
that
the
street
may
not
be
wide
enough
to
handle
the
two-way
traffic
to
that
area.
D
The
street
is
30
about
37
feet,
plus
a
minus
wide
at
that
location
and
to
insert
a
parking
would
require
18
to
19
feet
of
distance
from
the
curb
north
or
the
diagonal
parking
leaving
about
19
feet
left
for
the
the
traffic
two-way
traffic
will
flow
through
there.
D
While
we're
doing
that,
what
happens?
Is
you
divide
it?
The
remaining
19
feet
in
half
comes
down
to
nine,
and
then
the
center
lane
mark
is
as
well
brings
it
down
to
about
90
traffic
lanes.
The
minimum
traffic
lane
is
10
feet
wide
and
so,
based
on
that,
we're
going
to
say
that
we
have
to
deny
his
request
to
put
the
to
put
the
diagonal
parking
in
that
location
and
continuing
to
review.
That
area.
D
Sergeant
mujack
suggests
that
maybe
what
we
do
on
the
west
side
on
the
east
side
of
the
arena
is
maybe,
with
it
state
street
extensionist,
but
parallel
parking
there,
because
it's
a
section
of
roadway,
that's
20
feet
wide
and
it's
all
no
parking
on
both
sides
of
the
street
and
the
street
is
long
enough
that
we
can
fit
about
nine
nine
parking
spaces
there.
D
So
it
doesn't
obstruct
the
any
traffic
flow
through
there.
It's
a
one-way
street
and.
D
That
would
add
nine
feet
to
that
location.
It
would
be
not
quite
what
the
you
know
mayor
suggested
would
be
for
diago
park.
You
know
increasing
the
30
30
something
feet,
but
it
would
add
additional
parking
in
that
location
and
so
we're
recommending
that,
instead
of
using
the
diagonal
parking
that
we
put
the
parallel
parking
on
the
state
street
extension
down
the
east
side
of
the
arena,
the
only
other
part
of
that
that
would
fit
into
the
discussion
would
be.
D
E
A
Think
that
that
will
hopefully
that
will
hopefully
help.
So
I
think
what
we
can
do
is
is
table
the
request
for
diagonal
parking.
Obviously,
on
superhannah
street,
that's
not
going
to
work
there,
but
we'd
look
for
a
motion
to
move
forward
with
traffic's
recommendation
to
add.
Is
it
nine
parallel
spots
on
yeah.
D
And
that's
on
that
would
be
on
page
three:
yes,
nine,
nine
spaces.
A
E
E
E
E
A
Okay,
I
remember,
I
think
if
this
was
the
last
senior
in
a
meeting
before,
but
the
assistant
chief
said
send
them
to
about
truck
making
deliveries.
Downtown
we'll
still
sometimes
use
that.
But
okay,
that's
something
something
to
consider.
D
Yeah,
the
only
other
thing
is
that
the
deco
tragic
downtown.
I
know
we
discussed
it
at
the
meeting
the
other
day,
but
the
street
was
closed
down
completely,
and
I
guess
that
we
didn't
expect
that
to
happen.
We
thought
they
were
going
to
do
a
piece
meal,
and
so
some
of
the
businesses
are
affected
by
it.
D
But
the
other
part
of
it
is
is
that
some
of
the
project-
and
this
is
just
a
discussion
purposes-
going
to
be
no
no
motion
at
this
time,
but
keep
this
on
on
the
agenda
for
future
reference,
because
I
think
that
with
a
project
going
on
when
it's
completed
that
we're
going
to
go
down
and
review
the
street
completely
again
in
case
there's
any
changes
or
additions
to
parking
and
or
whatever.
D
With
the
project
going
on
the
way
to
the
end
of
the
project
in
that
area,
to
update
it
and
then
make
all
the
changes
that
we
have
to
make
at
that
time,
so
I.
A
E
A
Can
keep
that
on
the
keep
that
on
the
agenda
and
we'll
revisit
it
as
it.
