B
All
right
good
morning,
this
is
a
meeting
of
the
may
2020
binghamton
traffic
board.
9
17.
with
me
is
bill.
Yeager
the
police
department,
we've
got
john
paddock
from
department
of
public
works,
nate
miller,
dave,
patrician
from
traffic
and
city
engineer,
ray
standish
is
via
a
webcam.
B
We
only
have
one
item
on
the
agenda
today.
It
is
a
proposed
driveway,
curb
cut
at
57
midwood
drive.
This
is
to
replace
a
current
driveway
to
better
align
it
with
grading.
B
There
is
unattached
plans
that
I
shared
with
everyone,
so
the
the
proposal
is
to
for
a
new
curb
cut
as
detailed.
Let
me
see
here
on
page
l0.

B
A
B
If
anyone
else
has
any
other
comments,
I
took
a
drive
up
here.
It's
a
pretty
remote
area
of
the
city
and
if
they
are
returning
the
existing
driveway
back
to
normal,
I
think
it's
a
sloping
issue.
I
I
don't
have
an
issue
with
it
ray
would
you
want
to?
B
We
could
do
something
where
we
approve
it
pending.
You
know
them
giving
you
that
information
and
your
final
approval.
Sure
okay,
is
that.
Is
everyone
comfortable
with
that?
B
Okay
and
then
also
just
for
the
record.
The
applicant
on
this
is
joe
burns
city
councilman.
He
went
through
the
proper
process,
worked
through
planning
and
has
provided
these
design
plans,
which,
frankly,
are
more
detailed
than
we
typically
get
for
this
type
of
request.
So
just
so,
everyone
knows
that
the
the
proper
protocols
were
followed.
So,
okay,
do
we
have
a
motion
to
approve
the
curb
cut
at
47
midwood
drive
pending
city,
engineer,
verification
on
width
motion.
John
paddock
makes
the
motion.
