A
B
B
Okay,
well,
thank
you
all
for
for
joining
us
meetings,
Vox
BT's
response
to
Co
good
19,
what
we're
doing
out
to
ensure
public
safety
and
well-being
throughout
this
time.
That's
an
ongoing
day-by-day
response,
and
it's
looking
like
that's
gonna
continue
here
for
a
while
absolute
to
first
let
you
know
what
we're
doing
and
then
hear
from
you
if
you're
experiencing
anything
out
there
as
writers,
they're
just
as
community
members.
A
A
A
B
You-
and
this
is
just
a
brief
presentation
about
in
this
one-
go
through
we've
been
doing
here.
First
of
all,
of
course,
we're
urging
all
writers
and
committee
members
to
use
public
transportation
for
essential
trips
assess
for
essential
festa
Nations
only
this
is
in
line
with
the
state
stay-at-home
directives,
but
of
course,
we
recognize
that
essential
trips
still
need
to
be
made
and
for
a
lot
of
people.
B
Transit
is
the
only
way
to
make
those
trips,
so
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
moving
students
for
as
long
as
we
can
so
as
part
of
our
response,
of
course,
one
of
the
biggest
things
you
probably
notice
is
our
schedule.
It's
essentially
a
Saturday
schedule
with
a
couple
of
adjustments
to
that
that
mean
adding
a
bus
to
a
three
West
to
keep
that
at
30
minute
frequencies.
B
We
want
to
make
sure
that
we
are
keeping
pace
with
demand,
but
we're
also
not
limiting
buses
to
the
extent
that
there's
overcrowding
on
any
buses.
So
that's
one
thing
that
we
can
talk
about
if
you've
seen
that
out
there.
If
there
are
any
buses
where
you're
experiencing
overcrowding
we're
gonna
hear
about
that.
B
B
B
This
is
it's
an
electrostatic
sprayer
that
we
spray
it
out
on
all
the
buses
every
night
to
disinfect
every
boss
and
then
vehicle
swaps
between
shifts
every
day,
so
a
new
bus.
Every
time
a
driver
goes
out
to
start
a
new
shift
in
the
afternoon
they're
getting
a
new
clean
vehicle.
So
then,
with
our
drivers,
we
are
urging
them
all
to
wear,
face,
masks,
they've
all
been
provided
with
a
face
mask
as
well
as
hand,
sanitizer
disinfecting
it's
infecting
equipment.
B
B
C
B
B
A
D
Not
unmuting
every
having
us
all
a
New
York
shells
and
the
host
of
the
media
and
it's
under
new
people
who
want
to
ask
a
question
at
the
bottom
of
your
screen.
There
are
tools
that
you
can
use.
You'll
see
a
chat
button
where
people
can
type
in
a
question
like
also
the
you
can
raise
a
hand
or
I
think
yeah.
You
can
raise
a
hand
or
give
a
thumbs
up,
but
those
help
keep
it
from
becoming
that
chaotic.
In
a
large
meeting,
we.
C
E
You
speak
briefly
as
far
as
this
is
gonna
have
any
impact
on
your
decision.
As
far
as
the
route
changing
proposal,
sure
I
think
you're
doing
this
month,
you're
gonna
vote
on
it
I
mean
are
the
financial
implications
of
this
known.
Yet
oh
I
guess
I'm
just
looking
for.
What's
the
bigger
picture,
look
like
for
the
VTA
yeah
yeah.
B
I
appreciate
you
bringing
up
that
question
so
this
point
we
are
going
to
be
recommending
that
we
postpone
both
the
approval
and
implementation
of
the
system.
Redesign
project,
like
you,
alluded
to
there's
just
too
many
uncertainties
in
terms
of
our
our
budget
and
our
staffing
at
this
point
to
really
introduce
those
major
changes.
At
this
point
we
just
feel
like
you
would
introduce
a
burden
that
we
don't
necessarily
need
to
have
right
now,
so
we're
looking
towards
January
2021
for
implementation
of
system,
redesign
project,
okay,.
B
E
B
Yeah
and
just
expanding
a
little
bit
on
on
the
financial
side,
of
course.
Well,
of
course,
we're
taking
a
hit
in
terms
of
our
fares,
going
fair,
free
and
just
a
drastic
reduction
in
ridership,
but
there's
also
implications
with
reduced
property
taxes.
We
get
a
sizeable
portion
of
our
budget
for
property
taxes,
which
will
almost
surely
be
reduced.
Moving
forward.
B
E
D
B
We
decorator's
shouldn't
the
same
way
that
we
always
have
it
sits
on
the
fare
box
itself.
Some
of
those
passengers
board
driver
clicks
a
button
according
to
passengers.
D
B
Yeah
we
are,
we
are
monitoring
that
and
like
I
mentioned
earlier,
that
was
one
of
the
first
things.
I
mean
I,
just
just
in
terms
of
our
reduced
schedule
at
this
point
was
adding
a
bus
out
of
the
three
West.
We
heard
the
first
day
that
there
was
just
a
large
amount
of
overcrowding
on
certain
peak
hour
trips.
B
D
The
sanitation
end
of
it
on
the
face
master
they
be
provided
with
disposable
or
a
washable
facemask
and
I'm,
assuming
some
of
the
budget
from
the
stimulus
that
you're
going
to
be
meeting
that,
but
that's
getting
really
into
the.
We
need
that
I
want
to
ask
that
question
later,
but
only
disposal.
What
kind
of
face
book
are
they
do
they
need
more
facing
and
on
the
penetration
and
sacrifice
it
again.
B
Couple
questions
there
with
the
face
masks:
we
originally
purchased
a
few
thousand
of
the
disposable
face,
masks
which
they
all
have,
and
then
the
latest
I've
heard
was.
This
was
yesterday
or
the
day
before
we're
getting
a
batch
of
the
reusable
face
mask
which
elide,
you
know
comes
with
non
out
drivers,
yet
yeah.
C
D
B
B
C
D
Last
question,
sir
I:
can
let
other
people
talk,
I'm,
sorry,
I
don't
mean
to
be
hogging.
Everything
are
the
bus
drivers.
Are
you
experiencing
illness
with
any
of
the
bus
drivers?
Yeah?
Are
they
all
healthy
and
I
know
that
we
can't
get
into
different
rules,
but
I
just
want
to
be
sure
that
they're
they're
healthy
and
the
recipe
needs,
if
you're
not
overwhelmed,
because
they
need
more
staff
or
no.
B
C
Sure
I
do
pop
it
in
the
office
more
than
Zak,
so
our
RM
drivers
are
all
doing
well
as
far
as
we
know,
and
we
don't
pressure
them
at
all
to
you
know,
work
they
feel
uncomfortable
or
that
they
need
to
be
home,
taking
care
of
people
or
just
staying
away.
So
we
would
have
a
lot
of
drivers
who
are
who
are
taking
an
absence
taking
a
leave
of
absence
or
I'm
using
paid
time
off
to
up
stay
away,
and
you
know
prevent
the
spread
I.
B
F
C
Yeah
I
mean
we,
we
have
signs
up
for
our
drivers
and
we
counsel
them
on
being
socially
distant
from
from
each
other
and
infirm
customers.
You
know
frequent
hand-washing
when
they're
inside
we
have
an
ample
supply
here
for
them
to
use
to
sanitize
their
hands.
They
are
unable
to
wash
their
hands
so
yeah.
We
are
doing
everything
we
can
to.
A
D
C
D
C
A
C
C
By
the
way,
if
it
was
one
in
about
our
ad
a
paratransit
BT
access
service,
we
are
still
operating
the
same
as
the
fixed
route
hours
we're
actually
a
little
beyond
the
fixed
route
bus
hours
in
order
to
take
some
vital
trips
to
dialysis,
which
is
before
7:30.
So
there's
so,
there's
still
a
few
people
who
are
in
great
great
need
to
that.
So
we
actually
are
going
a
little
bit
earlier
three
three
days
a
week
for
that
for
those
trips,
but
the
ridership
overall
is
is
significantly
lower
than
normal.
C
B
D
C
B
D
Pretty
much
you
put
on
a
blast,
a
lot
of
people
and
then
those
were
put
out
as
well
so
on
an
open
meeting
like
that
is
just
like
logging
into
Facebook
and
leaving
your
profile
open.
You
can
get
in
because
it
got
the
password
and
mean
address
so
you
might,
or
you
might
want
to
say
that
an
email
get
responses
from
people
first
and
then
give
them
the
past.
You
know
the
meeting
number
and
nicely
yeah.
D
D
D
F
C
Welcome,
if
anyone
has
any
other
comments,
they
can
always
email
us
at
customer

out
to
me
at
our
phone
number,
eight
one,
two,
three,
three,
six,
seven,
four,
three
three
time
extension
one
zero.
Two,
my
name
is
Eli
mcCormick.
You
can
also
search
me
at
that
that
way
from
our
phone
directory.
B
C
There's
one
more
thing:
Zack:
if
we
do
any
changes
with
our
schedule,
either
more
restrictive
or
when
we
open
it
back
up,
we
will
announce
that
on
on
our
website,
double
map,
Twitter
and
Facebook,
and
also
try
to
make
it
our
phone
greeting
when
you
need
to
call
in
they'll,
be
the
first
day
that
you
hear
so
you
can
look
at
those
places
for
any
updates.
Yeah.
