A
B
A
We've
got
the
consent
calendar,
which
has
our
minutes
from
last
month.
The
claims
submitted.
A
A
So
if
there's
any
discussion
there,
otherwise
we
can
take
a
motion
to
improve
that.
A
A
All
right,
can
you
hear
me
okay
or
is?
Are
you
still
having
trouble
hearing
me.
C
I
can
hear
you
fine,
okay,
perfect,
all
right,
so
we'll
move
on
and
let's
see
here.
A
D
Have
agenda
item
b1,
which
was
for
me
to
present
the
parks,
2022
general
fund
budget.
D

C

E
B
A
E
We
and
I'm
presenting
this
one
for
rebecca
swift,
she's
out
of
town
this
week,
but
this
is.
E
E
A
There's
discussion,
we
can
take
a
vote
or
we
can
take
a
measure
move
to
approve
right,
but
yeah.
F
Before?
Second,
just
wondering
about
any
idea
of
the
emotional
and
in
mental.
A
E
I
do
thank
you,
and
this
is
also
on
rebecca's
behalf.
It
is
regarding
funding
for
griffy.
E
And
we
use
hands-on
outdoor
activities
in
coordination
with
the
state
science
standards.
E
A
G
G
Thank
you
kim,
so
just
so,
you
know
where
this
is
located.
If
you're
familiar
with
the
clear
creek.
G
G
North
behind
the
woolery
mill
as
part
of
that
city
of
bloomington
planning
required
them.
G
At
this
point-
and
I
was
out
there
with
the
city
engineer,
doing
inspection-
and
this
was
one
of.
G
G
Obviously
the
trail
is
a
bit
of
a
disconnected
segment,
but
I
I
put
the
graphic
together
at.
G
The
top
just
to
kind
of
show
where
this
may
factor
in
to
our
plans
in
the
future,
the
black
dotted.
G
Park-
and
I
call
it
duke
trail,
but
that
would
not
be
its
operational
name.
It's
along
a
duke.
G
G
G
G
G
G
Create
one
basically
contiguous
trail
through
this
entire
area,
so
we
do
recommend
approval.
G
West
to
just
north
of
summit
elementary,
which
is
the
western
edge
of
county-owned
property
right.
G
There
basically
along
right,
the
northern
edge
of
rca
park
there.
Currently,
that
is
undeveloped,.
G
Land
in
between
there,
it's
the
old
sudbury
farm,
so
there's
a
farmhouse,
a
barn
out
there.
G
Future,
I
don't
think
we're
quite
there
yet,
but
as
things
come
together
with
the
east
west
trail.
C
I
move
that
we
approve
the
receipt
of
this
0.83
acres.
A
All
right
so
we'll
take
care
of
all
those.
Oh
okay,
we'll
go
individually
ellen
rocky.
H
Hi
there
eric
pearson
program
facility
coordinator
here
at
the
banneker
community
center.
H
H
H
Few
years
registration
is
ten
dollars
per
week
of
the
around
70
75
participants
that.
H
Target
demographic,
so
that's
really
positive
kim
you
can
go
ahead
and
click
to
the
next
one.
H
So
obviously
we
made
several
adaptations
for
covid
during
this
camp
season
and
so.
H
And
that
really
had
to
do
with
the
spaces
available
in
the
building,
but
also.
H
Factors
that
came
into
play
there,
like
I
mentioned
before,
we
did
continue
to
offer
the
free.
H
H
H
We
were
outdoors
in
general
as
often
as
possible.
I
know
the
first
week
or
so
at
camp.
H
H
H
Know
you
can
sign
up
for
the
next
week
during
the
current
week
we
went
away
from
that
this
year.
H
Know,
positives
and
negatives
from
that
things
that
we'll
continue
to
to
go
with
moving
forward.
H
Our
emergency
operations
manual,
so,
as
you
can
imagine
it's
a
lot
of
contingency
plans
if
you.
H
H
Club
activities-
so
you
know
less
so
this
year
than
in
the
past,
but
we
still
worked
with
several.
H
H
H
H
H
H
H
On
the
next
slide,
we
talk
about
some
of
the
field
trips
I
mentioned.
We
did
hit
up
a
lot
of.
H
H
On
days,
we
can't
go
to
the
pools,
we
do
go
to
mills
and
ryan.
Usually
you
know
one
of.
H
Excuse
me
for
their
field
trip
to
sculpture
trail.
Is
they
work
with
the
artists
there
to.
H
So
that's
kind
of
what
you're
seeing
in
this
picture.
They
they
pour
that
into
their.
H
H
H
Lower
so
that's
reflected
here
in
this
figure
on
the
next
slide,
you'll
see
our
total
number.
H
Number
of
individual
participants
was
around
75..
That's
a
combination
of
our
in-person.
H
Camp
and
the
amount
of
kids
that
we
delivered
meals
to
throughout
the
summer
as
well
so.
H
H
H
H
Served
over
10
000
meals,
but
I
don't
foresee
us
really
returning
to
that
and
which
is
evidenced.
H
By
the
amount
of
families
that
participate
in
our
meal
delivery
program
this
summer,
I
think
the.
H
H
And
then
this
is
our
yearly
meal
reimbursement.
So
one
of
our
goals
is
we
work
with
chef,
rehire.
H
H
Number
of
meals
that
we
served
this
summer.
H
H
Portions
and
northeast
of
town-
I
I
I
wish
I
knew
the
answers
for
that.
We
continue
to
push.
H
Into
those
areas-
and
we
certainly
communicate
with
elementary
schools
in
those
areas,
but
you.
H
Know
it
is
more
of
a
in
terms
of
in-person
camp.
You
know
we
do
have
a
pretty
good
core
demographic.
H
H
H
H
Families
every
year
and
we're
thankful
that
we
were
able
to
have
it
in
person
again
and
this
year.
H
It
kind
of
took
on
a
little
bit
of
a
different
twist
during
the
pandemic.
I
think
in
the.
H
Summer
of
2020
banneker
and
the
near
west
side,
neighborhood
lost
a
pretty
treasured
member
of
the.
H
Community
in
preston
bridgewater,
so
over
the
years
you
know,
preston
was
a
huge
supporter
and.
H
His
family
remains
supporters
and
there
and
his
his
grandchildren
or
members
of
the.
H
Our
after-school
program,
and
so
one
of
the
things
that
they
came
to
us
and
said
the
family.
H
Of
preston,
bridgewaters
was
maybe
we
can
honor
our
dad
in
sort
of
the
old
panicker
near
west
side.
H
Neighborhood
at
this
year's
block
party-
and
so
it
was
really
cool
to
to
work
with
them.
We
they.
H
H
Of
old
neighborhood
residents
back
so
it
was
a
really
neat
gathering.
We
had
over
250
attendees.
H
We
served
food
to
that
many
people
thanks
to
the
bridgewater's
family.
They
cook
some
ribs.
H
Of
the
block
party
you
can
see,
you
know
a
little
bit
of
the
the
food
line
and
things
like.
H
That
but
it
was
an
awesome
event,
appreciative
for
everybody
that
supported
it
and
I'm
just.
H
H
But
I
think
that's
all
I
have
if
anybody
has
any
questions,
feel
free
to
shout
them
out.
C
A
Just
so
many
good
examples
of
the
creativity
that
y'all
put
to
use
and
wow
the
block
party
sounds.
A
F
All
the
events
and
everything
just
just
curious
about
the
talent
show
and
also
the
recognition
day.
F
So
what
types
of
events
were
presented
for
the
talent
show
and
also
the
recognition
it's
for.
H
Yeah,
so
the
talent
show
is
always
the
the
showstopper
of
the
block
party.
So.
H
H
H
I'm
trying
to
think
of
some
other
things.
It's
ventriloquists,
poetry,.
H
That
the
kids
display
and
and
the
recognition
ceremony,
we
actually
put
a
banner
in
the
gym.
H
H
To
continue
to
do
because
the
banneker
is
large
enough,
the
part-time
staff
that
work
in
this.
H
Camp
in
the
building
throughout
the
year,
they
are
what
makes
the
place
go.
They're,
the
heart
and.
H
They
can
succeed
and
to
support
them,
and
so
what
we
did
was
we
had
the
part-time
staff.
H
H
Stay
there,
and
so
you
know
the
part-time
staff
that
put
in
a
lot
of
hard
work
and
dedication
over.
H
The
years
we
want
to
make
sure
they
have
kind
of
a
permanent
spot
in
the
building,
so
that
was.
H
Part
of
the
recognition,
and
then
the
staff
did
something
a
little
bit
different.
This
year
we
did.
H
Paper
plate
awards
for
each
participant,
so
you
know
there
it
can
be
kind
of
goofy
to
you
know.
H
The
funniest
jokes
at
camp-
or
I
think
we
had
one-
that
the
staff
they
I
guess,
find
humor
in.
H
Likely
to
be
reminded
to
put
on
their
mask
and
things
like
that,
but
that's
kind
of
what.
H
We
did
this
year,
and
so
just
you
know
the
you
know
those
kind
of
paper
plate
awards.
H
Is
what
we
did
something
a
la
the
dundees
from
the
office
that
was
sort
of
the
inspiration.
F
Great
yeah,
and,
and
also
it
was
great
to
highlight
the
family,
the
donors.
H
Family,
in
particular,
just
has
such
a
special
place
in
our
hearts
here
at
banneker,
one
of
the.
H
Things
that
we
said,
or
I
said
at
the
the
event
was
you
know
for
those
of
us
that
work
here
now.
H
We're
kind
of
we're
we're
leasing
this
facility,
those
people
that
came
before
us
they
own
it
and.
H
A
Well,
that's
really
really
cool
and
I
think
so
much
again
eric
and
please
make
sure
that
those.
A
A
Okay,
well,
I
think
it
was
a
pretty
short
meeting
we'll
be
meeting
again
next
monday.
D
Unusually
short
agenda
for
us
so
we'll
enjoy
that
for
sure
and
just
just
a
public
service.
D
That,
even
though
school
is
starting,
we
still
have
a
lot
of
events
going
on
and
concerts
and.
D
Here
we
go,
you
did
yesterday,
yes,
that
believe
it
or
not,
staff
are
thinking.
D
Fall
and
supplies
are
coming
in
and
all
of
that
so
here
we
go
from
one
season
to
the
next.
A
A
Made
it
in
to
the
program:
yes,
our
multi-talented
yeah,
multi-talented
10th
street.
