A
With
what
the
mayor
has
done,
with
the
b-line
trail
and
all
the
opportunities
with
switchyard
cart
and
all
the
things
that
are
happening
along
the
10th
Street
corridor,
we're
really
at
a
unique
time
and
have
the
opportunity
to
to
really
transform
in
a
great
way
the
community
provide
jobs.
Provide
housing,
provide
opportunities
for
people
to
to
be
a
part
of
these
companies.
In
whatever
way
they
have
the
ability
to
do.
A
My
name
is
Tony
Armstrong
I
work
at
Indiana,
University
I'm,
an
associate
vice
president
in
our
office
of
engagement,
and
they
also
run
the
IU
research
and
Technology
corporations.
What
we
do
at
the
IU
RTC
is
work
with
faculty
and
staff
and
students
to
help
commercialize
the
intellectual
property
they're
generating
through
the
research
that
they're
doing
so.
We
try
to
commercialize
their
ideas
either
through
licenses
or
actually
through
startup
companies.
Our
fund
will
be
housed
in
the
dimension.
Now
our
staff
will
be
housed
here
in
dimension.
A
Mill
and
relax
have
quite
a
few
of
the
meetings
where
we
have
people
come
visit.
Venture
providers
and
other
capital
providers
will
meet
in
this
space,
so
they
have
a
chance
to
see
what's
happening
in
Bloomington
and
learn
more
about
what's
happening
in
other
places
that
they
can
plug
in
we're
at
a
very
unique
time
in
the
history
of
Bloomington
and
I,
think
it
gives
us
a
real
opportunity
for
a
transformation
around
some
of
the
creative
economy.
That's
happening.
A
We
have
so
many
creative
individuals
here
in
the
community,
the
ability
for
individuals
to
work
from
wherever
and
work
for
big
companies,
small
companies
on
their
own
companies
from
anywhere
on
the
planet,
so
I
think
the
mention
mill.
It
gives
us
a
place
that
house
does
people
and
bring
them
together.
We
have
so
many
alumni
and
people
that
have
grown
up
and
love
Bloomington
that
are
interested
in
coming
back
from
the
coasts
and
other
places
around
the
world
to
be
a
part
of
the
Midwest
and
to
be
a
part
of
a
Bloomington
offers.
A
I
first
heard
of
the
idea
of
renovating
the
dimensional
I
thought
it
was
a
great
idea,
just
the
history
of
what
the
shower
brothers
have
done,
and
what
this
building?
What
happened
in
this
and
now
to
take
that
back
and
make
it
a
hub
for
innovation,
is
a
tremendous
idea
and
a
tremendous
opportunity,
and
we
were
anxious
to
be
a
part
of
it.
