If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Hi,
this
is
mayor,
john
hamilton,
it's
thursday
august
20th
and
just
wanted
to
say
hello
to
all
my
fellow
city
employees
again,
thank
you
for
all
you're
doing
and,
as
you
continue,
we
have
changes
happening
a
lot
around
us
with
iu
students
coming
back
school
corporations,
opening
back
up
for
virtual
classes.
So
a
lot
of
changes
this
week
has
been
budget
week,
which
has
been
very
busy
for
some
of
us
to
work
on
the
2021
budget.
A
A
A
I
guess
I
said
the
budget
week
also
has
meant
a
lot
of
busy
time
asking
our
council
to
approve
next
year's
166
million
dollar
budget.
It's
four
percent
lower
in
2021
than
it
is
in
20,
but
that
reflects
a
bunch
of
moving
parts
but
we're
basically
it's
a
very
austere
and
tight
belt
budget,
as
well
as
including
some
recover
forward
investments
to
help
our
community
get
back
with
iu
students
back
with
the
changes.
Of
course,
there's
up
upping
needs
of
work.
A
I
know
the
police
department's
busy,
thanks
for
all
that
you
do
out
on
the
streets
every
day,
responding
to
many
more
people
back
in
town,
fire
department,
utilities,
departments
the
same
with
hookups
and
also
doing
some
new
testing
for
covet
19
parks,
department,
public
works
as
a
whole
and
planning
and
cfrd
in
hand
and
esd,
and
so
many
are
working
so
hard.
I
really
appreciate
it
and
did
a
great
job
with
the
budget
presentation.
A
So
far,
please
know
it's
good
news:
iu's
tested
almost
fifteen
thousand
returning
students
with
a
one
percent
positivity
rate,
so
only
one
out
of
a
hundred
is
positive.
They
are
positive,
they
don't
let
them
move
into
the
dorm.
They
put
them
into
a
strict
isolation
and
quarantine.
People
have
been
in
contact
with
them,
so
we
have
a
chance
of
getting
through
this.
A
Unlike
what
you've
seen
in
some
other
cities,
we're
going
to
keep
really
focusing
on
the
data,
and
we
may
need
to
tighten
some
things
down
to
give
us
a
good
chance
of
not
going
backwards
like
notre
dame
or
michigan
state
or
unc,
or
some
others,
but
the
jury's
still
out
on
that.
Thank
you
for
all
you
do
making
this
city
work.
These
are
critical
weeks
ahead
of
us.
Please
reach
out.
A
If
you
have
questions
or
suggestions,
if
you
feel
stressed,
stress,
take
care
of
yourself
and
and
don't
hesitate
to
reach
out
for
help,
because
what
we're
doing
is
helping
everybody
else
in
the
community
get
through
this
thing
and
I'm
so
proud,
as
we
went
through
budget
as
we
described
all
that
for
the
council
and
the
public.
Thank
you
for
that,
so
do
keep
taking
care
of
yourself,
take
care
of
each
other
and
take
care
of
bloomington
and
we'll
be
in
touch
again
soon.
Thanks.
So.
