If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Hi,
it's
Mayor
John
Hamilton
from
my
desk
I
just
wanted
to
kind
of
share
an
informal
message.
We
don't
get
to
gather
as
much
these
days
and
I
wanted
to
share
this
message
with
all
the
city
employees,
just
a
few
basic
points
number
one.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
what
you're
doing
it's.
It's
not
easy.
I
know
we're
in
unusual
times
dealing
with
the
corona
virus
and
there's
a
lot
of
changes
happening
daily
hourly,
but
your
dedication
to
what
you
do
is
so
important.
A
Thank
you
for
your
service
to
the
city
of
Bloomington
and
second,
just
reminding
us.
You
know
this,
but
what
we
do
is
really
important.
It's
important
right
now,
it's
important
all
the
time.
It's
important
right
now
with
the
challenges
that
we're
facing
from,
of
course,
first
responders
and
water
plants
and
sanitation
and
animal
shelters
and
fleet,
and
so
many
things,
but
everybody
all
that
we're
doing
is
important.
A
Our
public
needs
to
see
that
we
are
at
work
that
we
are
protecting
them,
that
we
are
dedicated
to
our
our
work
to
keep
the
community
going
to
try
to
manage
through
this
challenge
and
I
really
appreciate
that
and
I
want
you
to
know
how
important
it
is
for
the
work
day
that
you
do
to
keep
going
now.
A
third
point,
of
course,
we
are
very
focused
on
trying
to
make
sure
we
protect
ourselves
as
City
work
force
both
for
ourselves
and,
of
course,
so
we
can
work
hard
to
protect
the
community.
A
There's
lots
of
changes
in
protocols
and
of
course
you
know
our
office
has
many
fewer
people
in
it
on
a
daily
basis.
Many
of
yours,
many
of
you,
continue
to
work
out
in
the
field,
but
but
we
are
doing
so
many
things
to
try
to
make
sure,
through
social
distancing
through
disinfecting
through
new
protocols
that
protect
us,
so
we
all
can
protect
our
community.
That
depends
so
much
on
us.
So
please
know
all
those
things
are
happening
to
protect
ourselves,
so
we
can
do
our
work.
A
If
you
have
ideas,
please
do
share
them
and
that's
really
important.
Lastly,
protect
yourself
too,
at
home
and
with
your
family
following
the
CDC
health
guidelines.
You
know
this,
but
just
as
a
reminder
we're
all
part
of
trying
to
tamp
down
the
curve
on
this
virus,
so
it
doesn't
hurt
our
community
too
much
and
you're
part
of
that,
just
as
a
resident
and
as
a
homeowner
and
a
house
House
member
and
such
so.
A
Please
protect
yourselves
to
do
that,
because
we
we
all
need
to
stay
healthy,
so
we
can
protect
our
community
I'm
in
my
seat,
trying
to
do
what
I
do
I
hope
you
too
can
can
take
in
the
facts.
Make
the
decision
stay
calm,
stay
measured.
We
set
an
example
for
our
community
we're
in
a
marathon.
This
isn't
a
sprint.
We
need
to
be
steady.
We
need
to
be
strong
and
I
really
appreciate
your
service
in
that
way.
A
This
is
a
time
for
city
government
to
shine
to
show
people
what
this
community
is
made
of
and
how
we
do
our
work
I
so
appreciate
what
you
do.
Please
reach
out
to
your
colleagues.
Department
heads
this
office
with
ideas,
concerns
I,
really
just
wanted
to
reach
out
and
thank
you
for
what
you're
doing
keep
going
stay
healthy
and
thank
you
for
the
service
to
all
of
the
people
of
Bloomington.
