A
Hello,
fellow
city
of
bloomington
employees,
is
mayor,
john
hamilton,
it's
thursday
october
15th.
I
just
wanted
to
do
five
quick
things
this
week.
First,
thank
you
for
your
continued
work
on
covid
precautions.
We
got
another
good
message
of
information
from
indiana
university
that
monroe
county
and
our
data
are
still
pretty
good.
This
week,
they've
had
five
weeks
in
a
row
of
strong
information
from
their
testing.
That's
different
from
the
rest
of
the
state
indiana
is
going
the
wrong
direction
outside
of
monroe
county
in
many
places.
A
So
thank
you
for
all
you're
doing
we're
going
to
keep
paying
attention
to
the
masking.
Please
mask
please
physically
distance,
don't
do
super
spreader
vents
it's
working
locally.
So
that's
number
one.
Thank
you
for
that
number.
Two.
Thanks
for
any
who
participated
in
the
town
hall
earlier
this
week,
getting
the
chance
to
meet
with
you
at
least
virtually
anyone
who
could
over
100
did.
A
Thank
you
we'll
try
to
do
that
again,
and
I
look
forward
to
hearing
from
you
and
talking
with
you
and
answering
questions
and
getting
your
comments
so
really
appreciate
those
of
you
who
participated
in
that
then
three
things
I'm
going
to
ask
you
to
think
about
number
one.
Today
is
the
last
day
for
the
u.s
census.
It
actually
ends
at
midnight
tonight.
A
So
if
anyone,
if
you
or
anyone
you
know,
if
you
can
reach
out
and
say,
please
be
sure
to
be
counted,
this
really
affects
our
city
in
terms
of
money
and
support
and
political
representation
and
many
other
things.
So
please
pass
that
word.
If
you
get
a
chance
and
be
sure
that
you
get
counted
number
two
is
flu
shots
please
be
sure
to
get
flu
shots
because
they're
really
helpful.
We
offer
them
through
city
city
government.
A
Of
course
you
can
go
to
other
places
too
and
get
them,
but
it's
really
important
this
year
to
get
the
flu
shots
to
help
us
deal
both
with
covet
and
flu
and
finally,
last
vote
early
voting
is,
is
here
whoever
you'll
vote
for
please
get
out
there
and
vote.
A
You
know
election
day
is
a
holiday,
but
please
vote
early
if
you
can
and
encourage
everybody
around
you
to
vote
as
well
quick
messages
this
week,
thanks
so
much
again
for
all
you're
doing
and
I'll
look
forward
to
hearing
from
you
and
and
take
care
of
yourself
take
care
of
each
other
and
keep
taking
care
of
bloomington.
Thank
you.
So
much.
