From YouTube: Bloomington Environmental Commission, March 16, 2023
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Oh
this
one
to
order
it
is
602
on
March,
16th
2023
and
we
do
have
Forum
by
no.
So
that
is
excellent,
but
we'll
first
go
around
and
do
quick
introductions
to
Sarah
and
Haynes
and
kind
of
our
role
in
the
commission
and
I.
Don't
think
we've
got
anything
from
the
public,
so
yeah,
okay,
I'll,
start
I'm,
Carrie,
Albert
and
I'm.
The
chair
of
the
easy.
A
It's
the
man
new
secretary.
B
A
E
E
A
Okay,
well,
then,
I
know
that
Mike
sent
through
the
February
minutes,
and
that
was
several
weeks
ago.
Everybody
got
a
chance
to
read
them.
Typically,
we
would
give
this
back
to
vote
on
vaccines,
so.
D
A
A
A
All
right
all
right,
well
successful
meeting
today,
we've
done
it
any
members
of
the
public.
It
looks
like
we
do
not
have
any
anything.
E
A
Okay,
okay:
well,
then,
we've
got
jumping
into
Old
business.
We've
got
the
video
updates
and
I
think
we
might
use.
B
It
through
an
email
today,
right
I,
received
that
a
couple
of
days
ago
and
it
wasn't
sent
to
everybody
because
I'm
a
little
late
today,
I
mean
people
had
a
chance
to
get
that.
It
was
the
response
of
the
planning
department
to
all
of
our
recommendations
for
the
Udo,
as
we
have
people
had
a
chance
to
look
at
that.
B
Issues
too,
this
was
under
riparian
buffers
number
four
all
right.
They
had
changed
the
UVO
to
measure
the
riparian
buffer
from
the
middle
of
the
string
Channel
instead
of
from
the
top
of
the
bank,
the
way
it
used
to
be-
and
we
recommended
that
they
go
back
to
the
old
way
and
measure
from
the
top
of
the
bank
and
their
response
was
that
they
had
questions
about
that
and
needs
additional
data.
B
B
B
E
B
Yeah,
some
of
those
things
were
originated
by
Linda
rather
than
us,
and
that's
why
I
was
hoping
she'd
be
here.
The
things
that
say
need
additional
data.
If
people
think
they're
important
enough,
we
can
go
back
and
discuss
that
with
them.
But
I
don't
know
exactly
what
data
they
want.
They'll
address
here.
A
A
Thank
you
great
well,
thanks
for
sharing
that
and
if
anybody
did
not
receive
that
email
for
any
reason,
definitely
reach
out
to
my
third
actually
group,
we'll
make
sure
you
get
us
great,
okay.
Well,
then,
the
next!
The
next
item
is
the
Outreach
working
group
update.
Well,
the
great
news
is:
there's
a
lot
of
enthusiasm
for
doing
it.
A
The
not
great
news
is,
we
have
a
bit
more
formality
for
our
meetings
that
we
have
to
establish
so
I
have
yet
to
reschedule
our
new
meeting,
but
I
suspect
it
would
be
within
the
next
few
days,
I'm
just
kind
of
waiting
on
confirmation
from
Linda
about
hosting
the
agenda
as
we
need
to
do,
because
there
are
enough
of
us
that
are
signed
up
with
their
work
group
to
be
a
quorum.
So
that'll
be
the
next
thing
to
establish.
A
But
for
the
folks
who
are
here,
I'm
gonna
say
that
I'll
go
ahead
and
suggest
that,
because
it's
one
of
our
agenda
items
we
talk
about
the
garden
fair
and
Eco
Heroes
just
signing
up
to
participate
in
these
events.
Just
to
know
that
we'll
have
people
there
and
then,
as
our
group
can
meet
in
the
next
week.
Or
so.
We
can
actually
talk
about
the
statistics
of
like
the
timing
and
the
stuff
operating
and
things
like
that.
A
Of
the
time
and
just
make
sure
that
we've
got
a
good
good
set
of
e-sears
representing
a
book
events,
somebody
said
that
and
then
yeah
I
know
that
you
had
confirmed
the
Garden.
Fair
was
the
15th.
A
Yes,
so
April
15th
is
when
the
garden
fair
is
I.
Think
we
have
Details.
In
terms
are
in
our
minutes,
but
it's
basically
a
day-long
event
of
tabling
and
theoretically
we
would
have
some
fun
stuff
going
on
there,
but
take
the
quick,
pull
and
Karina
you
are
welcome
to
chime
in
this
is
not
a
commitment
to
the
working
group.
It's
just
to
come.
A
I
would
say
that,
like
even
nine
to
noon
and
tonight,
12
30
and
12
30
ish
took
four,
it's
still
a
pretty
long
window,
but
it
would
still
be
like
if
there
are
folks
who
can
volunteer
for
even
like
three-ish
hours.
That
would
be
a
really
big
help.
Is
there
anybody
who
would
be
willing
to
say
I
can
be
there
for
part
of
that
day
on
the
15th?
Oh
wait:
wait.
I.
A
B
Spending
time
with
mcr's,
oh
yeah
yeah,
so
we
discussed
that
at
the
who
would
be
there
when
at
NC
Irish
meeting
I'll
have
to
email
going
that.
A
A
E
A
D
A
The
event
happened,
so
it
could
be
going
through
looking
at
all
the
pieces,
letting
in
on
what
ranking
you
want
to
give
each
of
them
I'm.
Guessing
it's
going
to
be
hundreds
of
submissions
just
tons
of
submissions,
but
it
may
also
be
in
the
endful
we'll
see,
but
either
way,
there's
the
judging,
which
is
usually
within
a
flexible
time
frame,
and
then
there
is
the
event
that
will
take
place
on,
as
you
can
see,
in
our
beautiful
prayers
on
Saturday,
the
22nd
we
haven't,
I
I
think
it's
a
special
for
10
a.m.
A
A
I,
don't
know
what
time
it
goes.
One
did
not
give
me
again,
probably.
A
A
So,
and
for
that,
it's
set
up
and
tear
down
I,
don't
know
if
there's
like
a
ton
involved
in
that
but
I'm
guessing.
It
would
just
need
to
be
flexible
to
be
here
at
the
format.
So
I
wanted
to
do
another
kind
of
just
around
the
room
for
folks
who
would
be
interested
and
be
part
of
the
judging
panel
and
then
also
if
they're,
able
to
be
part
of
the
font.
A
Side
Event
on
the
22nd
I
am
unfortunately
out
of
town
that
day,
which
I'm
really
sorry
but
I
will
be
participating
in
the
judging
so
I'll
put
my
opinions
in,
but
I
will
unfortunately
not
get
to
see
the
Thrills
of
the
book
suit,
receive
them.
So
I'm
gonna
put
myself
in
that
for
judging
might
be
interested
participating
and
judging
her
the
event.
A
A
B
Okay,
that
I.
A
E
A
But
the
options
are
to
just
get
into
judging,
which
would
be
coming
in
and
just
filling
out
a
form
based
on
your
assessments
of
this
Mission
and
then
also
on
the
22nd
being
part
of
the
event
that
happens
in
concert.
Chambers.
Do
you
have
any
interest
in
being
on
the
the
list
to
participate.
A
A
E
A
So
I'm
excited
that
there's
so
many
books
who
are
participating
and
then
the
folks
that
are
holding
on
other
sports,
you
aren't
able
to
participate
any
other
thoughts
on
the
working
group
conversation
knowing
that
there's
a
couple
of
bigger
conversations
awaiting
us,
no
well
great.
A
Well,
then,
in
conclusion,
it
moves
us
to
new
business
which
is
working
groups,
reorganization,
so
lend
us
in
an
email
that
had
a
list
of
everybody
good
at
some
point
said
they
wanted
to
be
on
a
different,
different
working
group.
So,
ideally,
what
we
would
do
tonight
is
just
like
lock
in
who
wants
to
officially
put
their
name
in
that
list
and
then
that
renews
out
of
members
will
then
start
meeting
having
conversations
about
whatever
the
most
relevant
topics
for
them
are.
A
Obviously,
Outreach
is
a
really
active
one
right
now
and
then
there's
some
others.
It
might
not
be.
We
also
want
to
choose
a
person
who's
in
charge
of
each
one.
That's
like
the
right
person,
I
love
it
okay,
so
I'm
just
going
to
go
through
a
guitar
video
say
the
name
of
the
working
group.
If
somebody
on
the
list
who
we
have
currently
on
the
list,
I
would
love
for.
A
At
that
point,
somebody
was
familiar
with
that
working
group
to
share
what
it
is
and
then
it
can
go
around
and
I'll
just
say:
does
anybody
want
to
be
listed
as
a
member
of
that
working
group?
And
then
you
can
say
your
name
raise
your
hand,
I'll
write
it
down
and
for
the
magic
okay,
the
first
one
is
the
ecpc.
So
my
party
described
a
little
bit
of
Becca.
Do
you
want
to
say
anything
else
about
the
the.
B
Role
of
ecbc
well
again
to
the
new
people,
Linda
Thompson
used
to
regularly
review
all
the
new
plan,
the
new
development
petition
proposals
and
then
provide
the
information
to
us
and
she
would
write
a
memo
for
us
with
our
comments
on
it
and
also
help
us
assist
us
in
doing
field.
Inspections.
B
Planning
department
recently
changed
that
and
she
is
no
longer
doing
that
job.
So,
basically
nobody
is
so
we
what
we
did
in
exchange
for
that
was
to
list
a
set
of
recommendations
to
change
the
City
zoning
ordinance
to
eliminate
some
of
the
needs
that
meet
the
need
for
some
of
the
things
that
we've
recommended.
But
we
did
want
to
Keen
things.
B
We
wanted
to
be
able
to
look
at
individual
projects
and
environmental
issues
on
them,
and
so
that
would
be
when
the
ecpc
would
meet
with
those
sort
of
things,
and
you
know
if
we
want
to
have
a
general
meeting
to
just
discuss
the
whole
process.
So
it's
not
going
to
be
regular
monthly
meetings
like
it
used
to
be.
A
Well,
thank
you
for
for
breaking
that
down
for
everybody,
especially
from
our
Newark
Commissioners
right
now,
the
folks
who
are
on
list
the
list
for
that
are
Mike,
Dave,
Matt
and
I
am
also
on
it.
So
I'd
love
to
just
hear
from
everybody
like
raise
your
hand
or
shout
it
out
if
you're
interested
in
being
on
the
ecpc
moving
forward
bye.
Thank
goodness,
let's
see,
Connor,
okay,
Dave,
excellent,
okay,
so
I've
got
Connor,
Dave
and
Mike
is
anybody
there
missing
at
the
moment?
A
Yeah,
but
it's
it's
great
for
as
things
cry
for
sure,
okay
and
Karena,
if
there's
anything
that
you
can't
hear
or
that
you
want
to
chime
in
on
just
shout
it
out.
I
won't
put
you
on
the
spot
with
every
working
group
as
we
go
through,
but
feel
free
to
lay
in
if
there's
one
that
you'd
like
to
participate
in
all
right.
Okay!
Well,
thank
you
for
everybody.
The
next
one
is
Eco
Heroes.
Would
anyone
like
to
describe
the
Eco
Heroes
spectacular?
Is
that.
D
To
judge
the
submissions,
it's
often
some
sort
of
template
for
that
and,
as
was
recently
mentioned,
it
can
be
a
kind
of
a
drop
by
thing
one
evening.
It
just
matters
that
the
art
is
set
out
and
that
we
have
access
to
the
forms.
So
we
collectively
kind
of
agree
upon
who's
going
to
get
the
awards.
Then,
on
the
set
day
which
22nd
of
April
this
year,
we
have
the
presentation,
there's
some
setup.
D
It's
usually
a
handful
of
tables
and
literally
moving
the
art
from
one
room
to
the
to
the
room
to
the
to
the
main
chamber
and
then
a
little
bit
of
that
it's
pre-pandemic.
Sometimes
the
mayor
would
come,
give
a
little
speech
a
chair
or
it
might
fall
in
the
vice
chair.
It
might
say
something
or
at
least
try
to
read
the
names
of
the
winners,
which
is
only
occasionally
very
challenging
hand,
people
their
prizes,
whatever
pictures
they
want
and
then
there's
teardown.
D
That
is
about
as
simple
as
the
as
I
said,
it
was,
and
it
pretty
well
wraps
up
because
collection
of
prizes
other
such
stuff
is
taken
care
of
by
our
fellow.
So
we
basically
just
have
the
event
day
responsibilities
before
during
and
after
and
it's
all
pretty
short
and
sweet.
A
All
right
and
then
the
part
of
this
work.
A
Is
sort
of
judging
or
what
what
are
the
logistics
of
the
day
and
they
probably
have
shared
or
whatever
it
would
be,
so
it's
just
kind
of
being
on
the
inner
loop
of
the
plan.
Things
like
that.
As
far
as
Eco
Heroes
group,
who
is
on
my
list,
oh
right
now,
I've
got
Megan.
Matt
myself
in
Spanish
sounds
like
Megan
you're,
doubling
down
anybody
else
going
to
be
on.
It
is.
D
C
E
C
A
D
Kind
of
Alana
and
and
Linda
they
as
the
ones
who
can
open
doors
here
and
store
things
and
print
things,
pretty
much
tell
us
what
to
do
when
we
assist.
A
Or
otherwise
is
Becky
working
group
right
now,
Matt
and
Don
are
the
two
people
whose
names
are
listed,
but
whoever
you
want
to
kind
of
share
what
that's
darker
than.
D
It
hasn't
really
been
in
existence.
It
was
something
that
we
tried
to
start
last
year,
because
one
of
the
higher
results
on
The
Bucket
List
meeting
was
updating
the
Becky,
which
is
like
Bloomington
Environmental
Quality
indicators,
I,
think
the
same
of
the
report.
It
was
very
old
and
very
long
and
very
dense
and
because
Linda
put
just
a
whole
bunch
on
Ben's
plate,
he
really
barely
got
around
to
touching
it.
So
I
don't
think
he
had
a
draft
of
a
chapter.
I
think
that
was
as
far
as
we
got.
D
E
A
A
C
Well,
this
is
the
group
that
put
together
the
habitat
connectivity
plan,
I,
think,
and
that
has
to
do
with
trying
to
find
routes
around
the
city
that
are
connected
so
that
what
did
we
decide
if
it's
really
for
pollinators
to
be
able
to
travel
around
that
group
and
it
still
sort
of
exists
but
and
I
think
Linda
will
be
describing
it
she's
scheduled
to
the
describe
it
to
Iraq
in
a
couple
of
months.
A
That's
great,
and
it
sounds
like
that's
something
that
we
had
some
things
that
were
we're
trying
to
make
sure
they
were
functioning,
the
way
that
we
intended
them
to,
and
things
like
that.
So
as
we
move
forward
with
tabling
and
other
events
that
we
can
direct
people
into
the
connectivity
plan
and
show
them
how
they
can
participate
and
make
it
actually
something
people
engage
in
in
the
city.
So
it
seems
like
something
that's
still
pretty
relevant
and
then,
depending
on
how
things
proceed
and.
C
Who's
connected
to
what,
generally
in
the
fields
talking
about
yeah.
B
The
habitat
connectivity
plan
working
group,
it
was
kind
of
a
trade-off
there
between
when
things
come
up,
that's
the
working
group
to
deal
with
them,
or
should
we
be
out
looking
for
something
to
do
it's
kind
of
falling
into
the
category
of
when
something
significant
comes
up
and
that's
improve
it
deals
yeah.
A
Well,
as
far
as
the
biodiversity
working
group
goes,
like
I
said
it's
my
right
now,
it
says,
might
be
Sam
done
and
Megan
so
I'd
love
to
hear
their
folks
who
would
like
to
react
their
interests,
or
anybody
would
like
to
join
that
working
group.
E
B
I
would
be
interested
in
working
with
the
biodiversity.
A
Sam,
we'll
put
a
little
question
mark
about
his
Allegiance
shouldn't,
still
be
part
of
the
biodiversity
group.
Yes,
is
there
anyone
that
would
be
interested
in
being
like
that
point
of
contact
or
things
to
start
getting
moved
in
or
continued
things
moving
along
like
to
be
the
the
point
of
contact
for
communication
for
that
working
group.
In
some
case,
somebody
asked
questions
that
directly
into
that
I
joined
as
it
kind
of
became
less
active,
but
I'm
happy
to
be
at
least
a
point
person.
D
D
B
That
are
I
mean
there's
the
Knicks
I
hope
to
get
some
more
time
with
the
costs
other
than
five
minutes
to
three
to
five
years
that
they
involved
from
Overcomers,
because
it
is
to
me
it's
really
critical
yeah
to
achieving
everything
and
protecting
the
green
canopy
sustainability,
etc,
etc,
etc.
A
Excellent
well
I'm,
definitely
looking
forward
to
more
about
collaboration
for
sure
Okay,
so
we've
got
the
food
and
agriculture
working
group
and
I
know
David.
Your
name
is
listening
to
that.
Is
there
anything
you'd
like
to
share
about
that
any
thoughts
on
how
we
yeah.
C
There's
never
really
exist
today
when
we
came
back
onto
this
commission
after
being
off
for
many
years,
I
think
at
that
time
I
was
a
member
of
the
Bloomington
policy.
Council
died
some
years
ago.
A
Exist:
okay,
I
appreciate
the
update.
We
also
have
a
waste
and
Hazards
group
listed
here
and
down
in
Davie
are
the
two
folks
whose
name
are
on
that
one.
Is
there
any
any
notes
that
we
should
make
about
that?
Being
sorry,
which
racism
hazard?
That's.
B
B
I
mean
today,
I
ended
up
with
about
in
picking
up
at
least
get
filled,
half
of
my
bag
of
waste
in
Louisiana
sports
park
this
afternoon.
So
there's
a
lot
of
waste
production
that
we
can
do
to
make
coolington
a
better
place.
Yeah
all.
D
Collaborative
thing
waste
waste
working
group
did
exist,
I
was
on
it
for
a
little
bit
and
then
it
stopped
four
or
five
years
ago.
The
Damia
was
on
it
and
another
member
that
has
since
rolled
off
was
on
it.
But
we
things
slowed
down
after
certain
talks
with
recycling
centers
it
just
kind
of
went
dormant
I
mean
we
had
water
working
group
around
the
same
time.
There's
there's
just
a
flow
to
what
exists
and
what
doesn't
and
what's
needed
and
yeah
what
isn't
so?
Waste
hasn't
met
since
at.
B
Least
the
pandemic.
Okay:
all
of
these
categories
of
working
groups
were
originally
created
by
a
former
chair
and
it's
kind
of
experimental
I
think
some
of
them
turned
out
to
be
valuable,
others
not
so
much,
but.
A
I,
like
the
idea
in
our
pocket
of
like
this,
is
something
that
we
once
had
and
just
kind
of
keeping
it
in
in
the
gray
and
then,
if
there's
a
reason
that
it
does
brought
back
up
as
being
as
needing
some
some
action
that
was
bad
in
our
minds.
Well,
the
the
next
one
is,
and
we
kind
of
talked
about
this
a
little
bit
already
is
the
the
public
Outreach
working
group.
A
Obviously,
we've
talked
a
lot
about
the
kinds
of
things
that
the
Outreach
group
does
and
there's
also
an
idea
of
being
a
little
more
just
a
little
more
strategic
in
kind
of.
What
are
we
trying
to
do
on
each
table?
What
does
that
mean?
Does
it
matter?
What
like
are
we
trying
to
help
people
get
to
know
us
we're
trying
to
help
the
community?
Are
we
trying
to
connect
research
like
there's
all
sorts
of
things?
A
You
could
be
doing
sort
of
thinking
about
what
what
role
that
play
is
in
the
EC,
especially
after
the
planning
sort
of
with
the
bucket
list
meeting
the
the
meeting
in
January,
where
we
identified
some
of
the
more
important
things
that
was
a
big
one
Outreach.
So
right
now,
we've
had
my
son
Sam
Matt,
Don,
Megan,
Kristen
and
Betsy
also
reached
out,
so
she
was
interested.
Is
there
anyone
whose
name
I
did
not
say
that
would
be
interested
in
being
part
of
the
Outreach
group.
A
E
D
A
D
We
formed
air
quality
working
group
last
year.
It
just
kind
of
seemed
like
a
gap
on
something
we've
never
really
addressed.
The
initial
actions
were
trying
to
measure
the
air
quality
here
in
Bloomington.
The
city
provided
us
some
very
cheap,
portable
sensors.
That
proved
to
not
really
be
useful
in.
D
Describe
this
cheating,
we
have
scrapped
that
project,
but
I
would
like
to
continue
to
keep
the
group
together.
I'm
happy
to
chair
the
group
and
I've
been
working
in
my
own
time
on
an
air
quality
report
just
to
try
to
nudge,
City
individuals
in
the
direction
of
caring
about
it.
But
I
will
at
some
point
bring
to
the
group
and
have
people
look
at
and
take
edits
and
whatnot
and
we'll
see
if
we
want
to
roll
it
out
later
this
year,.
A
B
We're
sitting
in
on
the
particular
this
last
week's
or
this
week's
ecos
meeting
on
Tuesday
afternoon.
For
us
they
have
a
working
group
on.
B
Heat
risk
of
having
a
heat
emergency
and
it
seems
that
they've
done
some
very
good
leg.
Work
was
speaking
to
various
City
County
and
IU
Health
and
one
of
the
interesting
ways
to
say
what
what
one
puzzled.
By,
how
many
public
city
controlled
drinking
fondants
there
are
and
blowing
too,
which
for
me,
but
also
they
were
thinking
of
looking
at
actually
collecting
data
trying
to
figure
out
if
there
are
angles
where
the
city
might
be
able
to
get
funded,
knowing
literally
where
they
have
shelters.
B
You
don't
know
if
that
fits
into
the
air
quality
topic
I
think
like
or
it
should
be
a
separate
item
or
whether
and
particularly
I
thought
it
would
be
good
for
us
to
be
working
with
that.
Their
working
group
yeah,
particularly
knowing
the
fact
that
the
number
of
fatalities
in
Chicago
the
number
of
fatalities
in
the
last
two
European
heat
emergencies,
we're
talking
about
thousands
of
people
losing
their
lives.
A
It
seemed
like
in
a
having
a
a
working
group
that
is
focused
on
things
like
air
quality,
knowing
that
deep
oxygen,
something
that's
a
bigger
sort
of
a
much
more
broad
concept,
but
where
we
might
be
able
to
help
with
some
of
that.
The
data
that
you're
putting
things
like
that
like
is
that
something
that
would
be
a
good
collaboration.
Note
for
you.
Your
working
group.
D
And
it's
a
fair
question:
I
think
that's
hard
I
think
like
if
we
wanted
to
participate
in
one
of
their
working
groups
or
they
wanted
to
participate
in
one
of
ours.
That
would
be
tricky
as
we're.
Not
members
of
theirs
and
they're.
Not
a
member
of
ours.
I
understand
like
topical
overlap,
and
if
there
was
any
way
that
we
could
assist
them
and
they
would
like
that
that'd
be
great,
but
I
don't
see
a
reason
to
form
that
particular
working
group
or
to
try
to
somehow
combine
a
working
group
with
another
information.
B
D
Etc
things
they're
talking
about
more
like
cooling
stations,
and
you
know,
infrastructure
that
provides
water
and
things
it's
really
just
outside
of
the
environmental
condition.
In
my
opinion,
like
it
I
support
anything.
They
do
in
that,
because
it's
an
important
issue
that
everyone
is
going
to
have
to
stare
down
as
their
days
get
hotter
and
hotter
for
longer
and
so
on.
But
I
think
our
angle
on
that
would
be
more
about
things
like
tree
canopy
than
it
would
be:
cooling
stations,
public
availability,
water.
D
A
B
Talking
about
was
actually
measuring,
reporting
temperatures.
I
would
say
this
summer
when
we
do
have
a
heatwave
of
and
again
thank
you
I,
since
working
groups
are
somewhat
more
than
formal.
B
It
would
seem
to
me
that
I'm
having
cross
Commission
members
would
improve
the
communication,
and
you
can
be
aware
of
supporting.
D
Each
other
sure
I
mean
my
stance
is
that,
while
that
is
clearly
an
important
working
group,
an
important
issue
and
I
would
love
to
support
it
in
any
meaningful
capacity
that
they
would
desire.
I,
don't
see
the
need
for
us
to
formally
create
anything
either
that
runs
parallel
to
that
or
to
work
with
that.
D
You
can
reach
out
to
any
of
them
and
contribute
in
any
way,
but
I
don't
see,
I,
don't
really
see
the
benefit
in
adding
it
as
a
working
group
here
or
as
trying
to
create
an
overlap
with
one
of
our
working
groups
like
we
can.
We
can
all
advocate
for
anything
as
individual
citizens
as
well.
You.
B
Declares
a
that
promotes
its
ozone
action
days.
E
B
Does
really
good
after
the
air
quality
mechanics,
because
that's
part
of
the
pathology
of
what
can
nail
somebody?
B
D
Just
big
or
small:
it's
just
that
it's
also
separate
I
mean,
like
I've,
done
a
lot
of
research
into
that
too,
and
while
both
air
pollution
and
extreme
heat
are,
you
know,
significantly
increased
mortality
risk
and,
and
then
even
more
so
when
you
have
both
on
the
same
day
it
it's
still,
it's
still
two
things
like
I
can't
just
say:
that's
a.
D
Umbrella,
ozone
is
extreme
heat,
less
so
a
lot
of
indirect
ways
and
when
you
have
extreme
heat,
you
turn
up
the
AC,
which
makes
them
turn
on
the
dirtiest
plants
to
meet
Demand
on
those
days,
and
it
reduces
air
quality.
There's
causal
links
to
a
lot
of
things,
but
but
like
heat,
extreme
heat
in
particular,
doesn't,
in
my
eyes,
qualify
as
an
air
quality
issue.
While
it's
related,
it's
it's
not
like.
A
Explicitly
air
quality
and
I
think
the
best
part
is
that,
as
part
of
the
air
quality
working
group,
these
can
be
the
conversations
you
have
every
time
we
get
together.
There's
obviously
a
lot
a
lot
to
be
said
about
the
different
layers
of
what
is
contributing
to
you
know
the
heat
events
and
things
like
that,
so
I
think
Matt.
What
I
hear
you
saying
is
it's
a
really
great
look,
because
it's
doing
as
far
as
really
pushing
to
integrate
our
air
quality
working
group.
A
D
Sorry
I
didn't
want
to
scare
anyone
away.
No,
no.
E
A
Okay,
well
that,
thank
you
yeah!
Thank
you!
That's
all
the
working
groups,
which
is
great
so
in
our
minutes.
Oh
you
know.
For
the
Outreach
group,
we
didn't
name
a
point
person
I
know
I'm
really
mad,
because
that
does
not
mean
I
need
to
be
the
the
Outreach
point
of
contact.
Is
there
anybody
who's
interested
in
being
the
Center
I
know?
Do.
C
A
E
B
Right,
I
I've
learned
enough
in
it
with
episode
in
Vanderburgh
County
of
the
Outreach,
and
it's
we
need
more
General
Outreach
on
all
of
our
efforts.
Well,.
E
B
A
Yeah
well
that
sounds
great.
Okay,
well,
I've
noted
that
thank
you
for
for
volunteering.
So
that's
the
working
group's
conversation.
The
next
thing
on
our
agenda
is
the
report.
So
once
it's
slow
and
move
to
that
corner
of
the
agenda,
so
the
first
one
that
we
have
listed
for
reports
is
the
tree
Commission,
which
I
believe
is
David.
C
In
the
last
three
commission
meeting
in
February,
they've
removed
a
whole
lot
of
trees
on
both
across
Hill
and
that
included
a
lot
of
included
a
lot
of
calorie
pears,
they're
working
on
something
called
a
strong
response
plant
plan
and
that's
being
worked
down
by
an
urban
canopy
company
in
Cincinnati,
and
you
mentioned
that
Urban
preparation
well,
the
hardware
day
will
be
on
the
28th
of
9
to
noon.
C
That's
that
part
and
then
pre-commissioned,
meaning
that
that
was
part
of
it
actually
started
with
the
fellow
going
810
from
the
engineering
department,
they're
talking
about
extending
the
rewind,
Trail,
northward
and
they've
taken
out
150
trees,
or
they
plan
to
and
they're
60
going
in
and
eventually
they're
hoping
to
take
the
building,
Trail
all
the
way
to
Ellettsville
and
and
after
the
urban
Foresters
report.
C
Mayor
Williams,
who
reports
for
the
University
said
she
wants
to
get
students
involved
with
mulching
and
so
on
is
a
big
part
of
a
program
called
sustain
timing.
A
Excellent
thanks
all
right.
Next
we've
got
the
Monroe
County
Environmental
commission,
which
I
think
is
that
so
some
bad
news
on
that
one,
two
big
things
that
happened
in
their
meeting
last
week.
They
had
an
update
from
the
B
cuffs
working
group
on
heat
management.
That
is
not
the
bad
thing.
The
bad
thing
is
the
other
big
thing
that
happened
is
they
voted
to
move
their
meetings
to
the
third
Thursdays
of
every
month?
So.
A
C
A
Big
report
there
they
do
not
that
yeah
I
don't
know.
Maybe
we
can
just
convince
Sam.
B
C
E
B
C
E
B
B
It
already
said
the
last
meeting
was
impressive:
foreign.
B
B
I
was
hoping
that
some
of
the
be
cost
members
but
I
think
several
of
them
had
were
going
to
be
out
of
town
as
well
as
had
to
work.
B
But
thank
you
all
with
the
candidate,
but
also
thinking
in
terms
of
Cal
repairs.
I
was
really
pleased
to
learn
from
Joanna
from.
B
Parks
and
Rec
and
the
beeline
stand
of
calorie
prayers
are
about
to
be
terminated
with
prejudice,
as
they
are
the
ones
by
the
tennis
court
in
Southeast
Park.
That
just
is
going
to
me
because
that's
my
adopted
Green
Space
territory,
so
I've
got
a
post
characters
and
City
street
adjoining
to
the
park,
as
well
as
the
legendary
planet
in
the
corner
itself.
So
learning
that
there's
going
to
be
some
action
on
that
was
great.
B
But
you
know
they're.
Also
stressing
because
and
again
part
of
the
goals
is
on
everybody
to
our
ideas:
ideal
for
the
biodiversity
corridors,
the
combination,
parts
department
and
MC
IRS
wrangles
include
the
major
white
pass
through
the
community
as
well
as
work,
and
this
Saturday's
work
will
be
in
Park,
Ridge
Park.
B
So
but
that's
going
to
be
mostly
focused
on
gardening,
but
but
the
fact
that
we're
we
have,
they
have
a
presence
in
so
many
different
neighborhoods
and
again.
One
of
the
things
that
starts
Outreach
goes
that
ocrs
and
the
parks
department
are
stressing.
The
importance
of
neighborhood
associations
in
Outreach
I
haven't
been
able
to
get
my
neighborhood
association
excited
about
the
biodiversity
but
I'll
keep
at
it.
A
The
next
one
we've
got
is
earache.
Is
that
David's
it.
C
Is
oh
I
left
one
thing
onto
the
tree
commission
and
that
is
they're
working
on
the
it's.
A
kind
of
a
public
magazine
like
thing
called
the
tree
care
manual,
they're
working
on
revising
the
transportation.
So
when
a
New
Edition
comes
out,
I'll
try
to
pass
one
or
another.
As
for
Iraq
as
I.
A
Well,
then,
we've
got
the
mpo
CAC,
which
I
think
is
Sam.
Okay.
Let's
look
at
the
classroom
Sam
unless
he's
dialed
in
just
checking.
C
The
science
committee
which
I'm
you
know
on
and
I
think
Mike's
getting
on
too,
is
that
right,
yeah,
that's
good,
so
they're
going
to
meet
probably
once
a
month,
so
the
meeting
I
went
to
for
my
first
attendance
was
they
were
talking
about
trying
to
get
at
so
shoreline
erosion,
both
around
the
lake
and
from
Creeks
that
fade
into
the
like,
so
they're,
looking
at
ways
of
doing
that
and
Mike
is
probably
good
with
it
doing
that
kind
of
thing.
Yeah.
A
That's
great,
well,
that's
exciting
sense.
I
will
check
in
with
you
on
the
after
the
next
meeting
and
then
the
last
one
we
had
was
NTR
switched
on
covered,
which
is
excellent.
C
A
That
concludes
the
reporting
portion
of
today's
meeting.
Lastly,.
E
A
B
That
specific
meeting
is
timely
is
in
response
to
the
East.
It
was
a
New
Palestine,
Ohio
derailment
and
considering
we
do
have
a
railroad
that
sends
mixed
Freight,
which
includes
sometimes
hazardous
materials
is
so
I
was
asking
by
the
county
to
sit
in
on
it.
This
Friday.
A
E
B
Make
sense,
I
was
asked
by
by
Cheryl
Munson
and
Tom
Clawson,
because
they're
already
committed,
so
they
asked,
but
I
thought
it
would
be
important
enough
to
bring
it
up
to
to
Linda,
because
considering
what
happened
to
that
little
Community,
if
you
had
a
similar,
hopefully
it
never
happens,
but
every
disasters
are
sometimes
random
and
not
predictive.
So,
but
that
won't
be
a
real
problem
because
it
literally
runs
not
just
through
the
city,
the
center
of
the
city.
It
also
runs
through
the
center
of
IU's
campus.
E
A
Able
or
interested
in
attending
I
would
say,
please
feel
free
to
bring
what
you
learned
from
the
meeting.
What
questions
you
have
or
ideas
you
have,
what
kind
of
people
that
you
talk
about
after
that,
but
I
think
that's
yeah.
It's
probably
the
probably
one
of
the
many
conversations
that
we
had.
A
Okay
and
the
other
two
items
on
the
agenda
were
just
the
ego
verse
ceremony,
which
we
covered
quite
thoroughly
about
the
garden
Fair,
which
we
have
a
ton
of
potential
volunteers.
For
so
thank
you
again
for
that
are.
C
E
E

E
A
E
A
Thank
you,
though,
all
right,
thank
you.
Everybody
for
volunteering
to
be
part
of
our
difference.
Working
groups,
don't
forget
to
put
your
prayers
out
any
thoughts
on
my
personal
meeting.
