If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
D
A
Thank
you,
Communications
from
the
chair,
or
vice
chair
doesn't
appear.
Our
vice
chair
is
here
today.
I'll
just
say
everybody
have
a
great,
safe,
happy.
Fourth
hope
everything
everybody
survived.
The
storm
and
I
know
there's
still
a
lot
without
power.
A
A
E
G
I'd
like
to
also
note
that
at
the
previous
meeting,
we
had
a
lovely
invitation
to
the
county
to
come
and
talk
to
us
about
the
roundabout
and
appreciated
the
visit
by
not
only
Lisa
Rich,
but
also
by
the
engineer
and
a
consultant
from
the
engineering
firm
and
the
CAC
now
is
firmly
behind
the
roundabout.
At
an
old
I
can
call
it
Walnut
or
old,
37
and
Tillman
Road
thanks.
B
A
B
That's
fine,
no,
no,
the
only
thing-
and
we
didn't
have
time
to
insert
it
into
the
agenda.
We
had.
We
had
surplus
funds
left
over
because
of
Vernal
Pike
contract,
not
going
to
letting
a
successful
letting
in
First
Street
not
going
to
a
successful
lighting.
We
had
over
four
million
dollars
in
funds
left
over.
B
We
successfully
flexed
those
funds
to
Bloomington
Transit
for
the
acquisition
of
electric
buses,
3.98
million
or
something
in
that
vicinity
was
what
we
flexed,
and
that
was
thanks
to
the
Indiana
Department
of
Transportation
office,
public
transit
and
also
the
finance
section
Federal
Highway
Administration.
We
flexed
everything
in
three
successive
days,
which
is
an
unheard
of
new
world
record,
but.
B
B
Okay,
hopefully
all
of
you
have
had
the
opportunity
to
review
the
document.
I
think
it's
a
117
page
or
something
like
that.
We
went
through
the
public
comment
periods,
30-day
public
comment
period
we
received
maybe
somewhere
around
a
half
a
dozen
comments,
public
comments
on
various
projects
and
also
on
the
program
as
a
whole.
We
also
had
a
review
review
comments
from
the
Federal
Highway
Administration,
the
Indiana
Department
of
Transportation.
We
had
no
comments
from
Federal
Transit
Administration.
We've
addressed
all
of
those
comments
in
an
appendices
in
the
document
itself.
B
The
program
itself
I've
got
to
read
my
script
here,
just
to
make
sure
for
the
record.
This
is
a
complete
fiscally
constrained
five-year
list
of
priority
projects
for
planning,
right-of-way
acquisition,
construction
engineering,
construction,
Transit
operating
assistance
in
transit,
Capital
acquisition,
individual
years
of
the
documented
established
multimodal
time
Supreme
pursuant
to
the
infrastructure,
investment
jobs
Act.
The
cost
estimates
that
were
derived
by
the
local
public
agencies
for
the
projects
in
the
Indiana
Department
of
Transportation
used
recognized.
Civil
engineering
methodologies
such
as
the
RS
means
manual
projects,
also
assume
an
annual
four
percent
inflation
rate.
B
Even
though
inflation
right
now
is
currently
at
somewhere
around
six
or
six
percent
I
think
it
is,
and
then
Transportation
Improvement
program
projects
identify
a
funding
year.
Funding
amount,
State
amount,
total
project
identified,
including
the
program
projects
in
the
tip
from
the
old
tip
total
project
costs
are
recognized
here
as
Illustrated
for
all
projects,
which
is
the
full
cost
from
PE
to
preliminary
engineering
construction.
We
like
to
call
that
birth
to
death
and
construction
cost
program
prior
prior
to
the
tip
and
cause
that
will
be
programmed
Beyond.
B
This
current
tip,
as
defined
as
a
total
project,
and
that's
that's
all
I-
have
for
the
script
we
have
like
I,
said
all
of
the
public
comments
that
we
received
or
documented
in
in
the
in
one
of
the
appendices.
We
also
have
inserted
in
I
think
it's
on
page
106..
We
have
a
an
adoption
resolution
which
will
have
to
be
adopted
by
the
board
too
I'll
be
well
Rachel
and
I'll
be
happy
to
answer
any
questions
you
have.
G
E
Sure
so
the
rural
Transit
program
of
projects
projects
was
9
million,
923
273
dollars
over
the
five-year
period,
and
the
caveat
is
with
all
of
these
projects
are
note
that
2027-2028
are
illustrative.
Bloomington
Transit
program
of
projects
is
a
121
million
800
328
dollars.
Monroe
County
program
of
projects
is
52
million.
Eight
hundred
twenty
eight
thousand
three
hundred
dollars.
City
Bloomington
program
of
projects
is
30
million.
Fifty
thousand
three
hundred
one
dollars
and
the
Indiana
Department
of
Transportation
is
83
million
599
220.
E
So
the
total
program
costs
for
2024
to
2028
is
271
million
201
502
dollars.
E
A
B
Sure
these
These
are
please
note.
These
are
fiscal
year,
2022
2026,
Transportation,
Improvement
program
projects.
This
is
the
current
Transportation
Improvement
program,
because
the
one
which
we
just
which
endorsed
by
the
by
the
board,
would
have
to
be
approved
by
the
Indiana
Department
of
Transportation.
That
would
be
forthcoming.
We
anticipate
within
the
next
two
to
four
weeks,
so
the
2022-2026
projects
we
have
two
projects
from
Bloomington
Transit.
First
one
is
the
acquisition
of
six
Paratransit
microtransit
vehicles.
B
B
Second,
one
second
project
we
have
here
is
for
replacement
of
the
and
Doug
you'll
probably
have
to
help
me
here.
The
cad
and
I
think
it's
the
automatic
vehicle
location,
Hardware,
an
equipment
and
Associated
systems.
Again
this
is
fiscal
year
23
at
a
federal
cost
of
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
local
match,
150
000,
total
cost
of
750
000
and
we'll
answer
any
questions
you
may
have.
