A
A
H
I
would
just
suggest
adding
Colleen's
lesson
into.
A
A
F
A
Right
thanks,
Kate,
we'll
wait
for
that
motion
carries
all
right
reports
from
officers
and
committees,
directors
report.
Indeed,.
B
I
think
that
I
think
that
everybody
knows
but
I'll
give
you
a
few
details.
We
have
rectified
the
my
Sports
Locker
are
a
flown
debt.
They
have
repaid
their.
They
made
an
initial
payment
of
nearly
fifteen
thousand
dollars
and
they
are
up
to
date
so
they're
making
regular
monthly
payments.
So
that
has
been
rectified.
B
We
have
had
a
meeting
myself
in
Larry
Allen,
formerly
Assistant
Attorney,
with
the
office
of
the
controller,
to
figure
out
the
overall
like
loan
Rehabilitation
situation,
so
essentially
what
we've
decided,
instead
of
just
either
launching
people
into
default
or
trying
to
come
up
with
some
type
of
plan
ourselves.
B
We
are
partnering
with
sbdc
Ivy
Tech
to
get
in
contact
with
the
who
may
be
delinquent
or
behind
or
or
whatnot,
or
a
non-payment
status.
B
To
do
a
financial
report
on
the
business
you
know
see
where
they're
at
see
how
we
can
figure
out
how
to
you
know,
get
them
back
on
track
and-
and
you
know
see
what's
going
on
with
their
business
and
if
they
do
decide
to
enroll
in
these
services
for
from
sbdc,
which
are
completely
free
as
far
as
the
Consulting,
they
can
potentially
get
an
extra
like
two
years
on
their
loan,
so
there
could
be
a
two-year
extension
on
it,
but
they
would
have
to
be
in
contact
with
sbdc.
B
There
is
a
form
where
there
is
like
proof
that
they
send
to
us,
and
it's
like
we
are
enrolled
in
these
services,
and
then
we
reevaluate
the
loan
and
see
where
we
go
with
that,
regardless
everyone
who
is
behind
or
is
a
non-payment,
has
been
asked
formally
to
be
gained
payments
of
any
type.
So
this
is
this
is
what
we're
doing
for
the
Fab
loans.
B
A
Yeah,
just
clarification.
C
B
All
those
loans
were
till
2026.,
that
was
the
payment
date.
They
were
supposed
to
start
repaying
the
loans
in
June
of
2020,
one
I
believe
and
I'm,
and
don't
quote
me
on
that
because
it's
kind
of
kind
of
rough
it
was
kind
of
started
before
I
came,
but
then
there
was
an
additional
extension
and
then
the
loan
started
getting
repaid
and
some
of
them
didn't,
and
so
there
was
a
bit
of
a
disconnect
there
with
changes
in
staff.
B
B
As
far
as
the
buea,
there
are
two
or
three
loans
that
are
delinquent,
that
I
would
consider
delinquent,
and
then
there
are
a
couple
where
people
are
just
a
couple
months
behind,
okay,
you
know
and
as
far
as
like
the
delinquency,
that's
roughly
four
to
six
months,
but
they
have
been
in
contact
they're,
trying
to
make
an
effort
to
pay
back
and
they
are
not
anywhere
as
substantial
as
the
fifty
thousand
dollars.
That.
C
B
At
this
juncture,
the
opposite
of
the
controller.
Well,
no,
let
me
take
that
back.
We've
been
informed
by
the
office
of
the
controller
that,
because
of
how
we
accept
payments-
and
this
is
State
policy-
not
City
policy-
we
have
to
deposit
the
payment
within
24
hours
of
receiving
the
payment.
B
So
if
we
were
to
go
through
some
third
party
servicer
or
do
something
to
that
effect,
we
can't
legally
fulfill
that
obligation
because
of
the
delay
of
it
going
through
an
electronic
process.
B
So
what
we
have
recommended
people
doing
is
going
to
their
bank
and
setting
up
an
ACH
where
they
can
like
have
the
bank
just
directly
like
automatically
every
month,
just
send
a
check
to
us,
because
it's
from
financial
institutions
straight
to
straight
to
the
city.
So
so
that
is
the
best
mode
of
getting
getting
those.
B
Annoying
experience
is
super
annoying
so
but
yeah
and
if
there's
anybody
who
is
listening
to
this
or
needs
any
assistance
with
that
they
can
contact
ESD
and
we
can
help
them
figure
out
how
to
get
those
payments
started.
So.
B
Yeah
so
I
just
I
added
the
grants
that
were
agreed
upon
in
the
new
budget.
There
are
a
few
adjustments
to
them
just
to
make
them
a
little
bit
easier.
The
process
a
little
easier
instead
of
an
application
process.
People
are
going
to
actually
come
and
present
to
us,
which
I
think
with
the
nature
of
the
grants
that
we
do
have
as
new
grants
with
building
Improvement,
Ada
accessibility
and
Safety
and
Security
I.
B
Think
it's
a
little
bit
easier
for
people
to
come
in
and
explain
their
situation
as
opposed
to
just
writing
it
down
in
US
sort
of
like
trying
to
infer
what
is
going
on.
Photos
are
great
and
all
of
that,
but
it's
much
easier.
If
someone
can
come
in
and
explain
to
you
the
situation,
a
couple
of
other
things
they
are
at
the
amount
given
is
at
the
discretion
of
the
board
as
well,
which
was
something
that
we
had
I
think
we
had
kind
of
parse
them
out
separately.
B
You
know
some
people
might
need
like
500.
Some
people
might
need
like
ten
thousand
dollars
and
I
think
that
it
should
be
up
to
the
board.
As
to
you
know
what
you
know,
what
what
projects
do
do,
we
think
will
be
the
most
beneficial
to
not
only
the
business
owner
and
the
residents,
but
the
Zone
in
general.
B
So
if
we
give
you
ten
thousand
dollars,
that's
it
at
least
for
now,
until
we
raise
the
budget
lines,
I
think
that
that
is
also
kind
of
like
the
best
way
of
going
about
it.
So
I'm
not
sure
if
we
need
to
do
like
a
quick
vote
on
all
of
those,
but
you
guys
have
had
two
months
to
like
check
it
out.
So
I
think
that
I.
C
B
No,
no
it's
it's
just
that
particular
Grant.
No,
just
that
particular
Grant
you
won't.
We
won't
be
limited
from
any
other
grants
that
are
available
just
that
particular
one
because
with
it
with
also
these
award
amounts
being
at
the
discretion
of
the
board,
they
could
easily
be
like
cleared
out
like
the
whole
Grant
could
be
cleared
out
easily.
If
the
project
is
big
enough
and
the
board
deems
it
worthy
of
the
entire
amount.
B
So
to
you
know,
give
someone
twenty
thousand
dollars
and
then
the
next
year
they
come
for
it.
It's
like
okay!
Well,
no,
so
that's
why
initially
they're
they're
once
in
a
lifetime.
Hopefully
we
can
put
more
money
in
those
budget
lines
and
then
maybe
break
them
down
a
little
bit
more.
So
there
will
be
limits
and
then,
like
you
know,
you
can
apply
everything
once
every
like
four
years
or
five
years
or
something
to
that
effect,
but
we're
still
working
still
working
out
the
Kinks
since
their
new
loans.
Sure.
H
B
I
H
That's
a
really
good
catch.
Okay.
That
would
be
great
because
that
seems
like
just
to
be
consistent
and
then,
in
that
same
Grant,
the
under
guidelines
4D
improved
perception.
H
What
and
we've
probably
talked
about
this
before,
but
what?
What
would
that
entail?
How
would
that
be
assessed?.
H
Then
this
may
be
also
something
that
just
didn't.
E
H
So
in
both
the
beautification
and
accessibility
descriptions,
sidewalks
are
not
included,
like
they're
explicitly
excluded
under
beautification
and
they're
not
mentioned
as
an
eligible
expense
under
accessibility
to
me,
having
walked
the
downtown
a
lot
I,
absolutely
think.
Sidewalk
repair
should
be
included
under
accessibility
and
even
I
would
argue
under
beautification,
because
some
of
those
sidewalks
are
just
if
I
were
in
a
wheelchair
or
had
some
other
mobility
issue.
It
would
be
really
challenging
to
navigate.
Is.
B
Did
not
discuss
that,
but
I
am
100
open
to
that.
That
is
like
it's
I
feel
like
sidewalks
are
a
touchy
issue.
Yes,.
B
I
C
I
B
B
B
Yeah,
yes,
okay,
because
we
have
approved
the
grants
via
the
budget
last
year,
so
any
modifications
I
think
are
just
what
right.
Colleen,
yes,
just
modifications,
since
we've
already
approved
them.
Okay,.
C
F
Well,
especially
since
you
know,
we
brought
up
accessibility,
I've
noticed
some
of
the
handicapped
scooters
that
people
are
using
have
the
smaller
Wheels
like
they
have
on
the
upright
scooters
that
are
dangerous.
Yes,.
A
Well,
I
was
looking.
It
looks
like
the
lender,
three
different
of
the
Zone
Improvement
Grants
Safety
and
Security
business,
building,
Improvement,
potentially
or,
and
then
accessibility.
H
H
The
others
just
don't
mention
it:
okay,.
A
Yes
and
add
the
sidewalks
to
Safety
and
Security,
and
business
accessibility
and
beautification
and
beautification.
Thank
you
Mary
all
right,
so
do
I,
have
a
motion
to
make
a
correction
to
business,
building,
Improvement
and
the
addition
to
Safety
and
Security
modification
and
beautification.
So.
G
A
C
B
Okay,
oh
let
me
just
say
I
did
add
in
the
email
that
I
sent
that
everyone
needed
to
review
the
financial
reports
on
their
own,
because
Cheryl
is
not
present
today,
so
just
wanted
to
throw
that
out
there
before.
We
continue
with
the
financial
reports.
H
B
We
will
be,
they
will
be
presenting
in
September
what,
after
looking
over
the
notes
and
discussing
with
Stacy,
what
we
realized
was
that
in
their
initial
presentation,
they
ran
out
of
time
and
the
board
had
said
that
we
would
give
them
time
to
give
the
full
presentation
or
complete
their
presentation,
which
we
did
not
get
to
last
time.
B
So
in
September
they
will
be
completing
their
presentation
and
then
we
will
be
having
the
vote
so
just
to
be
fair
and
to
uphold
what
we
said
that
we
would
do
for
them.
We
are
going
to
give
them
full
time
in
September
for.
H
That
so
I'm,
just
looking
at
the
minutes
that
we
approved,
doesn't
mention
that
we
would
give
them
another
shot
at
the
presentation.
H
It
says
due
to
limited
time
the
board
requested
more
time
to
decide
or
we'll
submit
questions
to
be
answered.
The
board
requested
and
impact
statement
for
the
bue,
bue
and
Community
impact,
so
I
I,
don't
know
I'm
happy
that
you
know
to
have
them
come
back,
but
I
just
want
to
be
clear
about
like
what
the
expect,
what
their
expectations
are
based
on
what
we
talked
about
last
time
and
in
the
email.
B
I'd
like
to
review
those
minutes
because
I
feel,
like
maybe
the
didn't
care,
maybe
then
the
minutes,
don't
the
written
minutes,
don't
capture
that
part.
So
let
me
go
review
those
minutes
to
make
sure
regardless
there
were
questions
asked
by
the
board
directly
to
small
and
mighty,
and
they
should
have
the
opportunity
to
come
and
answer
them
in
person.
H
A
Good
okay,
so
we'll
hear
from
hear
from
them
follow
up
in
September,
okay,.
H
Oh
sorry,
sorry
I,
don't
know
if
this
is
the.
If
director's
report
is
a
time
to
ask
this
question,
but
the
we
had
also
talked
about
recruiting
a
labor
rep
is
there,
do
you
have
any
update
on
that
to
the.
B
Board
I
I
think
that
I
may
have
put
that
in
in
the
email,
but
no
I
do
not.
Oh
no
I
sent
it
in
in.
B
The
board
I
do
have
two
prospects
currently,
but
I
haven't
heard
back
from
them.
You
know
fingers
crossed
I
will
but
I'm
still
I'm
still
searching.
Okay,
because
I
know
that
this,
the
the
Quorum
situation
is
getting
even
more
difficult.
Now
that
we're
also
losing
Alex
and
it's
been
nearly
impossible
to
find
represent
a
residential
representative.
That's
a
Republican
or
an
independent,
so
okay,
we're
working
as
as
hard
as
I
can
to
mine.
B
Yeah
I
hear
back
from
them,
then
once
again
I'm
at
a
lot.
So
if
you
do
have
Labor
Representatives
potential
labor
Representatives
representative
for
the
steam
Fitters
union-
and
they
were
interested
okay.
B
H
And
then
Alex's
and
for
whoever
is
with
Alex
Crowley.
The
director
of
the
Cities
economic
and
sustainable.
H
B
So,
whoever
whoever
would
be
interim
director
will
be
taking
over
that
position
so
which
brings
up
another
topic
for
another
time,
but
I
do
want
everybody
to
think
about.
You
know
some
changes
in
the
bylaws
for
like
proxy
voting
and
things
like
that,
because
those
are
things
that
aren't
in
our
bylaws
currently
and
if
we
continue
to
have
Quorum
issues,
changes
in
staff.
Things
like
that.
That
is
something
that
we
should
very
much
consider
so
gotcha.
A
A
You
thank
you
you,
okay,
so
on
the
financial
reports,
do
you
mentioned
that
those
were
sent
in
advance
with
the
expectation
that
we
would
vote
on
those
today?
I
would
just
make
one
comment.
I
think
we
can
see
from
the
May
Financial
reports
that
we
are
the
membership
fees
are
coming
in
to
date
as
of
Month
in
May
there's
about
a
hundred
and
ten
thousand
dollars
that
of
Revenue.
That
has
come
in
so
if
I
understanding.
A
A
A
Thank
goodness
for
technology,
though,
right
see
all
of
this
all
right
new
business,
so
we
have
some
voting
to
do
and
then
we
will
hear
from
Wonder
lab.
But
to
start
it
looks
like
Chris
you're
you're,
our
guy
for
the
CFB.
A
Should
you
remind
me
exactly,
I
was
going
to
ask
just
for
the
record:
can
we
get
the
CFB?
Oh.
B
Yeah
so
Gene
Cooper
Smith,
it's
a
cdfi
friendly.
It
is.
It
is
that
board
so
I.
The
former
I
believe
that
in
the
contract
that
buea
set
up.
B
D
Appreciate
it
was
actually
on
the
Community
Foundation
when
that
was
formed.
A
Hearing
reports
from
you
so
we'll
need
a
motion
then
to
approve
Chris
to
the
CFB
board,
so
moved
the
second.
Second,
all
those
in
favor.
F
A
A
I
A
August
9th
okay,
so
we
need
to
vote
on
canceling.
The
August
9th
meeting
of
the
buea
do
I
have
a
motion.
F
E
But
yeah
really
excited
I'm.
Just
gonna
read
through
this
I
believe
there's
like
14
grants,
we're
asking
you
to
approve
artists
and
our
organizations
in
the
buea.
So
that's
exciting.
Thank
you
very
much,
I'm
just
going
to
go
through
this
field,
so
bear
with
me.
E
Facilitate
involvement
in
arts
and
cultural
activities
provide
an
opportunity
to
participate
in
the
creative
process,
Advance
the
quality
and
availability
of
the
Arts
in
the
zone
celebrate
or
enhance
the
identity
of
the
zone,
so
that
was
all
under
consideration
when
they
looked
at
these.
So
as
part
of
its
annual
Grant
cycle,
members
of
the
art
commission,
along
with
Community
readers
working
locally
in
the
Arts,
evaluate
the
applications
according
to
the
following
criteria.
Capacity.
Does
the
project
have
a
clear
plan
and
outcome
and
a
plan
to
achieve
those
outcomes?
E
Does
the
artist
and
the
or
the
art
group
have
Financial
Resources
committed
to
the
project
outside
of
this
grant,
then
there's
also
Community
impact
is
the
project
addressing
a
community
need?
Does
it
engage
in
larger
Community
dialogues?
Does
it
reach
out
or
connect
with
various
communities
that
exist
in
Bloomington?
Is
it
partnering
with
other
organizations
and
then
the
last
thing
is
equity
and
inclusion?
E
They
recommend
that
the
bua
fund,
the
following
14
Zone
art
grants
for
a
total
of
seventeen
thousand
dollars.
Seventeen
thousand
five
hundred
dollars
can't
forget
that
500.
and
so
overall
there
were
35
grants
that
were
awarded,
so
this
is
14
of
them
we're
asking
from
the
BBA,
because
a
lot
of
our
funding
comes
from
you
guys.
So
thank
you
all
right.
So
here
are
the
grants,
for
the
commission
is
recommending.
Chaz
can
I
pause.
G
A
The
last
packet,
but
they're.
B
A
In
this
packet,
can
we
take
a
two-minute
break
to
make
some
copies
or
something.
B
E
A
Or
have
a
seat
have
a
seat?
So
thank
you
for
being
here
so
presentation
from
Wonder
lab
today.
You'd
mentioned
your
name
earlier.
If
you
just
stated
again
and
then,
if
you
can,
we
should
have
a
couple
of
two
or
three
pages
here
in
our
packet.
So
if
everyone
can
pull
to
those
and
kind
of
brought.
G
I'm
Karen
Jepson
Ennis
I'm,
the
director
of
the
Wonder
lab
Museum,
if
you're
not
familiar
with
Wonder
lab,
where
your
neighborhood
Family
Focus
Science
Center,
just
about
two
blocks
down
south
on
the
beeline
Trail
and
the
museum
is
a
private
501c3
organization
and
we've
been
open
in
our
Fourth
Street
location
for
20
years
we
opened
in
2003,
and
my
request
is
very
simple:
we
need
new
front
doors
to
the
museum
and
first
I
just
want
to
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
of
making
a
proposal
here.
G
It
came
actually
through
another
city
agency
through
Lauren
Clements,
when
wonderlab
had
applied
for
a
seal,
Grant
and
energy
efficiency
grant
in
2002,
and
we
were
the
the
front
door.
G
Environmental
security
part
came
up
as
part
of
that
report.
So
I
found
my
way
up
here
and
thanks
for
for
listening
to
my
proposal.
So
anyway,
since
we
opened
20
years
ago,
our
attendance
in
the
museum
has
been
over
one
and
a
half
million
people,
and
so
the
front
doors
are
have
just
aged
out
they're,
just
they
require
constant
maintenance
and
they
are
gapping
open
so
that
we
have
a
lot
of
wasted
energy.
G
G
I
know
if
you
can
see
from
from
the
images
here,
but
we
have
an
exterior
door
and
a
small
vestibule
and
then
an
interior
door,
and
that
provides
our
airlock
and
helps
us
improve
Energy
Efficiency,
that's
built
into
the
building.
What
we've
struggled
with
since
the
beginning
is
just
people
getting
in
the
front
door
and
over
the
years
we've
had
the
people
at
our
front
desk
jump
up
if
they
see
a
parent
in
a
big
stroller
with
kids
in
tow.
G
G
So,
just
over
the
last
few
years,
it's
just
becoming
more
obvious
that
we
need
a
better
solution
to
be
more
accessible
to
more
of
our
constituents,
so
we
are
putting
in,
in
addition
to
the
total
cost
for
automatic
door
openers,
and
they
have
been
priced
out
by
by
City
Glass
at
a
total
of
12
650.
That's
on
page
three
little
project
expenses,
and
that
includes
both
doors.
G
It
will
be
both
the
exterior
door
has
a
push
button,
automatic
opener
and
then
the
vestibule
door
also
has
has
a
door
opener
and,
in
addition,
there's
some
electrical
wiring
work
that
needs
to
be
incorporated,
so
we're
we're
very
interested
in
that
Improvement
in
terms
of
serving
the
community
and
also
our
staff
as
well.
The
other
upgrade
that
we're
really
excited
to
make
is
a
security
upgrade
both
for
wonderlab
and
for
our
visitors,
and
that
is
changing
our
current
key
key
lock
system
to
a
keypad
electronic
system.
G
It
also
enables
us
to
have
a
drop
down,
locking
mechanism
and
automatic
door
locking
system
if
we
would
ever
have
to
close
the
building
doors
off
for
a
potential
security
threat,
so
that
helps
protect
our
visitors
as
well
as
our
staff.
This
is
our
our
primary
goal
every
day
that
we're
open.
So
those
are
the
two
additions
to
the
basic
front
door,
replacement,
the
basic
front
door
replacement
just
the
door,
no
keypad,
no
door.
G
Openers
will
also
dramatically
increase
our
current
Energy
Efficiency,
just
because
the
doors
won't
Gap,
open,
they'll,
have
a
upgraded
latch
mechanism
and
weather
stripping,
so
I'm
very
excited
that
we
have
received
partial
funding
for
the
full
project
cost.
The
full
project.
Cost
is
28
222
and
it's
line
itemed
out
there
and
we
do
have
a
Anonymous
donor
who's
who's,
given
sixteen
thousand
of
that.
G
So
my
respectful
request
to
you
is
is
for
the
balance
of
that
is
two
twelve
thousand
two
hundred
and
twenty
two
dollars
and
that
will
go
towards
the
automatic
door
opener
in
particular,.
E
G
Our
timeline
is
pretty
much
now
and
because
we
did
have
that
match
funding
the
initial
funding
we
do
now,
as
of
as
of
now
have
a
locked
in
date
for
August
13th,
and
that's
really
the
soonest
that
we
could
make
it
happen.
This
is
an
urgent
need
for
the
for
the
building
for
the
museum.
So
that's
our
timeline
is
August
13th
and
we'll
take
two
days
on
Monday
we're
close
to
the
public
anyway.
G
E
H
I
have
a
question,
and
this
might
be
one
for
you.
What
Grant
would
you
anticipate
this
funding
coming
from?
Well.
B
I
B
We
wouldn't
have
to
take
all
the
funding
out
of
one
of
the
grant
funds
just
so
it
for
potential
other
people
coming
in
and
asking
for.
For
that
specific
reason
you
could,
we
could
split
it
between
the
two
Grant
between
two
budget
lines
or
we
could
take
it
out
all
out
of
one.
It's
really
up
to
the
board
on
how
you
would
like
to
do
that.
You
should
support
this.
F
Problem
taking
that
up
both
you
know
the
door
for.
H
Yeah,
my
only
my
only
concern
is
I
meant
I
would
support
taking
it
out
of
the
two
separate
ones,
because
that's
going
to
draw
down
the
balance
for
both
of
those
pretty
significantly
and
I
and
we're
pretty
early
in
the
year
right.
So
I
don't
know
I'm
just
thinking
it
through.
A
A
Think
it's
it's
exactly
what
these
grants
were
created
to
do
and
Wonder
lab
being
a
20-plus
year,
business
in
our
organization
and
our
community,
and
serving
many
many
people
and
having
a
building
physical
space
in
the
zone
and
the
accessibility
that
it
would
would
bring
for
your
your
patrons
I
think
this
is
exactly
what
these
grants
were
intended
to
do.
H
Questions
so
just
going
back
to
my
reflection
of
the
broader
communities
awareness
of
these
grants,
we
would
still
have
the
potential
in
the
future.
Should
we
reach
a
point
where
these
funds
are
expended,
of
transferring
funds
from
our
reserves
to
replenish,
because
I
just
feel
like
we
have
a
lot
more
marketing
to
do
of
these
funds
and
I
support
the
project.
I
think
that's
valid.
H
I
just
am
thinking
through
what
the
implications
are
of
this
much
so
soon,
and
the
availability
of
funds
for
other
projects
that
we
just
don't
know
about.
B
D
I
B
H
B
You
know
any
from
any
any
pool
of
money
that
we
have
I
mean
it's
truly
up
to
up
to
the
board
as
to
how
you
want
to
distribute
that
money.
If
you
want
to
read
stream
your
money,
if
you
want
to
make
the
budget
lens
larger,
it's
there's
there
I,
don't
believe
that
there's
anything
in
the
bylaws
that
says
that
you
can't.
C
D
A
A
Annual
budget
lines,
so
we
will
carry
forward
this.
These
idea
of
these
grants
and
I
think
during
our
budget
process.
We
could.
This
is
the
first
year
out
see
how
it's
going.
If
we
need
to
add
more
to
these
budget
lines,
we.
H
A
A
A
Grand
funds,
okay,
so
is:
are
we
prepared
to
take
a
vote
on
it?
Ready,
okay,
emotion,
then,
to
approve
the
project
presented
to
us
today
for
Wonder
lab
front
doors,
automatic
door
openers
and
which
would
be
a
total
of
twelve
thousand
two
hundred
twenty
two
dollars
and.
A
Would
be
split
between
Zone
Improvement,
Grants,
small
business,
Safety
and
Security
and
business
accessibility?
Modification
do
I,
have
a
motion.
F
A
Second,
okay,
all
those
in
favor
all.
I
A
All
right
same
sign
opposed.
Oh
sorry,
I
keep
this
in
case.
My
apologies,
okay,
same
sign
for
opposed
okay
motion
carries
all
right.
Congratulations.
G
That's
wonderful!
Thank
you
so
much
so
then.
My
next
question
is
how
may
I
acknowledge
your
contribution.
H
Picture
of
D
right
by
the
door.
Well,
I
was
thinking.
G
Right
should
I
just
say:
oops
I'll
spell
it
out,
be
Bloomington
Urban.
B
You'd,
like
yeah,
do
you
would
you
like
me
to
just
email
you
we're
going
to
be.
G
I
G
A
B
Ask
you
the
question
I
we
can.
We
can
discuss.
G
I
E
Okay,
so
you
all
have
the
documentation
now
just
a
quick
overview,
so
the
BBA
allocates
40K
for
these
Zone
art
grants,
which
we
have
three
Grant
Cycles
at
the
Bloomington
Arts
commission,
the
first
one
is
art
projects,
and
then
we
have
two
more
so
again.
This
is
giving
17
500
for
14
organizations
and
artists
who
are
in
the
BBA
again.
E
E
E
So,
as
you
see
in
front
of
you,
we
have
the
first
one
cicada
Cinema
for
a
thousand
one
thousand
five
hundred
dollars.
Funds
are
requested
to
support
affordability
of
underseen
and
underrepresented.
Film
screenings
improved
cinematic
exhibition,
quality
and
accessibility,
as
well
as
to
increase
the
reach
and
efficient
efficiency
of
our
marketing
efforts.
E
Grant
funds
will
help
pay
for
film
screening,
licensing
fees
and
marketing,
so
the
Zone
impact
is
that
films
take
place,
that
several
businesses
estab
several
business
establishments
within
the
Zone,
including
the
orbit
room,
Hopscotch,
coffee
and
the
block
house,
as
well
as
I,
think
Uplands
in
it.
They
do
a
bunch
like
downtown.
E
So
again
the
mixture
of
Art,
Plus
business,
wonderful
thing.
Next
up,
we
have
the
far
photo
review
group.
E
So
it's
where
group
exhibition
and
it's
1
500
funds
are
requested
to
support
a
free
photography
exhibition
featuring
far
Food
review
participants
that
will
showcase
a
variety
of
photographic
techniques
from
local
photographers
of
all
skills
to
at
no
cost
to
the
artist
Grant
funds
will
help
pay
for
photo
printing
and
marketing.
E
A
local
printer
will
be
printing
the
work
and
again
this
is
giving
a
chance
for
people
who
might
not
be
professional
to
be
able
to
print
their
work
and
frame
it
and
it'll
be
part
of
the
gallery
walk
opening
up
far
in
the
winter.
This
year,
Lotus
Arts
Lotus
education
and
arts
Foundation.
This
is
for
the
30th
annual
Lotus
World
Music
and
Arts
Festival,
one
thousand
dollars.
Funds
are
requested
to
support
our
free
community
component
of
lotus
Fest,
which
is
called
Lotus
in
the
park.
E
It
has
live,
International,
music
performances,
Global
arts
and
crafts
for
families,
artist,
presentations,
Etc,
Grant
funds
will
help
pay
artist
fees.
The
impact
is
that
the
business
is
a
the
business
is
within
the
zone
and
the
activities
take
place
at
venues,
including
switch
yard
park
within
the
zone.
E
So
next
up
is
orbit
room
mural
on
a
mural
on
the
parklet
on
College
Ave,
so
they
have
like
a
wooden
deck
at
orbit
room
and
they
want
to
paint
a
mural
to
to
beautify
it.
They
made
this
really
accessible
outdoor
area
and
they
would
like
to
use
they
requested
funds
to
support
artist,
Aaron
Toby
to
paint
a
mural
all
over
the
Ada
accessible
deck.
So
the
grant
funds
will
help
pay
for
artists
fee
and
material.
H
So
I'm
wondering
if
one
we
could
make
sure
that
this
documentation
is
uploaded
on
the
website,
like
maybe
a
packet
addendum
for
the
public
and
then,
if
maybe
could
just
highlight.
E
Yeah
I'll
highlight
I'll,
go
quicker,
I
noticed
I
knew
we
were
running
low
I
just
wanted
to
give
the
due
to
the
places
so
yeah.
Let's
because
we
do
I
would
love
if
this
could
get
approved
or
not
approved.
We
know
because
we're
wait.
People
are
waiting
on
these
grants.
Sure,
okay,
so
orbit
room
again.
It
beautifies
the
downtown
square
with
the
downtown
Square,
which
is
in
the
zone,
paint
Bloomington,
500
Grant
funds
to
help
pay
for
classes,
supplies
promotional
event.
H
E
Dying
with
local
plants
at
the
Banneker,
Urban
Farm,
obviously
Banneker
Center
is
in
with
a
Zone
and
it's
to
help
kids.
If
the
grant
funding
goes
to
teaching
artists
to
teach
kids
how
to
die
with
local
plants,
very
cool
picked
her
a
gallery
a
picture,
a
kids
workshop
series,
one
thousand
dollars,
Victory
galleries
in
the
zone,
and
it
helps
kids
of
all
ages.
Do
these
cool
youth,
art
exhibitions
and
and
art
programming,
Kyle,
quoss,
Bloomington,
improvised
music
and
film
series.
E
Fifteen
thousand
fifteenth
fifteen
hundred
wow,
okay,
sorry
all
right,
so
the
Zone
impact
for
that
is,
the
concert
will
take
place
at
backspace
Gallery
located
within
within
the
zone
and
it's
to
pay
musicians
and
rental
fees,
and
I
will
note
that
it's
an
all
ages
accessible
venue.
So
that's
great!
Then
we
have
reimagining
Opera
for
kids,
two
thousand
dollars,
it'll
help
pay
for
Performing,
Artist
fees
for
the
performances
and
the
reimagining
Opera
for
kids
has
committed
hosting
six
performances
within
this
Zone
sounds
of
Indiana
is
up
next
for
500.
E
It's
the
project
is
everyone
in
harmony
and
the
impact
is
that
it
will
be
with
venues
in
the
zone.
Visit
Bloomington
Switzerland,
Park
Thursday
night
Summer,
music
series,
one
thousand
dollars:
funds
are
requested
to
support
the
talent
fees
and
everything,
switching
parks
and
the
Zone
wfhb
Community.
Radio
1500.
is
that
it
right
this
time.
E
Wfhb
is
in
the
zone
and
it's
for
the
local
live
remote
progress
broadcast
series
which
supports
local
artists
as
well
as
traveling
artists,
and
helps
pay
for
band
members
fees
and
promotional
material.
Then
we
have
two
more
Rebecca
Woodward
art
education,
LLC
for
her
open
figure,
drawing
sessions
for
the
community,
1500
classes
take
place
at
Artisan
Alley
located
within
the
zones.
E
The
funds
will
help
pay
for
a
classroom,
rental
model
and
teaching
artist
fees
and,
last
but
not
least,
the
Writers
Guild
it
The
Writers
Guild
in
Bloomington
for
the
spoken
word
events
1500
several
reading
events
will
take
place
at
backspace
Gallery
located
in
the
zone
and
it
helps
pay
for
reader
honoraria
and
performance
venue
expenses.
So
as
I'm
reading
through
this,
these
were
all
carefully
considered
by
the
BAC
as
well
as
Holly,
our
staff
liaison
for
that
they
feel
very
strongly
that
these
again
they're
all
they
all
take
place
within
the
zone.
E
They
impact
people
in
the
zone
and
outside
of
the
zone
and
enhance
Bloomington.
There
were
so
many
great
grants
that
no
one
even
got
fully
funded,
so
this
is
really
important
to
the
people
to
at
least
give
them
something
so
I
hope
you
will
consider
approving
this
and
voting
for
this,
because
all
these
things
are
really
important
to
arts
and
culture.
It
helps
Economic,
Development
and
so
forth,
and
we
think
that
these
these
organizations
and
artists
really
do
fit
what
the
bua
stands
for
and
what
you
would
want
to
fund.
E
A
I
have
to
acknowledge
a
conflict
with
two
of
the
awardees
Kyle
Kloss
is
my
husband,
so
completely
unaware.
I
was
super
surprised
to
see
his
name
here,
so
he
I
know
he
submits
for
Grants
periodically,
and
so
that
is
a
certainly
a
conflict
for
me
and
I
would
have
to
recuse
myself
from
that,
and
he
also
is
a
board
member
for
Writers
Guild.
A
B
A
I
I
already
gave
them
a
heads
up
when
I
saw
this
I'm
like
you're
gonna,
have
to
wait
so
yeah
I
think
it
I
think
it
would.
B
Be
fine,
so
what
what
we
had
talked
about
right
Colleen
is
that
we,
since
we
have
a
quorum
of
six
and
we
have
five
voting
members,
we
can
still
do
the
vote.
Okay
on
on
all
of
them
or
if
we
want
to
I,
think
the
the
best
manner
would
be
to
vote
on
all
of
them,
except
for
those
two.
Yes
and
then
do
another
vote
for
those
two.
So.
E
If
we
could
do
that,
I
suggest
really
on
all
of
it.
If
you
could,
just
because
waiting
kind
of
puts
us
back
we're
already
in
the
middle
of
another
Grant
cycle,
and
we
have
a
third
one
this
year.
So
it's
we
are
trying
to
move
this
along
as
possible
as
fast
as
possible,
just
because
it's
already
halfway
through
the
year
and
we
have
two
more
Grant
Cycles
to
deal
with.
A
A
C
A
Post
same
sign,
okay,
hearing
non-motion,
carries
very
good.
Can.
H
I
ask
a
quick
question:
in
the
past:
we've
had
a
bua
member
on
the
committee.
I
think
I've
done
it
a
couple
times.
Did
we
have
anybody
this
year.
E
E
E
A
The
Arts,
thank
you
Chas
for
your
presentation.
Does
it
look
like
we
have
any
unfinished
business,
any
general
discussion
for
the
good
of
the
order,
nothing.
In
that
case
we
will
call
the
July
12
2023
euea
meeting
to
a
close.
We
have
a
tournament.
