Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right
so
I
apologize.
A
C
Deviation:
Barry
Morgan
the
UEA
board
member
Heather
Robinson.
C
Yeah
we're
glad
to
have
you
Julie
Dunham,
bua
board
member
Paul.
E
A
A
No
motion
to
approve
minutes
from
January
so.
A
Second
17.,
thank
you.
Aaron
motion
paired
all
right.
I'm,
sorry
is
everyone.
Everyone
agreeing
all
in
favor.
B
A
In
favor
I'm
sorry
anybody
opposed
okay,
great
nextly,
sorry
I
was
I,
have
meeting
notes
and
I
also
have
the
agenda
up
top,
so
everyone
can
see
it
and
those
online.
So
I
was
just
trying
to
get
that
sorted
out.
A
Let's
see,
firstly,
I
do
want
to
address
the
passing
of
Jackie
Jenner.
He
was
a
member
for
the
board
for
quite
a
long
time
very
much
before
myself.
So
you
know
condolences
to
the
family
and
to
the
board
members
who
knew
him
well,
unfortunately,
I
never
got
to
meet
him.
So
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
all
remember
that
and
recognize
that.
D
D
D
A
Is
doing
right
now
we
have
a
dispersed
the
first
of
the
70
000
that
the
board
approved
for
the
MCCSC
Foundation,
the
second
35
000
I'm,
just
waiting
on
signatures
on
the
contract,
so
I
can
get
that
payment
initiated
and
then
we'll
be
good
for
2022,
and
then
we
can
move
on
to
the
2023
contract
that
we
have
with
them.
So
that
is
all
in
motion.
Currently
we'll
talk
about
that
later
we
have
been
working
on
the
first
of
the
grant.
A
Cycles
the
Dei
anti-racism
Grant
went
live
yesterday.
Everything
is
automated.
I've
spent
a
lot
of
time
on
the
automation,
so
we
can
just
get
these
grants
out
quickly,
sign
money
out,
so
we're
not
kind
of
experiencing
the
same
things
that
we
did
at
the
end
of
the
year
last
year,
where
we're
pouring
over
spreadsheets
and
trying
to
make
sure
that
we
get
all
of
that
corrected.
A
So
you
know
this
is
a
DI
is
the
first
of
them
next
week,
it'll
be
the
resident
and
Business
scholarships,
so
there
will
also
be
automated.
So
that
is
also
just
a
very
simple
clean
process
and
we
can
get
those
rolling
and
the
Dei
is
on
a
quarterly
cycle,
so
we'll
be
releasing
three
four
times
this
year,
any
leftovers
will
be
rolled
over
into
the
next
Grant
cycle
until
we
can
get
all
the
money
out.
A
If
we
find
that
we
have
a
surplus
at
the
end
of
the
year,
then
we'll
offer
more
grants
at
the
end
of
the
year.
I
think
that
that's
kind
of
how
we're
going
to
roll
with
the
grants
at
this
point
in
time
since
they
are
on
a
cyclone,
we
kind
of
have
to
have
them
limited
to
keep
that
Automation
and
keep
that
organization
going.
A
I
do
want
the
board
to
think
about
potentially
having
some
of
these
turn
some
of
these
grants
into
flat
grants,
as
opposed
to
specific
amount
like
dollar
amounts
of
money
in
reimbursement
only
because
some
of
them
it
makes
it
a
little
bit
more
complicated
on
our
end,
as
far
as
just
keeping
things
in
order
and
the
accounting
of
it.
So
it's
something
to
consider.
A
D
Can
I
maybe
give
a
little
background
on
the
system
that
is
baked
into
so
there
are
two
things
that
the
department
is
implementing:
one:
that's
a
customer
relationship
management
system.
So
so
that
allows
us.
We
tried
to
work
on
another
one
with
the
larger
organization
last
year
and
just
ended
up
being
clunky,
and
so
we
we
brought
in
Salesforce
and
we're
testing
that
out
we're
doing
it
at
a
departmental
level
and
it
works
out,
and
we
can
maybe
expand
this
in
the
organization.
And
yet
the
efficiency
that
that
brings
is
that
we
will.
D
We
have
a
whole
bunch
of
contacts
out
of
them
and
you
know
in
the
world
it'll
help
us
Target,
those
four
programs
that
are
like
this
one,
the
UVA
programs
throughout
the
course
of
the
year
and
As
We
Gather
people,
and
we
get
interested.
We
can
load
them
into
the
CRM
and
then
it
becomes
letting
their
disseminate
information.
So
that's
the
first
thing
and
then
the
second
thing,
which
is
what
Dee
was
alluding
to,
is
the
grant
management
software
program,
which
is
different,
and
we
may
ultimately
fold
that
into
Salesforce
in
terms
of
capability.
D
But
we
stood
up
a
different
one
and
the
idea
is
we're
doing
a
lot
of
Grant
making
out
of
the
department
and
so
whether
it's
for
arts
or
it's
for
buea
or
it's
for
sustainability,
having
a
much
more
standardized
and
automated
and
robust
way
of
managing
those
moving
forward
is
the
objective.
So
so
that's
what
D
talks
about
when,
when
talking
about
automation,
just
will
make
it
easier
it'll
be
within
the
systems.
D
It
won't
be
this
kind
of
one-off
process
that
we've
had
the
last
couple
years,
not
only
for
bua,
but
all
the
grants
that
we
have
and
so
it'll
be
a
lot
more
manageable.
So
just
wanted
to
create
that
context.
A
Yeah
and
I
think
it
also
makes
it
makes
it
more
appealing
to
apply
to
a
process.
That's
automated
another
thing
that
we've
been
working
on
Gretchen
from
the
mill
and
I
have
been
working
on
the
mill
day
passes.
A
Opposed
to
it
being
like
a
paper
card
that
you
have
to
come
and
pick
up
we're
trying
to
make
it
so
it's
digital.
So
you
apply
you
get
eligible
through
our
department,
you're
directed
towards
another
piece
of
software
that
you
put
in
your
reservation,
so
it
keeps
record
keeping
on
their
end
much
easier
and
then
we're
not
trying
to
deal
with
eligibility
or
handing
out
cards
or
we're
just
taking
up
that
extra
step,
and
it
just
makes
it.
A
A
A
So
it's
the
yeah
residence
scholarships
we
got
next
week,
I'm,
currently
working
on
updating
our
contracts
with
Ivy
Tech
and
boys
and
girls
club
Lemonade,
Day
they're,
just
some
minor
adjustments
they're
pretty
much
going
to
be
the
same
thing
so
just
renewing
those
contracts
and
making
sure
that
we're
ready
to
go
on
those
and
lastly,
well
not.
Lastly,
but
one
of
one
of
the
last
things
I
have
on
this
list
is.
A
Posting
for
the
marketing
position
that
we
had
decided
to
put
into
the
budget
right
I'll
be
working
with
Larry
a
little
bit
more
on,
like
kind
of
like
yeah.
How
exactly
we
do
that
as
we
would
rather
contract
it
through
the
buea,
as
opposed
to
the
city
as
a
city's
process
is,
is
a
pretty
rigorous
process
and
it's
a
pretty
part-time
job
that
we're
asking
for
here.
So
we
want
to
kind
of
simplify
everything
as
much
as
possible.
A
B
G
A
So
I'm
familiarizing
myself
with
our
social
media
and
trying
to
get
those
going
a
little
bit
more
so
at
least
there's
there's
a
little
bit
grab.
C
A
Excellent
one
last
thing
and
I
I'm
glad
that
I
brought
my
written
hand.
C
A
As
well,
we.
A
We're
working
on
a
bit
of
an
onboarding
packet,
something
that's
adjustable
easy
to
reference.
I
did
send
the
bylaws
to
everyone,
because
I
know
that
we've
had
some
questions
about
that.
There
could
be
some
clarification
everybody
can
read
through
them.
Obviously
we
have
Larry
as
a
resource
if
we
have
any
questions
about
those
things
but
kind
of
putting
together
something
that's
a
little
bit
digestible
so
like
when
you
walk
in
it's
like
okay,
I
know
what
I'm
doing
feel
comfortable
here.
A
I
know
what
people
are
talking
about,
so
we're
we're
working
on
kind
of
a
preliminary
quick
one
to
do
for
the
future
board
members
that
we'll
have
in
the
coming
months,
but
I
would
like
to
have
something.
That's
that's
polished
and
finalized
that
we
can
at
least
use
for
the
next.
Like
you
know
three
to
four
years.
That
looks
good.
So
that's
all
I
have
as
far
as
what
we're
doing
with
the
Department
Cheryl
you
ready.
I
am
okay.
A
Just
oh
for
sure,
yeah
sure,
yeah
Heather.
Would
you
like
to
introduce
yourself.
C
Sure
I'd
be
happy
to
bye
everyone
pleasure
to
be
here.
I
made
a
little
bit
about
myself.
I
am
an
IU
grad.
B
I,
like
many
IU
grads
left
Wilmington,
but
I
was
thrown
back
to.
C
C
Now
together
so.
G
C
C
G
A
There
I
think:
well,
you
know
me
assistant
director
for
small
business
I'm,
also
a
boomerang.
B
A
Right
right,
yeah,
you
know
we're
really
happy
to
have
you
here.
It's
we
have
means
to
do
a
lot
of
good
for
the
community.
There's
a
lot
of
opportunity
out
there
and
you
know
we're
we're
doing
our
best.
I
know
everybody
in
the
department.
Just
we're
really
excited
about
the
new
grants
that.
A
Out
and
all
these
things
that
we
can
potentially
do
so
we're
happy
to
have
you
on
board.
So
thank.
C
Oh
great,
all
right,
we
have
Kate
on
online,
oh
yeah,
hi,
Kate,
hi,.
A
A
C
A
G
C
G
A
Okay,
let's
move
on
to
financials.
C
Okay,
so
last
month
I
presented
the
so
in
January
I
presented
this
December
finances
and
I
made.
The
comment
that
I
didn't
provide.
I
was
not
providing
the
full
year-end
budget
versus
actual,
because
I
still
haven't
had
an
interest
sheet.
C
F
C
Okay,
yeah,
so
I
had
one
interest
to
add
in
so.
If
you
look
at
the
the
sheet
that
says,
profit
and
lost
budget
versus
actual
the
only
change
on
here
is
the
interest
of
34.95,
and
that
is
under
the
business
Zone
loan
interest.
C
So
that
went
up
to
two
thousand
five
hundred
forty
three
dollars
and
forty
five
cents.
For
the
year
for
retired
fiscal
year,
bringing
total
income
of
ordinary
income
to
400,
484
707.16.
C
So
that
also
caused
a
change
in
their
net
income
down
at
the
very
bottom
to
281
000
8.51.
So
that
is
the
only
change
from
my
last
presentation
for
December
and
then
for
the
Year.
This
gives
me
a
complete
picture
of
what
you
spent
versus
your
budget
so
Heather.
Just
we
had
a
large
Zone
membership
that
came
on
after
we
had
already
budgeted,
which.
G
C
D
The
way
that
BBA
receives
revenue
is
that
a
business
can
receive
effectively
a
10-year
tax
payment,
but
unlike
typical
tax
abatement,
where
they
receive
some
percentage
of
the
tax
evaded
in
this
case
they
receive.
If
Improvement
you
know,
all
of
their
incremental
assessed
value
taxation
approved,
but
in
exchange
for
that
they
pay
a
fee
to
the
buea
and.
C
D
D
B
C
So
then,
we'll
switch
over
to
January.
C
So
if
you
look
at
your
profit
and
loss
page,
we
basically
brought
in
543.32
cents
for
the
month
your
expenses
total
2
567.34
cents,
and
that
is
broken
out
by
giving
out
a
grant
of
two
thousand
dollars
to
the
overworked
Community
Center
and
3
800
to
another
grant.
That
is,
that
fell
under
other
making.
That
5800
and.
C
C
C
An
example
you're
earning
November
that
was
all
just
savings,
was
667.66
should
instead
of
bank
service
charges,
should
that
be
an
interest
line
then
the
way
it's
set
up
in
the
books
it's
set
up.
The
interest
goes
into
bank
charges
because
you
do
get
Bank
fees,
so
they're
making
charges.
It
also
includes
interest,
so
it
shows
up
as
a
negative,
which
is
a
positive
I,
mean
think
about
it.
Yeah
in
those
terms,
so
so.
C
C
Interest
income
line
down
here,
that
is
for
another
account
for
some
reason.
It
said
that
particular
account
is
set
up
and.
C
That
you
earn
off
of
that
is
where
it
comes
from,
so
it
is
it's
just
the
way
it.
D
So
as
a
follow-up,
maybe
what
we
can
do
is
look
into
to
what
extent
we
can
consolidate
all
interests.
You
know
by
Bank
interest
and.
G
C
C
Well,
I
get
credit
to
our
banking
institution
because
they
really
when
we
questioned,
we
were
getting
a
service
charge
to
because
we
went
below
our
threshold
we're
getting
charged
to
another
students
like
well.
Why.
G
C
C
So
if
you
switch
over
to
your
balance
sheet,
this
is
going
to
break
it
out
a
little
bit
more
to
your
the
balances
in
each
of
your
accounts.
Your
checking
account
it's
showing
the
negative
40
000
178.64
cents,
because
those
are
checks
or
expenses
that
are
out
there
waiting
to
be
process
processed
and
you
know
paid
officially
paid
so
that
that
would
include
your
the
one
payment
to
the
nccsc
that
he
was
talking
about.
C
So
your
money
market
account
currently
has
a
month
end
had
a
balance
of
two
million
two
hundred
and
twelve
thousand
eight
hundred
and
twenty
eight
dollars
again:
twelve
cents,
and
then
your
German
American
Bank
has
2585
15
cents,
an
IU
Credit
Union
has
203
613.40
and
People's
State
Bank
is
104
266.92.
C
Bring
your
basically
your
all
of
your
checking
and
savings
total
to
two
million
six
hundred
and
ninety
six
thousand
one
hundred
fourteen
dollars
and
thirty
five
cents,
and
then
all
of
the
assets
are
listed,
which
are
your
notes,
receivables.
These
are
all
loans
basically,
and
we
have
everyone
we're
down
to
just
one
group
that
is
not
paying
back
the
loan
yet
and
that's
the
fifty
thousand
one
for
my
Sports
Locker,
so
I.
G
C
Just
as
you
know,
a
point
of
interest
that
that's
everybody
else
has
been
paying
and.
C
So
your
total
expenses
for
your
long-term
notes
is
247
515.67.
C
So
when
you,
you
know,
add
those
assets
into
your
cash,
you
end
up
having
2
million
nine
hundred
forty
three
thousand
six
hundred
thirty
dollars
and
two
cents
so
now
I
did
not
provide
you
with
a
budget
to
actual
for
2023.
Yet
Dee
has
provided
me
with
the
your
approved
Revenue,
so
I
will
get
that
entered
and
into
the
system
next
month.
I'll
have.
G
A
Or
the
banking
I
haven't
spoken
to
them
directly.
Currently,
we
because
our
department
is
handling
pretty
much
all
of
those
loans
we
are
about
to
physically
mail
and
email
and
mass
those
that
are
behind
or
have
not
started
paying
back
their
loans.
So
that's
that's
an
initial
contact
like
hey.
We
need
to
figure
out
what's
going
on
right
now,
since
there
is
only
one
for
the
be
Rea
I
can
personally
reach
out.
If
you,
okay,
yeah.
D
A
C
Suggest
that
there's
a
problem-
yeah
yeah,
okay,
right
yeah,
but
we
had
there-
was
one
other
one
that
was
far
behind
but
they've
caught
up
unproduction.
That's
so
we're
down
to
just
the
one
consciousness.
A
Thanks
well,
we
we
touched
on
my
on
the
new
business
and
we
probably
need
an
emotion.
Oh
I'm.
Sorry,
yes,.
C
A
So
moved
we've
covered
in
the
new
business
and
welcome
Heather,
unfinished
business.
I'm
gonna
turn
this
over
to
Alex.
So
he
can
explain
the
signage
situation
with
the
signing
cards
and
the
banks
90.
D
D
So,
first
of
all,
Heather
for
your
benefit.
Current
St
John,
leading
the
board
have
requested
that
we
correctly
that
we
pulled
her
name
off
which
created
this
process,
so
I
spoke
with
and
visited
at
our
orbanks
and
and
interestingly,
each
is
set
up
completely
differently
and
the
signatory
cards
are
all
different,
so
I
think
it's
actually
a
good
effort
to
go
and
clean
this
up.
One
thing
that
you
should
do
is
do
it
once
so
we
don't
have
to
keep
doing
it
over
and
over
again.
So
I
think.
D
Once
we
have
formally
approved
the
list
of
people
that
need
to
be
on
the
account
and
then
having
that
captured
in
minutes
like
we
did
in
January
because
hey
crying
off,
we
will
need
to
capture
that
so
that
in
some
cases,
Banks
request
that
documentation.
So
then
the
then
the
next
step
is
to
gather
signatures
in
ink
right.
So
that'll
be
something
that
we
have
to
do
in
some
cases,
Gathering
as
you'll
see
in
the
memo
Gathering
a
driver's
license
or
another.
D
You
know
state
issued
ID
that
can
reflect
who
the
signatory
should
be.
All
of
that
gets
turned
in
whether
in
person
or
via
email,
and
then
they
create
that
that
signature
card
once
and
for
all.
That
will
be
the
effective
list
for
the
2023
in
terms
of
console
payments.
So,
as
you'll
see
last
time
in
some
cases
this
was
done
was
2015
and
mostly
it's
I
think
it
makes
sense,
because
these
are
accounts
that
just
sit
out
there.
D
So
nobody
really
I
mean
they're
CES
in
a
couple
of
cases,
so
didn't
I
can
understand
why
it
didn't
make
a
lot
of
sense
to
make
those
changes.
But
you
know
be
good
just
to
clean
it
up,
and
so
the
next
step
will
be
at
the
appropriate
meaning
to
be
determined.
I
think
my
discussion
is
to
finalized.
We
should
be
on
each
account.
Typically,
it
involves
a
controller's
office.
Jeff
Underwood
should
be
audit.
D
My
position
has
been
on
it
and
then
a
hand,
a
couple
of
important
members,
and
we
should
we
should
Define
that
list
standardize
it
across
all
the
accounts
gather
the
paperwork,
the
signatures,
Etc
and
then
I
can
just
kind
of
spend
another
90
minutes
driving
my
time,
because
if
you're
an
American
I
could
say
it
was
very
helpful
in
the
process,
as
for
the
other
Banks
so
anyway,
that
that's
a
situation
that
and
kind
of
step
and
slightly
different,
but
I've
got
it
written
down
here.
F
A
So
that
kind
of
leads
us
into
the
next
point
of
Unfinished
Business,
which
is
elections
and
open
seats.
So
I'll
give
you
real,
quick
one
rundown
on
the
open
seats
it
looks
like
we
have
a
candidate
for
playing
commission
it'll
be
Chris,
come
from.
A
He
seems
interested
in
the
position
we're
running
that
through
the
mayor's
office.
So
that
should
be
that'll,
be
great.
So
that's
one
down.
We
do
still
have
Jackie's
seat.
Open
I've
talked
to
the
office
of
the
mayor
and
I'm
trying
to
get
some
contacts
in
canvas
for
that
position
as
well.
A
So
we're
we're
gaining
a
little
bit
of
ground
on
it
right
now
and
then
I
do
have
two
people
who
have
applied
for
the
resident
position,
which
is
fantastic
I,
just
need
to
make
sure
that
they're
of
the
suitable
party
affiliation,
because
we
need
someone
who's
either
Republican
or.
A
The
potential
to
have
a
full
board
by
the
next
meeting
is
not
impossible
by
any
means
good
good
for
you.
It
is.
It
is
not
not
been
easy
right.
F
A
Not
been
easy
so,
and
and
as
we've,
you
know-
we've
discussed
this
before.
We
know
that
you
would
like
to
step
away
from
from
the
chairperson's
position.
I
think
you
know
the
the
potential
for
someone
new
who,
on
the
board
to
step
up
in
that
position
is
possible.
A
C
F
A
Are
moving
into
a
different
position,
but
you
know
it's
it's
difficult
for
us
to
do
small
things
like
change
a
signature
card
when
we
are
in
this
time
of
flux,
and
time
of
you
know
trying
to
gather
people
to
be
on
the.
A
Is
going
to
take
a
little
bit
more
time
than
we
really
would
like,
since
we
did
do
or
the
board
I
wasn't
here
at
the
time
there
were
elections
in
2022,
the
beginning
of
22
right
Larry,
so
Vienna
bylaws.
We
don't
have
to
do
another
election
until
2024..
So
as
far
as
that
business
we're
actually
okay,
but
you
know,
of
course
we
want
to
get
this
rectified
as
soon
as
possible.
A
So
you
know
as
much
support
from
the
board
as
possible
on
this
would
be
welcomed.
Any
suggestions,
please
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
me.
I
I
would
like
to
discuss
with
new
board
members
or
younger
board
members
how
they
feel
about
stepping
up
into
some
leadership
roles.
We
have
a
lot
of
room
to
do
a
lot
of
good
and
I'm
I'm
very
excited
to
be
on
this
board.
We
have
so
much
potential.
A
We
have
so
many
ideas,
the
department
to
do
so.
Many
really
good
things
so
yeah.
So
with
your
guys
and
your
assistance
I
think
that
we
can.
We
can
really
get
something
going
here
so
so.
A
You
know
it's
it's
it.
We
can't.
We
can't,
you
know,
keep
on.
We
just
can't
keep
on.
You
know,
passing
you
know,
passing
the
buck
down.
You
know
every
month,
so
the
sooner
it
can
happen,
the
better
but
yeah
I
would
like
for
I.
I
would
like
for
us
to
try
and
have
an
election
in
March.
How
do
you
all
feel
on
the
board
about
something
like
that?.
A
I'm
gonna
say
that's
probably
about
a
70
30.
We
won't
have
it
built.
A
Vice
chair
is,
is
completely
open
right
now
and
currently
Julie
is
would
like
to
step
down
from
chair,
and
so
once
we
have
a
candidate
for
that,
then
we
would
move
to
that
so
and
then
Mary
and
then
Mary
is
secretary.
Mary.
A
F
A
You
know
the
other
thing
is
that
I
did
send
the
bylaws
to
everyone,
so
there
there's
a
lot
of
flexibility
in
the
bylaws
as
to
what
the
board
can
do.
As
far
as
you
know,
I
I
think
that
it
states
like
the
the
bylaws,
can
be
amended
by
the
board.
You
know
borrowing
that
it's
not
like,
like
state
code
and
things
like
that.
I
mean
the
board
really
when
it
was
in
its
Inception.
You
know
they
made
it,
so
we
can
do
what's
necessary
to
function
optimally.
A
D
So
next
steps
are
confirming
the
client
commission
C,
yes,
filling
the
residency
trying
to
pursue,
but
unlikely
by
March
to
complete
the
union
nutrition
yeah.
Something
happens,
magically
vote
on
officers
in
March
with
members
Seated
on
the
board
and
recognized
it
may
not
be
the
entirety
of
the
seats
and
then,
if
that's
the
case,
then
also
in
March
to
have
our
banking
set
up
right.
So
we
we
can
do
both
at
the
same
time.
That's.
D
A
Good
all
right
so
I
guess
we
should
maybe
vote
to
move
the
elections
to
March
should.
C
G
A
G
E
C
Oh
I
do
have
one
thing
that
I'd
like
to
just
inform.
G
C
G
C
Underwood
about
having
them
represent,
you
know,
processing
our
taxes,
so
he
was
in
agreement
with
the
contract
that
they
are
proposing,
so
they
would
be
charging
600
a
year
for
our
tax
preparation
and
then
750
for
the
year
to
do
the
financial
statement,
preparations
with
the
prepared
financial
assistance
and
without
disclosure.
So
it's
just
a
change
in
who
we're
going
to
have
process
our
our
tax
procedure
so
and
I,
don't
think
Larry.
We
don't
need
to
vote
on
this.
Do
we
Jeff
didn't
think
we
did?
He
said
just.
D
C
Drawing
of
the
services
right
yeah,
so
we
haven't
I,
didn't
send
this
over
to
say
yes
Emily.
We
will
go
with
also
in
company.
C
B
The
Bloomington
Arts
commission
will
pick
up
its
first
Arts
Grant
cycle
of
the
year
on
February,
21st
and
other
greater
reference,
so
there's
a
line
in
the
viewers
and
we'll
budget
that
gives
about
up
to
forty
thousand
dollars
towards
Zone
art
Grant.
So
these
are
grandfather
are
specifically
for
projects
that
have
a
beginning
middle
and
end
date
and
hit
a
wide
community
of
residents
within
the
UVA
Zone.
B
So
we're
going
to
start
making
information
live
about
this
cycle
later
this
week
a
press
release
will
go
out
next
week,
we're
having
a
grant
kickoff
event
on
Tuesday
the
21st
at
6
pm
at
the
memorial
County
Public
Library.
If
anyone
wants
to
come
we're.
G
G
B
About
these
applications
with
us,
so
if
any
of
you
are
interested
in
helping
with
that
work,
just
shoot
me
an
email.
Let
me
know
it's:
it's
a
pretty
art
grants.
Reviewers
is
a
pretty
Dynamic
group.
I'm
always
worried
that
the
last
hour
that
meeting
that
we're
all
going
to
lose
steam
that
both
Sue's
applications
are.
B
G
B
They
are
having
their
annual
meeting
this
Thursday
evening
at
6
pm
at
their
space
in
the
mall
I
think
they
got
the
word
out
about
it
this
year,
very.
F
A
G
B
For
the
BAC
grants
we
do
ask
the
people
report
on
other
City
funds
they've
received
for
the
two
previous
fiscal
years,
but
we
don't
necessarily
hold
that
against
them.
We
are
just
making
sure
that
we're
getting
money
out
to
as.
F
Get
the
funds
I'm
glad
you
brought
that
up,
because
I
spoke
with
Dee.
On
being
that
we
give
our
grants
and
I
study.
We
see
the
same
people
getting
the
grants
and
I
said
what.
If
we
had
a
person
that
went
out
and
explained
the
grant,
applications
to
people
that's
intimidated
by
intimidated
by
the
process
won't
even
apply,
even
though
they
can
get
these
grants,
and
we
discussed
this,
and
you
said
that
we
have
to
look
for
other
applicants.
I
would
be
willing
to
do
this
job.
F
This
would
be
something
that
I
feel
like
I
can
fulfill
in
the
community
to
get
down
to
business
owners.
That's
have
never
known
that.
There's
grants
in
our
area
have
never
taken
a
grant
or
don't
even
know
that
they
are
taken
apart.
You
know,
and
our
type
of
business
owners
every
day
that
don't
know
that
we
exist.
So
that's
something
that
I
want
to
put
out
there
like
I
know
we
have
to
put
applications
and
take
other
applicants,
but
I
will
be
more
than
willing
to
take
that
position.
Yeah.
A
Because
it
looks
like
we
should
probably
be
trying
to
fold
that
into
the
marketing
position,
like
actual
not
just
social
media
but
actual
Outreach,
it's
it
because,
obviously
all
of
us
are
doing
many
different
things
outside
of
this
so
yeah
to
have
someone
who
can
commit.
At
least
you
know
a
couple
hours
a
week
to
being
able
to
do
something
like
that.
Would.
D
D
More
and
more,
you
realize
that
there's
a
there's,
a
kind
of
a
group
that
knows
how
to
import
the
system
right
and
it's
not
to
say
that
they're
doing
maliciously
or
anything
they're,
just
some
people
know,
and
some
people
have
no
idea.
Yeah
and
and
trying
to
you
know,
I
know
the
different
things
that
they're
doing
the
Arts
world
in
terms
of
art
is
specifically,
you
know,
creating
Merchant
artists
grants
that
are
designed
to
go
after
people
who
are
not
already
in
that
poll,
and
so
you
know
thinking
about
it.
D
The
same
way
on
our
side
or
outside
of
Arts
and
other
kind
of
Grants
be
helpful
to
really
try
to
try
to
make
it
sort
of
Reach
people
that
are
just
not
for
whatever
reason
not
taking
advantage.
A
F
B
Our
emerging
artist
Grand
cycle
last
year,
one
of
our
Commissioners
volunteered
to
host
a
online
Workshop
like
the
night
grants
were
due
because
she
was
like
okay
I
know.
You
all
have
waited
for
the
last
minute
to
feel
guilty.
Yeah.
E
A
Absolutely
absolutely
any
other
General
discussion.
You.
G
A
G
G
E
Week
tomorrow,
right
yeah,
so
well,
something
you
think
about,
in
addition
to
doing
workshops
very
talking,
giving
some
more
like
in
words
and
marketing
with
yeah,
Outreach
and
stuff
like
the
businesses.
So
for
Arts
we
have
all
the
artist
parties
now
you
know
downtown
going
to
think
of
their
sponsor.
E
E
In
the
summer,
and
so
the
artist
parties
are
needing
engagement,
it's
all
about
bringing
artists
together
because
a
lot
of
artists
in
town,
if
you're
new
and
just
moved
here
and
you're,
emerging
or
you're
from
IU
or
you're,
just
really
like
more
of
a
county.
You
might
not
know
of
all
the
opportunities
that
exist
in
the
Arts
World
here.
E
So
the
idea
was
to
get
people
to
bring
people
together
and
I've
been
working
really
hard
on
my
Outreach
list
and
we
have
almost
323
artists
on
it
and,
like
our
admin,
Mary
vomit,
she
was
about
the
one
of
the
iPhone
in
October.
The
thing
was
interested
in
incoming
it'll,
be
tomorrow
at
the
back,
safe
Gallery,
seven
to
nine.
You
can
just
pop
in
look
at
that.
E
They're
great
to
work
with,
and
they
have
a
lot
of
things
anyway,
there's
going
to
be
a
show
called
No
grown-ups,
it's
an
18
and
under
show
and
I
popped
in
yesterday,
and
it's
very
cool
all
these
kids,
a
lot
of
teens
and
really
young
kids
have
their
work
because
I
think
we
can
do
the
gallery.
Managers
that
are
like.
E
That's
cool
on
this,
so
that
you
are
all
welcome
to
attend
the
Blow
Pop
buy-in
Community,
especially
her
business,
is
nice
to
connect
the
artists
to
the
business.
Anyone
went
in
public
art
or
needed
a
designer,
or
a
lot
of
the
artists
do
feelings.
So
it's
kind
of
a
nice
way
to
kind
of
build
relationships.
C
Do
you
have
an
event
social
media
that,
like
Facebook
I.
E
F
E
Yeah
great
and
if
you
know
of
any
artists,
I'm
gonna
sign
up
for
my
newsletter,
Paulie
and
I
are
following
the
gym,
like
we're
just
trying
to
get
her
resources
out
to
the
people
and
so
they're
trying
to
really
feel
bad
and
yeah.
So
anyway,
just
food
for
thought
for
also
the
gardening
from
PBA
all
the
artists
from
the
UEA,
because
it
can
also
help
help
them
if
they
have
their
own
business.
And
so
