If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Like
to
call
to
order
the
regularly
scheduled
utility
service
board
meeting,
it's
December
5th,
our
last
full
meeting
of
the
board
this
year.
We
have
a
claims,
only
meeting
this
coming
well.
Sorry
next
Thursday,
the
15th
at
5
pm,
but-
and
we
have
other
administrative
business
to
cover
we'll
do
that
during
new
business.
I.
Think
for
now
we'll
move
on
and
address
the
approval
of
the
minutes
from
the
previous
meeting,
which
was
November
21st.
Do
we?
Are
there
any
questions
or
comments
about
the
minutes?
From
the
previous
meeting?
A
All
in
favor,
please
say:
aye
aye
opposed.
Thank
you.
Next
up
we
have
approval
of
the
claims
for
types
of
claims,
standard
invoices,
utility
bills,
wire
transfers
and
customer
refunds.
First
up
we
have
standard
invoices
totaling
one
million
135
482
dollars
and
five
cents.
Are
there
any
questions
about
the
standard
invoices
for
this
meeting.
A
Okay,
well,
I
have
one
just
one
and
it's
for
the
chem
trade,
chemicals,
Corporation
and
I
thought
to
myself.
Why
is
it
that
we
have
to
get
new
chemicals
every
three
days?
Is
there
some
longevity
to
those?
Do
we
have
a
you
know,
finite
capacity
that
we
have
to
keep
refilling
these
things?
Is
it
any
more
expensive
to
do
every
three
days
rather
than
a
longer
time
period?
That
was
my
only
question.
B
The
coagulant
for
the
Monroe
tank
I
remember
row
plant
and
there's
we
just
have
limited
storage
for
that.
We
have
three
Alum
tanks
there
at
the
head
of
the
plant
and
so
yeah.
If
we've
just
we've
got
limited
storage,
so
it
comes
more
frequently.
Okay,
but
I,
don't
think
it
won't
precipitate
in
the
tank
or
anything
right.
A
B
A
I
first
time
ever
noticed
the
frequency
of
that
so
I
thought
I'd.
Ask
no
there's
no
other
questions.
We
have
a
motion
for
approval
all
in
favor,
please
say:
aye
aye
standing
invoices
are
approved
next
up
we
have
utility
bills,
totaling,
seven
thousand
two
hundred
dollars
and
Ninety
Four
Cents.
A
Is
that
right?
That
seems
really
small,
just
double
check
that
is
correct.
Smallmouth
for
Duke
Energy
or
two
week
period,
I
should
say
any
questions
on
the
utility
bills.
A
E
D
E
G
E
A
Follow-Up
questionnaire,
so
typically,
these
are,
you
know,
proportionate
more,
like
a
one-to-one
type
ratio.
Why
is
there
the
big
difference
here
for
a
Wastewater
and
water.
A
If
it
was
yeah,
if
it
was
just
so
if
it
was
just
the
meter
was
wrong:
it's
not
reading
it's
just
reading
water
and
and
they're
roughly
one
to
one,
and
maybe
you
know
a
little
difference,
but
not
a
lot.
So
why
the
big
difference
here
in
Wastewater
versus
water.
B
Typically,
we
don't
refund
for
water,
and
this
is
a
special
case
that
we
we're
refunding
the
water
portion
as
well
as
the
sewer
portion,
because
the
because
the
water
meter
was
reading
incorrectly.
So
if
we
one
of
the
few
cases
where
we
can
refund
a
water
bill
without
coming
to
you
guys
is
to
is,
is
in
the
case
where
the
meter
was
simply
reading
incorrectly,
but
normally
we
wouldn't
have
a
water
refund
at
all.
We
would
refund
only
the
sewer
portion.
A
E
A
A
B
That
would
be
great.
Wastewater
is
eight
dollars
a
gallon
in
waters.
Depending
on
what
customer
class
it
might
be
like
three
dollars,
a
gallon
per
100
per
thousand
gallons.
Okay
depend.
The
commercial
rate
is
around
three
three
something
330
or
something
like
that,
the
one
but
the
sewer
rate
is
7.99.
So.
A
That,
okay
yeah,
that
makes
more
sense.
Okay,
thank
you
all
right!
So
do
we
have
a
motion
for
approval.
A
All
in
favor
of
approving
the
customer
refunds-
please
say:
aye
aye
opposed
okay
on
to
approval
of
consent,
agenda
Vic,
Kelson.
B
The
Vic
Kelson
utilities
director
I'm
happy
to
bring
the
consent
agenda,
which
actually
totals
thirty
thousand
eight
hundred
forty
nine
dollars
and
sixty
nine
cents
item
a
is
to
Bluestone
LLC.
That's
a
ten
thousand
dollar
on-call
tree
services.
Agreement,
Item
B,
is
to
the
city
of
Bloomington.
It's
a
refund
for
installation
of
green
infrastructure
upgrades
from
our
green
infrastructure
fund
and
then
the
last
one
is
to
Young
Trucking.
It's
a
request
for
approval
of
the
First
Amendment
to
our
agreement
for
services
with
young
Trucking.
B
This
is
to
take
29
to
take
water
or
sorry
to
take
sludge
from
the
Monroe
plant
for
29.65
cents.
A
ton
with
a
two
percent
annual
increase
would
any
of
the
board
members
like
to
consider
any
of
these
individually.
B
E
B
F
B
No
one
wants
to
consider
an
item
separately.
Then,
if
there's
no
opposition,
the
consent
agenda
will
be
approved,
as
recommended
by
staff.
Hearing
no
opposition,
the
consent
agenda
is
approved.
Thank
you.
A
I
First,
here
it
is:
it's
not
yeah.
I've
got
it
here:
hi
Chris,
wheeler,
with
City
legal,
sorry,
I,
did
review
and
prepared
reviewed
and
routed
for
approval.
This
particular
Second
Amendment.
This
second
Amendment
is
to
extend
the
work,
completion
and
contract
expiration
dates.
It
has
no
impact
on
the
not
to
exceed
amount.
I
A
Any
questions
for
Chris
do
we
have
a
motion
for
approval
all
in
favor,
of
approving
the
request
for
approval
of
Second
Amendment
to
agreement
with
Services
four
services
with
thermoelectron
North,
America
LLC,
please
say
aye
aye
those
opposed
excellent.
Next
up,
we
have
a
request
for
approval
of
thank
you
Chris.
J
Hi
Nancy
axon
with
utilities
engineering.
This
is
water
main
extension
agreement
that
we
initiate
anytime
there's
a
water
or
sewer
main
extension
for
the
iurc
requirements.
H
Have
a
question
okay,
so
I
may
have
just
misunderstood:
is
this
for
water
only.
J
H
J
But
no
the
the
applicant
who's
requesting
the
infrastructure
is
required
to
extend,
so
this
would
be
done
by
them
and
their
contractor.
H
Okay,
I
guess
again
me
just
coming
to
understanding
I
feel,
like
you
know
where
I'm
headed
with
this
okay,
so
I
understand
if
it's
the
sewer
lines
that
that's
like
an
add-on,
but
if
it's
the
water
lines
that
were
required
because
it
ties
in
with
the
annexation
and
so
that
the
owner
had
to
sign
a
wave
of
remonstrance
and
so
I
can
see
if
that
was
for
the
sewer
signing
the
waiver
monstrance,
but
not
for
the
water.
So
that's
my
question.
B
H
I
G
J
G
J
Person
that
installed
it
cannot
come
forward
later
and
have
any
say
in
someone
else,
extending
from
the
mean
that
they
installed.
J
But
this
would
be
on
the
end
of
their
extension,
so
they
put
in
the
extension
and
that
Mane
can
be
in
the
future.
Extended
Beyond
and
the
three
properties
are
mentioned
because
they
could
potentially
pay
back
their
share
a
divided
share
of
the
construction
in
a
way
back
to
that
person
that
extended
it
right,
anybody
that
extends
Beyond
and
it
beyond
the
end
of
where
they
stopped
to
more
property.
The
person
that
installed
that
first
part
can't
argue
that,
and
we
cannot
have
any
say
so
in
someone
extending
Beyond
where
they
stopped
well.
J
J
H
If,
if
it
has
to
be
extended
with
the
legally
were
required
to
to
service,
add
the
water
service
then
would
we
have
to
have
the
wave
of
our
monstrance?
I
know
that
we
voted
on
that
in
August
and
then
there's
you
know
additional
approval
by
the
city,
I
I,
guess
I'm,
just
not
real
clear
on
that.
Still
I'm.
Sorry.
I
H
I,
don't
I'll
just
look
it
up
real
quick,
but
I.
Don't
want
to
like
hold
us
up,
but
I
just
want
to
be
clear
on
I.
Think
they're,
two
different.
J
H
J
The
waiver
in
the
this
agreement
is
just
a
statement
that
they
waive
their
right
to
protest
against
anybody
extending
from
their
extension,
because
it
no
longer
is
their
extension.
H
H
A
So
I
have
a
question
so
the
you
know,
let's
say
they
get
the
three
hook-ons
plus
their
own
eleven
hundred
dollars,
Back
Forty
four
hundred
dollars
that
they
receive
back
and
I,
don't
know
how
it
cost,
how
much
it
costs
to
put
this
in.
But
it
seems
like
be
a
lot
more
than
that.
So
it's
a
pretty
good
deal
for
for
CBU
to
to
to
get
that
line
and
own
that
line.
It
seems
to
me
and
but
then
I
think
about
bigger
subdivisions
and
they
get
a
refund.
Is
it?
A
I
Doesn't
have
to
be
no
there's
a
there's,
a
calculation
that's
made
based
upon
the
cost
and
and
determinant
upon
what
we
believe
the
the
cost
of
installation
is
versus
what
the
the
revenue
is,
that
CBU
believes
they
could
receive
as
to
whether
or
not
we're
going
to
even
have
these
paybacks
given
to
the
person
who
pays
to
have
the
installation
of
the
of
the
sewer
or
water
line
placed
into
the
ground
I
it's
hard
to
explain
just
out
loud
like
this,
but
in
writing.
I
H
I
found
what
I'm
I
think
this
is
on
item
6B.
It
says
section
two:
six,
no
remonstrance
against
future
customers,
which
is
maybe
what
you're
getting
at
and
I
just
need
to
see
it
here,
the
applicant
and
his
successors
and
assigns
shall
waive
all
remonstrates
against
any
future
customers
of
the
city.
So
that's.
H
I
I
H
Why
I
just
want
to
make
sure,
because
I
knew
this
came
up
and
to
have
full
understanding
of
it,
because
I
knew
that
there
were
additional
steps
if
we're
adding
on
customers
of
getting
City
approval
and
I
just
wondered
where
this
fell
with
that.
So
thank
you
for
your
additional
time.
Sure
and.
J
A
All
in
favor
of
approving
the
water
main
extension
agreement
for
the
core
Lane
project,
please
say
I
I
opposed.
Thank
you.
D
For
the
record,
I'm
Dan
Hudson
the
capital
projects
manager
for
the
city
of
Bloomington
utilities,
and
this
project
is
driven
by
an
item
inspection
at
the
plant
where
they
said
that
we
needed
a
backup
for
the
filter,
backwash
pump,
because
we
have
one
and
we
also
need
some
work
done
on
the
backwash
tank.
And
so
we
hired
have
Donahue
gave
us
a
quote
to
do
the
design
and
bedding
for
the
project.
For
forty
four
thousand
seven
hundred
I'm
open
to
any
questions
that
you
may
have.
C
C
C
D
A
And
catch
other
questions
for
Dan.
A
All
right
do
we
have
a
motion
for
approval.
A
D
Again,
I'm
Dan
Hudson
capital
projects,
manager
for
the
city
of
Bloomington
utilities,
and
this
project
is
also
driven
by
idem.
This
is
the
an
amendment
to
a
study
that
Greeley
and
Hansen
was
performing
that
did
some
CPU
update
costs
for
us
and
also
some
preliminary
negotiations
with
idem.
Now
we
have
a
better
idea.
What
idem
is
looking
for
on
this,
and
so
we're
asking
Greeley
and
Henson
to
finish
it
out
for
an
additional
25
000
for
a
not
to
exceed
cost
of
forty
four
thousand
three
hundred.
D
What
they're
doing
is
they're
going
to
prepare
a
updated
flow
and
loading
for
the
plant
they're,
also
going
to
update
the
capacity
plant
capacity
report
that
was
done
back
in
2017
and
give
us
a
design
summary
to
meet
20
MGD.
Currently
the
plant
is
15
MGD
plant,
but
we're
up
at
90
percent,
so
we're
we
have
a
warning
from
idem
that
we're
getting
close
to
to
design,
and
so
we're
gonna
see
what
we
can
do
with
idem.
This
is
an
important
study
for
us.
D
It's
because
the
outcome
could
mean
lots
of
different
things,
money
and
and
time.
So
hopefully
we
won't
need
that
any
questions.
D
A
And
then,
if
we
do
get
this
study,
defensible
study
done
at
the
20
million
gallon
per
day
level
and
idem
agrees
to
that.
To
the
study
then,
what's
will,
will
the
report
also
contain
a
forecast
of
when
then
we'd
be
at
the
90
percent
level?
For
the
20
million
I
mean
it'll,
give
us
a
time
frame,
or
is
that
there's
that
other
work
that
would
need.
B
The
study
will
tell
us
is
what,
if
any,
additional
Capital
Investments
we
need
to
make
to
get
to
20
and
justify
the
the
the
work
through
item.
And
then
we
can
look
Brad
Schroeder
a
couple
of
years
ago
did
an
estimate
based
on
demand
the
trend
and
demand,
and
he
estimated
at
the
time
that
it
would
be
perhaps
15
to
20
years
out
before
we
hit
90
percent
of
the
at
the
20
percent
or
at
the
20
MGD
plant
capacity.
Of
course,
that's
subject
to
change
if
there's
a
lot
of
development.
B
B
Well,
continue
to
address
I
and
I:
we've
got,
as
you
know,
we
just
did
the
sewer
rate
case
and
the
sewer
rate
case.
We
did
we
put
money
in
for
engineering
work
on
four
major
interceptors
that
have
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
leakage
in
them,
so
there
will
certainly
if,
in
the
meantime,
we're
able
to
execute
on
some
of
those
projects,
that's
going
to
reduce
it.
The
Clear
Water
program
that
the
board
is
already
been
helping
us
with
get
getting
it
going.
B
We
expect
to
expand
the
Clearwater
program
and
right
now,
on
average,
over
the
course
of
the
year,
maybe
20
to
25
percent
of
the
water
that
goes
through
the
Dillman
plant
is
is
clear
water
during
those
rain
events?
So
if
we
can
pull
that
down,
we
can
extend
that
period
before
we
get
to
90
percent
again.
A
D
I
just
say
we:
we
need
to
be
proactive
on
this,
because
if
we
don't,
the
consequences
could
be
bad,
I
mean,
like
consent,
decree,
no
building
and
stuff
and
stuff.
So
we
we
have
to
go
forward
on
this.
C
D
A
A
K
Jane
Fleet
for
the
record
utilities
engineer:
this
is
our
only
change
order
for
this
project.
The
project
is
actually
we're
getting
ready
to
close
it
out.
It's
very
successful,
very
well
done.
We
do
have
some
items
in
there,
though,
that
need
to
be
adjusted
so
that
we
can
close
out
the
contract.
We
had
included
five
thousand
dollars
in
contingency
of
which
we're
now
using
3199.30.
K
So
we'll
allocate
that
and
then
deduct
the
remaining
amount,
which
is
a
one
thousand
eight
hundred
dollars
and
seventy
cents.
And
then
we
also
had
included
Rock
excavation
a
line
item
for
rock
excavation,
and
actually
we
did
not
use
any
of
that,
so
we'll
be
deducting
that
amount,
which
is
sixteen
thousand
eight
hundred
dollars.
So
that
would
change
the
contract
amount
from
three
hundred
and
twelve
thousand
eight
ten
down
to
two
hundred
ninety
four
thousand
three
hundred
nine
dollars
and
thirty
cents,
so
that
we
can
close
out
the
project
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
A
I
Cbu
requested
the
controller's
office
Grant
emergency
protocol
to
do
the
purchasing
on
this
one
because
of
the
situation
with
the
hypochlorite
leak
needed
to
be
done
sooner
rather
than
later,
so
the
work
was
already
contracted
for
him
and
or
hired
and
performed,
and
now
we're
doing
the
contract.
After
the
fact,
the
cost
was
16
704.30
and
we
are
asking
that
the
board
approved
this
contract
and
I'm
happy
to
try
and
answer
questions.
I
Yeah,
because
it's
just
a
little
bit
different
and
also
is
why
we
don't
follow
the
normal
competitive
bidding
process.
So
it's
always
nice
to
have
this
one
set
aside
so
that
in
case
the
board
has
specific
questions
about
the
the
emergency
and
about
the
process
for
purchase.
A
All
in
favor
of
approving
the
request
for
agreement
for
services
with
EQ
Industrial
Services
for
sixteen
thousand
seven
hundred
and
four
dollars
and
30
cents
a
little
typo
there,
please
say
aye
aye
opposed.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
F
Staff
I've
got
one
from
board,
thank
you,
I,
guess,
and
or
we
could,
that
could
help
me
with
the
staff
side
as
well.
Blends
over
I.
Think
last
week
was
the
first
week
we
did
the
the
testing
of
the
Wastewater
at
the
IU
lab,
and
so
now
we
get
results,
much
quicker
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
update
you
all
that
that
the
professor
Grieves
lab
is
up
and
running
and
we're
running
tests,
and
things
are
good.
F
We're
working
on
a
web
right
now
what's
happening
is
his
results,
are
going
to
be
clear.
The
is
that
the
right
term
yeah,
so
it's
getting
posted
at
the
same
place
that
the
previous
results
had
been
when
we
sent
them
to
the
other
lab,
but
we're
working
on
a
website
that
will
we'll
have
more
of
the
results
from
the
the
new
sites
that
are
being
sampled
by
the
new
partners
that
we
have
in
the
project.
So
numbers
are
up
a
little
bit
this
past
week.
F
F
B
B
A
Any
other
old
business
Thank
you
Kirk
from
staff
new
business
from
the
board,
okay.
Well,
in
addition
to
the
the
meeting
schedule
that
we
should
all
note
again
for
next
week,
it's
not
going
to
be
on
the
19th
Monday
it'll
be
next
week
on
Thursday
the
15th
at
five
o'clock.
We
have
a
couple
other
early
meetings
in
January
that
are
atypical
rather
than
Monday
the
2nd
and
Monday
the
16th.
A
We
have
Tuesday
the
3rd
and
and
Tuesday
the
the
17th
so
noted
in
your
calendars
and
we'll
be
sending
out
email
and
that
in
that,
in
that
regard,
also
we
have
elections
coming
up
and
and
Chris
I'd.
Ask
you
if
ask
you
if
we
can
do
that
on
on
the
first
meeting
of
the
year
at
the
beginning
of
the
meeting?
Is
that
acceptable?
Okay,
great
so
I'll
be
stepping
down
as
chair?
A
A
So
also
I
wanted
to
wanted
to
make
the
announcement
that
Gene
Kepler's
is
stepping
down
and
for
as
a
as
a
board
member,
and
we
very
much
appreciate
her
contributions
to
the
board
and
and
I've
always.
You
know,
look
forward
to
your
questions
and
and
your
concern
for
the
operations
and
the
and
the
staff
here
and
it's
it's
been
great,
having
you
as
a
colleague.
L
I
I
just
would
like
to
extend
my
appreciation
to
my
fellow
board
members.
You
all
have
been
wonderful
to
work
with
the
staff
at
CBU
Vic
everyone.
It's
been
a
real
honor
being
on
this
board.
It's
interesting
and
it
feels
good
to
be
a
part
of
you
know
the
the
CBU
family
and
making
sure
that
we
have
good,
clean
water
and
and
Wastewater
removal
and
treatment
and
storm
water,
and
so
it's
been
a
really
great
experience
being
on
the
board
and
who
knows
down
the
road
I
I
may
reapply
to
get
back
on.
B
G
B
A
lot
of
good
questions
and
you
served
as
the
president
of
the
board
as
well
for
a
time,
and
that
was
very
much
appreciated-
I
mean
through
the
through
covid,
so
it
was.
It
was
a
difficult
time.
We
were
going
through
a
lot
of
changes
at
that
at
that
point,
and
we
really
appreciate
your
service
and
and
we'll
miss
you
at
the
meeting
so
best
wishes.
A
Any
other
new
business
from
the
board
new
business
from
staff
no
subcommittees
have
met.
So
it's
time
for
staff
reports.
B
I'd
like
to
start
by
just
a
new
notice
that
latrina
is
not
with
us
tonight.
The
reason
for
this
is
latrina
has
been
promoted
and
she
is
now
the
customer
service
manager
and
she's
taken
over
for
Triana
Johnson,
so
she's
now
working
in
the
finance
division.
It's
a
I'm
very
happy
for
her.
It's
a
good
position
for
her.
She
has
a
lot
of
great
experience
and
I
think
she'll
do
an
excellent
job
there,
so
I'd
like
to
introduce
Daniel
Frank.
B
He
goes
by
Frank
and
Frank
is
filling
in
at
this
point
in
to
in
organizing
the
packet
and
so
forth.
So
we're
really
happy
to
have
have
Frank
taking
on
this
role.
Among
other
things,
he's
also
made
all
those
wonderful
videos
you
may
have
seen
about
about
CBU.
So
it's
a
real
pleasure
to
have
you
in
admin
Frank.
B
Another
piece
of
good
news
is
that
the
contract
with
the
AFS
me
has
has
passed
last
week
and
I
know
over
the
course
of
the
year.
A
number
of
board
members
have
asked
questions
in
email
and
also
in
meetings
about
what
we're
doing
about
retention
and
and
recruiting
and
I've,
been
incredibly
vague
about
that,
except
to
say
that
we've
been
working
on
it,
so
the
contract,
among
other
things
it.
It
includes
a
bunch
of
new
grades
of
new
classifications,
specifically
for
what
used
to
be
called
laborers
and
will
now
be
called
utility
Specialists.
B
One
two
and
three,
the
meos
are
machine.
Operators
are
going
to
be
moving
into
two
different
categories,
so
if
you're,
the
one
of
the
people
who's
digging
around
other
people's
infrastructure,
gas,
Mains,
electric
wires
and
so
forth,
that's
actually
there'll
actually
be
a
second
classification
for
those
meos
and
then
also
for
the
position
formerly
called
line
person
which
I
think
will
be
Field.
Supervisor
I
can't
remember
for
sure.
B
It's
been
a
real
strain
for
us
in
tnd
for
the
last
year
and
a
half
as
you
all
know,
we've
lost
a
number
of
of
experienced
staff
and
it's
been
difficult
to
recruit,
so
we
are
doing
all
of
that.
The
city
also
will
be
underwriting
the
cost
of
getting
a
commercial
driver's
licenses.
That's
an
issue.
It's
difficult!
All
of
our
people
in
tnd
have
to
have
commercial
driver's
licenses.
It
costs.
B
Now
you
have
to
go
through
a
training
program
before
you
can
get
one
and
that
costs
around
between
four
and
five
thousand
dollars
per
person
so
and
we're
going
to
be
underwriting
that
simply
because
it's
so
difficult
to
recruit.
So
that's
all
being
worked
out
at
City
Hall,
that's,
but
there
will
be
a
program
for
doing
that.
B
So
we
have
been
doing
a
lot
of
really
tangible
things
to
make
to
make
compensation
for
all
of
these
Rank
and
file
field
operations
more
competitive
with
the
with
the
larger
market
and
the
this
effort's
been
going
on
for
more
than
a
year.
Brandon
Prince
and
I
worked
on
it
early
on.
We
worked
with
HR
and
legal
and
the
controller's
office
and
then
finally
with
afscme
on
it,
so
we
were
not
directly
involved
in
the
negotiations,
but
we.
F
B
Bring
a
lot
of
suggestions
and
I
just
want
to
thank
everybody
who
was
involved
in
that
process.
I
know
it
takes
a
long
time,
but
this
will
all
go
into
effect
at
the
beginning
of
the
year,
so
we're
doing
what
we
can
to
try
and
to
try
and
deal
with
the
change
in
the
labor
market
and
I.
Just
wanted
to
be
really
clear
about
all
that
effort
four
years
is
that
right,
that's
four
years
did
I
leave
anything.
G
B
James,
okay
and
then
the
last
thing
is
just
an
internal
board
thing.
Chris
wheeler
has
been
talking
with
me
about
organizing
board
training,
so
the
topic
we
had
had
earlier
earlier
this
evening
is
certainly
one
of
the
things.
How
does
the
iurc
regulate
those?
Those
kinds
of
extensions
Chris
will
be
organizing
some
board
training
sometime
early
in
2023.
B
and
that's,
oh
I,
have
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
A
The
you
said,
the
CDL
is
that
training
is
being
underwritten
by
the
city.
Well,.
F
B
Organizing
the
the
program
and
with
there's
an
outside
firm
that
does
the
training
itself.
A
B
There's
a
couple
things
the
rule
require
requiring
the
rule
requiring
the
CDL
training
didn't
go
into
effect
until
I
think
February
of
this
year.
Oh
okay,
so
it's
a
it's
a
new
thing:
we've
been
trying
to
work
out
exactly
how
how
it
was
going
to
work
long
term.
So
in
the
meantime,
we've
had
a
few
people
working
without
CDL.
So
basically
you
can't
drive
a
dump
truck
if
you,
if
you
haven't
gotten
your
license
yet
but
we'll
be
working
through
getting
all
of
that
corrected
we
haven't.
B
We
have
assured
that
all
the
employees
are
eligible
to
get
a
CDL,
whether
they
have
one
or
not,
and
then
we'll
move.
We
will
move
forward
with
the
training
for
the
ones
that
don't
have
it
yet,
thank
you
and,
as
for
how
it
gets
paid
for,
you
probably
still
won't
see
claims
for
it
because
it
will
appear
in
the
interdepartmental
agreement
that
comes
around
every
year
and
I
think
we're
going
to
be
seeing
that
on
the
15th.
