C
Yes,
it's
visible,
okay,
good
evening.
This
is
our
first
presentation
related
to
the
2022
city.
C
Budget,
this
is
the
sort
of
the
the
bones
of
the
presentation
that
we'll
be
giving
to
council
in
a.
C
C
C
C
Dive
right
in
as
of
today,
we
have
about
169
full-time
equivalent
employees.
As
you
know,
we.
C
C
Ditches
and
pushing
6000
storm
inlets
in
the
water.
Wait
this
storm
water
utility.
C
Are
basically
the
finishing
up
the
things
we
started
in
2021.
C
C
C
C
C
C
The
sewer
use
ordinance
amendments
to
the
blue,
trupool
pretreatment
program.
C
And
we'll
bring
those
up
to
council
in
2021
we're
completing
the
local
limits
study.
C
For
the
blucher
pool
wastewater
treatment,
plant
sewer
shed
those
local
limits,
then,
would.
C
We'll
begin
implementing
it
in
2022..
This
will
require
some
ordnance
changes
that
marry
the.
C
C
C
C
C
C
Of
the
treatment
plants
by
the
end
of
2022,
this
will
allow
them
to
to
do
maintenance
schedules.
C
C
C
C
Metering
infrastructure,
the
implementation
of
asset
management,
the
plant
data
collection.
C
And
and
the
scada
or
the
laboratory
information
system,
all
these
things
together.
C
In
all
utilities,
last
year
we
purchased
the
cityworks
enterprise
asset
management
system.
C
But
we've
imp
we've
deployed
it
for
the
linear
infrastructure.
That's
water
distribution,
sewer.
C
Collection
system-
it's
mostly
being
used
right
now
by
the
ms4
program,
but
by
the
end
of
the.
C
Centralized
work
order
and
inventory
systems
at
the
three
plants
and
also
implementing.
C
The
whole
asset
management
system
at
the
three
plants
in
2022
to
bring
all
of
that
together.
C
That's
on
the
waterworks
and
then
I
think
I
don't
have
a
slide
nope.
I
left
out
a
slide.
C
Brought
to
the
board
and
to
the
council
in
2022
on
our
four
years
rotating
schedule
as
as
usual.
C
Water
main
replacement,
we
will
replace
at
least
two
and
a
half
miles
of
water
mains
at
a
cost
of.
C
Up
to
two
million
dollars,
this
is
based
on
the
plan,
the
capital
improvement
plan.
That's.
C
C
C
Replacement
plan
by
the
end
of
the
third
quarter
of
2022.,
we
expect
we'll
be
replacing
lead.
C
The
american
rescue
plan
that
this
the
final
approval
on
that
appropriation.
C
We'll
also
be
completing
capital
funded
water
projects
throughout
the
the
plant.
C
C
That's
most
importantly,
the
east
take
coding
and
mixing
system.
The
monroe
water
treatment
plant.
C
Electrical
consumption:
this
is
also
fundamental
to
our
ability
to
increase
the
capacity.
C
Of
the
plant
and
completing
that
the
capacity
improvement
effort
depends
on.
C
This
that
effort
would
be
part
of
the
2022
ray
case
cycle,
we'll
also
line
six
five
or
six.
C
Miles
that
we
complete
will
depend
on
the
manholes
that
we
discover,
while
doing
the
projects.
C
Thousand
dollars
this
includes
up
to
twenty
thousand
dollars
that
we
would
spend.
C
To
underserved
neighborhoods
and
assist
applicants
in
scoping
of
their
projects.
This.
C
D
Thanks
vic,
as
you
can
see,
this
table
shows
the
revenue
budget.
D
D
D
D
D
Increase
of
about
2.7
percent
for
sewer,
we
are
currently
at
about
52
of
our
revenue
goals.
As
of.
D
June
30th,
the
sewer
utility
next
year
again
has
a
modest
increase
of
about
2.2
percent.
D
D
D
So
all
in
all
we're
seeing
some
increases
next
year,
which
is
nice.
We.
D
Anticipating
impacts
from
covet,
hopefully,
as
we
see
iu
coming
back
in
person,
this
fall.
D
And
hoping
that
things
don't
shut
down
again,
we
do
think
we'll
hold
steady
and
grow
a
little
bit.
D
It
I'll
I'll
fix
it
after
the
presentation
so
we're
we
did.
We
haven't
really
seen
any.
D
Salary
increase
this
year,
the
the
changes
that
are
in
there,
I
think,
are
from
they've,
updated
all.
D
Of
the
overtime
budgets
and
things
like
that
and
oh
my
gosh,
sorry
I'm
liking
on
the
word
of
the.
D
D
We
we
really
don't
have
much
of
a
a
change
in
the
budget
from
last
year
to
this
year.
D
A
small
increase
in
other
services,
primarily
we've
been
budgeting
for
some
additional
software.
D
And
that's
driving
most
of
that
that
change
the
water
sinking,
so
those.
D
D
Again,
we're
expecting
a
modest
increase
and
again
we're
still
waiting
for
personnel
numbers.
D
D
Thousand
dollars
to
help
run
that
program,
you'll
you'll,
see
I
split
out
this
year.
The
green.
D
Well
and
here's
just
the
breakdown
again
so
we'll
we'll
see
pretty
much
level
changes
in.
A
A
And
that's
about
the
the
30
additional
30
thousand
dollars
for
the
the
project,
the
that
that
we.
A
C
The
objective
here
is
that
one
of,
as
we've
gone
through
this
now
a
few
times
one
of
the
challenges.
C
That
we
see
is
that,
even
though
there
are
some
good
projects
out
there
to
be
done,
and
people.
C
To
make
sure
that
the
the
program
will
serve
as
many
people
as
possible,
especially
in
under.
C
A
The
staff
to
be
able
to
handle
this
correct
right,
it
will
be
for
a
contractor
that
will
help.
C
An
outside
contractor
that
would
do
some
of
the
outreach
kind
of
efforts
in
the
and
the.
C
Project
assistance-
that's
it's
about
50,
50,
the
the
what
the
split
would
be.
Okay,.
G
Yeah,
I
guess
I
do
perhaps
it's
a
little
early
to
think
about
this,
but
I
wondered
whether.
C
Yes,
we
are
the
annexation.
Annexation
will
not
affect
water
or
sewer,
with
the
exception
of
of.
C
C
C
We
already
sell
everybody
water
anyway.
The
the
annexation
will
not
change
the
territories.
C
Of
the
wholesale
water
utilities,
so
we
will
continue
to
serve
the
customers
we
serve
today.
C
So
we
will
have
more
issues
to
deal
with
we'll
have
a
bunch
of.
C
C
And
we
would
probably
be
planning
to
increase
the
there
would
be
a
proportional
increase
in
the.
C
Amount
of
money
available
for
green
infrastructure,
as
as
part
of
that
effort
as
well,
I
think
so.
G
Also,
based
on
last
year's
rate
charges,
if,
if
residents,
who
are
not
in
the
city
limits
now,.
G
C
Outside
difference
to
correct
for
that
in
the
future
good,
thank
you.
A
A
A
Recommendation
we
don't
have
to
vote.
This
is
just
a
preliminary
discussion
of
the
budget.
C
C
C
It
if
you
didn't
think
there
was
a
reason
to
have
it
or
we
could
just
not
do
it
next
week.
C
C
A
C
C
C
Any
any
final
word
from
downtown
about
that
either.
So
all
of
those
things
we
would
we
would.
A
All
right
so
shall
we
can
we
all
hold
that
four
o'clock
time
prior
to
the
meeting
on
the.
A
To
come
up
that
you
find
out
from
the
from
the
city
that
completely
blows
these
out
of
the.
A
Water
that,
in
that
case,
we
could-
we
could
certainly
reconvene
next
week
if
needed,.
A
A
Okay,
there's
nothing
on
facebook
and
there's
nothing
here
in
thanks,
holly
so
with
that
is.
