If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
B
A
B
So
to
get
started,
this
is
our
residential
stormwater
grant.
My
name
is
Kristy
Lindberg
I'm,
the
education
specialist
for
city
of
Bloomington,
Utilities
Department,
and
this
is
our
second
year
with
the
grants
and
we're
very
excited
to
be
going
through
them
with
you.
So
we
can
go
ahead
and
get
started
on
our
PowerPoint.
B
D
E
B
We
also
have
a
fifth
tonight
welcome
to
Tonya.
He
is
our
ms4
coordinator
that
stands
for
municipal
separate
storm
sewer
system.
We
don't
need
to
know
this,
and
if
it
that's
what
it
is
in
case,
you
were
wondering-
and
we
also
have
our
stormwater
intern
Emily
vaca,
so
you're
well
represented
by
the
city
tonight.
We
also
have
a
new
hire
here
tonight:
Sam
Arthur
mm-hmm.
B
Monday,
you
didn't
start
it
already
great
okay.
This
is
the
third
of
the
public
meetings
that
we've
had
so
far
and
we
are
at
1601,
South,
Roger
Street,
a
couple
other
dates
you
need
to
know.
We
have
an
optional
letter
of
intent
due
on
March
1st
by
5:00
o'clock
p.m.
this
is
also
online.
It's
this
kind
of
a
heads
up
for
us
to.
Let
us
know
that
you
are
interested
in
doing
this
and
you
can
kind
of
get
started
with
you.
B
A
B
A
B
B
They're
also
on
the
forum
and
the
big
one
that
you
have
to
be
aware
of
is
April
for
April
called
a
mm-hmm.
That
is
the
Ned
line
for
the
applications
by
the
platy
M,
so
they
can
know
to
those
putting
them
on
your
refrigerator
or
any
warehouse
will
remember,
and
it's
promised
there
to
be
submitted
to
this
email
address
and
again
they're
on
the
forums
and
they're
on
the
website.
They're
everywhere,
you
could
always
tell
sooo
but
they're
at
stormwater
at
Bloomington.
That
is
God's
know
that
should
be
easy
to
remember
or
paper
form.
B
C
F
C
Right
away,
you
don't
work
with
don't
work
for
private
property,
so
this
is
a
way
to
have
to
get
me
funding
to
kind
of
property
from
ours
and
it's
a
second
year
doing
it.
So
it's
still
where
we
were
on
the
details
bill
and
how
the
best
way
to
program.
So
the
purpose
is
to
addressing
the
issues
that
are
all
the
they're.
C
C
C
They
range
from
one
particular
regard:
I
had
to
hire
a
professional,
a
to
be
pretty
fun.
The
library
British
processes,
her
trainings
and
all
sorts
of
things
to
actual
in
his
daughter,
Fatima
30
games
played
coding,
no
find
a
house
or
something
so
the
product
pops
can
range
from
LA
based
on
individual
situation.
C
We
end
up
funding
the
Lebanon
of
2005
and
for
memory
business,
one
dry,
creek
bed
when
their
signalization,
reapers
and
hollows
present
a
wonder,
aging
project.
So
look
at
that.
The
box
that
we
won
did
they.
Oh
I
got
the
dollars
lucky
they
were
a
little
bit.
More
than
them
again
depends
on
the
type
of
project
and
the
committee
tracks
actually
won
their
apartment.
C
So
if
it
was
something
if
you're
wondering,
if
he's
gonna
pull
a
little
bit,
half
come
in
or
mention
the
5%
last
year,
simple
trying
to
implement
progress
about
me
responsible
for
something.
There
was
one
problem
that
we
didn't
fool
done
with
the
property
owner
and
the
contractor
Cuban
Revolution
numbers
with
that
budget.
C
C
F
C
Higher
aggregate
for
large
problems
with
have
a
retention
pond
I'm
talking
a
little
here,
otherwise
intelligent
mad
for
me,
something
they
specialize
in
drainage
or
anything
or
thing
for
that
zone.
On
the
contractor
to
clerk
lift
your
valuables
again
has
experienced
student
will
take
employment
or
you
can
ask
them
to
x-ray
tomography.
Simmons
has
the
references.
C
C
A
C
C
So
the
application
is
fairly
simple:
you
should
have
it
it's
just
one
page
front
and
back
it
all
we're
looking
for
is
the
information
on
the
property.
I
would
get
in
touch
with
you,
put
your
problems
and
how
you're
gonna
fix
it
so
try
and
keep
it
nice
and
social
and
then
to
give
us
a
little
more
information
there.
After
that,
your
tax
looking
to
it,
we
want
to
see
a
map
and
that
can
get
simple
picture.
Google
Maps
is
a
front
yard
of
this
sadness.
C
C
C
C
So
those
are
all
for
us
know
how
the
community,
whatever
you
learn
with
and
then
a
plan
be
sketched
up,
basically
need
the
bird's
eye
view
of
property
and
what
you're
planning
on
doing
so
this
one
here
it
is
done
by
homeowner.
This
is
a
rain
garden
that
they're
gonna
be
doing
outside.
They
got
a
five.
C
Pay
for
the
plants
and
they
weren't
from
stone
and
amended
soil
and
they're
going
to
do
all
the
labor
themselves.
So
this
is
their
plan
base
cash,
where
you
can
see
the
work
on
our
house.
This
is
our
fences
either
where
the
trees
are
in
the
area,
we're
going
to
be
basically
digging
up
and
putting
the
rain
garden
in
directly
to
our
area.
So
that's
really
what
we
need
so
that
you
thought
about
it.
You
know
what
you're
gonna
do
you
know
where
you're
going
to
put
it
in
as
much
detail
and.
F
F
F
C
Areas
as
one
of
the
parameters
to
rank
the
projects
and
so
finding
that
information
through
the
census
information
is
all
public
information.
It's
not
the
weighing
down
to
a
small
area
with
all
the
census
blocks,
which
is
kind
of
neighborhood
level
and
I'll
give
that
information
all
of
it
to
our
review
committee.
Once
it
goes
to
the
review
committee,
they
will
be
going
through
all
the
applications.
All
of.
C
Ranking
them
so
how
it
happened.
In
2019,
we
had
a
five
person
review
committee.
We
had
someone
from
the
city's
utilities
engineering.
We
had
a
member
of
the
police
service
board.
We
had
someone
from
the
planning
and
transportation
department
and
also
on
the
environmental
Commission,
and
then
we
had
two
members
of
the
public,
so
they
spent
a
lot
of
time
putting
a
lot
of
thought
into
the
application
review.
C
We
met
three
times
after
the
applications
were
submitted
and
each
meeting
was
a
couple
hours,
so
they
took
time
out
of
their
day
to
really
do
a
thorough
reading,
all
the
application
making
sure
the
understood
the
projects
and
then
ranking
them
to
the
end
of
grouping
them
into
different
types.
So,
as
you
saw
from
the
beginning
in
my
four
main
garden
projects
or
grab
a
color
replacements,
and
so
they
tried
to
fund
a
few
projects
from
which
category
to
get
a
a
wide
range
of
project
types.
C
C
The
application
materials
themselves
the
gnudi
access
and
met
everything
that
we're
asking
for
the
feasibility
of
their
project.
So
have
you
really
thought
about
what
you're
doing
and
is
this
actually
doable
and
then
the
benefits
of
the
project?
There
are
many
ways
that
we
can
define
how
this
project
is
going
to
be
beneficial,
whether
you're
looking
at
increasing
native
plant
habitat.
C
C
So
once
your
project
is
awarded
again,
you
have
twice
as
much
money
as
last
year
and
hopefully
we
can
get
another
wide
variety
of
projects
in
so
the
first
step
is
going
to
be
after
you,
you
can
have
an
email
from
me.
You
will
find
a
grant
agreement,
so
a
grant
agreement
is
just
a
pretty
fairly
short
document.
That's
just
our
legal
way
of
saying
this
is
what
you
agreed
to
do.
The
city
is
awarding
you
this
much
money
you
have
until
one
year
from
the
date
is
assigned
to
complete
your
project.
F
C
Just
to
put
it
in
writing,
we
worked
with
one
of
our
city
attorneys,
who
also
helps
hand
and
they're
here
units
with
their
neighborhood
projects.
So
it's
two
pages
I
think
it's
fairly
short.
It
has
to
be
signed
by
the
property
owner.
If
there
are
multiple
property
horns,
it
will
be
signed
by
every
single
person
representing
those
properties
it
will
be
signed
by
a
member
of
our
service
floor
will
be
signed
by
the
director
of
the
abilities
department,
any
product
for
$5,000,
so
definitive
process.
C
We
try
and
get
it
done
quickly,
but
it
can
take
a
little
time
to
get
all
the
signatures.
As
you
can
imagine,
and
then
the
grant
agreement
also
has
maintenance
requirements
spelled
out
in
it,
so
that
when
you're
signing
it
you're
agreeing
that
not
only
are
you
going
to
complete
this
project,
we
agreed
that
you
will
maintain
it
as
well.
So
you
can't
decide
after
a
year
and
oh
I
actually
don't
want
this
get
rid
of
it.
No,
no.
We
actually
want
you
to
keep
it,
and
that
will
be
an
agreement.
A
C
Know
that,
but
you
know,
if
we
come
back
in
a
few
years,
hey
can
you
picture
your
rain
garden
houses
which
are
a
bit
more,
what
a,
hopefully,
a
good
picture
of
a
good
example:
Ranger
anthem.
We
just
reserve
the
right
to
be
able
to
do
that,
so
I've
been
working
with
the
homeowners
and
their
their
contractors
or
whoever
to
make
sure
that
the
project
that
little
in
is
what
we
agreed
on
and
that
it
works
for
everyone
and
then
I'll
just
come
out
and
deliver
a
connection.
C
Some
people
want
to
be
there,
I
didn't
open
it
there,
but
couldn't
make
sure
to
make
sure
that,
yes,
the
work
is
done
so
I
call
of
parts
of
the
grant
agreement
have
been
satisfied,
I'll
find
out
Hana
and
then
proceed
to
getting
you
paid,
reimburse
or
whatever.
So
all
the
payment
can
be
done
once
the
project
is
complete.
We've
done
that
a
few
different
ways
and
the
fact
that
through
TV
you,
you
already
have
a
billing
system
in
place
or
other
utility
things
so
makes
it
fairly
easy
for
us
to
process
payments.
We
can.
D
F
F
C
F
C
C
So
technical
reviewed
by
us
it'll
probably
take
me
a
few
weeks
to
go
through
all
the
applications,
depending
on
how
many
new
disease
and
then
the
review
committee
will
have
to
get
together
again
for
any
people
from
the
public
and
people
who
have
open
jobs
so
sometimes
hard
to
get
everyone
in
the
same
place,
and
they
can
probably
have
those
for
another.
Few
weeks.
E
C
Gonna
say
no
sooner
than
a
month
and
a
half
after
that
deadline,
we
did
push
the
deadline
up
from
last
year,
so
laughter
they
can
do
May
1st.
So
we
have
a
whole
extra
month
and
you
do
have
one
gear
to
complete
the
project.
So
if
your
project
is
awarded
in
July,
if
you
don't
get
it
in
that
summer
because
whatever
read
them,
you
have
until
next
spring
to
get
everything.
D
B
Okay,
King
tonight
and
I
like
this
song,
slide
I
start
a
lot
of
presentations
with
it
because
it's
kind
of
brown
plus,
if
you
will
it
says
the
nation
behaves
well,
it
treats
the
natural
resources
as
assets,
which
it
must
turn
over
to
the
next
generation
increased
and
not
inherited
value.
That
I
actually
took
that
in
the
white
house.
A
B
A
B
B
It
would
be
in
this
area,
squatter
said,
whereas
if
it
fell
on
the
other
side
of
the
ridge,
it
would
be
in
that
area's
watershed,
that's
very
simply
defined,
but
all
the
water
collects
and
makes
bigger
and
bigger
streams,
and
in
Bloomington
we
have
several
watershed
that
you
can
imagine
we're
in
one
big
one,
the
Mississippi
watershed
and
that's
divided
into
two
and
then
divided
into
more
warm.
You
know
watershed
can
get
down
as
small
as
you
can't
even
see
it.
B
It's
kind
of
I
mentioned
that
there
are
two
main
ones.
This
here
is
the
dividing
line.
These
red
dots
are
I
you
just
so
you
could
put
it
in
perspective
and.
B
B
B
This
scary
word:
it's
happening,
I
go
out
and
I
talk
with
the
people
right
here
in
town
and
I'm.
Finding
basically
three
things
that
we
find
in
common
is
that
one
there
seeing
that
rainfall
has
become
more
and
more
intense
and
four
off
and
then
they're
getting
more
and
more
effects
from
it
on
their
property
and
in
their
homes,
thinking
basements
so
on
and
so
forth.
Also
that
there
can
be
challenges
anywhere
along
the
stormwater
system
and
even
where
say,
public
needs
private.
B
That's
why
we're
going
out
and
doing
this
we're
working
with
people
so
that
we
can
help
connect
these
areas
and
also
that
government
should
step
up
and
do
something.
That's
what
we're
doing
I
feel
really
good
about
it.
Actually,
I'm
chills
just
even
saying
that,
but
do
you
we
all
remember
February
7th
of
last
year,
yeah
Kelsey.
A
E
A
C
A
B
We
were
looking
to
be
able
to
comment
on
it
really,
but
by
then
think
subside
subsided
a
little
bit.
Hopefully
we
won't
see
too
much
more
of
it,
but
we
are.
We
are
bracing.
We
are,
you
know,
getting
ready
a
little
bit
of
statistics.
If
you
like
those
kinds
of
things
you
know
warmer
and
wetter,
that's
basically
what
set
what
that
says-
and
our
mayor
of
course
is
behind
this.
As
climate
change
makes
stormwater
challenges
more
frequent
and
severe.
B
B
C
B
B
Yeah,
oh
yeah,
we're
going
to
go
into
that
too,
but
in
other
ways
that
we're
helping
is
my
other
Graham
such
as
storm
drain
marking.
You
may
have
seen
these
little
just
the
storm
water
inlets
around
there
that
ask
people
not
to
dump
in
there
and
to
keep
things
clean
I
got
the
stream
to
that's
a
program
with
the
parks
department
and
residential
stormwater
brand.
Since
this,
and
also
adapted
rain,
you
do
know
that
you
can
adapt
drains
that
are
outside
of
your
home
or
anywhere
in
your
neighborhood
as
well.
B
A
A
E
C
C
D
C
C
So
one
of
the
first
really
quick
discuss:
how
are
we
Arden
works,
so
it
might
look
flat
on
the
surface,
but
actually
a
rain
garden.
You
dig
out
a
bowl
or
whatever
shaped
into
the
ground
at
least
twelve
inches
deep,
and
so
you
can
fill
it
then,
with
wakeful,
amended,
soil
or
just
bare
soil,
so
you
can
put
compost
and
sand
in
it
and
that
will
help
the
water
get
into
the
ground.
That
is
what
we're
trying
to
do
if
you're
trying
to
get
the
water
into
the
ground
off
the
surface.
C
If
it's
a
large
drainage
area-
and
you
also
have
a
perforated
pipe
underground
to
help
that
input
small
ones
shouldn't
need
that,
though,
typically
on
a
residential
property
you'll
have
your
downspouts
directed
into
the
rain
garden.
You
can
do
the
fancy
lookup
stone.
You
know
flow
path
through
there.
C
If
you
like,
to
make
it
pretty
and
then
typically
you'll
have
a
berm
surrounding
it
to
help
capture
that
surface
of
water,
the
brown
you
can
even
have
a
grass
or
you
can
put
plants
on
that
as
well,
but
it's
probably
this
whole
system
to
capture
water
from
a
small
drainage
area
and
just
get
it
into
the
ground
in
this
area.
They're
designed
to
drain
within
48
hours.
That
way
you
shouldn't
have
issued
is
mosquitoes
or
anything.
C
If
it
does
not
drain
within
a
couple
days
of
rain
events,
then
you
might
need
to
look
at
you
know,
maybe
putting
in
a
pipe
in
there
to
help
get
the
water
in
the
ground
or
you
know,
resizing
it,
making
it
bigger.
So
the
main
driver
of
what
beside
construction,
I
guess
the
water
into
the
ground
is
the
use
of
plants
with
most
rain
gardens.
You
will
see
native
plants
being
used.
C
They
are
really
tolerant
to
a
wide
range
of
conditions
and
then
mostly
have
really
deep
root
systems
that
will
go
down
really
far
and
help
some
of
all
that
water.
If
you
want
example
plants,
there
are
some
rain
garden
guidance
out
there
that
can
give
you
examples.
You'll
see,
here's
some
purple,
coneflower
thin
fellating
star
is
a
really
fun
one.
C
C
Next
is
a
dry
creek
bed
will
often
hear
this
being
used
by
landscapers
I'm,
trying
my
best
and
learning
all
the
lingo,
so
that
I
know
what
to
expansion.
So
I'm
learning
it
a
lot
as
well
through
this,
so
the
a
dry
creek
bed
is
just
another
way
to
convey
surface
water
having
surface
water
on
your
property
is
absolutely
fine.
It
might
be
scary
if
it
gets
close
to
your
house
or
you
know,
potential
to
damage
property,
but
for
the
most
part,
it's
okay
for
the
surface
water
to
flow
in
the
low
spots.
C
We
want
to
do
it
in
a
non
erosive
manner,
so
we
want
to
make
sure
that
it's
not
scouring
or
we
want
to
try
to
slow
it
down
a
bit.
If
you
can
so
a
dry
creek
bed
is
just
a
way
to
put
some
stone
into
a
flow
path
for
the
water
and
just
so
it
gets
conveyed
in
a
more
outlined
and
definitive
area.
So
you
don't
have
you
know
digging
in
and
caring
about
your
lawn
spacer.
C
You
can
get
really
creative
with
the
frost
placement.
Some
people
can
also.
C
After
frames
retention
in
detention
ponds,
we
have
hundreds
of
these
throughout
the
city,
and
most
of
these
are
under
the
control
of
a
Chili's
neighborhood
associations
and
using
common
areas.
But
these
are
those
your
15
years
ago,
or
so
these
are
required
for
all
all
new
development
and
redevelopment
effects
greater
than
one
acre,
so
you'll
definitely
see
a
lot
of
these
pop
up
with
you
canyon,
on
developments,
if
you
don't
see
it,
it
also
could
be
underground,
but
so
these
bottom
ponds
were
put
in.
C
You
know
in
the
eighties
or
you
know,
whatever
I
think
we
have
a
lot
of
big
housing,
so
they
need
maintenance.
You
can't
just
let
them
go.
They
do
help
treat
water
quality.
It
also
helped
capture
water
after
rain
events
and
help
with
flooding
downstream.
So
these
can
get
really
expensive
to
fix.
If
you
have
a
pond
on
your
property
or
afford
an
HOA.
C
Come
talk
to
me
because
the
MS
work
program
oversees
these
and
if
there's
something
that
is
completely
failing,
we
can
do
and
for
think
on
it
and
I
want
to
get
to
that
point.
If
you
have
questions
about
cars,
just
come
talk
to
me,
usually
you'll
need
to
get
an
engineer
involved
with
the
ponds
with
this
lady
to
make
sure
it's
designed
properly,
that
they
do
any
maintenance
to
make
sure
that
it's
capturing
the
proper
amount
of
water
and
all
that
so
these
can
get
pretty
complex.
C
So
just
come
talk
to
me
and
I
can
get
you
in
touch
with
the
right
people,
driveway
culvert.
So
these
are
I.
Guess
that
that
interface
between
public
and
private
infrastructure,
rabbit
colors
can
be
really
tiny
or
they
can
be
really
big
can
have
a
48
inch
pipe
on
your
driveway
and
it
can
be
your
responsibility.
So
we
recognize
that
these
are
not
an
easy
fix.
They
are
using
pretty
expensive
so
we're
we
also
out
of
this
into
the
grant
program.
C
C
We
do
require
a
pre-construction
meeting
with
the
homeowner
someone
from
to
youth
engineering
and
the
contractor
to
make
sure
that
everyone
agrees
with
bite
size
material
where
it's
placed
the
elevation
of
it
all
going
to
be
correct,
so
that
there's
no
question
that
it's
nothing
so
that
will
require
more
coordination
on
our
end.
But
that's
a
pain.
Let
us
know
if
you
have
an
issue
with
the
drive-by
culvert
and
we'll
help
you
out.
