business
is
the
call
to

we

a
resolution
approving
a
development
agreement
between
hra
and
noble
apartments,
llc
through
enclave
development
for
a
project
at
8200,
humboldt
avenue
south.
It
is
a
149
unit,
four-story,
multi-family
rental,
building
with
224
parking
spaces.
67
of
those
are
surface
in
157
underground.

bedroom
with
three
units
at
affordable,
33,
two
bedroom,
three
units
again
at
affordable
and
seven
three
bedroom
with
one
unit
at
affordable,
50
percent
area,
median
income;
and
then
this
evening
here
we
do
have

enclave,
development
and
michaela
hewitt
with
baker,
tilley
municipal
advisors,
and
I
will
turn
it
over
to

I
think
the
actual
number
that
we
have
is
14
units
of
affordable,
because
I
think
if,
if
it
is
a
fraction,
we
end
up
rounding
up.
So

pretty
sure
it's
14
units,
or
at
least
that's
what
I've
got
figured
in
my
stuff.

no
we're
really
looking
forward
to
getting
this
project
going
when
we
met
with
erica
and
her
team
early
on,
they
had
asked
us
to
see
if
there
was
a
way
for
us
to
do
a
little
bit
different
than
the
60.
That
is,
that's
called
out
in
the
affordable
housing
ordinance
just
because
they
felt
like
it
was
necessary
to
get
a
little
bit
more
deeply
affordable.

we
were
able
to
work
with
her
and
get
it
to
the
50
50
level
in
the
hopes
of
trying
to
be
able
to
help
a
little
bit
more
so
happy
to
answer
any
questions,
but
otherwise,
just
looking
forward
to
getting
started.

that

that
we
update
that
document
and
get
the
proper
numbers
in
there.

the
